The sophistication of technology information has led to a series of innovative activities in the economy, particularly in buying and selling products and services both conventionally and online. Currently online activities provide opportunities for customers to get the desired needs. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of website quality, hedonic shopping motivation, and impulse buying on customers' satisfaction of online shopping in Indonesia. Eight online marketplaces are the focus of this research. This study uses a quantitative approach. This is a structural equation research with data obtained from 177 students through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale; the selection criteria is having shopped online from various universities in Indonesia. The statistical testing tool used is SPSS 26.0, with the effect between variables determined using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). The findings of this study indicate that the nine proposed hypotheses are accepted, positively and significantly, directly or indirectly, which are supported by previous research to reinforce the findings that have been found. The interesting attributes associated with this study are hedonic shopping motivation and impulse buying that mediate the relationship between website quality and customer satisfaction of online shopping in Indonesia's marketplace.
Determining the timing of buying and selling in stock investment is one of the most important factors to increase the return on stock investment. Buying low and selling high makes a profit, but buying high and selling low makes a loss. The price is determined by the quantity of buying and selling, which determines the price of a stock, and buying and selling is also related to corporate performance and economic indicators. The fear and greed index provided by CNN uses seven factors, and by assigning weights to each element, the weighted average defined as greed and fear is calculated on a scale between 0 and 100 and published every day. When the index is close to 0, the stock market sentiment is fearful, and when the index is close to 100, it is greedy. Therefore, we analyze the trading criteria that generate the maximum return when buying and selling the US S&P 500 index according to CNN fear and greed index, suggesting the optimal buying and selling timing to suggest a way to increase the return on stock investment.

The research method used is the quantitative research paradigm using surveys as a medium to obtain primary data. The paper examines the theoretical research model and tested fifteen hypotheses. The questionnaire was developed based on indicators from previous research. A non-probability sampling framework is used in this study. The data collection method uses electronic and online questionnaires to collect primary data with a total sample of 330 taken with the criteria of having made transactions in e-commerce Shopee in the last three months. Data analysis tools using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach. The results showed that 8 out of 15 hypotheses were accepted and supported. The results show that there is a relationship between the value of hedonic shopping, scarcity, and serendipity information on impulsive online buying behavior. Therefore, analyzing the needs of customers, optimizing customer satisfaction, service excellence, website quality, and the ease of use of e-shopping itself especially in the e-commerce industry should be taken seriously nowadays.

Customers have the various needs and personalities and try to get them. The behaviour of buying products, one of the highlight things, is the most general phenomenon of filling up their desires, and even these types are eventually personalized. Also there are various criteria for selecting it and also those are to be determined by the customers' own personalities. Mostly customers show the more attractive behaviours for those products which are more attractive to them, and for carefully buying them they use various paths. The criteria to buy the products are the mostly generalized things such as price, design, size, weight, trend, and so on, and it can be affected by the specifics of the products. But it is not definitely unimportant to consider the personality. Customers have the unusual personality for the product which is more attractive to them, and then for the unattractive, they only show the unclear criteria or specifics. The existing studies are focused on the product itself, and then they just show the results related to the specifics of the products, but it could be considered a case that the customers could think some products classified into the highly involvement products would be the lower involvement ones. Upon this, for same products if the customers show some differences of information(relating to the degree of involvement), I am going to figure it out by using AHP that what the criteria to buy is. In this study, with the computer products which are considered as the highly involvement products, I will select two groups showing the differences of awareness of the products, and then figure out the selecting criteria.
