이 논문은 오늘날 정보통신 기술의 발전으로 새로운 방송, 통신, 융합서비스의 등장이 본격화됨에 따라 그동안 분리되어 규제된 방송과 통신에 대한 법제도의 변화가 일어나고 있다. 이러한 환경변화에 따른 전파법의 변천사에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 인천 덕적도 부근 해안에서 2017년 7월 5일부터 24시간 동안 채널 변화를 지속적으로 측정하였다. 수중 채널은 실시간으로 시간 축에서 변화와 주파수 축에서 변화가 발생함에 따라서 다양한 채널 환경 특성을 가지고 있으며, 다중 경로 페이딩 및 도플러 효과 등으로 인하여 수중 통신 성능저하가 발생한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 실해역 수중 통신 환경에서의 통신 성능 향상을 위하여 시간 및 주파수 영역에서의 반복 전송 다이버시티 기법을 적용하여 수중 채널 환경에서의 OFDM 시스템 성능 분석에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 수집한 데이터를 이용하여 시간과 주파수 영역에서의 채널 환경 비교를 수행하였으며, 파일럿 배치 간격과 시간 및 주파수 축에서의 반복 전송 회수에 따른 BER 성능 분석을 수행하였다.

전 세계에서 베트남은 기후 변화에 가장 큰 영향을 받는 국가 중 하나이다. 현재 베트남의 기후 변화에 대한 대응 활동은 텔레비전, 신문, 라디오, 인터넷 등과 같은 미디어에 의존하고 있다. Facebook은 베트남 사람들이 가장 많이 사용는 소셜 네트워크이다 (베트남의 페이스북 이용자는 5800만명으로 세계 7위). 그러나 상대적으로 그것을 기후변화 대응에 이용하고자 하는 관심은 적은편이다. 이 논문에서는 Facebook의 Audience Insight Tool(AIT)과 온라인 사회학 조사 방법을 활용하여 Facebook을 통한 기후 변화 대응 활동의 현재 상태 및 효율성을 평가했다. 베트남 Facebook의 기후 변화 대응 팬 페이지의 수는 15개 정도이며, 그중 가장 인기 있는 곳의 팔로워 수가 94,721명에 이른다. 이 연구에서는 베트남에서 가장 방문자가 많은 기후 변화 대응 팬 페이지 2곳을 조사하고 평가 한 결과, Facebook을 통한 기후 변화 대응은 예상 한 것만큼 큰 효과가 없었다. 또한 온라인 설문 조사를 통해 이러한 문제의 원인을 파악해 보고자 하였다. 이 결과는 앞으로 기후 변화 대응을 할 때 Facebook과 같은 소셜 네트워크의 강점을 부각시키면서 해결책을 찾고자 하는 기관들에게 과학적인 밑거름이 될 것이다.

Artificial intelligence control that use Fuzzy, Neural network, genetic algorithm etc. in the speed control of induction motor recently is studied much. Also, sensors such as Encoder and Resolver are used to receive the speed of induction motor and information of position. However, this control method or sensor use receives much effects in surroundings environment change and react sensitively to parameter change of electric motor and control Performance drops. Presume the speed and position of induction motor by ANN in this treatise, and because using FMRLC that is consisted of two Fuzzy Logic, can correct Fuzzy Rule Base through teaming and save good response special quality in change of condition such as change of parameter.

This study conducted a vulnerability assessment on Korea's physical infrastructure to provide base data for developing strategies to strengthen Korea's ability to adapt to climate change. The assessment was conducted by surveying professionals in the field of infrastructure and climate change science. A vulnerability assessment was carried out for seven climate change events: average temperature increases, sea level rise, typhoons and storm surges, floods and heavy rain, drought, severe cold, and heat waves. The survey asked respondents questions with respect to the consequences of each climate change event, the urgency of adaptation to climate change, and the scale of investment for adaptation to each climate change event. Thereafter, management priorities for infrastructure were devised and implications for policy development were suggested. The results showed that respondents expected the possibility of "typhoons and storm surges" and "floods and heavy rain" to be the most high. Respondents indicated that infrastructure related to water, transportation, and the built environment were more vulnerable to climate change. The most vulnerable facilities included river related facilities such as dams and riverbanks in the "water" category and seaports and roads in the "transport and communication" category. The results found were consistent with the history of natural disasters in Korea.

Communication has increasingly become important between peoples in the modern society. The change in the composition of a family brought by urbanization and industrialization caused structural changes in the society, and the lack of communication between people have incited various social conflicts rising from individualism and ego-centrism. Thus in this era, domestic environment is one of the most significant environment that enables one to transform into an appropriate member of the social community as well as develop appropriate traits of one. The living room, which served as an arena of communication for family members is now replaced with TV, a popular media, and has lost its original role in the house. The living room furnitures today are designed to facilitate people in viewing TV, not to enhance communication between family members. Thus in this research, I would like to propose a new concept of 'communication furniture' and various examples to suggest appropriate, desired role of living room furniture in households today. In addition, I hope this research contributes to forming a beneficial living room culture and a domestic environment as well as a heart-warming, human society.
