Presentation of budge sonance with small action on the body motion

  • This study was presented the small action by the budge sonance function. An estimation of budge sonance function was acquired displacements across all condition with a variation of small action. The budge sonance function was to be indicated to express the flow rate of body motion. Their function was suggested an issue of the action condition by budge sonance. This system was proposed a combination of the body motion and small action. The acquired sonance signal was to render the small action of body motion with budge sonance function. The analysis of budge function was generally realized a variation from displacements on the fast body motion. Budge sonance signal of action that vision condition was acquired to a variation of the $Vi-{\beta}_{AVG}$ with $(-4.954){\pm}(-5.42)$ units, that vestibular condition was acquired to a variation for the $Ve-{\beta}_{AVG}$ with $(-2.288){\pm}0.212$ units, that somatosensory condition was acquired to a variation for the $So-{\beta}_{AVG}$ with $(-0.47){\pm}0.511$ units, that CNS condition was acquired to a variation for the $C-{\beta}_{AVG}$ with $(-0.171){\pm}(-0.012)$ units. Budge sonance function was proposed the small action from axial action on body control. We know a body motion response from axial action was not only variation of budge sonance, but also body motion of fast body motion.

Study of runout-motion in body physical techniques: physical index and sensory index

  • Body physical technique is to pursuit the dynamic motion by the physical index(PI) and sensory index(SI) on the physical body function. Function of the physical body by the motor condition is organized the dynamic physical system. For the physical motion of signal, we is defined a runout value of the body function by the physical index on the dynamic state. The concept of body physical index was identified the reference of physical index and sensory index by the body technique. As to detect a variation of the body physical technique-runout physical index(BPT-RPI) of the maximum and average and minimum in terms of physical motion, and the dynamic sensory value that was a runout function of the vision variation of the $Vi-{\xi}_{MAX-AVG-MIN}$ with $2.53{\pm}4.85$ units, that was a runout function of the vestibular variation of the $Ve-{\xi}_{MAX-AVG-MIN}$ with ($-0.69{\pm}2.32$)units, that was a runout function of the somatosensory variation of the $So-{\xi}_{MAX-AVG-MIN}$ with ($-1.43{\pm}-1.36$) units. The dynamic physical motion will be to confirm at the variable function of the runout motion for the body function values of dynamic physical index on the BPT-RPI that was identified an evaluation of the physical sensory function by the dynamic physical system. Runout body system was mentioned of a physical body situation by the mild moving and was refer a runout data of dynamic physical nervous index.

Combined training improves body composition, balance, and muscle function in sarcopenia elderly

  • Purpose: Sarcopenia is defined as a decrease in muscle mass, strength, and function with age that affects overall body function. We aimed to investigate the effect of combined training on body composition, balance, and muscle function in sarcopenia elderly. Research design, data, and methodology: Twenty-eight sarcopenia elderly (age 74.9±4.5 years) were randomly assigned to an exercise, EG (n=14), or a control, CG (n=14), group. The EG performed an intervention consisting of combined exercise training (60-75 min) for a total of 12 weeks, three times a week. The CG maintained their usual daily lifestyle during the intervention period. We measured body weight, body mass index (BMI), % body fat, free fat mass, balance ability, peak torque in shoulder, knee, and lumbar joints normalized for bodyweight in one second. Results: The EG showed improved body composition (i.e., BMI, fat-free body mass, fat mass; all p < 0.031, η2 > 0.179), balance (i.e., right and left of static and dynamic balance and fast 10 m walk; all p < 0.049, η2 > 0.152), and muscular function (i.e., 90°/sec and 180°/sec peak power per kg bodyweight, 90°/sec average power per kg bodyweight, 180°/sec total work, and 180°/sec endurance ratio; all p < 0.045, η2 > 0.158). Conclusions: Combined exercise training improves muscle mass and strength, body composition, balance, and muscle function in sarcopenia elderly.

Circuit training과 마황(麻黃) 복용이 태음인 여성의 심폐기능향상과 체지방감소에 미치는 상관성 연구 (Correlation between Cardiopulmonary System Function and Body Fat by Circuit Training and Ephedra Herba in Taeumin Women)

  • Objectives : This study was aimed to find out correlation of relation between cardiopulmonary function and body fat. Methods : We studied tendency of change of cardiopulmonary function and body fat for medication of Ephedrae Herba capsule by ergogenic aids with circuit training. We got the results for Exercise stress test and Segmental Bioelectrical Impedence Analysis. Results : 1. Sample Group of Ephedrae Herba medication and Circuit training generally showed the insignificant improvement of Body composition, but Control Group of Placebo and Circuit training significantly(p<.05) showed significant improvement of Body composition. 2. Sample Group of Ephedrae Herba medication and Circuit training generally showed the significant improvement of cardio-pulmonary function. Control Group of Placebo and Circuit training showed insignificant elevation of Cardiopulmonary function. 3. In the case of Sample Group, there wasn't closely correlation relationship of improvement of cardiopulmonary function and body composition, but in the case of Control Group, there was closely correlation relationship of improvement of cardiopulmonary function and body composition. Conclusions : It might be recognized that cardiopulmonary function has the correlation of body composition, and Ephedrae Herba might help the reduction of Body Fat by elevation of Cardiopulmonary function for ergogenic aids and it might be needed further study In various viewpoints.

Presentation of central motion techniques: limpness motion function and limpness sensory unit function

  • Central motion techniques are to mention the central-motion by the limpness motion function and limpness sensory unit function on the body. Central body motion is consisted of the limpness central function by the central body system. To evaluate the signal of central body motion, we are investigated a limpness value of the central function by the central body function on the static state. The concept of limpness motion function was checked the reference of limpness motion signal and limpness sensory signal by the central motion body. For assessment on the limpness sensory variation of the maximum and average in terms of central motion from the static function, and limpness value that was a limpness value of the vision condition of the Vi-${\lambda}_{MAX-AVG}$ with $8.71{\pm}-3.2units$, that was a limpness value of the vestibular condition of the Ve-${\lambda}_{MAX-AVG}$ with $3.05{\pm}-6.52units$, that was a limpness value of the somatosensory condition of the So-${\lambda}_{MAX-AVG}$ with $2.4{\pm}1.9units$. The static sensory motion was made mention of check out at the condition of the limpness sensory unit motion for the comparable values of limpness central motion that was expressed the analysis capacity by the limpness nerve system. Limpness sensory system will be to propose of the minute motion by static central motion situation and was to imply a limpness motion data of static body sensory function.

정상 성인의 신체조성과 폐 기능의 연관성 (Correlation between Body Composition and Lung Function in Healthy Adults)

  • Purpose : We investigated the correlation between body composition and lung function in healthy adults. Methods : This study included 204 healthy adults in whom all measurements were obtained once, and all data were analyzed using the SPSS software for Windows, version 22.0. Pearson's correlation analysis was performed to determine the correlation between body composition (represented by the total body water, protein mass, soft lean mass, mineral mass, basal metabolic rate, fat-free mass, skeletal muscle mass, and body fat percentage) and lung function (represented by the forced vital capacity [FVC], forced expiratory volume in 1 second [FEV1], the FEV1/FVC ratio, maximum voluntary ventilation [MVV], maximum expiratory pressure [MEP], and the maximum inspiratory pressure [MIP]). All measurements were obtained by two investigators to improve reliability. A significance level of α=.05 was used to verify statistical significance. Results : Among the lung function measurements obtained in both men and women, the FVC, FEV1, MVV, and MIP were positively correlated with the total body water, protein mass, soft lean mass, mineral mass, basal metabolic rate, fat-free mass, and skeletal muscle mass in men (p<.05). The FEV1/FVC ratio was negatively correlated with the total body water, soft lean mass, mineral mass, basal metabolic rate, fat-free mass and the body fat percentage (p<.05). Notably, the FVC, FEV1, and MVV were positively correlated with the total body water, protein mass, soft lean mass, mineral mass, basal metabolic rate, fat-free mass, and skeletal muscle mass in women (p<.05). Conclusion : This study showed a significant correlation between body composition and lung function in healthy adults. In combination with future studies on lung function, our results can provide objective evidence regarding the importance of prevention of lung disease, and our data can be utilized in rehabilitation programs for patients with respiratory diseases.

신체지표와 유량-기량곡선 지표간의 상관성 (Correlations between Body Indices and Flow-Volume Curve Parameters)

  • Pulmonary function test has been know to be greatly affected by body indices, such as sex, age, height, body weight, body surface area (BSA) and body mass index (BMI), so hat this study was focused to see the relationship between body index and flow-volume curves. Subjects were 156 (male 90, female 66) and they were examined for pulmonary function test in terms of body index and correlation/multiple regression analysis of flow-volume curves at Presbyterian Medical Center from March to August, 2009. The followings results after analyzing the correlation between body index and flow-volume curves. Although flow-volume curve FEF25-75% showed close correlation with age, body weight, and body surface area, but not with body mass index. In addition, multiple regression analysis was performed to see how each body index affects flow-volume curve FEF25-75%, and FEF25-75% dispersion was explained as 74.5% with age only, 94.2% with age and height, and 96% with age, height, and sex. Therefore, sex, age and height that are mainly used for predictive formular of pulmonary function test and nomogram were important factors for pulmonary function test itself, and further study must be done for other body index.

폐경기 중년여성의 폐경단계에 따른 건강지각, 신체상, 성기능 및 우울 (Health Perception, Body Image, Sexual Function and Depression in Menopausal Women according to Menopausal Stages)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of health perception, body image and sexual function on depression according to the menopausal stage in Korean middle aged women. Methods: Subjects were 182 perimenopausal and postmenopausal women who had not received hormonal replacement therapy. A five-item General HealthShort Form (SF-36) Health Survey Questionnaire (Ware & Sherbourne, 1992) was used to measure health perception. Body image was measured Semantic Differential scale, CES-D was used to measure the level of depression, and sexual function was measured by FSFI. Results: The subjects rated their health as 'moderate', their body image as 'moderate, and level of depression as 'high'. However, there were no significant differences in health perception, body image, and depression between perimenopasual and postmenopausal women. Postmenopausal women experienced lower levels of sexual function than perimenopausal women in sexual arousal, lubrication, orgasm, satisfaction, and pain. In stepwise regression analysis, 21.7% of variance in depression was shown to be perceived health and body image in postmenopausal women. However, in perimenopausal women, perceived health and sexual function explained 34.5% of variance in depression. Conclusion: These findings indicate that nurses must consider the menopasusal stage when counseling their patients.

폐경 후기 중년여성의 신체상, 우울 및 성기능과의 관계 (The relationships among Body Image, Depression and Sexual function in Postmenopausal Women)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among body image, depression and sexual function in Korean postmenopausal women. Methods: Subjects were 96 postmenopausal women who have lived in Korea. Data was collected using Semantic Differential scale, CES-D, and FSFI. Results: The level of body image was positive, depression was mild, and sexual function was moderate. There were no significant correlation between depression and sexual function. The subjects who had more positive body image experienced higher sexual function and less depressed mood. Conclusion: These findings showed the need for a knowledge development program for nurses regarding women's sexual function. Also, nurses must do counseling with sexual partner's and consider patients' body image when counseling those who complain of sexual dysfunction.

트레드밀 훈련이 20대 남성 비만인의 폐기능 및 체질량지수에 미치는 영향 (The Effects on the Pulmonary Function and Body Mass Index of 20's Men Obesity after Treadmill Exercise)

  • PURPOSE : The purpose of this study was to determine whether tredmill exercise increases pulmonary function and decreases body mass index of the 20s obesity. METHOD : Thirty obesity in their 20s were randomly assigned to on experimental group (n=15) or control group (n=15). Over the course of four weeks, the experimental group participated in tredmill exercise for 30 minutes three times per week and the control group participated in auto-med exercise for 30 minutes three times per week. Subjects were assessed pre-test and post-test by measurement of pulmonary function (tidal volume, inspiration reserve volume, expiratory reserve volume, vital capacity) and body mass index. RESULT : Our findings show that the experimental group had significant difference in expiratory reserve volume and vital capacity and body mass index (p<.05). In the comparison of the two groups, the experimental group had higher pulmonary function and lower body mass index than the control group. CONCLUSION : In this study, the experimental group showed greater improvement in pulmonary function than the control group, which indicates that the tredmill exercise is effective at increasing the pulmonary function and body mass index 20s obesity.
