사례연구를 통한 정부지원중심 스타트업 멘토링서비스 제안 -공공서비스디자인 방법론을 중심으로- (A case-study suggests government-supported startup mentoring service -Focused on public service design methodology-)

  • 본 연구는 정부지원중심 스타트업으로의 진입 장벽을 낮추고 정부의 공공정책서비스 개선에 기여하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2018년에 설립한 청년창업자의 스타트업 사례를 통해 예비창업자가 겪는 어려움과 문제점을 파악하고, 정부지원 중심 스타트업을 준비하는 과정에서 예비창업자가 효용성을 체감할 수 있는 실질적으로 도움을 제공할 수 있는 공공서비스의 필요성을 제기하였다. 그리고 정책대상수요자 중심의 스타트업을 성공할 수 있도록 멘토링서비스를 제안하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 정부지원중심 스타트업을 준비하는 예비창업자를 위한 공공정책서비스 개발에 공공서비스디자인의 프로세스와 방법론을 채택 및 적용하는 것이 유효함을 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 정부가 공공정책서비스를 개발 및 개선하고자 할 때 고려할 수 있는 하나의 접근 방법을 제시하고 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The Effect of Bakery Customers Product and Service Quality Factors on Value Perception, Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intentions: Focused on Famous Bakery Customers

  • Purpose: Recently, information on 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' and 'Famous Bakeries' can be obtained through various media such as TV, Internet search, and SNS, and the culture of finding and sharing them has become a trend. Since PZB's SERVQUAL, there have been many studies measuring service quality, leading to hotels, restaurants and coffee shops. These studies of service quality include product quality in the service quality dimension. Hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops are provided with intangible services while customers visit and stay, but 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' and 'Famous Bakeries' often stop by to buy products and return home. Therefore, the study on the effect of quality on customer behavior on 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' should consider product quality separately. In this study, we want to study how each quality element affects the perceived value and response of customers by separating product quality and service quality. Research design, data, and methodology: This study tested the structural model of how the quality of products and services of famous bakeries affect customers' perceived value and response. As the quality factors, products, tangible services, and employee services were adopted, and perceived values adopted utilitarian and hedonic values, and customer responses adopted customer satisfaction and behavior intention. For this study, 203 survey data with experience using famous bakeries were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. Result: The research results are as follows. First, product quality positively influenced utilitarian value, hedonic value, and customer satisfaction, tangible service quality positively influenced utilitarian value, and employee service quality positively influenced hedonic value. Second, utilitarian value had a positive effect on behavioral intention, and hedonic value had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusions: In a famous bakery, it is basic that product quality should be given priority, and for customer satisfaction, employee service quality is half as important. In addition, for Behavior Intension (revisit by the customer), in addition to product quality, the quality of tangible services and employee services should be maintained at a quarter level.

모바일 디바이스의 원인불명고장에 관한 비용 추정 (Mobile Device NDF(No Defect Found) Cost Estimation)

  • NDF (No Defect Found) is a phenomenon in which defects have been found in the manufacturing, operation and use of a product or facility, but phenomenon of defects is not reproduced in the subsequent investigation system or the cause of the defects cannot be identified. Recently, with the development of the fourth industrial revolution, convergence of hardware and software technologies in various fields is spreading to products such as aircraft, home appliances, and mobile devices, and the number of parts is increasing due to functional convergence. The application of such convergence technologies and the increase in the number of parts are major factors that lead to an increase in NDF phenomena. NDF phenomena have a significant negative impact on cost, reliability, and reliability for both manufacturers, service providers and operators. On the other hand, due to the nature of NDF phenomena such as difficult and intermittent cause identification and ambiguity in judgment, it is common to underestimate the cost of NDF or fail to take appropriate countermeasures in corporate management. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a methodology for estimating NDF costs by the PAF model which is a quality cost analysis model and ABC (Activity Based Costing) technique. The methodology of this study suggests a detailed procedure and the concept to accurately estimate the NDF costs, using ABC analysis, accounting system information, and IT system data. In addition case studies have validated the methodology. We think this could be a valid methodology to refer to when estimating the cost of other parts. And, it is meaningful to provide important judgment information in the decision-making process based on quality management and ultimately reduce NDF costs by visualizing them separately by major variable factors.

The Effect of Franchisors' Gapjil on Economic Satisfaction, Social Satisfaction, and Recontract Intention

  • Purpose: The major objective of this study is to develop a model for the impact of franchisors' Gapjil (verbal·nonverbal Gapjil, abusing bargaining position, refusing transaction, false or exaggerated information, restrictive practices, unfair damage compensation) on franchisee's recontract intention. We also examine the mediating role of economic satisfaction and social satisfaction in the relationship between franchisors' Gapjil and franchisee's contract intention. Research design, data, and methodology: Data were collected from franchisee owners located nationwide in Korea. Out of 256 questionaires distributed, a total of 256 questionnaires were returned. After excluding 10 invalid respondent questionnaires, we coded and analyzed 246 valid questionnaires (effective response rate of 96.09%) using frequency, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations analysis, and structural equation modeling with SPSS 22.O and SmartPLS 3.0. Results: The findings of this study are summarized as follows: First, among the Gapjil of the franchisors, restrictive practices and unfair damage compensation had negative effects on economic and social satisfaction, but verbal and nonverbal Gapjil for economic and social satisfaction was not significant. Second, abusing bargaining positions and false or exaggerated information had negative effects on social satisfaction, but for economic satisfaction, found to be insignificant. Third, economic and social satisfaction had positive effects on the franchisee's recontract intention to the franchisor. Conclusion: The following implications of this study are as follows. First, the construct of Gapjil that occurs between the franchisors and the franchisees was first presented, and the franchisors' Gapjil is divided into interpersonal Gapjil and structural Gapjil. Second, the Gapjil of the franchisors can be an important predictor variable in maintaining and developing a long-term relationship between the franchisors and the franchisees. Third, solving conflict due to the Gapjil problem between franchisors and franchisees can be an important factor for franchisors and franchisees to co-survive and thrive in Korean franchise system. Fourth, this study suggest that managing the Gapjil of the franchisors was a important antecedent factor in maintaining long-term relationship between the franchisors and the franchisees. Therefore, this study will help franchisors formulate effective symbiotic marketing strategies to satisfy relationships with franchisees and consequently enhance long-term orientation.

인식된 과잉자격이 직무재창조와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 종단연구 (Perceived Overqualification and Its Relationships with Job Crafting and Organizational Commitment: A Longitudinal Study)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 근래에 노동시장에서 부각되고 있는 과잉자격 문제를, 직무설계 관점에서 긍정적으로 해소하는 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 과잉자격이란, 조직구성원이 보유한 기술, 지식, 교육 수준이 자신에게 부여된 업무에서 요구하는 자격요건 수준보다 상회하는 상태이다. 그동안 과잉자격의 부작용이 중점적으로 연구되어 왔지만, 본 연구는 이를 극복하는 돌파구로서 직무재창조에 초점을 두었다. 과잉자격에 대한 조직구성원의 인식이 직무재창조 활동을 촉발시키고, 나아가 조직몰입을 제고하는 과정을 자기회귀교차지연 모형으로 실증하였다. 3개월 간격으로 총 3차례에 걸쳐 반복측정하여 263명의 종단자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 조직구성원의 인식된 과잉자격이 직무재창조와 조직몰입에 미치는 교차지연적 효과는 유의미하게 나타났다. 그리고 이전 시기의 직무재창조는 다음 시기의 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 다른 역인과관계는 발견되지 않았다. 즉, 인식된 과잉자격과 조직몰입의 관계에서 직무재창조의 종단적 매개효과를 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로, 과잉자격을 자각하는 조직구성원이 자발적으로 직무재창조에 나설 수 있는 조직풍토를 조성할 것을 제언하고, 이를 추진할 수 있는 개입 방안을 논의하였다.

데이터 마이닝 기법을 활용한 Mobile Device NDF(No Defect Found) 개선 (The Improvement of NDF(No Defect Found) on Mobile Device Using Datamining)

  • Recently, with the development of technologies for the fourth industrial revolution, convergence and complex technology are being applied to aircraft, electronic home appliances and mobile devices, and the number of parts used is increasing. Increasing the number of parts and the application of convergence technologies such as HW (hardware) and SW (software) are increasing the No Defect Found (NDF) phenomenon in which the defect is not reproduced or the cause of the defect cannot be identified in the subsequent investigation systems after the discovery of the defect in the product. The NDF phenomenon is a major problem when dealing with complex technical systems, and its consequences may be manifested in decreased safety and dependability and increased life cycle costs. Until now, NDF-related prior studies have been mainly focused on the NDF cost estimation, the cause and impact analysis of NDF in qualitative terms. And there have been no specific methodologies or examples of a working-level perspective to reduce NDF. The purpose of this study is to present a practical methodology for reducing NDF phenomena through data mining methods using quantitative data accumulated in the enterprise. In this study, we performed a cluster analysis using market defects and design-related variables of mobile devices. And then, by analyzing the characteristics of groups with high NDF ratios, we presented improvement directions in terms of design and after service policies. This is significant in solving NDF problems from a practical perspective in the company.

상사의 언행일치가 상사신뢰와 구성원의 발언행동에 미치는 영향 -심리적 안전감의 조절효과- (Effect of the leader's behavioral integrity on the trust in leaders and voice behavior of the Members -moderating effect of phychological safety-)

  • 본 연구는 조직 내에서 구성원들이 느끼는 상사의 언행일치가 구성원들의 발언행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 언행일치와 발언행동 간의 관계에서 상사신뢰가 매개효과가 있는지, 상사의 언행일치를 통한 상사신뢰와 구성원의 발언행동 간에 구성원의 심리적 안전감의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 표본은 서비스 관련 업종으로 보험, 증권, 은행, 컨설팅, 신용카드사의 구성원들을 대상으로 설문조사하여 424부를 분석에 이용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 상사의 언행일치가 상사신뢰와 구성원의 발언행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 확인하였다. 둘째, 상사신뢰는 상사의 언행일치와 구성원의 발언행동 간의 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 셋째, 구성원들의 심리적 안전감은 상사신뢰와 구성원의 발언행동 간에 조절효과가 있으며, 심리적 안전감이 평균에서 높을 때 언행일치가 상사신뢰를 매개로 발언행동에 미치는 영향에서 심리적 안전감의 조절된 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

데이터 불균형을 고려한 설명 가능한 인공지능 기반 기업부도예측 방법론 연구 (A Methodology for Bankruptcy Prediction in Imbalanced Datasets using eXplainable AI)

  • Recently, not only traditional statistical techniques but also machine learning algorithms have been used to make more accurate bankruptcy predictions. But the insolvency rate of companies dealing with financial institutions is very low, resulting in a data imbalance problem. In particular, since data imbalance negatively affects the performance of artificial intelligence models, it is necessary to first perform the data imbalance process. In additional, as artificial intelligence algorithms are advanced for precise decision-making, regulatory pressure related to securing transparency of Artificial Intelligence models is gradually increasing, such as mandating the installation of explanation functions for Artificial Intelligence models. Therefore, this study aims to present guidelines for eXplainable Artificial Intelligence-based corporate bankruptcy prediction methodology applying SMOTE techniques and LIME algorithms to solve a data imbalance problem and model transparency problem in predicting corporate bankruptcy. The implications of this study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that SMOTE can effectively solve the data imbalance issue, a problem that can be easily overlooked in predicting corporate bankruptcy. Second, through the LIME algorithm, the basis for predicting bankruptcy of the machine learning model was visualized, and derive improvement priorities of financial variables that increase the possibility of bankruptcy of companies. Third, the scope of application of the algorithm in future research was expanded by confirming the possibility of using SMOTE and LIME through case application.

전문건설업 대업종화 적용에 있어 도장, 조경공사의 특수성을 고려한 업종분류체계의 제안 (A Suggestion on the Improvement of the Business Classification System Considering the Specialty of the Painting Work, Landscaping Construction Industry)

  • 최근 전문건설업종의 대공종화/대업종화가 진행되고 있으며, 건설공사의 기술적인 전문성을 고려하지 않은 채 전문건설 업종을 편리에 따라 통합·신설하고, 고유의 업종을 폐지하는 방향으로 추진하고 있어서 건설산업 생산구조에 혼란을 초래하며, 업종 단순화만을 목표로 하여 설득력이 떨어지므로 전문건설업의 세부 공종 특성에 따라 재편 방안을 검토하는 것이 바람직하다고 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 전문공사업의 전문성에 대한 특수성을 고려한 합리적인 분류체계의 개편을 검토하기 위하여 도장공사, 조경공사의 사례를 대상으로 공사의 구분, 주요 업무내용 및 특성, 기술적 전문성, 대업종화에 대한 문제점을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 현행 전문건설업 업종분류체계 개편 시 고려하여야 할 사항을 도출하고 합리적인 업종별 개편방안을 제시하고 한다.

수도권 도시철도의 이산화탄소 배출량 절감 효과에 대한 환경 기여도 분석 (Evaluation of Environmental Contribution to the Effect of Reducing Carbon Dioxide Emission in Metropolitan Urban Railways)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 수도권 도시철도 이용자에 의해 발생하는 환경 기여도를 정량적으로 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 분석방법은 수도권 도시철도 1~9호선을 대상으로 각 노선이 미개통되었다는 전제하에 교통수요분석의 수단선택과 통행배정을 반복 수행한 후, 공로의 전환수요에 따른 각 노선별 환경기여도를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 이산화탄소 배출량의 총량적인 측면에서는 도시철도 1호선에서 환경기여도가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으나, 역수 및 연장을 고려할 경우, 도시철도 4호선이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 대중교통 이용 증진 방안은 대표적인 환경 개선 정책이나, 실제 이를 체감하기 어렵다는 한계가 있다. 따라서 환경에 대한 인식 개선 확산을 위해 그 효과를 정량적으로 제시할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.
