This study investigates the effects of appearance management behaviors on job search efficacy among female college students. Based on previous studies on appearance management behaviors and job search efficacy, the questionnaire items were developed. For the study, we conducted a questionnaire survey among 312 students from women's university in Seoul. The statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 23. The results were as follows. First, three types of appearance management factors have been identified: 'fashion & hair,' 'skin care & plastic surgery,' and 'body shape'; the reliability and validity of these factors were proved. Second, the appearance management behavior of female college students found to have a partially significant effect on job search efficacy: fashion & hair factor had a positive effect on job search strength; fashion & hair factor and body shape factor had a positive effect on job search skills. While skin care & plastic surgery factor had a negative effect on job search strength and job search skill. Third, between academic years, there were differences in job search efficacy but not in appearance management behavior. By majors, there were differences among skin care & plastic surgery factor, body shape factor, and job search strength factor. These results suggest that to improve the job search efficacy, proper appearance management through fashion and hair, and body shape management is necessary. In addition, it suggests that it is important to improve the effectiveness of employment by establishing the appearance management strategy that matches the characteristics of each major.
Purpose - This study is to analyze the monetary indicators and the key macroeconomic indicators and to assess the effectiveness of state regulation on its basis. Results - Hypothesis 1: In Russian Federation, the monetary stock has a stable tendency to grow. The volume of money stock of Russia and the analyzed countries is much determined by external debt, GDP, the export, the import, and the international reserves. Hypothesis 2: The growth of money supply does not always give a positive effect in the development of the country, as well as a significant increase in the amount of money stock does not always lead to negative consequences. The monetary stock should be commensurate with the macroeconomic indicators of the state. Recently, cause marketing is more focused as one of key brand positioning strategies, which in turn leads that more companies are interested in cause marketing. In this study, we focused on two different types of cause marketing, named as public-volunteered cause marketing and corporate-driven cause marketing. A field study using an actual brand explored the effect of cause marketing type and brand authenticity on purchase intention toward the target brand. Moreover, we examined the moderation and moderated mediation of brand awareness. As our results showed, the corporate-driven cause marketing had a positive impact both on brand authenticity and purchase intention in the low (vs. high) brand awareness condition. However, the effect of public-volunteered marketing on purchase intention and brand authenticity did not vary depending on brand awareness. To increase the effectiveness of the cause marketing, the results suggest that the public-volunteered cause marketing would be more effective than the corporate-driven cause marketing.

Understanding the motivations of consumers to engage in relationships with marketers is important for both practitioners and marketing scholars. To develop an effective theory of relationship marketing, It is necessary to understand what motives consumers to reduce their available market choices. This article focuses on the development of the successful relationship strategies in domestic banks. The results of this study show the four types of relationship strategies - social bonds, structural bonds, financial bonds, and other bonds. Although the effectiveness of these strategies differs as the types of performances, All four types of relationship strategies are essential for building and maintaining relationships with customers. Totally, the order of influences on the performance is as follows; financial bonds, structural bonds, and social bonds.

A disaster is the time-excess case that computerized service can tolerate a failure and financial industry is being set up the disaster recovery system based on the disaster recovery plan and the business continuity plan for preparing these disasters. However, existing system can not guarantee the business continuity when it comes to cyber terror. This paper analyzes the building type and building technology of disaster recovery system for the financial fields. Also this paper explain the type of data backup using online redo log and type of archive log backup using WORM storage. And this paper proposes the model of improved data recovery combining above two types. Lastly this paper confirm the effectiveness and reliability for proposal rocovery model through the implementation of the test environment.

The bankruptcy possibility of construction firms have been higher by the environment of current construction industry. Thus, converting management environment for growth into that for value or profit is required. Nowadays, funds of construction firms is almost provided by financial institutions. As the firms' size grow, they have a form of fund provision through the securities market; however, fair distribution for returns is not practiced by opening company. Especially, construction firms lost trust of Investor by lack of awareness to firm clearness, and then a vicious cycle of no effectiveness in fund provision through securities market is continued again. On this study correlation between stock quotations and primary financial factors of firms in order to grasp actual management condition in construction firms was analyzed. By this, the correlation between stock quotations and the result of firm management was provided. Also, necessity of firm's capital provision was explained, thus ways to ensure firm clearness was searched.
In the fisheries industry, the cost of oil Is the greatest factor, contributing 25% 40% of the cost of production. In order to support fisheries, the government has supplied large amounts of money for oil to the fisheries industry. However, the elimination and restriction against the subsidy of fisheries has been actively discussed throughout international organizations Including the WTO. The purpose of this thesis is to study the existing issue of subsidies on the fisheries Industry, which is currently disputed in international organizations, and predict a future policy about the oil supply that considers the most important factors on fisheries. In chapter 2, the paper begins by outlining the tendencies of discussion in relation to the subsidy on fisheries among international organizations, and categorizes them on the basis of their types. Chapter 3 defines the current conditions and characteristics of the Korean subsidy on fisheries and analyzes which portions of the subsidy on fisheries should be eliminated first when it is prohibited. In chapter 4, procedures and problems for producing tax-free oil are discussed, because tax-free oil has a higher possibility of being ruled out. Chapter 5 proposes a reasonable plan concerning oil supply policies for maintenance or enrichment of the fishing industries, post the elimination of subsidies. Conclusions were drawn in eight areas as a result of this study: 1) securing the large storage of oil, 2) extending customers of oil to include non-fishermen, 3) coordinating the segmentation of marketing area, 4) diversification of the sales goods, 5) producing oil sales experts, 6) developing original brands, 7) expanding the purchasing area to buy oil in the international market, and 8) operating funds to stabilize oil price. It would not be appropriate to wait until international organizations decide to ban the subsidy of fisheries. Corresponding plans ( such as securing the large storage of oil) tend to be large scale and long-term projects because they take a number of years, from designing the oil storage tank to selecting the proper region and initiating the construction. Therefore, it is strongly suggested that any extensive and time consuming projects including preparation for the tax-free oil should be completed in new actions before the ban by the international organizations.
During the past 100 years, Korean fisheries management policies have enforced the license system, it is the most typical regulation system in Korean fisheries. Even now, it has caused resource management failure, it has also invited economic inefficiency and inequity. Accordingly, the Korean government has recently introduced the self-regulatory management system for fishermen with the TAC system. These systems are one of the most market-oriented regulation systems in fisheries management systems. It is defined as regulatory policy tools other than regulations with command and control approach. It is also called “alternatives” which is composed of regulatory alternatives and non-regulatory alternatives. The self-regulatory management system and the ITQ system are cooperative-based co-management between government and fishermen as an alternative management strategy ; it is gaining the increasing attention to improve the effectiveness of fisheries management in Korea. It is expected not only to positively improve function in fisheries regulation, but also to decrease inefficiency in fisheries policies. However, these systems have many problems. The monopolization of rent is one of the typical examples. As solutions for the problem in the aspect of fishery management, fisheries policy is need of approach to industrial organization. For instance, Contestable market theory is one of the good theoretical background, it mean that market is able to free entry and free exit. Thus, fisheries management carry out policies such as revitalization of the used market of capital goods in fisheries, organize of the self-regulatory management group. Conclusively, as the exploiters and managers, fishers and the government should put emphasis on improving economic efficiency so that fishery would grow as an industry that contributes to the increase of social welfare, and the change to that direction will be the only way for our fisheries to preserve its importance.
The FAO reports that IUU fishing activities have widespread economic, social, and management consequences, including depriving legitimate fishers of harvest opportunities. It affects all fisheries from small scale to industrial. It also affects the ability of governments to support sustainable livelihoods for fishers and, more broadly, to achieve food security. The complexity of IUU requires various measures to combat IUU fishing such as adoption of IUU vessel lists; stronger port State controls; improved monitoring, control and surveillance (MCS); implementation of market-related measures to help ensure compliance; and capacity-building assistance. Trade and market measures reduce opportunities for IUU fishing activities by precluding or impeding access to markets for IUU product in a manner consistent with international law. ICCAT, CCAMLR, and IATTC, have put in place trade tracking programs or catch documentation schemes, and WCPFC is considering such a program. Vessel lists assist enforcement authorities in determining which vessels are or are not authorized to be fishing or conducting fishing support activities in specified areas. A number of RFMOs maintain records of IUU vessels: CCAMLR, IATTC, ICCAT, NAFO, NASCO, NPAFC, WCPFC. Section 608 of the US MSRA calling on the Secretary of Commerce, in consultation with the Secretary of State, and in cooperation with relevant regional fishery management councils and any relevant advisory committees, to take actions to improve the effectiveness of international fishery management organizations in conserving and managing stocks under their jurisdiction. EU IUU Regulation entered into force on 1 January 2010, was intended to regulate the highly complex multi-channel fisheries supply system of the European Community (EC) in an effort to improve global fisheries sustainability.
