This study aims to investigate Youth Culture in the Stream of Popular Culture by 'The Relation-Approach'. For this, the relations between the two were reviewed, through which the meaning and practical actions were identified as main finding of the fact that youth culture has cultural meaning with possibility. Namely, youth culture is not the culture of passive culture, addressee culture and consumer culture but the culture of active culture, addresser culture and producer culture. Further more, the practical actions as the culture of having new possibility in the stream of popular culture were found to be approached by epistemological and institutional practical actions. The importance of epistemological practice of youth culture is revealed as the importance of perspective. As far as youth culture is approached in the view of exclusive standpoint, there will be accompanied of limitation of closed youth culture. Thus, the possibility of open youth culture could be obtained by taking of the inclusive standpoint. Accordingly, the open possibility of youth culture will have the new possibility in the concept of open culture with open standpoint. That will be realized by the grand broad culture concept, not by the small narrow culture concept.

Rapidly changing healthcare environment and professional nursing practice need a strategy for the organizational development and goal attainment. An understanding of organizational culture could help managers enhance or expend their management strategy, thus increasing the probability of their success in the organization. On the other hand. organizational culture is an abstract concept and can show several views between sciences applying it. Therefore. organizational culture can be described to different ways with roots in each other discipline. Thus. it is necessary to define the concept of organizational culture in nursing perspective. This article reports a study conducted to analyze the concept of Nursing Service Organizational Culture. This study is performed by the guideline of Walker and Avant for concept analysis : selecting a concept. detering aim of analysis, identifying all use of concept. defining attributes. constructing model. contrary, borderline. related cases. identifying antecedents and consequences. According to the results of this study. the following definition attributes of Nursing Service Organizational Culture was suggested. We could define that nursing service organizational culture is the pattern of basic assumption and common belief that shared by the subordinates of nursing service. So, it provides a shared identity for all employees. Attributes of Nursing Service Organizational Culture were defined as (1) it is performed by the result of the interaction through formal. informal communication among nursing service organizational subordinations. (2) it has been performed unconsciously and reacts without ever thinking about the behavior. (3) it makes a unique pattern of behaviors to each nursing organization. which is different from other groups. (4) it has a broad and subtle forces to its subordinates. (5) it provides subordinates with the way of thought and behavior. (6) it influences on the output. stability. and de velopment of nursing service.
This study aimed to build up the concept of culture welfare. For this purpose, we analyzed the practitioners' understanding about culture welfare in culture and social welfare by Modified Grounded Theory Approach. The results showed that the practitioners did not understand the concept of culture welfare clearly, and revealed being in confusion. Their understandings about culture welfare were classified into five types, 1) a type denying a terminology, culture welfare itself, 2) a type without awareness about culture welfare, 3) a type regarding culture welfare as sub realm in the special domain of culture and social welfare, 4) a type undividing and integrating culture and social welfare, 5) a type recognizing an independent domain of culture welfare. But despite of large deviation like this, the practitioners were common to give emphasis on giving opportunities to everyone in the enjoyment of culture, for heightening the quality of life. Summing up, culture welfare is defined as 'all direct and indirect effort in culture and arts, in a narrow sense to economical vulnerable class, and in a broad sense to everyone, to raise cultural susceptibility, creative thinking, and potential competence for realization a life worthy of man. The significance of this study is in establishment the definite and practical concept of culture welfare through a deep analysis the practitioners' understanding. This will give the theoretical basis to the study and the development of various programs in culture welfare.
The crossover in fashion refers to the coordination of different items, each with a different atmosphere. In a broad sense, it is the mutual exchange across the existing areas, that is, the creation of a new style by disparate and opposite elements coexisting in a look. This paper studies typical features of the crossover shown in modern fashion based on sub-culture by examining the concept and formation factors of the crossover through social aspects rather than particular art modes to predict the current fashion and suggest a new direction. Crossover fashion appeared in social and cultural environments, has four characteristics : the visual discordance of sexes, the appearance of the lingerie look, the mixture of folk style, and the appearance of the reactionary mode. The crossover, appeared in sub-cultures and diffused into the public, may be considered the creation of a new sense of beauty and a possibility for the future. It is expected to keep expanding ifs range in fashion, since it is an expression of human will to restore liberal sensibility not confined to formality.
This research examines the concept of 'homo sovieticus' by reviewing the sociological essay novel homo sovieticus written by Zinoviev who was one of the well-known dissident in Soviet Union period, and attempts to have critical understanding of the concept. It is an interesting research topic that current Russia and Russians who get through the historical layers from Soviet to post-Soviet regime at the time current trend that allows to have various academic discussions of post-Soviet. It is required to examine the past of Russia and Russian to make precise estimation of their current and future. Therefore, it is necessary to re-examine the term of 'homo sovieticus' which is conventionally accepted. This research aims at broad comprehension of homo-sovieticus by focusing on the Zinoviev's own understanding instead of the habitual use of the term which only contains ideological and political intention.
This study examined the condition of an educational discourse, relating the concept of creativity, culture, culture-centered, and critical thinking, to explore Culture-based Art Education(CBAE). In particular, art education practice was examined using interpretations of creativity and critical theory positions from the field of education. Discourse analysis was used as the research method to contextually situate and analyze the ways in which art education theory and practice of creativity and of critical studies encoded meanings. The study helped build an understanding that creativity was formed as a modernist discourse in the humanistic stance. In education, creativity became the fundamental concern for progressive educators who pursued innate ability of individuals. The way to enhance creative potential of students was to induce their motive, as was the same case in art education, while in artist training, free expression was its main method. In this way, as creativity was intimately connected with the concept of expression, in art education art making is the only course for enhancing creativity. However, because creative process cannot intelligently be regarded as logically distinct from the creative product, and creativity can only be said by product, it seems valid to think that creativity is the quality not to be achieved by teaching. Furthermore, its emphasis on art making resulted in unbalance of art making and art appreciation in art education. It was the late sixties when several alternatives for creative education were made their appearance. Critical studies in art adopted critical theory as its theoretical background has developed as an alternative of creative art education, when research and theory for creativity could not be adequate to deal with the problem of practice. Critical theory is a broad and diverse field of theory and practice drawing on aspects of the modernist perspective of the later Frankfurt School, feminism, Freirean pedagogy, postcolonial discourse as well as postmodernism to construct a practical approach to education. It is very this eclectic nature to provide the mosaic that need to experience cultures from different perspectives in a pluralistic society. Because one's personality is formed by multiple aspects of culture which is very complex and is made up of what we do and value, creativity cannot make part of educational discourse with the philosophy of culture centered. On the other hand, critical studies, as a school art program of critical theory, can perform the role of CBAE, because it would have to deal with the investigation of social and cultural issues form multiple personal, local, national, and global perspectives.

The purpose of this study is to examine the expressional characteristics and effects of Diabolism image that appeared in fashion illustration. The concept of evil from ancient times is arranged with more basic pain, unhappiness, breakdown, fear, ignorance, sadness, imperfection, death, disease, and ugliness than it can be understandable in modern society. However, as the concept of evil is included in sacred ground of art and is begun to understand by the ugliness of broad sense, the evil and ugliness were recognized as subordinate concepts which fertilizing beauty. Also, image characteristics of Diabolism in pop culture are taking charge roles that remove visual discordance to decadent and mysterious beauty and trying to find new beauty by presentation of bad-tasted style. The aesthetic and expressional characteristics of Diabolism in modem visual media have something in common which is classified into five shapes: Negative image, Symbolic line and color, Transformation, Devilish shape, and Fantastic image. The Diabolism expressions in fashion illustration since 1980 show the possibility of image expression as a new technical field because they differ from existing expression methods and viewpoints of beauty. Therefore, the practical use of devilish image to express excessive aesthetic sense can expand the extent of image expression.

This study reviewed a broad range of existing reform options, and on the basis of this review proposed a number of initiatives for institutional reform in developing countries. This strategies were intended to help FAO staff to provide guidance to the developing countries for the reform of their agricultural and rural extension systems. The paper defines the distinction among extension as a function, agricultural extension as part of a larger knowledge triangle, and agricultural and rural extension as an expanded concept of knowledge and information systems. The focus is on new measures that promote food security, market-driven system, and highly competitive agribusiness enterprises. Moreover, this study focus on the tensions that exist between the modern force of globalization and the traditional forces of culture, geography, and community.
'Superflat' is a hugely influential contemporary art movement founded by Takashi Murakami. The concept of Superflat art is based on the notion that there exists in contemporary Japanese culture an inherent inclination for two-dimensionality devoid of perspective and hierarchy with all elements existing equally and simultaneously. The theory is defined in broad terms and asserts that this inclination for flat aesthetic has its roots in the traditional Japanese art and the development of post-war Japanese subculture. As such, Superflat as a theory possesses a capacity to engage and explain wide-ranging conditions in contemporary Japan. Taro Igarashi has made such a point and argues that the generations of leading Japanese architects practicing today possess Superflat 'tendency' for flat aesthetics and are inclined to focus on the expressive possibilities of the building's skin. While such sensibility could simply be interpreted as a stylistic trend that has emerged over the years, when examined against the characteristics of the art movement, there exist unmistakable similarities in terms of the design sensibility and techniques applied. Furthermore, the theory has become a force in how Japanese architecture is defined and understood internationally in the past decade.

The recognition of the environment and its importance have generated various types of parks, such as the ecological put the environmental put and the natural academy. They are considered the connecting media for the creation of space as a new paradigm in design for the 21st century from the late 1990s, environmental designs in space planning have been created from various angles of Perspectives including restoration of the natural ecosystem and introduction of natural circulation systems. Based on the aye facts and through theoretical examination of environmental park models, this research (1) establishes the concept and the significance of environmental parte; and, based on this, classifies the types of industrial sublimity; (2) presents environmental designing principles and standards; and (3) presents the "Chung Ra pro-Environmental Park plan" based on these ideas. The following is the summary of research results: First, while existing city parks are human-oriented, interior-oriented, and shape-centered, an environmental park considers human and nature equally and gives great importance to the relationship between the internal and external of the subject. It is a mark of environmental education that considers the natural ecosystem. Therefore, the environmental park is the 21st Century′s type of an open park for creating new forms of nature, as well as for incorporating culture and values through education. In such an environmental system, nature, culture, and human beings pursue balance, harmony, and security through mutual recognition. Second, in a broad sense, the types of environmental park can be classified into Cultural Restoration, Ecological Conservation, and Environmental Replacement. Third, by selecting Chung na environmental park in Incheon, which is a filtration plant lot, as a research subject, I have presented alternative planning for environmental parte in which culture and nature coexist on the basis of environmental planning principles and standards.
