I studied some important medical Literatures in order to examine the cause of Hoarse Voice and found out some facts of follows ; 1. The exogenous cause of disease in wind. 2. Wind-cold, Wind-fire, Wind-heat, Summer-heat, Heat. 3. The endogenous cause of disease is deficiency of Yin and dificiency of blood leads fire-evil was lung-dry stool dificiency of body fluid. 4. The non-exo-endogenous causes of disease is sing ballads and call out.

Currently, there are various institutions performing fire investigation and identification, such as fire stations and police stations as well as institutes related to fire safety, etc. And the manpower working at the institutions reaches a large number of persons. But there is no objective index on the expertise of the persons. In this paper, we suggested the examination criteria through job analysis and the enforcement method of the exam system. And we developed suitable exam subjects and exam content specifications for qualification of fire identification and estimation that investigate a fire cause, combustion, escape circumstances and fire facilities at the scene of a fire, survey the fire damage and analysis fire cause, etc. It will increase the public trust to develop national technical qualification items of the fire identification and estimation engineer.

This study analyzed the case of diesel car fires that occurred while driving in a tunnel 5 days after maintenance at a car service center. The results of the investigation and analysis found that a large amount of white foreign matter adhered to the inside of the exhaust port and the insulating plate above the DPF (diesel particulate filter) installed in the middle of the exhaust pipe was melted and lost. In particular, the metal floor of the car above the DPF was molten and pierced, and the rubber mat placed on the metal floor was burnt. Moreover, while the exhaust pipe in front of the DPF showed no overheating mark, such a mark was observed in the exhaust pipe from the DPF to the exhaust port. Because these findings may appear only when the DPF is overheated and ignited, this car fire is believed to have been caused by internal overheating of the DPF. The car fire investigation of this study suggests that if white foreign matter is found in the inside of the exhaust port during a fire cause investigation of a diesel car, the cause of the fire should be determined by removing the DPF and examining the internal damage of the DPF.

This study is to deduce problems and grope for its solution by investigating the general operation status about the present fire investigation in Korea. As for the problems, this study is to point out that they are application of diversion by the function of law for fire investigation, execution of individualized fire investigation by each institution, total lack of information sharing system for fire investigation, and weakness of cause investigation for arson. The reform measures are as follows: the unity of law for fire investigation, joint investigation by the related institutions, early introduction of civil fire investigation expert system, extension of special research institutes for fire investigation, introduction of system for sharing information of fire investigation, and operation of fire investigation team for cause investigation for arson.

According to the statistical analysis on the electrical fire of 2005 years, most of electrical fire is generated from short circuit(4,985 cases), overcurrent(755 cases) leakage current(391 cases), poor contact(378 cases), disconnection(36 cases) on the electrical wiring device. The researches for the fire hazard about normal electric wiring have already been progressing in the advanced country such as USA and Japan, but Comparative study of the disconnection has not been conducted. Therefore, in this paper, we have simulated the thermal analysis for electrical wire according to deteriorating time in a normal state and disconnection with electrical wire using the electrical-thermal finite element method(Flux 3D). This paper acquire basis data of electricity fire signal by disconnection and wish to help for electrical fire cause diagnosis business.

This study analyzed the cause and liability of a car fire. The car was purchased 1 year ago and had traveled 8,500 km. When the car stopped at a red right and was about to start when the light turned green, the car next to it sounded itsa horn. As a result, the driver stopped the car and found that there was a fire in the engine compartment, which the fire brigade subsequently extinguished. This car fire may have been caused by an electrical spark from a screw hook inserted into the battery + terminal. Therefore, the courts decided that the car owner or driver was not responsible for the fire, because the electrical spark from the hook that caused it resulted from the automaker's manufacturing defect.

This study was intended to investigate the contents associated with the neuropsychosis in the medical books published in the times of Chinese dynasty of Jin and Yuan. As a result, the following findings were drawn. 1. As for palpitation from fright and severe palpitation, the medical schools in the times of Chinese Jin and Yuan dynasties viewed their causes as heart-fire, shuiqichengxin, blood vacuity, phlegm and so on and presented a prescription for each cause for them. 2. As for psychosis, medical books published in the times of Chinese Jin and Yuan dynasties accurately divided and discussed epilepsy and viewed their causes largely as Yangming heat, phlegm of chest and heart-fire. And a number of medical schools made use of such therapeutics as sweating, vomiting and diarrhea therapies. 3. As for headache, medical books published in the times of Chinese Jin and Yuan dynasties presented their causes as fire and heat, phlegm heat, phlegm and so on and classified the aspect of headache in detail. As for vacuity rexation and dysphoria, medical books at that time saw their causes as fire and heat, heart-fire, blood vacuity and so forth and presented a prescription for them accordingly. 4. Liu Wan Su was the Hanliang school. He viewed the etiological cause for psychopathy as fire and heat and prescribed largely the medication of cold nature for it. 5. Zhang Cong Zheng belonged to the Gongxia School. He viewed the etiological cause for psychopathy as fire, phlegm and so forth and made use of sweating, vomiting and diarrhea therapies. Especially, he used the 'Jingzhepingzhe' therapy as a method to treat the symptom of fright. 6. Li Gao did not any specific mention of psychopathy and divided headache due to internal injury and headache due to external contraction. 7. Zhu Zhen Heng viewed most of the etiological causes for psychopathy as phlegm, fire and deficiency of blood and attached importance to such its therapeutics as resolving phlegm, cleaning away fire and nourishing Yin. 8. Wang Hao Gu did not present the specifically common etiological cause and prescription for psychopathy but described the cause and prescription for headache, dysphoria, maniac speech, palpitation and so forth. Luo Tian Yi presented the process of psychosis due to abnormal therapy for cold demage and prescription of it. 9. Wang Lu made a detailed explanation about the therapeutics of five types of stagnated syndrome and said that stagnated syndrome became the major cause for them in the occurrence of such psychopathy. Wei Yi Lin presented the prescription and medication for comparatively diverse mental diseases such zhong-qi, severe palpitation, palpitation for fright, impaired memory, vacuity rexation, headache, psychosis.

According to 2014 fire statistical yearbook in the National Fire Data System, a main cause of fire is electrical fire except carelessness fire. Joint/contact badness is the one of the main cause of electrical fire. Furthermore, power relays which are used in electric panel board, motor control center and automation controller, are main element of automation system in the industry field. Overload, voltage unbalance and open-phase due to joint/contact badness of terminal make electric accidents or electrical fires. In order to prevent joint/contact badness of terminal, this paper proposes a sensing circuit of chattering, tracking, arc current, voltage unbalance and open-phase etc. Some experimental tests of the proposed apparatus confirm practicality and validity of the theoretical results.

Cause of Bucheon LPG refueling station accident could not be clearly verified because of opposite talking of men reponsible for the accident the accident, damaged by BLEVE and fire, and no systematic fire investigation. After two and half years, recently first judgement has been carried out. But competitive arguement is going on and first leak point of massive LPG will not be clearly identified with evidences acquired by now. This accident gave us many instructions and advices. Specially, massive LPG leak can result in pool fire and safety of underground-installed storage tank is proved by no damage in the strong BLEVE.

We studied on corrosion of sprinklers system fire protection, a cause on corrosion of fire installations and a source of the problem. We investigated the influence of fluid mechanics on the corrosion shape of sprinklers system fire protection installations. And we known a problem of early fire extinguishing in fire protection with corrosion.
