A Study on the Design of Low-Code and No Code Platform for Mobile Application Development

  • Workers' demands for new applications, especially mobile applications, are increasing. Many industry analysts, researchers and corporate executives say the demand for mobile applications is becoming increasingly difficult to follow in the IT department. Gartner predicts that by 2021, the demand for mobile application development within the enterprise will increase about five times faster than IT can deliver applications. The purpose of this paper is to provide an environment where non-developers who are in charge of business development can develop apps and webs for their work. The basic concept of a new innovative App development tool, Smart Maker Authoring Tool is to develop Apps on the level using easy-to-learn Word or Excel in a computer. The main feature is that the app is developed by a non-developer worker. The coding technology is perfectly optimized to the structure and operation mechanism of the IT Infra such as hardware devices and operating system, which are the targets for implementing a desired function. Rather, it shows excellent software productivity. The most important feature of future business development is that it is developed by a non-developer worker. In this paper, we propose a no-code and low-code platform for non - developers to develop their business. In the future, we will link the IoT based Arduino system and artificial intelligent interpretation system.

교통수요관리정책의 소득계층별 효과 분석 (The Impacts of the Traffic Demand Management Policies across the Different Income Classes in Seoul)

  • It is very costly to construct transportation facilities such as roads, bridges, tunnels, and public parking lots mainly because land price is very high in metropolis like Seoul. Private car oweners use these facilities more extensively than public transportation users. However, the government does not impose proper charges for using these facilities. Such improper charge causes traffic congestion and then decreases social welfare in efficiency and equity. To solve problem, many traffic demand management policies are used. Traffic management policies which are currently used or under consideration by the City Government of Seoul include the imposition of road tolls, increase of parking fees in public parking lots, increase of gasoline taxes, expanded implementation of bus only lanes, and shippujae, which requires one(1) non-driving day for 10 calendar days. This study examined the impacts of such policies on the different income classes using simulation analysis. We found that the impacts of market-oriented policies such as the imposition of road tolls and the increase of gasoline taxes is regressive. Also, we found that while the low and middle income private car users have incentive have incentive for public transportation use, the high income private car users have no incentive for public transportation use in many cases.

Statistical Analysis of the Usage Type of Online Cremation Reservation Service in Funeral Information System : Focused on the Public Cremation Facilities of Incheon Metropolitan City

  • As of 2016, the cremation rates in the capital area are 91.2% in Incheon Metropolitan City, 87.5% in Seoul Special City, and 87.1% in Gyeonggi-do Province, of which Incheon has the highest rate, and cremation of general corpses through the online cremation reservation service of the funeral information system is continuously increasing every year. And as of 2017, the ratio of the cremation for those outside the jurisdiction (residents of other regions) among the users of public cremation establishment in Incheon, is about 32%. As the supply capacity is expected to reach the limit within several years due to the increase in demand for such a cremation facility, I would like to suggest a policy as follows. The expansion of cremation supply capacity by increasing the number of operations in the cremation furnace; The attractions of operating funds through contracts for joint use of the cremation facility with other local governments and investment funds for the expansion of cremation facilities; The plan for controlling the demand in cremation such as an increase in cremation charge for those outside the jurisdiction(residents of other regions), should be considered.

Comparison on Regional Current Status of usage of the Public Cremation Facilities through the Online Cremation Reservation Service of Funeral Information System : Focused on the Incheon Metropolitan City

  • As of 2016, Incheon Metropolitan City's cremation ratio was 91.2%, which is the second highest among all metropolitan municipalities nationwide (Busan Metropolitan City: 92.0%). In addition, the number of cremation at the outside of the jurisdiction has been steadily increasing since 2014. It is analyzed that the number of cremation at the inside of the jurisdiction is 16,004, which is 67.3% of total number of cremation, and the number of cremation at the outside of the jurisdiction is 7,779, which is 32.7%. We would like to suggest the following policy suggestions to solve the problems caused by the increase in cremation demand. First, the number of operations of cremation in public facilities located in Gyeonggi-do adjacent to Incheon Metropolitan City is needed to be increased. Second, the extension of the time limit for the use of cremation facilities of the dead people at the outside of the jurisdiction is needed. Third, the charge for cremation at the outside of the jurisdiction has to be increased. Fourth, improvement measures such as relaxation of residency requirements for deaths at the inside of the jurisdiction, who used the public facilities in Incheon Metropolitan City, should be undertaken.

Analysis for Evaluating the Impact of PEVs on New-Town Distribution System in Korea

  • This paper analyzes the impact of Plug-in Electric vehicles(PEVs) on power demand and voltage change when PEVs are connected to the domestic distribution system. Specifically, it assesses PEVs charging load by charging method in accordance with PEVs penetration scenarios, its percentage of total load, and voltage range under load conditions. Concretely, we develop EMTDC modelling to perform a voltage distribution analysis when the PEVs charging system by their charging scenario was connected to the distribution system under the load condition. Furthermore we present evaluation algorithm to determine whether it is possible to adjust it such that it is in the allowed range by applying ULTC when the voltage change rate by PEVs charging scenario exceed its allowed range. Also, detailed analysis of the impact of PEVs on power distribution system was carried out by calculating existing electric power load and additional PEVs charge load by each scenario on new-town in Korea to estimate total load increases, and also by interpreting the subsequent voltage range for system circuits and demonstrating conditions for countermeasures. It was concluded that total loads including PEVs charging load on new-town distribution system in Korea by PEVs penetration scenario increase significantly, and the voltage range when considering ULTC, is allowable in terms of voltage tolerance range up to a PEVs penetration of 20% by scenario. Finally, we propose the charging capacity of PEVs that can delay the reinforcement of power distribution system while satisfying the permitted voltage change rate conditions when PEVs charging load is connected to the power distribution system by their charging penetration scenario.

  • 정보시스템에 대한 위협이 확산되면서 정보보호에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 정보보호 제품을 생산 설치하고, 정보보호 업무를 담당할 정보보호 인력의 중요성도 증가하고 있다. 그동안 정부에서는 정보보호 인력을 양성하기 위한 다양한 정책을 시행해왔다. 하지만 그동안 정부의 정책은 주로 인력이 부족한 정보보호 분야에 많은 인력을 공급하는데 많은 관심을 보여왔다. 정부의 정책은 단기간내에 많은 정보보호 인력을 양성하는 양적 공급확대 측면에서는 성공했지만, 인력수요의 특성에 적합한 인력의 공급이라는 다양한 수요를 만족시키는 측면에서는 이렇다할만한 성과를 보이지 못했다. 본 연구에서는 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 방법론을 이용하여 정보보호인력의 양성이 우선적으로 필요한 정보보호 세부 기술분야를 도출한다. 연구결과에 의하면, 시스템 네트워크 정보보호 기술 분야의 인력에 대한 양성이 가장 시급한 것으로 나타났다.

조선시대의 염료 수급 체계와 염색 수공업자 유형 (Dye Supply and Demand System and Type of Dyer in the Joseon Dynasty)

  • This study explores the situation of domestic production and import of dyes as well as type of dye supplier and type of dyer in the Joseon Dynasty based on an analysis of relevant documents. The findings are as follows. Many kinds of natural dyes and natural mordant were produced in the Joseon Dynasty. Some were imported from other countries when in short supply or for diplomatic reasons. As the government organization in charge of the dyes supply and demand, the Jeyonggam was cooperated with the Gongin merchants. As private merchants, there existed Hwapijeon merchants and Cheongramgye merchants. Cheongramgye merchants were both the producer and the seller of indigo sediment. There existed two types of dyers, such as government-operated dyers and private dyers. The Yeomjang (master dyers) and Yeommo (female dyers) were subjugated to government departments in the early part of Joseon Dynasty, but gradually allowed to pursue self-profit. The Yeomga was the private dye house that existed in the early period of the Joseon Dynasty. Ladies and female servants were also allowed to dye for family use or to help in livelihoods. Jeonyeomga was a branch specialized in indigo dyeing. Lastly, the Yoemgye were the merchants of dyed paper and textiles as well as dyers.

경제성을 고려한 전기자동차 충전시스템과 배터리 교체형 시스템의 비교분석 연구 (A Study of Comparing and Analyzing Electric Vehicle Battery Charging System and Replaceable Battery System by Considering Economic Analysis)

  • Electric vehicle usage is currently very low, but it will be increase with development of electric vehicle technology and a good government policy. Moreover in 2020, advanced electric vehicle manufacturing system will give high performance for its price and mass production. Electric vehicle will become widespread in Korea. From an operational and a planned viewpoint, the electric power demand should be considered in relation to diffusion of electric vehicles. This paper presents the impact of the various battery charge systems. A comparison is performed for electric vehicle charging methods such as, normal charging, fast charging, and battery swapping. In addition, economic evaluation for the replaceable battery system and the quick battery charging system is performed through basic information about charging Infrastructure installation cost. The results of the evaluation show that replaceable battery system is more economical and reliable in side of electric power demand than quick battery charging system.

현대 공공 미술관의 사회적 역할에 따른 공간구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Space Configuration of Contemporary Public Art Museum in Social Role)

  • The existing art museums existed for preservation and exhibition of collected material and the work which has artistic value. But today the art museum is not just for preservation and exhibition. It takes charge of public education as opened place to public. Further, it wants to be the art museum that the visitors who visit the art museum can enjoy and participate. The role change of like this is judged with the inevitable result which follows in many social demand. And increase with interest of leisure and culture life and continued demand for education, the role of modern art museum is becoming wider. Llike this, to accomplish these roles, space configuration of the modern art museum is changing. In the future, to meet more social demands and to solve flexibly, the modern art museum must concern more spacial efforts. Therefore, to grasp the change and the aspect of modern art museum, this study analyzes the Jeonbuk Province Art Museum, the Gyeongnam Art Museum and the Gyeonggido Museum of Art, They are most recently opened museum after 2000. To grasp space configuration of these museums, space syntax was used. And with the result which is analyzed, as grasps the problem and suggest an alternative idea, it can suggest advanced and proper direction.

특성화고등학교 진학 결정에 영향을 미치는 중학교 3학년 담임교사 특성 연구 - 대전지역 중심으로 (A study on the characteristics of 3rd grade teachers in charge in middle school affecting their students'decision to enter specialized high school - around the Daejon metropolitan area)

  • 급격한 산업 성장 시기 전문기능·기술인을 양성하던 특성화고등학교가 학령인구의 감소, 노동시장의 인력수요 변화, 기능직에 대한 차별 등으로 인해 입시경쟁에서 밀려난 하위권 학생들이 진학하는 고등학교로 변하였다. 중학생들이 특성화고등학교에 진학을 결정하는데 타인의 영향을 받았을 때 중학교 교사의 영향(23.69%)을 가장 크게 받는다고 선행 연구에서 밝히고 있다. 즉, 중학교 3학년 담임교사들의 조기 진로지도를 통하여 성적이 아니라 적성과 소질에 따라서 특성화고등학교 진학을 결정할 수 있도록 도울 수 있다. 이를 위해 중학교 3학년 담임교사의 일반적인 특성과 인식에 따른 학생의 특성화 고등학교 진학 결정률의 관계를 조사하였으며, 2018년 대전광역시에 있는 중학교 3학년 담임교사를 대상으로 조사 연구를 하였다. 그 결과 담임교사가 남자일 때 21.01%(M=.2101)의 학생들이 특성화고등학교에 진학하는 것으로 나타났으며, 남녀 교사 간에도 학생들의 특성화고 진학률에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 그리고 비사범대 출신(M=.2110), 박사인 경우(M=.3064) 상대적으로 특성화고등학교에 진학을 결정할 확률이 높았다. 교사의 인식에 따라서는 '특성화고등학교 학과에 대한 이해(β1)'와 '고졸 취업에 대한 긍정적 인식(β2)'이 같이 높아질 때 '특성화고등학교 진학 결정(y)'에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 그 설명력은 10.1%이고, 이를 바탕으로 도출한 회귀식은 y = -0.56 + 0.037*β1 + 0.025*β2 10.1%(R2=0.101)이었다.
