The ontology was proposed to construct the logical basis of semantic web. Ontology represents domain knowledge in the formal form and it enables that machine understand domain knowledge and provide appropriate intelligent service for user request. However, the construction and the maintenance of ontology requires large amount of cost and human efforts. This paper proposes an automatic ontology construction method for defining relation between concepts in the documents. The Proposed method works as following steps. First we find concept pairs which compose association rule based on the concepts in domain specific documents. Next, we find pattern that describes the relation between concepts by clustering the context between two concepts composing association rule. Last, find generalized pattern name by clustering the clustered patterns. To verify the proposed method, we extract relation between concepts and evaluate the result using documents set provide by TREC(Text Retrieval Conference). The result shows that proposed method cant provide useful information that describes relation between concepts.

Drosophila melanogaster heat shock protein 70 gene promoter (Dhsp70p) is widely used in transgenic insect to drive exogenous gene, and the homologous region 3 from Bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrovirus (BmNPVhr3) functions as an enhancer for several promoters. To test whether BmNPVhr3 can enhance the Dhsp70ps transcriptional activity, the reporter plasmids, which contain the Dhsp70p, the reporter $\beta$-galactosidase gene with SV40 terminator and BmNPVhr3 fragment, are constructed and transfected into the insect cell lines (Bm-N cells and Sf-21 cells) by lipofectin-mediated method. The results from the transient expression assay show that BmNPVhr3 significantly increases transcriptional activity of Dhsp70p both under the normal condition and under the heat-shock treatment, although the effects are significantly different between in Bm-N cells and in sf-21 cells. The enhancing behavior of BmNPVhr3 on the Dhsp70p is in an orientation-independent manner. Meanwhile, the effects of heat-shock treatment on Dhsp70p alone or Dhsp70p/BmNPVhr3 combination present no significant difference, indicating that BmNPVhr3 only enhances the transcriptional activity of Dhsp70p, but cant alter its characteristic of the response to the heat-shock stress. The above results suggest that the Dhsp70p/BmNPVhr3 combination is more effective one to drive exogenous gene for transgene or stable cell expression system in insects.
Aircraft fuel efficiency is one of main concerns to aircraft manufacturers and to aviation companies because jet fuel price has tripled in last ten years. One of simple and effective methods to increase fuel efficiency is to reduce aircraft induced drag by using of wingtip devices. Induced drag is closely related to the circulation distribution, which produces strong wingtip vortex behind the tip of a finite wing. Wingtip devices including winglets can be successfully applied to reduce induced drag by wingtip vortex mitigation. Winglet design, however, is very complicated process and has to consider many parameters including installation position, height, taper ratio, sweepback, airfoil, toe-out angle and cant angle of winglets. In current research, different shapes of winglets are compared in the view of vortex mitigation. Appropriately designed winglets are proved to mitigate wingtip vortex and to increase lift to drag ratio. Also, the results show that winglets are more efficient than wingtip extension. That is the reason B-747-400 and B-737-800 chose winglets instead of a span increase to increase payload and range. Drag polar comparison chart is presented to show that minimum drag is increased by viscous drag of winglet, but at high lift, total drag is reduced by induced drag decrease. So, winglets are more efficient for aircraft that cruises at a high lift condition, which generates very strong wingtip vortex.

The $360^{\circ}$ video has a lot of image information and usefulness; however, the position of the audio source judged by hearing is different from the position on the screen. Therefore, human feels tired, the immersion decrease and user cant watch the video for Moreer time. In this paper, the concordance rate of the video and the audio localization is defined. The rate is expressed in a percentage. It means how much the system makes the sound localization real according to the position of the source on the screen. With this rate, the audio localization performance of immersive audio producing and playing system can be evaluated. It will be helpful for developers to make the higher performance system and expected to contribute to make makinguality system with reality.
Objective: This study assessed the differences in soft tissue deviations of the nose, lips, and chin between different mandibular asymmetry types in Class III patients. Methods: Cone-beam computed tomography data from 90 Class III patients with moderate-to-severe facial asymmetry were investigated. The sample was divided into three groups based on the extent of mandibular rolling, yawing, and translation. Soft tissue landmarks on the nose, lips, and chin were investigated vertically, transversely, and anteroposteriorly. A paired t test was performed to compare variables between the deviated (Dv) and nondeviated (NDv) sides, and one-way analysis of variance with Tukey's post-hoc test was performed for intergroup comparisons. Pearson's correlation coefficient was calculated to assess the relationship between the soft and hard tissue deviations. Results: The roll-dominant group showed significantly greater differences in the vertical positions of the soft tissue landmarks between the Dv and NDv than other groups (P < 0.05), whereas the yaw-dominant group exhibited larger differences in the transverse and anteroposterior directions (P < 0.05). Moreover, transverse lip cant was correlated with the menton (Me) deviation and mandibular rolling in the roll-dominant group (P < 0.001); the angulation of the nasal bridge or philtrum was correlated with the Me deviation and mandibular yawing in the yaw-dominant group (P < 0.01). Conclusions: The three-dimensional deviations of facial soft tissue differed based on the mandibular asymmetry types in Class III patients with similar amounts of Me deviation. A precise understanding of soft tissue deviation in each asymmetry type would help achieve satisfactory facial esthetics.
Nineteen stimulus photograghs varied in hue and color scheme of one clothing style of Korean dress worn by a female were used to investigate the effect of color color scheme and structure on impression formation for Korean dress. Subjects were 77 male and 86 female undergraduate and graduate students. The stimuli c9onsisted of two sets(cool and warm) of four similar color schemes two sets (cool and warm in Chima color) of five contrasting color schemes and one extra stimulus triad 3 hue base. Structures were de-fined by color schemes of Kit.Korum toward the color schemes of Jokori and Chima. Stimu-lus photogragh selected from Korean dress fashion magazines was managed and varied in hues and color schemes to Kit Korum Jokori and Chima according to Korean Standard Color through scanning and Adobe photoshop 3.0 program and then pictured through slide printer(HR-6000). Each subject assessed 19 stimulus color photographs with incorporated 7 point semantic differential response scale. The data were analyzed by frequency mean factor analysis t-test ANOVA and Scheffe test. Results indicate impression ofrmations are af-fected by clothing cues. 1) Four factors emerged to account for dimensional structure of impressions of female features on Korean dress. These four factors were titled as(1) preference.evaluation (2) individuality.attention (3) youth and (4) friendshio. The preference.evaluation factor was the largest including eleven adjectives and accounting for 29.62% of the variances. 2) Almost every clothing cue(color, color scheme, structure) had some effects on im-pressions formed But the color of Chima did not form the effects on impression of prefer-ence.evaluation factor. The effect of related color scheme was the most influential clothing cue on impressions of preference.evalation factor and friendship factor whereas the ef-fect of contrasting color scheme was the most influential clothing cue on impressions of indi-viduality.attention factor and youth factor. The effect of cool color of Chima was the most influential clothing cue on impression of indi-viduality.attention factor whereas the effect of warm color of Chima was the most influen-tial clothing cue on impressions of youth factor and friendship factor. The effect of Jokori/Chima.Kit.Korum structure was the most influential clothing cue on impressions of pref-erence.evaluation factor and youth factor whereas the effect of Kit.Korum/Jokori.Chima structure was the most influential clothing cue on impressions of individuality.attention factor and friendship factor. 3) The interaction effects were appeared among clothing cues. In summary the clothing was used as nonverbal cues in the effect on impression for-mation of female dressed in Korean dress. it concluded that color schemes worked as cen-tral traits and colors of Chima and structures worked as peripheral traits in the formation of impression of the female clothed in Korean dress. hence organizing our impressions with respect to the parts of the Korean dress in re-lation to the whole holistic perceptual pro-cess Gestalt approach was used and supported.
Investigated were the relationships between plumule elongation characteristics and seedling emergence of 46 varieties including native, improved and red rice varieties of Korea, and varieties from U.S.A., Italy, India, Japan under 1, 3, and 5cm deep sowing with irrigated and non-irrigated condition. Experiments were carried out in paddy field of sandy loam. There was heavy shower of 19.2mm on the next day of seeding and thereafter, clear and dry weather continued during the experiment period. Soil temperature averaged over 30 days after seeding was $16.4^{\circ}C$ at 3cm depth. Soil hardness increased linearly up to 2.5kg /$cm^2$ on the 14th day after seeding, on which date irrigated plot was irrigated through furrow, and up to 4kg / $cm^2$ on the 28th day in non-irrigated plot. Soil hardness dropped near to 0kg /$cm^2$ after irrigation and developed up to 2.5kg /$cm^2$ again by 28 days after seeding. Seedling emergence was higher in irrigated plots than non-irrigated plots at all seeding depths. Korean improved varieties were substantially lower in seedling emergence under non-irrigated condition of 1 cm deep sowing than those under irrigated condition. This poor seedling emergence resulted mainly from delayed emergence by exposing them to greater soil strength. Percent seedling emergence under irrigated and non-irrigated condition showed signifi-cant correlations at 3 and 5 cm deep sowing. Korean improved varieties belonged to the group of poor seedling emergence, and I taliconaverneco, Chinsura Boro and Weld Pally to best group under both irrigation conditions at 3 and 5cm deep sowing. Seedling emergence showed highly signifi-cant positive correlation with the plumule length of mesocotyl + 1st internode + incomplete leaf and of mesocotyl+coleoptile. Among the characters constituting plumule length, incomplete leaf length showed greatest positive correlation followed by coleoptile and mesocotyl under irrigated condition at 3 and 5 cm deep sowing, and highest correlation with mesocotyllength followed by first internode and incomplete leaf under non-irrigated condition. Days to 50% seedling emergence at 1 cm deep sowing with irrigation showed great varietal variation of 10 to 30 days, and showed high significant negative correlations with percent seedling emergence under both irrigation conditions except for 1 cm deep sowing with irrigation, Days to seedling emergence revealed sig-nificant negative correlations with plumule characters except 2nd internode, showing highest cor-relation with incomplete leaf length.
The air transport industry is the most important as means of human exchange between the countries. Because the spread effect and the durability by aviation cooperation between the countries are much higher than any other industry, a research about air transport industry is very important to allied industry field as well as national policy about International cooperation and integration. Specially, according to the economic interchange with North Korea becomes active, the role of air transport as related traffic network with North Korea becomes more important. The number of flights is increasing sharply after South-North summit meeting, and two sides established and are using temporary direct route between South-North Korea. When we consider that the number of flights utilizing temporary direct route is increasing every year, It is not desirable to use temporary routes continuously because the current agreement between South and North cant be reliable far the case of unexpected circumstance. In addition, the current agreement is not based on the international standards. The paper is to study the condition to promote the coordination of civil aviation in the whole Korean peninsula. As known, the aviation system in North Korea is mainly operated by military unit. The study will review the current status of air transport system of South and North and the effective way of cooperation of civil aviation between both sides. The cooperation between governments as well as between airlines is studied. The establishment of Air Traffic Service Agreement is going to be handled heavily because the stable air traffic service is the most required base for the operation of air transport. The authors also try to find a way to support the development of infrastructure of aviation industry in North Korea.
Cheese consumption in Korea has continuously increased far the last decades by industrialization and globalization. In addition, import of fresh cheese has increased from 2 tons, and 30 thousand dollars in 1991 to 20 thousand tons, and 49 million dollars in 2001. However, Korea standard for cheese differs from CODEX, and is not consistent. To investigate more proper standards for cheese, 20 natural cheeses and 17 process cheeses were obtained from market and analysed. All the cheeses except 1 soft cheese met the standard, but 'unripened cheese' was not different from 'soft cheese' in milk solid content. Natural cheese firmness showed exponential inverse relationship(R=0.8226) to moisture on a fat-free basis(MFFB) which is used for the natural cheese standard in CODEX. Therefore, it was thought appropriate to refer to CODEX standard for using textural terminology in Korea standard for natural cheese. For process cheese, milk solid cant be estimated by the analysis, and there are no merits and penalties by the classification. It was thought proper to classify the process cheese by types, such as 'Powder', 'Slice', 'Spread', and 'Portion'. Rule for 15∼34% milk solid content of products should be prepared in standard for animal products as 'Process cheese products' for the promotion of development and consumption of cheese.

Histologically proven 465 cases of neck mass in children were analized for the determination of the nature of lesions. Pathologic specimens were obtained during 10 years from January 1981 to December 1989 at Severance Hospital, Yonsei University, College of Medicine. 1) Congenital lesion was most common in neonate(80%) and congenital lesion and inflamatory disease were common in infancy and inflammatory disease was most common in more than one year old children. Thyroglossal duct cyst was most common(35.4%) disease of the congenital lesion. followed by cytic hygroma(34%) and branchial cleft remnants(29.2%). 2) Benign tumors were discovered most frequently in adolescence (55.2%) and thyroid adenoma(23.7%) and epithelial tumor(21.1%) and hemangiomas(19.7%) were most common. Most common malignant tumors were malignant lymphoma (50%) and Hodgkin's disease and were present in the older children. Metastatic cancers were very rare and their primary sites were deductable in all cases. 3) Reactive hyperplasia of lymph node was most common in inflammatory disease(23.7%). Tuberculosis lymphadenitis was more common than nonspecific lymphadenitis. 4) Bilaterality of lesion was commonly seen in malignant disease(41.7%), reactive hyperplasia of lymph node (38.85%) and metastatic disease(33.3%). Size and duration of the masses were not helpful in the differential diagnosis of the cause of the masses. Pediatric neck mass must be evaluated with its characteristics. sites, bilaterality, size and its cange, duration and patient's age but any of these alone cant not be predicted its causes without biopsy or excision. Biopsy or excision can be done with few complication but biopsy of lymph node for diagnosis is carefully made because a large number of lymph node biopsy showed no definite diagnosis in these selected cases of patients.
