비트코인 가격 변화에 관한 실증분석: 소비자, 산업, 그리고 거시변수를 중심으로 (Empirical Analysis on Bitcoin Price Change by Consumer, Industry and Macro-Economy Variables)

  • 본 연구는 비트코인 가격 변화량에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 실증 분석을 수행하였다. 기존 연구들은 암호화폐와 관련해 블록체인 시스템의 보안성, 암호화폐가 불러일으키는 경제적 파급효과 및 법적 시사점, 소비자 수용 및 사용 의도와 사회현상을 중심으로 이루어졌다. 그러나 암호화폐 가격 변화가 급등과 급락을 반복하면서 많은 사회적 문제를 야기했음에도 불구하고 암호화폐의 가격 변화에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 실증적 연구는 부족하다. 때문에 본 연구에서 암호화폐 가격 변화에 미치는 영향 요인을 도출하기 위해 암호화폐 중 가장 대표적인 비트코인을 중심으로 분석을 진행하였다. 분석을 위해 소비자, 산업, 거시경제 세 가지 차원에서 가설을 수립, 각 차원의 변수에 대한 시계열 데이터를 수집하였다. 단위근 검정을 통해 시계열 데이터에 대한 가성 회귀를 제거하고 안정성을 검증한 후, 비트코인 가격 변화량에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인들에 대한 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 비트코인 가격 변화량은 비트코인 거래 금지에 대한 검색 트래픽, 미국 달러지수 변화량과는 음의 상관관계를, GPU 벤더의 주가 변화량, 원유 가격 변화량과는 양의 상관관계를 갖는 것을 확인했다. 그 이유로는 비트코인 거래 금지는 비트코인 존폐와 관련해 투자심리에 부정적 영향을 미친 것으로 판단되며, GPU 벤더 주가는 비트코인 생산 단가 증가와 관련해 비트코인 가격에 영향을 미친 것으로 해석된다. 미국 달러지수와는 반대로 움직임으로서 비트코인이 금의 성격을 갖고 있음을 확인하였으며, 원유 가격과의 관계를 통해 원자재와 같은 투자 자산의 역할도 갖고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 비트코인이 가진 성격을 규명하였으며, 비트코인 가격 변화 요인에 대한 실증 검증을 통해, 그 동안 부족했던 비트코인 가격 변화 요인을 규명하였고, 해당 요인들을 통해 실무적으로 소비자나 금융기관, 정부 기관에 대해 비트코인에 대한 전략적인 접근방법에 대한 가이드를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

병원근로자의 변화지향 조직시민행동 결정요인 : 직무만족, 조직몰입의 매개효과 검증 (Determinants of Change-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Hospital Employees : Estimating the Mediating Effects of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment)

  • Purposes: This study aims to investigate the determinants of change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior(CO-OCB) of hospital employees and test the mediating effect of the job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the CO-OCB. Methods: Data were collected from the self-administered questionnaire survey for hospital employees of ten hospitals located in five regions, including Seoul. Out of 1,100 questionnaires which were distributed through the administrative routes, a total of 617 copies were returned(response rate 56.1%) and analyzed by frequency analysis, t-tests, correlation analysis, multiple regression, and path analysis using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Findings: The study results revealed that the explanatory power(56.4%) of the model was most significantly increased by the variables of psychological attributes(R2-change 33,5%). Also, the variables of self-efficacy, followed by hope, the organizational climate for innovation, the psychological safety climate, team-member exchange, and leader-member exchange were found to have positive total effects on CO-OCB, through the mediating variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Practical Implications: The study results imply that, in order to improve the CO-OCB of hospital employees, the administrators have to take the integrated approach considering the various domains of factors including the psychological attributes, job characteristics, interpersonal relations, and organizational climate simultaneously.

A Study on the Change of Occlusal Contacts and Lateral Cephalometric Variables after Stabilization Splint Therapy in Temporomandibular Disorders Patients

  • Purpose: The aim of this study is to assess the relationship between possible occlusal change after stabilization splint therapy and the research diagnostic criteria for temporomandibular disorders (RDC/TMD) Axis I diagnoses and lateral cephalometric variables. Methods: Clinical and radiographic records of 47 TMD patients wearing stablization splint were reviewed. The number of occluding teeth was recorded and lateral cephalogram was taken at pre-treatment and 6-month post-treatment. They were divided into two groups. The control group consists of patients with the unchanged number of occluding teeth throughout 6-month splint therapy (19 females and 4 males), and occlusal-loss group with the number of occluding teeth decreased (19 females and 5 males). The difference of RDC/TMD diagnoses and cephalometric variables were compared between two groups. Results: In the control group, RDC group I, muscle disorders, was 39.1% (9/23), group II, disc displacements, was 17.4% (4/23), group III OA, osteoarthritis/osteoarthrosis, was 73.9% (17/23), and group III pain, arthralgia, was 82.6% (19/23). In the occlusal-loss group, group I was 41.7% (10/24), group II was 41.7% (10/24), group III OA was 70.8% (17/24), and group III pain was 83.3% (20/24). The frequency of RDC groups was not different between two groups, analyzed by binomial logistic regression. Pre-treatment cephalometric variables were not different between two groups. However, articular angle, AB to mandibular plane and ODI decreased and gonial angle increased significantly in the occlusal-loss group, implying clockwise rotation of the mandible, between pre-treatment and 6-month post-treatment, while none of cephalometric variables showed any statistical difference in the control group. Conclusions: Change in the number of occluding teeth was not related to the RDC/TMD diagnoses. Cephalometric values changed only in the occlusal-loss group as a result of mandibular clockwise rotation. None of cephalometric variables before the stabilization splint therapy was statistically different between the control and occlusal loss group.

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically confirm what is an important variable of organizational change by intelligent technology acceptance and whether is a difference in important variables in the organization level of acceptance of intelligent technology. Recently, business models using intelligent technologies such as chat-bots, self-driving cars, credit-prevention fraud, face recognition, and health-care are emerging. External situation factors such as artificial intelligence, big data, COVID-19, and the ESG management are changing the direction of a company's management strategy. This research method established a structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, we found that the leadership, organizational culture, and organizational cooperation variables had a positive effect on human resource development variables. Human resource development found a positive effect on the performance of intelligent technology. In addition, we found the independent variables of leadership, organizational culture, and organizational cooperation had partial mediating effects on the performance of intelligent technology. Each group of levels of intelligent technology found performance differences. The organizational culture variables appeared as important variables in all groups. On the other hand, the leadership variable appeared as an important variable in the middle and lower groups of intelligent technology. The theoretical background of this study is that the business theory was updated through artificial intelligence and intelligent technology theory. As a practical implication, the organization adopting intelligent technology is necessary to prepare a systematic plan for organizational culture change.

  • The purpose of this study is to show the relation of the change between spacial structure and social conditions of rural area. The spacial structure change of Asan city was analyzed using Space Syntax, and multiple regression analysis (dependent variables: connectivity, global integration, local integration / independent variables: population, household, farm population, farm population of 65years old and over, farm household, part-time farm households, cultivated land) was accomplished. As th result, that the increase of connectivity is related to the increase of population and farm population of 65years old and over and the decrease of farm population, and the increase of local integration is related to the increase of farm population of 65years old and over was showed. However, that global integration is not related to change of social conditions was proved.

간섭 전류 치료의 자극부위에 따른 활력징후의 변화 (The Change of the Vital Sign by the Variables of Stimulated Areas in Interferential Current Treatment)

  • Background: The purpose of this study is to have examined the influence on the blood circulation by comparing the differences between stimulating the sympathetic ganglion and the muscle group among the stimulation variables in interferential current stimulation. Method: The object of the study is the twenties(M=8, F=12), who are in great condition and have no pathological report for the blood circulation influence. The intensity of the inferential current stimulation is the medium degree, 100 bps constant current, which is the comfort and degree to confirm the muscle contraction. The areas stimulated are the stellate ganglion area in the seventh cervical vertebrae and the forearm muscle area. Results: We have made sure that there is no change in blood pressure and pulse and that the change in the skin temperature occurred highly. Conclusion: In considering the change of the blood circulation in case of stimulation area by the inferential current stimulation, we have seen that stimulating the sympathetic ganglion area is more effective than stimulating muscle area directly.

Generating global warming scenarios with probability weighted resampling and its implication in precipitation with nonparametric weather generator

  • The complex climate system regarding human actions is well represented through global climate models (GCMs). The output from GCMs provides useful information about the rate and magnitude of future climate change. Especially, the temperature variable is most reliable among other GCM outputs. However, hydrological variables (e.g. precipitation) from GCM outputs for future climate change contain too high uncertainty to use in practice. Therefore, we propose a method that simulates temperature variable with increasing in a certain level (e.g. 0.5oC or 1.0oC increase) as a global warming scenario from observed data. In addition, a hydrometeorological variable can be simulated employing block-wise sampling technique associated with the temperature simulation. The proposed method was tested for assessing the future change of the seasonal precipitation in South Korea under global warming scenario. The results illustrate that the proposed method is a good alternative to levy the variation of hydrological variables under global warming condition.

노년기 우울궤적의 예측요인: 한국복지패널을 이용하여 (Predictors of Depression Trajectory among the Elderly: Using the Korean Welfare Panel Data)

  • 건강상태와 심리사회적 요인이 우울증상과 밀접한 관련이 있다는 것은 기존연구를 통하여 널리 알려진 사실이다. 하지만 기존의 종단데이터 부족과 분석방법의 한계로 이러한 변수들과 우울증상 궤적과의 관계에 대해서는 알려진 바가 많지 않다. 이러한 기존 연구의 한계를 염두에 두고, 본 연구는 건강상태 및 심리사회적 요인과 우울증상의 궤적간의 관계를 살펴보는 것을 주 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 전국 대표샘플인 한국복지패널데이터 1, 2, 3차 자료를 이용하여 60세 이상의 노인들(N=4,919)의 우울궤적 예측요인을 잠재성장모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 사회경제적 변수를 통제한 상태에서 건강변수와 심리사회적 변수들이 우울궤적에 미치는 영향은 기존연구와 유사한 점도 있지만 다른 점도 있는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 건강변수는 우울증상의 수준에는 영향을 미치지만 우울증상의 변화속도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 심리사회적 변수는 기존 연구와 동일하게 모두 우울수준에 영향을 미치지만, 기존 연구와는 다르게 변수에 따라서 우울증상의 변화속도에 미치는 영향은 상이한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 자아존중감과 가족관계 변수는 우울증상 변화속도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 반면, 사회적 관계는 우울증상 변화속도에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 실천 및 향후 연구를 위한 함의를 논의하였다.

Tests for Normal Mean Change with the Mean Difference

  • This paper deals with the problem of testing mean change with one change-point with the normal random variables. We propose a test with the mean difference for change in a location parameter. A power comparison study of various change-point test statistics is performed via Monte Carlo simulation with S-plus software.

  • 천연가스 액화 공정은 상온의 천연가스를 상압 $-160^{\circ}C$ 이하로 냉각해서 액화시키는 공정으로, 안정된 LNG 생산을 위해서는 최적의 제어 전략이 필요하다. 제어 전략을 수립할 때 가장 중요한 작업 중 하나가 공정의 분석인데, 조절 변수의 변화에 따른 제어 변수의 변화를 파악하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 C3MR(Propane Pre-cooled Mixed Refrigerant) 공정으로 BSU(Bench Scale Unit)를 제작하여 천연가스 액화 공정을 실험하였다. 각 조절변수의 조작에 따른 유량의 변화가 공정에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해서 냉매의 유량변화에 따른 냉매 온도 변화 및 천연가스의 온도 변화를 분석하였고, 천연가스 자체의 유량 변화에 따른 냉매의 온도 변화를 분석함으로써 3개의 조절 변수와 공정의 제어변수들과의 관계를 알아보았다. 각 제어변수들은 독립적인 요소들이 아닌 서로 연관되어 유기적인 움직임을 보였으나, 특정 조절 변수의 변화에 따라 큰 반응을 보이는 제어 변수를 확인 할 수 있었다.
