Administering ${\delta}-aminolevulinic$ acid (ALA) to isolated pea (Pisum sativum L.) chloroplasts resulted in an increase of heme synthesis in the heme branch of the tetrapyrrole pathway. At 0.1 mM ALA, in the presence of 1 mM $FeSO_4$ heme synthesis was stimulated up to 7 fold of that in the absence of $FeSO_4$. N-Methylmesoporphyrin IX (NMMP), a powerful inhibitor of ferrochelatase, inhibited heme synthesis by 95% at one micromolar concentration. The addition of A TP to the chloroplasts caused not only heme synthesis, but Mg-protoporphyrin IX synthesis in the chlorophyll branch of the tetrapyrrole pathway. In the presence of NMMP, however, inhibition of Mg-protoporphyrin IX synthesis was not observed whereas heme synthesis was inhibited completely.

The chemical functionalization of carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT-COOH) by creatinine (MWCNT-Amide) and latter modification with 2-aminobenzophenone for producing 1-methyl-9-phenyl-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]quinolin-2-amine (MWCNT-quino) have been investigated. All products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, derivative thermogravimetric and cellular investigations. The interesting point is that MWCNT-quino can be homogeneously dispersed in dimethylformamide and to some extent in ethyl alcohol without sonication. Also, MTT assay was used to examine the behavior of cell proliferation after 48 h of cell culture experiments. Cellular results showed high toxicity of MWCNT-quino on the cancer cells. These functionalizations have been chosen due to active sites of carbonyl and methylene groups in MWCNT-Amide and the creating quinoline derivative on the MWCNTs for future application.

This paper describes an integrated network management framework for providing point-to-multipoint reservation service (PMRS) in an ATM network. There are two major issues confronting the network service provider in relation to this service: one is to rapidly confirm the acceptability of the subscriber's reservation at subscription time, and the other is to punctually activate the reserved point-to-multipoint service. To meet these requirements, we developed a service provision model (SPM) and a network resource model of a bandwidth allocation timetable (BATT). We propose a point-to-multipoint routing algorithm composed of ordering and backtracking procedures, which can find the best branch point under the complex network topology and can add more destinations to the existing point-to-multipoint route. We demonstrate the feasibility of the SPM, the BATT, and the point-to-multipoint routing algorithm by implementing our schemes and analyzing their performance under the operational ATM network of KT(Korea Telecom).

어느 나라를 막론하고 국가도서관은 정부가 설립 운영하는 국립도서관으로서, 자국에서 생산 유통되는 모든 유형의 정보자료를 수집 보존하여 당대의 국민에게 제공하고. 완벽하게 전수하여 후대의 접근과 이용을 보장해야 하는 책무를 가지고 있다. 이를 위하여 문화선진국은 석러 지역에 위치하는 분산형 국가도서관시스템을 운영하는데 비하여 한국은 서울중심의 완전 집중시스템을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 한국의 집중형 국가도서관 시스템을 집중-분산형으로 재편하기 위한 논거를 도출하고 그것을 바탕으로 국립 지역분관 건립을 위한 중장기기본계획을 제시하였다.

In many fiber concrete beams with Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP), debonding occurs between the carbon sheets and the concrete due to the low strength of the bonding resin. A total of 42 fiber concrete beams with a cross-section of 10×10 cm with a span length of 50 cm are fabricated and retrofitted with CFRP and subjected to a 4-point bending test. Graphene Oxide (GO) at 1, 2, and 3 wt% of the resin is used to improve the mechanical properties of the bonding resins, and the effect of length, width, and the number of layers of CFRP and resin material are investigated. The crack pattern, failure mode, and stress-strain curve are analyzed and compared in each case. The results showed that adding GO to polyamine resin could improve the bonding between the resin and the fiber concrete beam. Furthermore, the optimum amount of nanomaterials is equal to 2% by the weight of the resin. Using 2% nanomaterials showed that by increasing the length, width, and number of layers, the bearing and stiffness of fiber concrete beams increased significantly.

Public health oriental medical doctor has played a great role in providing oriental medical treatment and oriental medical health program with public health medical services, the basic infrastructure, however, is not sufficient. In this study, the researcher surveyed the treatment working or service condition of public health oriental medical doctor. 1. The payment, allowance of doctors are fixed upon the law and guideline according to the financial status of local government. The branch of public health center has more support like an official residence with expenses. 2. The public health center mainly has assitants and ratio of full-timer is more than the branch public health center without any assistants if any, they are temporary employee 3. The public health center has 5.22 beds while the branch has 3.14 beds. The daily average number of patient for public health center is 15.01 while the branch has 8.7 More than half of outpatients are over sixties with musculoskeletal disease. 4. Regarding the traveling clinic, the public health center put into more operation than the branch. The 3rd year serving public doctor gives negative about the traveling clinic much more than 1st and 2nd year serving public doctor. The treatment service condition of public doctor of the public health center is better than the branch doctor, but we are on the point of role-changing as health promotion and preventive treatment to bring up motivation, education and competence strengthening for execution the local-bound health program.

본 연구에서는 임의의 각도로 분기되어 있는 전력선로 근방의 자계를 유도하여 정식화 하였으며 이 공식을 이용함으로써 그 자계 계산을 쉽게 할 수 있다. 이 공식들은 분기선로가 있는 배전선로의 설계 시 검토자료로서 활용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 예로서 자계요소에 관한 공식들을 분기선로가 있는 3상 배전선로 모델에 적용하여 메틀랩 프로그램에 의해 계산하였으며 그 결과를 제시하였다. 그 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 합성자계는 분기각이 작고 관측점의 높이 z가 낮으면 전 y-축상에 걸쳐 By 요소가 지배적이다. 이 합성자계는 분기각 ${\alpha}=\frac{\pi}{2}$[rad]의 경우 Bx의 영향을 크게 받는다. 또한 이 합성자계는 전력선 높이와 같은 전선로 근방에서 Bz요소가 지배적이며 분기각이 ${\alpha}>\frac{\pi}{2}$[rad]의 경우에는 y축의 분기전선 위치에서 매우 큰 값을 나타낸다.

We have presented the tracing algorithm for center pixel of character image. Character image was read by scanner device. Performing the tracing process, it can be possible to detect feature points, such as branch point, stroke of 4 directions. So, the tracing process covers the thinning and feature point detection process for improving the processing time. Usage of suggested tracing algorithm instead of thinning that is the preprocessing of character recognition increases speed up to 5 times. The preprocessing chip has been designed by using single layer perceptron algorithm.

In this paper, we introduce the general form of a viginti functional equation. Then, we find the general solution and study the generalized Ulam-Hyers stability of such functional equation in multi-Banach spaces by using fixed point technique. Also, we indicate an example for non-stability case regarding to this new functional equation.
