Record management, especially in schools as an institution's information centre, needs serious attention from government agencies. Under record management policy, there needs to be practical guidance on record management specific to schools. This paper aims to construct a record management model based on the Eight Indonesian Education Standards to support school accountability in Indonesia. The urgency of this paper in filling the gap in the Electronic Record Management System (ERMS) role is primarily to support school accountability. It is important to include educational laws and regulations in Indonesia to be a foundation in archive management, including preparing the ERMS. This study aims to develop a model of record management in schools. The final stage in this research is to find the final model. The final model is a model that experts and practitioners have validated. A total of 30 records managers were selected for the interviews. Furthermore, the trial was carried out in 30 senior high schools. The research sampling consisted of representatives of archive managers at selected schools from five islands in Indonesia (Kalimantan, Java, Papua, Sumatra, and Sulawesi). Our research findings show that conceptual models meet valid criteria and significantly impact archivist performance in better schools. The practical implication is that the archival management model based on national education standards policies contributes to practical archives and records management to support school accountability.

연구는 음식업 분야의 창업자들의 창업 요인, 제품/서비스 수준, 그리고 경영 성과의 관련성을 파악하기 위하여 실증분석을 수행하였다. 그러나 본 연구는 조사대상 업소의 선정과 측정은 전국에 분포하고 있는 전 업종을 대상으로 진행되어야하나, 강원도 지역으로 한정한 점과 창업 요인을 네 가지 요인으로 제한 점, 그리고 경영 성과를 다른 재무적 성과 지표를 제외시키고 순이익 증가와 고객 증가만을 측정하였다는 한계를 지닌다. 다음 연구에서는 설문에 의한 실증분석과 병행하여 산업 분야별 특성을 고려한 객관성이 있는 연구를 위해서는 성공적이라고 평가되는 대상군과 성공적이지 못한 대상군을 대상으로 한 심층적인 사례연구도 필요할 것이다.

E-business가 상용화됨에 따라 많은 기업들이 인터넷을 통해 B2B, B2C 등의 상거래를 하고 있다. 이러한 웹 기반 전자상거래를 지원하려면 그 회사의 이미지를 고객에게 홍보할 수 있는 홈페이지나 쇼핑몰을 구축해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래 관련 홈페이지 및 쇼핑몰 구축시에 공통으로 사용되는 컴포넌트들을 기능에 따라 분류하고, 이 컴포넌트들의 정보, 검색, 편집 둥의 환경을 지원하는 관리 시스템을 설계하였다. 그리고 적용사례로서 상품의 구매과정을 도메인 분석하여 필요한 컴포넌트들을 추출하여 보았다. 설계된 프로토타입은 웹 기반 컴포넌트 관리 시스템 개발에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

This study aims to analyze the performance of the beneficiaries of the SMEs(Small and Medium Enterprises) support project that has been handled online on the 'BizOK System', which is the integrated support system for SMEs in Incheon, by comparing before and after receiving support. Various performance indicators can be used, but this study used the rate of increase in sales, exports and employed manpower collected by the 'BizOK System'. Moreover, to analyze the trend of business performance by corporate feature, this study grouped the businesses into 7 categories including sales, business history, number of employees and capital. The results of this study are expected to be used in drawing implications for business support policies by utilizing them as basic data for enhancing efficiency of the support project and establishing corporate policies.

Because of the recession of the Korean construction market, many construction companies are expediting overseas business. Despite the rapid growth of international markets, the polarization of profit with SMCCs (Small and Medium Construction Companies) and large construction companies in the international construction market has become more serious. This problem causes competition to provide the lowest prices, which makes the future of overseas business for the SMCCs uncertain. Thus, the SMCCs require a reasonable capability evaluation system for overseas business. However, the existing evaluation methods focus on large construction companies. To address this problem, this study proposes a system to evaluate the overseas business capabilities. The 27 indicators to evaluate the overseas business capabilities are derived from a literature review and are verified through expert interviews. The indicators are classified into 4 large categories, and a questionnaire-based survey of 50 Korean SMCCs is conducted to analyze the correlation between overseas business capability and the indicators. The system expects to provide the effect of the indicators on the overseas business capability and the chance to evaluate the capability for overseas business.

This paper presents the core technology of Construction Business Process Automation to model and automate construction business processes. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Automation (BPA) have been recognized as one of the important aspects in construction business management. However, BPR requires a lot of efforts to identify, document, implement, execute, maintain, and keep track thousands of business processes to deliver a project. Moreover, existing BPA technologies used in existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems do not lend themselves to effective scalability for construction business process management. Application of Workflow and Object Technologies would be quite effective in implementing a scalable enterprise application for construction community. This paper present the technologies and methodologies for automating construction business processes by addressing how: 1) Automated construction management tasks are developed as software components, 2) The process modeling is facilitated by dragging-and dropping task components in a network, 3) Raising business requests and instantiating corresponding process instances are delivered, and 4) Business process instances are executed by using workflow technology based on real-time simulation engine. This paper presents how the construction business process automation is achieved by using equipment reservation and cancellation processes simplified intentionally.

본 연구는 전자상거래 사업을 추진하는 기업을 대상으로 연구하였다. 전자상거래 활성화를 위해 기업이 추진하는 경영전략, 마케팅, 구매/물류, 서비스 측면의 전략이 지식 경영 실천 유형인 시스템적 접근, 행동론적 접근 방식에 구조적으로 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 또한 지식 경영 실천 유형은 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 결과적으로 경영전략, 마케팅, 구매/물류, 서비스 측면의 전략은 시스템적 접근, 행동론적 접근 방식에 구조적으로 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지식 경영 실천 유형도 경영 성과에 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

경영패러다임의 변화는 오늘날 기술발전에 따른 정보기술 변화를 기업경영에 적극적으로 수용해야 한다는 것이며, 경영층에서 불확실한 경영환경에 보다 민첩하게 적응하며, 실시간으로 분석되는 정보를 기반으로 의사결정을 하여야 하는 것을 의미한다. 이것은 최근 기업의 효과적 목표달성과 효율적 업무생산성을 확보 할 수 있는 근간이 되며, 이에 따른 기업정보시스템으로써의 비즈니스 인텔리전스의 도입은 기업의 필수적인 요소가 되고 있다. 따라서 비즈니스 인텔리전스 시스템을 구축하고자 하는 기업들에게 경영성과에 보다 효과적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있는 핵심성공요인을 도출해 주는 것은 매우 의미 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이론연구를 바탕으로 설정된 연구모형과 연구가설을 설문조사 및 통계분석을 진행하여 연구가설을 검정하고 그 결과를 분석하여 성공요인들 간의 관계를 규명해 준다.

In order to have competitive advantage for the business firms, companies need to raise competitiveness through the effective distribution and practical use of management resources along with strategic management of integration of existing management systems such as quality and business environment. Upon resulting of questionnaires to expert group, it is definite to have an integration of quality and environment system for the better efficiency of firms, and also recommended to have either a mixture of two systems or build up new integration system through uniform of two systems. The effects of the integrated system can be summarized as an increase of company image, efficiency of system operation, simplification of system management, synergy effects on the integration.

To establish an effective security strategy, business enterprises need a security benchmarking tool. The strategy helps to lessen an impact and a damage in any threat. This study analyses many aspects of information security management and suggests a way to deal with security investments by considering important factors that affect security manager's decision. To address the different threats resulting from a major cause of accidents inside an enterprise, we investigate an approach that followed ISO17799. We unfold a criminology theory that has designated many measures against the threat as suggested by General Deterrence Theory. The study proposes a coherent model of the theory to improve the security measures especially in handling and protecting company assets and human lives as well.
