This study attempt to develope and suggest a new, minimize side effects process for calculate a time to peak enhancement of contrast level by using blood flow instead of current mathematical process. We conducted a studies 127 patients who performed the CE MRA by using test-contrast inject way. We used measurements of a contrast inflow time and time to peak enhancement of contrast level of each cerebrovascular branch for similarity of witch cerebrovascular branch calculate a time to peak enhancement of contrast level by using blood flow in image compared with calculation a time to peak enhancement of contrast level by using current mathematical process after contrast enhancement. In this study, confidence interval were used if the variable is continuous variable; there is differences between 4 groups exist but in group 1, there is no difference with time in peak enhancement of contrast level by using mathematical method to inflow time in sinus sigmoideus. it was significant statistically, in addition there was significant low heterogeneity in Bland Altman plot. Thus, apply a new calculate a time to peak enhancement of contrast level by using blood flow method will minimize damage caused by side effect, maintain quality of image, easy and fast access. It should provide a space for the exchange of current calculate a time to peak enhancement of contrast level by using mathematical process.

The frequencies of chromosome aberrations and sister chromatid-exchanges in peripheral blood lymphocyte of 44 nurses handling anticancer drugs were compared with those in 44 age-match controls. The frequencies of dicentric chrdmosome were $2.4\times 10^{-3}$ in the exposed and $0.5\times 10^{-3}$ in the control. The frequencies of sister cromatid exchanges in the exposed were slightly higher (5.68 SCEs/cell) than those in the control (5.04 SCEs/cell). The frequencies of chromosome aberrations and sister cromatid exchanges were not associated with duration of drug handling and types of anticancer drugs, but associated with use of safety cover.

Saprolegnia diclina, which was the pathogen causing death in snake fishes(Channa argus) at culture farm, was investigated using scanning electron microscope. It was found that Saprolegnia diclina infection caused snake fishes to fail gas change in the gills. Cell lysis as well as edematous disease and hyperplasia as a result of Saprolegnea diclina attachment on the surface of gills were observed. The granules, the mean diameters of which ranged from 6 to $7\;{\mu}m$, attaching on the surface of gills were found to be secondary zoospores of Saprolegnia diclina. The failures of gas exchange in the gill cells and circulation as a result of the osmotic dilution of the blood were supposed to be the main cause of death.

The result of the screening of lectins on 28 species of marine shell fishes(mollusks) showed that 10 species (Tapes philippinarum, Cyclosunetta menstrualis, Neptunea arthritica cumingii, Omphalius pfeifferi carpenteri, Chlorostoma argyrostoma turbinatum, Chiorostoma argyrostoma lischkei, Semisulcosira corea, Neptunea polycosta, Babylonica japonica, Noverita didyma) were present hemagglutinating properties to human A, B, and O group, and animal blood erythrocytes. A new lectin from Tapes philippinarum. was isolated and partially characterized. The lectin was purified by (NH$_4$)$_2$SO$_4$ precipitation and ion exchange chromatography on DE 53 column. Six fractions were obtained from DE 53 column by salt gradient elution but only 0.3M, and 0.4M NaCl fraction had strong lectin activity. On its 0.3M NaCl fraction, purity was identified by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. This lectin was inhibited by N-acetyl-D-galactosamine. It seems that two kinds of lectin react as antigen by immunochemical studies.

This article explores bilateralization phenomena in Korean families through intimacy and interaction with matrilineal kins. In-depth interviews were conducted with married men and women aged from their mid-30s to mid-40s. The findings indicate that the intimacy range of participants was restricted to blood-based kins. The power hypothesis was supported for male participants. Some wanted to actively contact their spouse's family members, while others did not want to be connected with the spouse's families. Interaction with wives' families was based on the exchange perspective. In contrast, a complicated mechanism existed in the intimacy and interaction of female participants. Most of them were connected with in-laws in a passive way but actively interacted with their family-of-origin. However, some female respondents did not have good relationships with their mothers. Undifferentiation between mothers and married daughters negatively influenced their relationships. Therefore, it could be concluded that bilateralization phenomena in Korean families is another kind of shackle of patrilineal norms.

In these days, it is actively investigated to use loess in textile industry. The loess have been reported for emissivity of far-infrared and negative ion, and antibacterial efficacy. The loess consist of quartz, feldspar, clay mineral, iron oxide mineral, gibbsite [Al(OH)$_3$], etc. The main component of loess is clay minerals which have great adsorption about ion exchange and far-infrared emission properties. Recently, various inner-wears, sheets, and interior goods are manufactured using the loess due to its improved blood circulation, metabolism, antibacterial and deodorizing properties. (omitted)

A haemagglutinating protein from the saline extracts of Kalanchoe crenata leaves, which agglutinate all human blood types, was purified to homogeneity by ion-exchange chromatography on a DEAE-Cellulose column followed by gel filtration on a Sephadex G-100 column. The purified protein showed one band, both in non-denaturing PAGE and SDS-PAGE. The $M_r$ that was determined by SDS-PAGE was 44,000 Da and that estimated from gel filtration was 47,000. Treatment of the haemagglutinating protein with 5 mM EDTA diminished the haemagglutinating activity to 50% of the original level. The addition of divalent cations, 10 mM $Mg^{2+}$, 10 mM $Mn^{2+}$, or 10 mM $Ba^{2+}$, totally restored and enhanced the activity. The protein showed maximum activity over the 3-7 pH range and was heat-resistant. It was also a glycoprotein containing about 1.5% carbohydrate.

The major polysaccharide, named EAP, was purified from the aerial parts of Eclipta alba by Sepharose CL-2B ion exchange chromatography and recycling HPLC. The molecular weight of EAP was estimated to be 20911.9 D by MALDI-TOF MS. In addition, the sugar composition was determined to be arabinose (23.6%), mannose (24.8%), galactose (12.3%), and glucose (41.3%), respectively, by GC analysis. The EAP decreased the blood sugar level, which was induced by alloxan in rats, dose dependently.

The lung has a vital function in gas exchange between the blood and the external atmosphere. It also has a critical role in the immune defense against external pathogens and environmental factors. While the lung is classified as a relatively quiescent organ with little homeostatic turnover, it shows robust regenerative capacity in response to injury, mediated by the resident stem/progenitor cells. During regeneration, regionally distinct epithelial cell populations with specific functions are generated from several different types of stem/progenitor cells localized within four histologically distinguished regions: trachea, bronchi, bronchioles, and alveoli. WNT signaling is one of the key signaling pathways involved in regulating many types of stem/progenitor cells in various organs. In addition to its developmental role in the embryonic and fetal lung, WNT signaling is critical for lung homeostasis and regeneration. In this minireview, we summarize and discuss recent advances in the understanding of the role of WNT signaling in lung regeneration with an emphasis on stem/progenitor cells.
