Due to the development of IT technology and the on-going Coronavirus disease, non-face-to-face services have been activated. To overcome the inconvenience of non-face-to-face service, service providers have adopted chatbots as a way to feel like a human being. As the increasing chatbot services, chatbot builders have emerged, which can help non-developers to build them. Although its popularity has increased, its performance evaluation has not been conducted on such chatbot builders. In this paper, we implement a prototype chatbot that classifies hospital departments in the medical field using Dialogflow and Rasa, which are popular chatbot builders. By measuring the accuracy of the chatbot's classification of medical subjects, we evaluated the level of accuracy that the most used chatbot builder can have when they are used to build a chatbot service. The simulation results showed that Dialogflow had 87%, 65%, and 60%, and Rasa did 64%, 70%, and 63% in surgery dermatology, and otolaryngology, respectively.

본 연구에서는 고층건물에서 화재가 발생할 경우, 방화구획에 의해 건물 내 공기유동특성 변화를 시뮬레이션을 통해 분석하고자 한다. 고층건물의 경우 일반적인 저층 건물과 달리 건물의 형태, 내부 구획 등에 따라 공기유동 특성이 다르게 분포하게 된다. 특히 화재 시에는 방화를 위해 구동되는 방화구획에 따라 내부 공간의 형태, 구획이 변화하여 공기유동의 특성이 변화하게 되므로 본 연구에서는 화재 시 방화구획에 따른 공기유동 특성변화 분석을 실시하였다.

현대 건축물은 고층화 및 복합화로 인하여, 재난발생시 대처하기가 더 어려워지고 있다. 이에 많은 연구에서 시뮬레이션을 통하여 피난안전성평가를 진행하고 있다. 하지만 아직까지 한국형 피난시뮬레이션 개발은 부족한 실정이며, EXODUS와 같은 외산 프로그램에 의존하고 있다. 이러한 프로그램들은 국내의 실정 및 한국인의 특성을 반영 못하는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 특성에 적합한 피난시뮬레이션을 개발할 수 있도록 영향 인자를 분석하여, 한국형 시뮬레이션 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of housing product through housebuilders' strategies. As a methodology for this study, literature survey and questionnaire survey were used. Questionnaires were delivered on mail to 232 housing-builders and return rate was 34.1％. In summary, housing product was characterized long gestation period, periodically building cycle, future uncertainty of market volatility, maximization of land development gain, utilization of public fund for continuous building activity, moral hazard by accidental bankruptcy. Therefore private housebuilding could be defined speculative industry.

The influence of builders on calcium deposition on the fabric was studied by laundering the cotton fabric with sodium carbonate, sodium metasilicate, sodium tripolyphosphate and built detergents in hard water. The laundry variables were: 1) Washing cycles: 5, 10, 20, 30 and 40 cycles. 2) Water hardness: 100 ppm, 150 ppm, 200 ppm and 300 ppm. 3) Builders: $Na_2\;CO_3,\;Na_2\;SiO_3$ and STPP. 4) Detergents: Na-DBS, $Na-DBS+Na_2CO_3,\;Na-DBS+Na_2\;SiO_3,\;Na-DBS+STPP,\;Na-DBS+Na_2\;CO_3+STPP$, and $Na-DBS+Na_2\;SiO_3+STPP$. The fabric was washed for 15 minutes at 23+$1^{\circ}C$ in a washing machine(Gold Star WP 3007) under the similar condition with those of home laundering, and rinsed 3 times in the same water hardness for 5 minutes. The calcium deposits on the fabric was determined by EDTA-BACK titration methods. The results of this study were as follows: 1) The amount of calcium deposits on the fabric was increased with increasing wash cycles. This deposit was due to the build up of insoluble calcium carbonate. 2) As the water hardness increased, the amount of calcium deposits on the fabric was increased. 3) Alkaline builders, such as, $Na_2CO_3$ and $Na_2SiO_3$, promoted calcium deposition on the fabric, however STPP prevented calcium deposition on the fabric. 4) Fabric laundered with $Na-DBS+Na_2CO_3$ showed the highest calcium deposits on the fabric, and decreased with the order of $Na_2CO_3$, $Na-DBS+Na_2SiO_3$, and Na-DBS. And fabrics washed with phosphate-built detergents showed a small amount of calcium deposition.

Although many successful cases regarding big data have been reported, building information systems of big data is still difficult. From the perspective of technology the builders need to understand the whole process of systems development ranging from collecting, storing, processing, and analyzing data to presenting and using information. Whereas, from the perspective of business, the builders need to understand the values of the proposed big data project and explain to top managers who have to make a decision of the risky investment. This study proposes a framework of 5W 1H that can help the builder understand things related to the development of big data information systems. In addition, big data cases from the real world have been illustrated by applying to the framework. It is expected to help builders understand and manage big data projects and lead managers to make better decisions of the investment to the development of information systems.

Every year, the last products from most important builders of high bandwidth digitizers are tested in our laboratory which is specialized in the design and the characterization of fast links used in large laser facility. The purpose of this article is to describe the series of tests conducted during the characterization of such digitizers. More particularly, it takes an interest in the metrology of instruments with more than 5 GHz of bandwidth. It presents the different methods used and the kind of conclusion that we can give after such study. Such metrology campaign which usually takes one month of work, allows us to observe the smallest details and characteristics that usually builders don't give in their tables specifications. After the campaign, a copy of our technical report is written and sends to the builder. This report can be used by the technical team to ameliorate the points we noted.
