The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze the effect of the ERP quality (system quality, information quality, service quality) on the performance (end user satisfaction, user's performance, system utilization) of business, 2) to conduct the causal-effect analysis between outcome variables (user's satisfaction, user's performance, system utilization) of ERP in the contract foodservice management company. The questionnaires were distributed to 260 end users (dietitians, foodservice management managers) in charge of managing the institutional foodservice such as the office (government agencies, factories), schools (universities, middle and high school) and hospitals which were managed by contract foodservice management company 'C' in Seoul and Kyunggi. The surveys were performed from July 26, 2004 to July 30. 2004. Two hundred and fifty (250) questionnaires were responded (response rate: 96.2%). The statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS Win (11.5). And the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, pearson correlation, simple and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results showed that among the 3 factors (system quality, information quality, service quality), the system quality and information quality were proved to have an effect on the user's satisfaction and user's performance significantly (p < .05). The influence of ERP quality (system quality, information quality, service quality) on system utilization were testified to be statistically significant (p < .05). The user's performance were affected significantly by system utilization (p < 0.001) and end user's satisfaction (p < 0.001). As a conclusion, to improve user satisfaction, which is the ultimate performance variable of an ERP system, high quality of an ERP system is the pre-requisite. And the user satisfaction and performance of business would be higher with the better quality ERP system. When constructing ERP system for the contract foodservice management company, we should improve system utilization and user satisfaction altogether so that user's performance could be ultimately enhanced and we should make efforts to enhance the quality level of ERP. This study aims at identifying whether graduate school of Entrepreneurship is proposed as an alternative for institution enhancing the expertise of entrepreneurship education which is demanded these days and also examining which forms of graduate school of Entrepreneurship is needed between special graduate school of Entrepreneurship and professional graduate school of Entrepreneurship. Three researches are made by this study. First of all, status of special graduate schools of Entrepreneurship and advanced studies are researched and secondly, educational performance and operational performance of them are researched and how they secure the prestige as a professional institution for educating Entrepreneurship has been analyzed. Finally, what needs of switching over from special graduate school of Entrepreneurship to professional graduate school of Entrepreneurship has been rveyed As a result, graduate school of Entrepreneurship has been established at five rovince in Korea. Doctoral course of Entrepreneurship has been opened independently in U. S. A. And also high performance of promoting Entrepreneur and consultant for Entrepreneur has been researched. Level of satisfaction on education program and faculties has been surveyed highly. Purpose The innovation capability nowadays has become increasingly prominent in the universities not only for schools but also for teachers. However, due to less attention to the knowledge utilization and management, also some objective constraints, which caused the low level of the innovation capacity for our universities teachers under the current development in China. Meanwhile, transactive memory system (TMS) and knowledge sharing are important contents in knowledge management. The combination of both systems will contribute to a much more comprehensive understanding and performance of knowledge management. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationships between TMS, knowledge sharing, and innovation capability among Chinese university teachers' teams, and to propose the practical implication to integrate effectively internal knowledge of the team to improve innovation capability. Design/methodology/approach In order to exam and verify the hypothesis proposed, we developed a questionnaire with 16 survey items, and each item comes with a five-point Likert-type scale. Hyperlink of online questionnaire was shared through WeChat. It's collected 201 responses from 14 universities in China, and the responders are teaching groups' leaders. And all together 191 responses were filtered out as the valid samples. And we analyze the data set and test research hypotheses by using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. Findings All hypotheses are supported. The results reveal that knowledge sharing plays an important role in this study as the mediating role. TMS is positively associated with the innovation capability. And the knowledge sharing plays a significant role as mediating value between them, and influences the TMS's effect on innovation capability. It's thus cleared that if our teachers could well communicate, exchange and collaborate with other teachers in the same group, the innovation capability among the teachers would be improved effectively.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact which the plan characteristics of Residential Land Development Projects have on land price changes in the project district and to derive policy implications for the efficient promotion of these projects. For this purpose, we analyzed the promotion land price change progress of Residential Land Development Projects step-by-step. After theoretical consideration and a review of the references, 16 plan characteristics of Residential Land Development Projects affecting land price changes were selected ((1) The rate of land price change, (2) Business area, (3) Residential land ratio, (4) Commercial land ratio, (5) Semi-residential land ratio, (6) Neighborhood facilities land ratio, (7) Apartment house ratio, (8) Street ratio, (9) Park & green ratio, (10) Ratio of land for schools, (11) Site development cost for $1m^2$, (12) General residential area ratio, (13) Semi-residential area ratio, (14) Commercial area ratio, (15) Semi-Industrial area ratio, and Natural green area ratio). We used SPSS Version 20.0 to analyze the impact of the 16 selected plan characteristics on the land price changes. As a result, it was found that the land price began to rise two years (before/after?) the appointment of the district and became stabilized after the completion of the project. The plan characteristics that affect the land price changes were found to be the (2) Business area, (4) Commercial land ratio, (6) Neighborhood facilities land ratio, (8) Street ratio, (11) Site development cost for $1m^2$, and (12) General residential area ratio.
The purpose of this study is to provide some useful references to the educational field in terms of providing on analysis of job characteristics of fashion designers working in the women's wear industries. The data were collected from 102 fashion designers working in women's wear industries through the questionnaire and were analyzed by SPSS packages of frequencies and percentiles for comparative study, and the results are as follows: 1. The demographic characteristics of the fashion designers are; unmarried (80.4%), working less than 2 years (20.2%), completion of junior college(68.6%), majority ages between 20-24 yrs(43.1%). An average length of working in one company war less than 6 months. 2. The ratio computer usage of the design room was approx. 52.0% especially in the management of sales (52.9%) and the ratio in fashion design was approx. 17.6% in merchandising planning. 3. 76.4% of respondents was working 10 hours a day, and 50% of them was dissatisfied on the job caused by excessive working hour (31.4%) and job over load (35.3%). In the developing fashion design with the relation of actual job, insufficient knowledges of the concerned technical and production fields (68.6%) were indicated as the most difficult area. In addition, fashion magazines were considered as the most helpful resource(94.1%). 4. It was noted that the target age groups for the brand were clearly divided into two groups, notably the early and middle of twenties and the early and middle forties. Among the produced items, formal wears were accounted for 52.9%. 5. As far as the contents of job are concerned, the fashion designers are mostly engaged in purchasing textile, collecting informations of fashion, quality control, whereas their actual job is apparel design. 6. The training that the fashion designer received beside formal education includes attendance of private institutes(62.7%), OJT(7.8%), seminars(4.9%). Regarding formal education, the respond indicated that they had least opportunity to received computer training. 7. The necessary subjects in the schools for the fashion designers in relation to the current job were fashion information, merchandising planning, pattern making, cutting, fashion marketing, knowledges of clothing material in sequence. Subjects which are necessary for the further development include pattern making(21.6%), fashion marketing(14.7%), and designing with computer(7.8%).
Sign is one of the important factors in city and national image formation, thus requires high level of quality. However, domestic sign emphasize only the sense of attention that leads to big sized signs, thus often results in a poor coordination with the surrounding space. This situation requires employees in sign business want to learn specialized knowledge about design field. Based on these circumstances, we propose sign design software to employees in sign business field as an aid tool that can help to develop good signs in terms of functionality as well as harmony of design. Thus, in this investigation, sign simulation software application case that can design sign and apply this sign to the actual application site is presented. In order to develop this software, literature survey and preliminary studies were performed to analyze the preparation process and environment, and designed sign design element and software elements, user interrace, and finally Java software were utilized. This developed software can be used as a textbook in sign design related departments in schools, and hopefully to enhance the social recognition of sign as well as academic interest.

This study tried to examine the factors that affect the entrepreneurial intentions in the field of culture and tourism industry. Through this, it was attempted to present strategic implications for start-up plans to prospective entrepreneurs in the cultural tourism industry. As a result of the study, the following implications were drawn. First, prospective entrepreneurs in the field of culture and tourism industry need to analyze the start-up items they want to start and systematically design a start-up plan based on market research. Also, by analyzing various start-up cases, it is necessary to secure various prior experiences of failure and success. Second, prospective entrepreneurs in the field of culture and tourism industry will need to increase their interest in starting a business by completing various entrepreneurship education conducted by more diverse institutions and schools than now, and they will have to increase the sense of achievement and willpower that can appear in education. In addition, by making efforts to create human relationships through various entrepreneurship education, efforts should be made to show the utilization of human networks and information sharing when starting a business. Lastly, prospective entrepreneurs in the field of culture and tourism industry should visit startup-related institutions and receive education and advice from experts in order to acquire various information. In addition, efforts should be made to provide more diverse start-up support by obtaining information on start-ups implemented by the state.
Recently the development of ICT has a big impact on education field, and diffusion of smart devices has brought new education paradigm. Since people has an opportunity to use various contents anytime and communicate in an interactive way, the method of learning has changing. In 2011, Korean government has established the smart education promotion plan to be a first mover in the paradigm shift from e-learning to smart learning. Especially, government aimed to improve the quality of learning materials and method in public schools, and also to decrease the high expenditure on private education. However, the achievement of smart education policy has not emerged yet, and the refinement of smart learning policy and strategy is essential at this moment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose the successful strategies for smart learning in public education. First, this study explores the status of public education and smart learning environment in Korea. Then, it derives the key success factors through SWOT(Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis, and suggests strategic priorities through AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Priority) method. The interview and survey were conducted with total 20 teachers, who works in public schools. As a results, focusing on weakness-threat(WT) strategy is the most prior goal for public education, to activate the smart learning. As sub-factors, promoting the education programs for teachers($W_2$), which is still a weakness, appeared as the most important factor to be improved. The second sub-factor with high priority was an efficient optimizing the capability of new learning method($S_4$), which is a strength of systematic public education environment. The third sub-factor with high priority was the extension of limited government support($T_4$), which could be a threat to other public schools with no financial support. In other words, the results implicate that government institution factors should be considered with high priority to make invisible achievement in smart learning. This study is significant as an initial approach with strategic perspective for public education. While the limitation of this study is that survey and interview were conducted with only teachers. Accordingly, the future study needs to be analyzed in effectiveness and feasibility, by considering perspectives from field experts and policy makers.
To identify the smoking status and its related factors in middle and high school boys in Kwanju a study was performed from 15th to loth of June 1992. Population were selected by two-stage stratified random sampling method and total 3,959 students replied to the self-administered questionnaire survey (1,574 in middle school, 1,664 in academic high school, 712 in business high school). The results were as follows ; 1. The proportion of current smokers was 1.5% in middle schools and 20.1% in high schools. And the smoking rates increased with school grade years (p<0.01). 2. For the motivation of smoking, curiosity was the most frequent factor and the next was temptation by friends. 3. The most common situation on the first experience of smoking was that middle school boys smoked a cigarette which was found in a house, through curiosity, with friends, at home. High school boys smoked a cigarette taken from friends, through curiosity, with friend, on the road or at home. 4. The proportion of smokers who smoke a cigarette regularly was 34.8% among smokers in middle school and 70.2% among smokers in high school. The most proportion of duration of smoking was less than 1 month among middle school boys (20.8%) and more than 2 years among high school boys (43.9%). The first smoking experience was in elementary school among middle school boys and the third grade of middle school in high school students. Most current smokers (73.9% in middle school boys, 65.3% in high school boys) wanted to quit smoking. 5. Smokers had significant association with intimate friend's smoking, mother's and brother's smoking, inharmonious friendships, dissatisfied with home and school life, lower school grades, generous attitude to other smokers, lack of knowledge to passive smoking and no contact to mass media (TV) (p<0.01).
