Among diverse cultural types which can be shown in movie, 'Subculture' is young culture that resist to major culture. It shows its belief and identity via its own style. Their 'Subcultural Style' became popular with mass media and has been affected to major cultures. Therefore, in this research, with times background as postmodernism in end of 20th century and mainly with movie which is about sexual minorities, I analyzed categories of costumes in the movie. Hedwig's rock costume shows combined fashion with hippie, punk, glam, kitsch, goth styles from the impact of postmodernism in mid 20th century. Tommy, showed his relief and defiant intention against old generations with grunge casual and graffiti styles. After he realized Hedwig's identity and showed defiant goth rock style as a famous rocker. The band, "Angry Inch", showed dissatisfaction and cynical attitude against the American society through subculture styles. Through this research, the fact that movie costume used a tool to show human's identity and value. Also, I can see that movie costume shows times and cultural phenomenon in the end of 20th century and through this, it was confirmed that this contributes to crease new fashion style through them.

Human resource management has always been the most important part of any organization (corporate and government-owned). Until whenever improvement in human resource management is always the background of every problem that occurs in the organization. This study aims to examine the relationship of procedural justice and organizational commitment to OCB satisfaction and job satisfaction in the Public Works Office of Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Sampling involved the entire population, i.e. 109 informants. They are employees who have goods and services certificates. Hypothesis test carried out with the SEM-PLS model in two stages (outer model and inner model). After that, the survey data was used SMART PLS 3.0. Based on empirical findings, we find that procedural justice has a positive and significant effect on OCB, while organizational commitment does not. Procedural justice, organizational commitment, and OCB have had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The novelty of the study lies in the originality value that describes the conditions in a government agency with different benchmarks (variables and indicators) from previous studies, so it is very interesting and varied.

The purposes of this thesis are to investigate characteristics, environment of characters through comprehensive approach to analyze its use and strategies in apparel brands. As a method to accomplish this research, fashion related articles, documents and magazines are used along with marketing references forecasting 21st century market changes. The character industry has diverse application to different medias and also intimacy and absorbtion beyond sex, age, generation, nationality. The cultural background of character fashion is based on casual clothing caused by wide spread pursuit of sports and leisure culture, indivisualization and diversification of clothing, customer-made marketing atmosphere and tendency of pursuit of fun and humor. In case of domestic young casual market, own characters are developed for creating differentiated it's own brand images. Characters are applied as an design details or cyber fashion models standing for the image of it's own brand and take a part in other events and visual parts as well. Characters not only limited to clothing items but also further usages of characters extended to stickers and other related stationary goods are necessary. A 'Character multi shop' can be one of good methods to maximize synergy effect.

As a result of decomposing the wage gap between large enterprises and SMEs using Oaxaca's wage gap decomposition method, the total wage gap of supply side factors was 44.2%, and the service years and educational background were the biggest influences. and As a result of decomposing the wage gap by firm size based on demand side factors such as business performance, total wage gap was 44.9%, and the influence on wage gap was in the order of labor productivity, union and outsourcing ratio. The results of this analysis suggest that it is necessary to consider the demand side factors such as business performance and capital structure of supply side companies such as differences in human capital in order to solve wage gap by firm size.

Background: The economy is being lifted by the new concept of robotics, but we cannot be sure of all the possible benefits. At this early stage, it therefore becomes important to find out the possible benefits/limitations associated with robotics, so that the positives can be capitalized, established, and developed further for the employment and motivation of employees in the health care sector, for overall economic development. The negatives should also be further studied and mitigated. Methods: This study is an exploratory research, based on secondary data, such as books on topics related to robotics, websites, public websites of concerned departments for data and statistics, journals, newspapers and magazines, websites of health care providers, and different printed materials (brochures, etc). Results: The impact of robotics has both positive and negative impacts on the employment and motivation of employees in the retail sector. So far, there has been no substantial research done into robotics, especially in the health care sector. Conclusion: Replacing employees with robots is an inevitable choice for organizations in the service sector, more so in the health care sector because of the challenging and sometimes unhealthy working environments, but, at the same time, the researchers propose that it should be done in a manner that helps in improving the employment and motivation of employees in this sector.

As the use of cultural elements to enhance design has become increasingly emphasized, fashion studies are focusing more on the cultural aspects of design. However, the diverse approaches of Minhwa (Korean folk painting) still need to be incorporated into fashion designs. Moreover, there is limited research on the awareness and thought of using a cultural design source of Minhwa based on people from different cultural backgrounds. This study aims to reveal an in-depth understanding of the use of Minhwa and its inner symbolic meaning by people from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds. A review of the literature on cultural design and Minhwa studies was conducted to establish a theoretical foundation. Focus group interviews were conducted with 26 participants, who were divided into five distinct cultural groups to ascertain their thoughts towards Minhwa and its inner symbolic meaning. The study's major findings were threefold. First, the outer appearance of Minhwa elements based on aesthetic preferences and familiarity affect their preference choices more than the influences of their cultural backgrounds. Second, knowing the knowledge of symbolic meaning makes a big difference in image preference. Third, avoiding the use of anachronisms is a significant consideration, as they can lead to negative judgments irrespective of cultural background.

The purpose of this study is to understand the purchasing intentions of Chinese consumers to Huawei and other domestic brands in the context of the current Sino-US trade war. Taking the mass consumers as the research object, this paper designs Likert five-level scale to investigate consumers' purchase intention of domestic products in the future, and uses SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 statistical software to analyze and process statistical data. Using questionnaire survey and exploratory factor analysis, this paper constructs a model to analyze the impact of consumer ethnocentrism on consumers' purchase intention. By summarizing the overall purchasing intention of consumers, it is concluded that the development of domestic brands in the context of trade war is facing difficulties and challenges in the future, but at the same time, we must seize the opportunity of consumers' ethnocentrism under this background to positively influence their purchasing intention, make up for shortcomings, eliminate overcapacity, and seek greater development through technological innovation.

Background: Motorcycles are one of the important members of commercial transportation because of the convenient use during congested traffic conditions and the ease of parking in narrow streets. This study investigates the characteristics of crashes and traffic signal violations caused by motorcycle couriers. Methods: From the national compensation data, this study analyzed the traffic crashes caused by 671 motorcycle couriers. Results: Among 671 injured couriers, 50.6% were aged less than 40 years, 49.2% run in a small business of <5 employees, and 47.2% had work experience of <6 months. Motorcycle crashes occurred mainly due to "rider overturned alone" (67.5%), in the daytime (73.5%), or on cloudy or clear days (77.2%). However, the violation rate caused by motorcycle couriers was high in couriers in a small business of <5 employees (13.9%), with work experience of <6 months (13.9%), on cloudy or clear days (12.4%), on an intersection (29.8%), in the type of "crash with a vehicle" (31.2%), or in a death accident (35.7%) Conclusion: The findings of this study can be used as a baseline in devising policies for preventing crashes of motorcycle couriers.

Background: Although the concept of workload is important to nursing practice, only a few nursing researchers have focused on the issue of workload within the nursing context. Knowledge of how the dynamics of workload affects the job stress of nurses working in a specific unit or department in a hospital setting, and the influence of coworker support on this relationship, still remains limited. This study, therefore examined the effect of workload on job stress of Ghanaian outpatient department nurses and the moderating effect of coworker support on this relationship. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used, and questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of 216 outpatient department nurses from four major hospitals in Ghana. The data collected measured workload, job stress, and coworker support using National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Task Load Index, job stress scale, and coworker support scale, respectively. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics, correlation, and hierarchical regression. Results: High levels of workload were associated with high levels of job stress of the nurses. Also, higher levels of workload were related to higher levels of job stress for nurses who received high levels of coworker support, but this was not the case for those who received low levels of coworker support (reserve buffering effect). Conclusion: The finding reiterates the adverse effect of workloads on employees' health, and the reverse buffering effect implies that supporting a colleague at work should be conveyed in a positive manner devoid of negative appraisal.

This study presents a new fashion wearable product, a classical music stage costume design, using an Arduino LilyPad that can control light-emitting diodes(LEDs) and a sound sensor that can set an environmental range of LED light. As a theoretical background, LED fashion design research and stage costume design research status were reviewed, and Arduino LilyPads, sensors, LEDs, and batteries required for LED stage costume production were investigated. Based on prior research, the LED stage costume design for the soprano stage was presented in a three-step process of design planning, development, and production, and an actual prototype was produced. This process produced meaningful information and materials for making clothes with the added function of a wearable computer. In particular, fashion designers or fashion majors can easily access the Arduino LillyPad and use not only LEDs, but other light emitting materials. It is expected that it will be used as a basic material for the use of the Arduino LillyPad that can develop new creations that have been utilized.
