We have summarized a large part of the history of Korean medicine from a macroscopic perspective. However, many aspects still remain incomplete from a microscopic perspective. This is partly because the society under the Chosun dynasty was dominated by the gentry class and they were not active in the field of medicine. However, another reason is that, unlike the Chinese, these people left behind few medical case records (醫案, eui-an) that vividly describe the treatment methods prevalent during those times. This may be attributed to the fact that during those times, the focus of medical doctors was not on recording their knowledge and experiences, but on simplification of diagnosis and treatments for practical use. However, since medical case records of any era provide an insight into the state of medical provision at that time, they could play an important role in providing concrete knowledge regarding the state of medicine under the Chosun dynasty, and in understanding the uniqueness of Korean medicine in detail. Therefore, in this article we discuss the recently discovered Gyeongheombang (經驗方), which is archived at the Korea University, and through this we aim to add a new source of detailed information on Korean medicine, and to identify the potential of Korean medicine by demonstrating its uniqueness.

산업화가 진행됨에 따라 지역 문화가 깃든 공동체가 온전히 보존되기 어려워지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지역적 특색이 강한 로컬리티 기록물을 활용하여 공동체 활성화 방안으로 기록물 수집 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 대구 약전골목을 대상으로 하여 골목의 역사와 현황 및 문제점을 알아보았으며 약전골목이 보유하고 있는 기록물 유형 및 약전골목을 이루고 있는 공동체의 구성요소를 정리하였다. 수집 방안으로는 시흥 바라지 아카이브 사례와 정릉 마을 기록 사례, 오텐센지구 아카이브를 참고하여 단계별 수집정책을 개발하였다.

민주화운동기념사업회 사료관은 민주화운동 기록을 오픈아카이브를 통해 이용자들이 편리하게 열람하고 활용될 수 있도록 서비스하고 있다. 이 글은 오픈아카이브에 더욱 풍부한 서비스 제공을 목적으로 사료관에서 진행한 사진DB구축사업의 사례를 설명하였다. 국내 다양한 아카이브가 사진 기록을 소장하고 있지만, 공개적으로 서비스하는 데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 민주화운동기념사업회에서 2019~2020년에 진행한 정태원 사진 DB구축사업의 과정과 의의, 앞으로의 과제를 소개하고자 한다.

본 연구는 형사사건기록의 분류방안을 마련해 보는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 형사사건기록의 유형 및 특성을 파악하여 형사사건기록이 사안파일의 한 유형임을 밝히고, 이후 현재 검찰청에서 형사사건기록의 분류 현황 및 문제점을 짚어 보았다. 새로운 형사사건기록의 분류원칙으로 사건단위별 분류를 기본으로 하되, 업무절차에 따른 단계별 분류체계 방법을 제안하였다. 이는 향후 형사사건기록이 전자기록 관리체계로 전환되었을 경우의 분류체계로서, 단계별 분류체계에 대한 개념은 MoReq 2의 Workflow 개념을 도입한 것이다.

Purpose: In an infinite market competition, companies are adopting management systems to gain a competitive advantage. The expectancy effect of the management system is management performance improvement and accurate measurements. These can be made through quality records with integrity and maintainability. This paper examines the operation of records management standards, which are records, storage and management standards for quality records to understand the needs of records management standards and empathize with their needs. Methods: This paper examines PEC's (Pields Engineering Co., Ltd.) specific processes and standards for integrating individual management systems and establishing records management standards. We also look at the specific features of the Search Tool and Document Storage Management Standards that support records management standards. Results: The integration process of PEC's individual management system consists of five steps. A PDCA-based process was established to erode the confusion and inefficiencies caused by overlap between individual management systems. Also, by accurately grasping corporate competence, PEC established a record management standard suitable for the characteristics of the company. PEC's records management standards are used as a useful standard for organizing quality records, and have an impact on management performance improvement. Conclusion: PEC's records management standards enable the verification of quality performance rates and performance measures. Companies can implement appropriate quality improvement strategies based on the numbers identified by introducing records management standards. Companies can succeed in improving management performance when operating quality management that combines performance measurement techniques and records management standards.

본 연구는 영국의 대표적인 기록관리학 학술지인 Archives and Records에 수록된 연구 논문을 분석하여 국외 기록관리학 연구의 동향을 살펴보고 국내의 기록관리학 연구 동향과 비교하기 위해 수행되었다. 2013년부터 최근까지 10년 동안 ｢기록학연구｣에 수록된 318편의 논문과 ｢Archives and Records｣에 수록된 142편의 논문을 대상으로 정량분석을 통해 저자 분포와 공동연구의 비율, 소속기관의 유형별 분포, 주제분야별 분포를 파악하고, ｢기록학연구｣에서 1,251개, ｢Archives and Records｣에서 508개의 저자키워드를 추출하여 네트워크 분석을 수행한 결과 ｢기록학연구｣에는 (1) 아카이브, 기록, 기록관리, 기록정보 서비스 등 기록관리 일반에 관한 연구, (2) 공공기록물 관련 연구, (3) 민간기록물 관련 연구, 그리고 (4) 기록의 평가·선별, 폐기 등 기록관리의 기술에 관한 연구 등이 군집을 이루고 있고, ｢Archives and Records｣에는 (1) 커뮤니티 아카이브나 지역 아카이브와 관련한 다양한 실제 사례를 다루는 연구가 많고, (2) 기록의 기술이나 선별, 접근, 보존, 서비스 등 기록관리의 기술과 관련된 연구가 꾸준히 이루어지고 있으며, (3) 구술기록이나 시청각기록 등의 디지털화에 관한 연구도 주요 주제 중 하나라는 점을 알 수 있었다.

"承政院日記" is a journal written by the scribes belonging to the Royal Secretariat and consists of objective and detailed records about events, dialogs, and actions that happened in the presence of the king and also collections of all the documents output by the Royal Secretariat. The medicine-related records in "承政院日記" are mainly records of the medical examination and treatment of the king and the royal family and related documents of operation. Of the many different entries involved with clinical practices, this study focuses on the medical examination and treatment of the king. Through the case studies displayed in the clinical records of "承政院日記", trial and error of its time as well as clinical results can be verified. Sorting out of affirmative tradition that could not be handed down due to institutional interruption is also made possible through comparison of effective treatment methods of late Chosun dynasty including patterns or distinctive methods of treating specific diseases against their counterparts in Traditional Korean Medicine of today.

본 연구는 야구기록 활용에 기반하여 '한국야구명예의전당'을 운영하기 위한 효과적인 방향성을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 문헌 조사에 의한 미국과 일본 명예의 전당 사례 분석과 한국 야구기록의 종류와 관리현황, 현업에서 종사 중인 야구 관계자들의 면담을 통해 문제점을 도출하였다. 종합 방안으로서 '한국야구명예의전당'에서 수집, 관리, 활용해야 할 관련 아카이브 컬렉션 구성과 야구 영웅의 기억을 보존하기 위한 구술 확보의 필요성, 야구 경기기록의 DB화와 데이터 구축 등을 제시하였다.

1999년 기록관리법의 제정과 함께 정비된 폐기평가 제도는 처리과에서의 폐기를 금지하고 보존기간 책정제도를 보완해 중요기록물의 유실을 방지할 수 있는 전략적 개념을 지니고 있다. 하지만 실제 기록관에서 수행되는 폐기평가의 현실은 기록관리법에서 의도하는 이러한 취지와는 현실적으로 큰 간극을 지닌다. 이에 본고에서는 기록물 평가제도에 대한 검토를 통해 현행 우리나라 폐기평가 제도의 중요성을 살펴본 다음, 현행 폐기평가 제도의 운영현황과 실제 운영상의 문제점을 고찰하였다. 이어 폐기평가 제도를 모범적으로 운영하고 있다고 판단되는 실제 사례를 기반으로 향후 우리나라 폐기평가 제도의 현실적 적용을 위한 방안을 모색하였다.

공공기록물법 시행령 개정 이후 기록관에서는 데이터세트 기록 관리를 위한 관리기준표를 작성하고 이에 대한 관리와 통제를 수행하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기록관의 체계적 데이터세트 기록 관리를 위한 데이터세트 기록 식별 절차와 평가 지표를 개발하였다. 이를 적용하여 국가철도공단의 KR전자조달시스템의 8개 데이터세트 기록 식별 후 관리기준표를 작성하였고, 평가지표에 따라 평가를 진행, 보존기간과 이관 및 수집 여부를 책정하였다. 데이터세트 기록의 관리 절차에 대한 구체적 사례가 부족한 시점에, 이 사례연구가 기록관에 실무적 도움이 되기를 바란다.
