  • Recently many environmental researcher are concerned about the ecological environment and the issue of environmental pollution in cave. In this paper we discuss about air pollution, water pollution, state of water quality, ecological environment and situation of environmental public damage in cave The concerning of air pollution in cave is mainly to the type of secondary contamination, which much is developed in various fields recently. The natural water in the most of cave is no problems but ground water has slitting with natural water during much raining period. The state of water quality is gradually contaminated with artificial environmental pollution, that is, the contents of kinds of Aluminum, Nickel, Copper, Zinc and Calcium are higher than before. On the other hand it is very important things to keep the control of constant temperature, darkness and humidity in cave. The contamination by lamp flora and even black colored contamination are appeared nowadays. The ecological environment in cave destructed by growing of mi coorganism. In fact the internal of cave is shielded with the state of climate of cave external but the environment of internal cave is contaminated, because blowing from external climate state. In addition to environmental pollution caused by carbon dioxide and body temperature of tourists. By the way eco-examination of cave is black color public damage, green color one and white color one has been discovered, so we need to have the situation of demand of environmental reservation alternatives.

  • The geographic environment means the general state of the environment in the area. Especially, which means the generation cause, the development process of the cave, and the validity of cave development and conservation in the side of the place of the cave. This study put emphasis on lying in which place Hwaam cave in Tong-myon, Chong son-gun, Kangwondo is situated and having in which stand is in comparison with other districts, and how the geological structure which determine the cave forming cause is.(omitted)

  • With regard to Jeju Special Self-governing Province's natural-spa tourist spot development project, this paper has investigated the natural environment of Sehwa-Songdang Lave Region. According to this study, the cave consists of many small caverns with poor cave formations. Due to unfavorable climate conditions in the cave, in addition, hydrological environment is also very poor. In terms of vegetation, the cave shows the general vegetation environment of Jeju.

  • Ondal Cave is important and significant in terms of cultural value and tourism. In addition, there are abundant historical and cultural resources nearby. If the geographical strength is taken advantage of, the cave would evolve into a great tourist destination and natural education spot. This paper has investigated humanistic environment of Ondal Cave in considerations for the surrounding tourism resources. There are abundant tourism resources around Ondal Cave. However, they are rarely connected with each other. In fact, they are very partially interrelated around Guinsa(temple) only. Furthermore, the number of tourists has gradually decreased. Therefore, it‘s required to further develop tourism programs and surrounding tourism resources.

  • The Environment consolation and the Tour Resources Development of the Cave. The conservation and the development of the cave are complementary to each other. On account of Keepiny on changing, the cave is similar to living thing. Therefore, the cave development mocks the environment changed by the microbes and the mosses by many factors. But if can make the people around the cave get richer and richer by the visitors. If we need to develop some caves, first of all the safety diagnoses must be executed, about the geographic structures, path facilities, electronic ones, and so on.

  • The cave is similar to living things, because of keeping on changing. The environment in the cave after developing it change because many factors as followings; The microbes and the mosses by visitors and inner facilities will grow in the cave, which makes the ecology a lot of change. The quality of water and air in the cave can lead to the destruction of the ecology by the development. So we do our best to conservate the cave without changing the environment of air, the water and the ground.

  • To find out the natural environmental characteristics of Ondal Cave, temperature, humidity, wind speed and water temperature have been investigated. When compared to other caves, in sum, Ondal Cave has shown no significant difference interms of natural environment. Inparticular, Ondal Cave was higher than other limestone caves by 1-2$^{\circ}C$ in terms of water temperature due to high inflow of river water nearby.

  • The Gossi Cave, Natural Monument 219, extends horizontally for 3,388m with 215m elevation. 620m of the horizontal cave length was opened to the public in 1974. The Gosu Cave, Natural Monument 256, also was opened the public for only 685m of the horizontal cave length, 1,700m, in 1976 in order to preserve its ecological cave environment. The surface of the speleothems in two caves have been turning black due to pollutants after the caves were opened to the public. The degrees of temperature, humidity and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the caves were related the seasonal variation. Specially, the value of partial pressure of carbon dioxide($CO_2$) in the cave higher in the summer than any other seasons. The partial pressure of $CO_2$ continues to build in the summer because of exceed the self-purification limit in the caves. The value of $CO_2$ variation in the caves was mainly controlled by the amount of visitors. As a result, we have to controlled the amount of visitors to preserve the cave environment.

  • Since the existing cave type classification has no variety but was limited to the structural, genetical and dimensional classification, we need the new cave type classification. When we analyze the theoretical background of cluster analysis, the cave type can be classified in consideration of diverse variables depending on the selection of variables to use and the usability of such classification is very high. With the practical consideration on the internal environment of cave and surrounding environment, three classifications are available; first, numerical classification by the dimension and form of cave; second, classification by the use of land out of the cave and geographic features; third, classification by the feature of location related to the surrounding areas of cave.
