폐기물로 버려지는 명태 가공부산물인 절란을 효율적으로 이용할 수 있는 방안을 찾기 위해, 절란 젓을 제조하여 cellulose casing에 포장한 다음 숙성 중에 일어나는 여러 가지 화학적 및 미생물 변화를 측정하였다. 상온숙성$(25^{\circ}C)$에서는 냉장숙성$(5^{\circ}C)$보다 pH가 급격히 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 젖산량은 숙성이 진행됨에 따라 상온숙성에서는 급격한 증가를 보였고 냉장숙성에서는 서서히 증가하였다. 아미노태 질소는 상온숙성시 숙성기간 1주일째 급격한 증가 후 서서히 증가하였고 냉장숙성$(5^{\circ}C)$시 3주째까지 증가하다가 감소하였다. 휘발성 염기성 질소는 상온숙성$(25^{\circ}C)$시 급격한 증가를 보였고, 냉장숙성$(5^{\circ}C)$시 서서히 증가함을 보였다. 미생물의 변화는 상온숙성$(25^{\circ}C)$시 냉장숙성$(5^{\circ}C)$보다 미생물의 수치가 높았으며, 대장균군은 초기에 나타났다가 모두 제거되었다. 명태 절란젓의 최적 생산공정 및 유통기간 설정을 위해서는 관능검사 등을 통한 보충연구가 필요하다고 본다.

This paper aims to implement "structural changes detection procedure" in pairs trading algorithm and to show that the proposed approach outperforms the extant pair trading algorithm. Structural changes in pairs trading are defined in terms of changes in cointegrating factors and broken cointegration relationship. These changes are designed to test extant structural changes and unit root test methodologies. The simulation finds that expanding the changes in structure, increasing the mean reverting process of spread, and extending the consecutive days of broken cointegration will increase the performances of the proposed algorithm. Empirical study results are also consistent those of the simulation studies. The proposed algorithm outperforms the extant algorithm relative to risk and return given that the cumulative profit/loss has a significant upward-slope with minimal variance.

We present our AKARI study of massive star forming regions where a large-scale cloud-cloud collision possibly contributes to massive star formation. Our targets are Spitzer bubbles, which consist of two types of bubbles, closed and broken ones; the latter is a candidate of the objects created by cloud-cloud collisions. We performed mid- and far-infrared surface photometry toward Spitzer bubbles to obtain the relationship between the total infrared luminosity, $L_{IR}$, and the bubble radius, R. As a result, we find that $L_{IR}$ is roughly proportional to $R^{\beta}$ where ${\beta}=2.1{\pm}0.4$. Broken bubbles tend to have larger radii than closed bubbles for the same $L_{IR}$.

The unexpected failure of the induction motor makes the downtime of production, and the cost of the process cessation enormous. To reduce the downtime and increase the reliability of the motor, the vibration measurements for the fault detection have been used previously. Recently motor current signature analysis(MCSA) has been adapted for the fault detection and diagnosis of the motors. MCSA provides a powerful analysis tool for detecting the presence of mechanical and electrical faults in both the motor and driven equipment. In this paper, the fault severity of the rotor bar has been derived in terms of the resistance change which is calculated from the equivalent circuit model. Results show that the fault of the rotor can be easily detected and the measured value of the resistance change is verified by the detected fault from on-site tests using MCSA for the induction motors in an iron foundry.

Structural characteristic of a rice polisher of small size was analyzed to improve its performance and to utilize such data in developing a rice polisher of large size. Spraying characteristic of nozzles which were used for rice polishing was evaluated by a machine vision system. Internal pressure of the polishing chamber was also measured according to outlet resistance, water spraying, and roller shaft speed. In addition, the performance of the polisher was analyzed based on whiteness and broken ratio according to operating conditions.

Recently, High capacity alternator are used fur some special equipments in industry. But, several serious problem are occured, especially, broken coil of rotor, caused by crash with stator on rotating the rotor. Although added coil cover thor protect coil of rotor, coil cover is broken. In this study purpose 2 step for corrected that problems. First, three dimensional finite element method far investigate what is most important point. For that purpose, performed stress analysis of coil and coil cover that modeling and finite analysis by ANSYS software. Second, Apply prestress when winding the coil on stator to modify direction of net force. Vector analysis is used for determine corrected prestress. Result of the analysis and prestress are reviewed.

In this paper, we propose the redirect streaming service model to enhance resurgent ability. The system consists of a redirect server, local streaming servers and clients. A redirect server searches the best streaming server. And streaming servers starts a requested service or resumes it when in a trouble. RTSP/RTP is one of the effective solutions to improve QOS in VOD, however a service can be broken off by an overloaded server or network especially in live. We designed and implemented not only a distributed streaming system that solves the broken-off service to enhance a resurgent system, but also DSSP, distributed streaming service protocol, which is adopted to implement this model. Those will improve the performance of streaming service using RTP/RTSP and be contributed to a real time streaming research to solve a service trouble.

본 논문에서는 획의 일부분이 손상된 숫자(broken digit)나 붙은 숫자(touching digits)와 같은 비정형 숫자들이 포함된 필기체 숫자 열을 인식할 수 있는 방법에 대하여 제안하였다. 비정형 숫자들은 분류(pre-segmentation) 단계에서 숫자들의 구조적인 특징 정보를 이용하여 정형인 개별 숫자(isolated digit)로부터 획의 일부분이 손상된 숫자 또는 붙은 숫자들로 분류된다. 획의 일부분이 분리된 숫자의 결합 및 붙은 숫자들의 분할 단계를 거쳐 인식을 시도하였다. 제안된 방법의 타당성을 증명하기 위하여 NIST SDl9 데이터베이스를 이용하여 시뮬레이션 해 보았다.

An experiment was conducted to determine the effects of dietary supplementation of yeast Rhodotourula glutinis(Glutincus) on the performance and egg quality of layers. A total of 360 ISA Brown layers of 72 weeks old were assigned to one of the following 6 diets ：control, 25 ppm ${\beta}$-carotene. 0.5％, 1％, 2％ and 4％ Glutinicus supplemented diet. Each treatment was replicated three times with 20 birds housed in 2 birds cage units. Glutinicus supplemented at the level of 0.5％ significantly(p＜0.05) improved egg production and FCR. Soft and broken egge production rate decreased as the level of Glutinicus supplementation increased. Eggshell was highest in Glutinicus 4％ supplementation. Egg yolk color increased linearly as the level of Glutinicus supplementation increased up to 2％ of the diet. It was concluded that Glutinicus supplementation at the level of 0.5％ can be recommended for the improvement of egg production while 2.0％ can be recommended for egg yolk pigmentation.

This paper characterizes the electromechanical parameters due to the fault of rotor bars in a squirrel cage induction motor. Simulation is performed to investigate how broken rotor bars have effect on them by solving the time-stepping finite element equation coupled with magnetic field equation, circuit equation and mechanical equation of motion. It shows that the asymmetry of magnetic flux due to the broken rotor bar introduces the beating phenomenon in time domain and the sideband frequencies in frequency spectra, respectively, to the stator current, torque, speed, magnetic force and vibration of a rotor. However, vibration of a rotor would be the most effective monitoring parameters to detect the faults of rotor bars.
