임상치과위생사의 전문 직업성과 직무만족도 (Professionalism and job satisfaction in dental hygienists)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between the professionalism and job satisfaction of clinical dental hygienists. Methods : The subjects were 310 dental hygienists in private and group practiced dental clinics. A self-reported questionnaire was conducted from December, 2012 to February, 2013. Data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 12.0. Results : Dental hygienists revealed the highest score in a sense of calling (3.41) and the lowest score in professionalism (2.85). They showed the highest score in the relationship with dentists (3.56) and the lowest score in pay (2.83). Highly educated and aged dental hygienists wanted to get more clinical career as professionalist. So there was a very significant positive correlation between professionalism and job satisfaction. Conclusions : Dental hygienists showed job satisfaction. Therefore it is important to develop the linking system of professionalsim and human resources development program.

유전 알고리즘에 기반한 코드 난독화를 위한 인라인 적용 기법 (A Technique to Apply Inlining for Code Obfuscation based on Genetic Algorithm)

  • Code obfuscation is a technique that protects the abstract data contained in a program from malicious reverse engineering and various obfuscation methods have been proposed for obfuscating intention. As the abstract data of control flow about programs is important to clearly understand whole program, many control flow obfuscation transformations have been introduced. Generally, inlining is a compiler optimization which improves the performance of programs by reducing the overhead of calling invocation. In code obfuscation, inlining is used to protect the abstract data of control flow. In this paper, we define new control flow complexity metric based on entropy theory and N-Scope metric, and then apply genetic algorithm to obtain optimal inlining results, based on the defined metric.

도시가스업에서 해피꼴 고객의 선정 (Customer Selection for a Happy Call in the City Gas Business)

  • City gas is becoming an essential resource in households due to its convenience and low price in comparison to other energy sources. However, in order to prepare for the gas market to be saturated, many city gas companies must pursue customer satisfaction management and develop happy call systems for a promising solution. In the development of the happy call systems, the difficult problem is that we cannot contact all customers because of limited resources and calling efficiency in the call center, We should find best customers according to their value. This paper suggests a methodology for the selection of happy call customers when city 9as companies consider two strategies. First, they should launch a new business area. Second, they must attempt to prevent current customers from moving from city gas to other fuels. We will discover important attributes and derive rules of weighting for the attributes through an exploration study that affect customer satisfaction and preference. Through a simulation model, we will show how many customers will be selected by our methodology.

First Record of the Field-Cricket Turanogryllus eous (Orthoptera: Gryllidae: Gryllinae) from Korea

  • The field-cricket $Turanogryllus$ $eous$ Bey-Bienko, 1956 and its genus $Turanogryllus$ Tarbinsky, 1940 were recorded for the first time from Chungcheongbuk-do province in Korea to carry out the project 'The sound guides to Korean animals.' Depending on the discovery of the cricket, its distributional ranges are more widened towards East Asia to the Korean peninsula from China mainland, the $Turanogryllus$ was 10th to known Gryllinae genera in Korea. Description, photos of habitus, figure of male genitalia, oscillogram and spectrogram for the calling sound are provided for aid identification. Voucher specimens are deposited in the collection of National Institute of Biological Resources, Incheon, Korea.

Motion-tracked Speed Dialing for Smartphones

  • The use of a smartphone with one hand has been getting difficult as the size of the smartphone display gets larger. In addition, people handicapped or using one hand for handling other pieces may encounter difficulties to touch exact numbers for calling with their smartphones. Thus, motion-tracked speed dialing can be a good solution for these cases and also an advanced feature applicable in the future network not requiring dedicated Internet connections. The previous study on this feature showed a result with a limitation of using servers connected via Internet connections for solving real-time control issues. Therefore, this paper proposes a scheme for the smartphone dialing on motion-tracked numbers without any servers or Internet connections, and presents the details of its implementation and results.

Study for the Information Operations for Long Unattended Periods of Time at the Space System

  • The space systems are being operated in a uncertain space environment and are desired to have autonomous capability for long periods of time without frequent telecommunications with the ground station. At the same time, requirements for new set of satellite system set of projects/systems calling for "autonomous" operations for long unattended periods of time are emerging. Since, by the nature of space systems, it is desired to perform its mission flawlessly and also it is of extreme importance to have fault-tolerant sensors and actuators for the purpose of validating science measurement data for the mission success. This studies focused on the identification/demonstration of critical technology innovations that will be applied to the Validation Control System.

  • Nowadays as smartphones are becoming increasingly popular, smartphone applications are making people's life much more convenient than before. In the past, various forms of technology were developed to help visually impaired people. So the idea of how the prevalent smartphone applications could help the visually impaired to make their life better came into our mind. In this paper, we describe an application aiming at meeting the visually impaired people's basic needs in their daily life. Our application includes three basic functions, a new way of calling, date and time prompt, and emergency use.

  • 문헌정보학은 도서관학으로부터 출발했다. 그리고 서구의 전통 있는 명문대학은 학과 명칭을 '도서관학, 기록학 그리고 정보과학'으로 부르며, 도서관과 기록관 그리고 정보관의 자료와 지식정보를 대상으로 연구하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라는 그 기본을 소홀히 하고 있어서 이를 환기시키고자 한다.

  • 인터넷전화 서비스의 원활한 제공을 위해 세계 여러 국가와 표준화 기구에서는 E911과 같은 긴급통신서비스 제공을 위한 정책 수립 및 기술표준화 활동을 수행하고 있다. 2005년 5월 미국 FCC가 인터넷전화 사업자의 E911 서비스 제공을 촉구하는 결정을 내린 바 있으며, 캐나다, 유럽, 아시아 등에서도 관련 정책을 마련하고 있다. IP 기반의 긴급통신서비스 제공과 관련된 표준화 활동은 IETF의 여러 WG과 NENA, TIA, ITUT등의 기구에서 진행되고 있으며, 특히 IETF ecrit WG에서는 인터넷 기술을 이용한 비상 호 라우팅을 위한 요구사항 개발 관련 작업이 이루어질 예정이다. 본 문서에서는 이와 같은 세계 여러 국가와 기구의 정책 및 표준화 활동을 비롯하여, 911 서비스를 제공하는 것으로 밝히고 있는 해외 인터넷전화사업자의 서비스 제공 동향에 대해 살펴본다.

  • 한 회로에서 각 트랜지스터의 파라미-터를 한장의 카아드에 한꺼번에 수용할 수 있게 하기 위하여 ECAP 콤파일러·프로그램을 수정하였다. 이로서 트랜지스터의 베이스, 에밋터 및 콜랙터에 관한 모든 파라미-터가 한꺼번에 입력되고 따라서 상호관계 재확인을 위해서 여러 써브·루우틴을 거칠 필요도 없어진다. 베이스 및 콜랙터등 2개의 브랜치·카아드와 상호관계를 나타내는 카아드 대신, 하나의 카아드로서 입력시킬 수 있으므로 상당히 머신타임(Machine time)이 절약되고, 한편 트랜지스터 회로에서 등가회로로 옳겨 각 브랜치와 노-드를 번호 붙일 필요없이 직접 데이타·카아드(회로를 나타내는)를 작성할 수 있게 되었다.
