Dongdaemoon clothes market can make traditional commerce to improve problems which happen to traditional commerce and satisfy between customers and salers through combination among Electronic Commerce which is growing up in 21 centuries place innovation This thesis is focusing on suggesting strategies which practice to let Dongdaemoon clothes market customers and wholesalers, retailers to use Electronic Commerce as strategic skills by analyzing core successful factors for adopting Electronic Commerce in Dongdaemoon clothes market. Adopting Electronic Commerce in Dongdaemoon clothes market when the customer make a reservation and the salers provide the customer with discounting service, the customer was willing to but it. Internet service categories which affect customer's satisfaction are providing lots of product information. This thesis shows providing information made the customer to increase customers's satisfaction degree and buying intention. Also convenience of product research, and reliability in transaction process can enable the customer to increase transaction reliability. These factors are very important in Electronic Commerce. In addition, factors which show customer's suggestion and inconvenience by using best seller information and discounting service board when they buy some items in Dongdaemoon clothes market affect the customer satisfaction degree and satisfaction degree of providing information. However, this thesis is analyzed that reliability of transaction process doesn't affect all successful factors such as product quality, size, online payment system, price reliability.

본 논문에서는 분산 환경에서 e-비즈니스 프로세스들 간에 SFT(Slow Frequency Transaction) 데이터를 처리하는 동기화 에이전트 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 이 동기화 에이전트 시스템은 분산 프로세스들의 상호운용성 보장과 클라이언트/서버 구조의 문제를 해결하기 위해 이동에이전트를 이용하며, 분산된 이종 시스템 플랫폼상의 e-비즈니스 프로세스들의 데이터 동기화를 위한 정책을 제시한다. 제안된 동기화 정책은 유니캐스팅 전송 상에서 시스템 우선순위와 타임스탬프의 트랜잭션을 기본으로 한다.

전자상거래중 국제간, 기업간 전자상거래라고 할 수 있는 글로벌전자무역이 볼레로 서비스의 도입으로 가시화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국제무역에서 대금결제수단으로서 사용되고 있는 신용장외 대안으로서의 전자신용장의 도입에 따른 본질을 규명하고 전자신용장거래에서 서류의 전자제시에 대하여 연구하였다. 우선 기존무역거래절차의 한계와 글로벌전자무역의 의의를 살펴보았고 신용장통일규칙과 신용장거래원칙의 차원에서 전자신용장의 본질을 규명하였으며 전자신용장의 거래원칙으로서 독립 추상성의 원칙, 전자서류거래의 원칙, 엄격일치의 원칙을 제시하였다. 그러고 선적서류의 전자제시로서 기존의 선화증권의 도입사례를 간략히 살펴보았고 특히 볼레로 선화증권과 전자신용장거래와의 관련성을 살펴보았다.

최근 전자상거래 환경에서 실시간 트랜잭션 처리가 필요한 환경들이 많아지고 있다. 이동 통신, 금융시장 환경에서 빠른 실시간 트랜잭션 처리 지원을 위한 메인메모리 데이터베이스에 대한 연구와 구축이 많아졌다. 빠른 트랜잭션 지원을 위한 인덱싱 기법에 대한 연구로는 최근 마이크로 프로세서의 구조와 기능을 이용하여 캐시미스 수를 줄이거나 캐시 미스 발생시에 데이터 접근 지연시간을 줄이기 위한 방법들에 대한 연구가 수행되고 있다. 본 논문은 최근 마이크로 프로세서에서 지원하고 있는 프리패치 기법을 이용하여 캐시 미스 시에 데이터 접근 지연시간을 줄이는 트리인덱스 프리패치 기법을 제안한다. 또한 프리패치 기법에 효과적인 pCST-트리 인덱스 구조를 제안하고 실험을 통해 제안한 트리의 우수성을 제시한다.

Rapid development of computer and telecommunication technology brought out the expansion of electronic commerce which is the new type of business transaction. Offline transaction can lead to problems and disputes the same is for cyberspace transactions. However ADR is not meet for the online transaction for speed, cost and open network system, ODR methods to resolve electronic commerce conflicts is crucial for building confidence and permitting access to justice in an online business environment. And ADR refers to processes other than judicial determination in which an impartial person assists those in a dispute to resolve the issues between them. ODR refers to ADR processes assisted by information technology, particularly the internet. ODR has been available since 1996. Its development can be as passing through three broad stages : hobbyist, experimental, entrepreneurial, institutional phrase. Also, ODR has adapted a range of traditional ADR for use online, including arbitration. mediation. facilitated negotiation and case appraisal. Mediation and arbitration have been the most prevalent forms of ODR. ODR is the burgeoning field and has created a new issues. All such issues which have been debated in the ADR are composed with ODR. But these are not limited. Some of issues are further complicated by the nature of the online environment such as confidentiality and principle of parties. Finally electronic commerce now takes place on the Internet, it is inevitable that the commercial world wants access to dispute resolution process that best suits the new commercial environment. ODR methods are processing for development and legal issues are considered by both national and international authorities.

초기의 웹(Web)이 비구조적인 문서를 사용함으로써 발생하는 단점인 문서 처리와 교환 및 재사용성에 대한 해결책으로서 W3C(World Wide Web Consortium)에서 1998년 2월에 XML(extensible Markup Language)을 제정하였다. XML을 사용함으로써 기존 전자거래는 XML 기반 메시지 교환을 통한 기업간 전자거래 형태로 변화하고 있으며, 이러한 기업간 전자거래에 사용되는 XML 기반의 구조화된 전자문서를 저작 할 수 있는 솔루션에 대한 필요성이 대두되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 XML 문서를 효율적으로 편집 및 저작 할 수 있는 사용자 중심의 XML 인스턴스 편집기와 XML 문서의 구조를 정의하는 XML 스키마 문서를 저작하기 위한 XML 스키마 편집기를 통합한 XML 문서편집 시스템에 관한 연구를 하였다.

At the present, e-commerce takes the place of existing transaction form in structure in the world trade by advancement of Information Technology and diffusion of Internet. There is no exceptions of this tendency even in industry of maritime and logistics. So, global shipping lines and logistics companies try to construct the e-Business network system for increasing their competitiveness in an are of cyber. However, in Korea, most of companies prefer "final handshake" as the traditional way of transaction to "e-commerce", because they bear a distrust in mind about the outflow of transaction information and security of settlement. So, number of companies using e-commerce is very small, and this situation causes the limited factor for activating the transaction structure of it. The rate of using e-commerce in logistics industry is lower than other industries, even more higher effectiveness is expected when they use it. Especially, it is very necessary not only e-commerce but also e-Logistics which can serve information of freight cost on cargo flow, operation cost and schedule, and tracing information of cargo. Increasing the necessity of e-Logistics, this study research the rate rf using e-Logistics focused on maritime and logistics companies, and analyze the transaction form among members of these industries for improving them. In detail, this paper examine the drivers for activating e-Logistics, and present the effective factors for a successful development of these industries.

WS-BPMS(web service driven business process management system)은 기업 내 또는 비즈니스 파트너들 간의 비즈니스 프로세스를 체계적으로 통합, 관리하여 프로세스를 개선하고 자동화한다. 이는 비즈니스 프로세스를 검색한 후 BPEL4WS, BPML 등의 프로세스 메타모델을 이용하여 새 프로세스를 디자인하고 BPMS위에 전개 실행하는 과정을 거치게 된다. 디자인된 프로세스는 복잡하여 그 실행에 있어 체계적이고 확고한 기반을 바탕으로 운영되어야 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 BPMS의 운영에 있어 pi-calculus를 기반으로 한 structured exception handling 방법론과 transaction 모니터링을 통한 backward recovery 방법을 제시한다.

The study analyzed the current status of fisheries port market and presented the direction of developments. The fisheries port market has become increasingly widespread due to the aging of the facilities and the scale of the fish product trade, and the number of distribution workers has also increased. The problems of fisheries port market are as follows. First, the transaction structure was changed as the proportion of aquaculture products increased. Second, the trading structure has changed, but it has failed to keep pace with the changes in the production structure. Third, the volume and amount of fish traded in aquaculture products and fish stocks increased. As a result, the growth rate of the fisheries port market is decreasing and profitability is deteriorating. The development direction of the fisheries port market is as follows. First, it is necessary to standardize the fisheries port market facilities, according to the type of fish products. Second, it needs to diversify its trade targets such as processed fish products and imported fish products. Third, it is necessary to diversify the business of the fisheries port market in order to increase profitability.
