RGT와 AHP을 활용한 이행 PMO 역량평가 모형 (An Evaluation Model of Transition PMO Competencies Using RGT and AHP)

  • The IT outsourcing industry has been widespread for decades since the growth of the system integration industry stagnates and companies need to curtail expenses and improve the quality of IT services. According to previous studies on the success factors of the IT outsourcing, its transition phase is significant because of continuity of business and the handover of knowledge. Since a transition phase consists of several projects, but its goal is different from general projects, it needs special and professional management. Therefore, recent IT outsourcing business starts to introduce PMO (project management offices), of which success strongly depends on the competencies of the PMO. However, there are only few studies on which competencies of the PMO are important. In this paper, we suggest an evaluation model of transition PMO competencies derived using the repertory grid technique and the analytic hierarchy process. Additionally, we compare the differences between the views of several stakeholders on the importance of the competencies.

  • Systematic management of data related to business process, and information exchange within existing information systems or between different companies have recently become an important issue. This paper tries to solve such problems by using form based workflow system using XML(extensible Markup Language), a standard for digital document exchange. In this system, a new model that formalizes documents into XML form documents and manages them is developed. By defining and operating form documents by XML, information exchange within existing information systems such as ERP and SCM or between different companies, and interoperability between different WFMS can be easily achieved. In addition, by matching form, a formalized document, with existing database schema, WFMS can be directly applied to existing information system, thus enabling continuity of data management and business activity.

벤처기업의 도약적 성장에 관한 연구: 대전지역 1천억 창업사례를 중심으로 (A Study on leapfrogging Growth of Venture Companies: Analysis of 100 Million Dollar Company Cases in Daejeon, Korea)

  • With wide recognition of significant roles of venture companies in economic and industrial developments, substantial academic attention has been paid to understanding venture success and numerous policy measures have been made to help them. A serious problem, however, is that only a few limited number of venture could successfully grow to be large firm. The goal of this paper is to identify critical factors to drive 'leapfrogging' growth of venture companies by analyzing the success cases in Daejeon area. The theoretical analysis and case study suggest 1) founders' entrepreneurship continuity as a significant internal organization factor for growth and highlight importance of 2) exploring foreign markets and globalization of business operation in the early stage of growth. Furthermore, the research results identify two critical innovation strategies, 3) ambidextrous R&D strategy and 4) open innovation strategy, for entrepreneurial founders to effectively catch the business chances brought by environment change.

  • As the IT service environment grows, it is critical in terms of IT service quality to minimize the occurrence of failures due to changes in applications and to diagnose and recover in a short period of time how failure will affect the business. Thus, the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) has been building and operating ITSMs to implement IT service management in a leading manner. Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) is divided into events, obstacles, changes, versions and setup management to ensure flexibility and stability in service delivery. It is also operated separately from service level, availability, capacity, financial and IT service continuity management to ensure service quality and cost efficiency. Based on ITSM military service history, this study looks at the impact of quality of service on value, satisfaction, and trust. The results of the analysis are highly valuable for future ITSM implementation and operation.

  • 업무연속성 관점에서 IDEF 접근방법에 의해서 주요 업무 프로세스를 파악하고, 관련 정보자산을 Skandia 모형으로 식별 한 후에, OCTAVE 접근방법에 의해서 위협을 단계적으로 분석하기 위해서, Nessus Version 1.4.2를 이용하여 도서관 정보시스템 중에서 가장 중요한 자산인 서버에 대해서 취약성을 평가했다. 기존 OCTAVE 접근방법에 IDEF 접근방법과 Skandia 모형을 동시에 이용하는 개선된 OCTAVE 접근방법을 이용한 취약성 평가 사례를 제시했다.

  • 화학공장에서 사고를 예방하려는 많은 연구가 수행되었음에도 불구하고 지속적으로 사고가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 사고들은 규모가 크고, 초동 대응의 결과에 따라 인명, 재산 피해 규모가 달라진다. 따라서 사고 발생 이후 피해를 최소화하기 위한 사고대응 가이드라인이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 존재하던 사고대응 가이드라인 작성법과 국내 법령 등에서 제시하는 가이드라인의 요구사항에 대하여 조사하고, 기존 사고대응 가이드라인 작성 방법에 BCP 기법을 적용하여, 가이드라인의 개발을 위한 구성 요소, 대응단계, 개선 절차 등을 제시하였다.

프랙탈 기하학을 적용한 프린팅 주얼리 디자인 3D 특성 (A Study on the Characteristics of 3D Printing Jewelry Design Utilizing with Fractal Geometry)

  • 3D printing has grown tremendously as the most noteworthy new technology in the manufacturing industries. In addition, the rapid development of computer science technology with 3D printing has created a new paradigm called Fractal Geometry, or a new form of digital art. This study explores the formative characteristics of 3D printing jewelry based on presentation of fractal geometry by classification of 3D printing jewelry's morphological types that except for producible shape with traditional mold manufacturing methods. The results of the study are as follows. The morphological characteristics of 3D printed jewelry are divided into their constitutive shapes by the repetition of the unit. The organic shape determined by superposition or overlapping, the systematic shape by distortion caused by distortion, and the variation in scaling by scaling. The formative characteristics, which are drawn from a study on the shape expression of 3D printed jewelry design using fractal geometry, consist of continuity, geometrical characteristics, and exaggeration. Continuity creates a new and self-assigned new space through a recursive structure through a cyclic structure that is formed along a single directional basis. The geometry of the geometry forms a three-dimensional and constructive structure comprised of the same size and structure of the same sized unit under the mathematical order of the geometry of Fractal's geometry. Exaggeration demonstrates the informal beauty and the maximization of the shape by expanding the scaling or superposition of a unit, by scaling the scale or he distortion of the units.

금융권 재해복구 시스템의 DB 데이터 복구율 향상을 위한 연구 (A study for improving database recovery ratio of Disaster Recovery System in financial industry)

  • 은행권에서는 재해란 전산 서비스가 장애를 감내할 수 있는 시간이 초과하는 경우를 말하며, 재해 대비책으로 비즈니스 연속성 계획과 재해복구 계획을 기반으로 한 재해복구 시스템을 구축하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 시스템은 사이버 테러에 의한 장애 시 업무 연속성의 유지를 완벽하게 보장해주지 못한다. 본 논문은 이러한 금융권의 재해복구시스템의 구축 형태 및 재해복구 시스템 구현 기술의 현황에 대하여 분석한다. 또한, WORM 스토리지를 이용한 아카이브 로그의 백업 방식과 Online Redo Log를 이용한 데이터 백업 방식을 설명하고 이 두 가지 방식을 결합하여 향상된 데이터 복구 모형을 제시한다. 마지막으로 테스트 환경을 구축하고 실증하여 제안하는 복구 모델의 유효성과 안정성을 확인한다.

기업의 감염병 예방을 위한 BCP 강화방안 연구 (Strengthening BCP for the Prevention of Infectious Diseases in Companies)

  • As the number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 is not decreasing, it is time for domestic companies to respond preemptively and in terms of business continuity. The purpose of this study is to present measures to strengthen BCP to prevent infectious diseases in the enterprise. In this work, three methods of data investigation are used. The first was to search for keywords in academic databases such as the National Assembly Library and the Korea Research and Information Service to investigate degree papers and academic papers. Second, we investigated literature such as research reports, manuals, and guidelines on infectious diseases. Finally, the researchers visited official websites such as KDCA, MOHW, and MOIS to collect and analyze recent data. BCP In view of the Board, a new risk analysis should be made and a disaster preparedness system tailored to the characteristics of the entity should be established. We need to analyze corporate weaknesses and focus on safety culture. It is also important to look at how customers choose their services and products. Based on this, differentiated service strategies should be presented. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as basic data for companies that want to systematically manage and operate BCP to prevent infectious diseases.

수산분야 블록체인기술 도입에 관한 인식도 연구 (A Study on the Awareness of Applying Blockchain to the Fisheries)

  • This study utilizes the IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) method to assess the importance, possibility, and urgency of using blockchain technology for fisheries sectors and the related policies. Based on a field survey targeting experts and stakeholders in the fisheries and blockchain technology sectors, the following major results and corresponding implications are drawn. First of all, the respondents of our survey have an outlook that the introduction and utilization of blockchain will be required in four major parts. These parts include i) the seafood' information system managed by the government or public institutions, ii) traceability and certification process for domestic and foreign seafoods, iii) meeting the need of seafood safety from consumers, and iv) taking prompt actions to seafood safety related accidents. Next, the seafood information system managed by the government or public institutions has been limited in maintaining information consistency and continuity once the fisheries ministries and departments are integrated, closed or partially transferred. Thus, it is assessed that the technology will be able to improve consistency and continuity of the seafood information in case of applying blockchain to the seafood information management system. This result that blockchain is necessary for the seafood information system have a significant implication in Korea's seafood management which has been independently controlled until now. Lastly, the application of blockchain to seafood traceability and certification systems has the most well-known cases through international and domestic pilot projects, and the results of our survey reflect this reality. Our results contribute to showing an additonal characteristics of blockchain in the fisheries sector, resulting in the possiblity that blockchain can be used for taking swift steps in the event of seafood safety accidents and meeting the need of seafood consumers for safety.
