Currently, LAMA(Local Automatic Message Accounting) is a billing mechanism which is being used for billing process, in which billing dat is written on MT(Magnetic Tape), collected at each regional billing center and then processed once a month. However, in order to prepare further development of telecommunication network and future new services, computerization of billing process and new daily billing processing system are urgently needed. Therefore Korea Telecom had developed a CAMA (Centralized Automatic Message Accounting) system for M10CN switch. In the CAMA system, billing data generated in switches is transfered on-line using approproate protocols and various transmission media and immediately processed. The CAMA system for M10CN switch consists of three parts such as ED (Extraction Device), TD(Transmission Device) and HC(Host Collector). The system also has redundancy to maintain continuance and confidence of system operation.

Cloud-computing is in the limelight with expectation for cost reduction, because it alleviates the burden of initial investment and maintenance cost and based on pay-as-you-use billing policy. However, many suppliers of Cloud-computing service are suggesting diverse and complicated billing policies without consideration for setting reasonable service billing policy and definite criteria of properties to determine service billing system. So companies willing to use Cloud-computing service are hard to understand the billing system and often spend more expensive cost than necessary. Therefore, this study invested billing system properties of four representative suppliers. Based on these properties of billing system, this study found priorities using AHP survey which conducted to experts who are able to make decisions for adopting Cloud-computing in the company using or willing to use Cloud-computing service. We expect that this study can suggest basic guideline for comparing and analyzing properties of Cloud-computing service with standardized and objective method.

본 연구에서는 통합 빌링의 장점을 그대로 계승하고 커스터마이징을 최소화하는 다국어 버전 빌링 시스템에 대한 연구와 시제품을 개발하고자 한다. 해외 시장에서의 빌링 시스템 경쟁력 강화 및 성공적인 사업 지원 수행을 위해 영어, 일어, 한국어 등 데이터베이스 기반의 UI 메시지 데이터 추가만으로 다국어 버전이 지원되는 빌링 시스템, 그리고 다양한 통신 사업에 대한 통합 과금 정책을 지원하는 패키지화된 형태의 빌링 시스템을 목표로 한다.

본 논문은 웹(www)상에서의 사회복지 사이트구축을 위한 전자지불시스템에 관한 연구이다. 사이버상에서 후원자가 다양한 방법을 통해 후원금을 납부함으로서 시공간을 초월한 도움의 손길이 보다 쉽고 다양하게 되었다. 이러한 연구는 상거래에서의 전자지불시스템을 변형하여 사용함으로서 보다 효율적인 방법을 제공하는 방식이다. 본 시스템은 기존의 인터넷을 통한 지불시스템보다 안전하며, 후원방법도 다양하게 제공함으로서 수혜자와 후원자간의 다양한 도움의 손길이 연결되리라 기대된다.

In this paper, we propose the authentication server system that prevent hacking in In-app billing applications. And we also propose the methods to verify electronic receipt for the payment of internal app payments and to check the integrity of the applications. Then we designed the payment metabolic system that checks between products-offer list and paid subscription if payment system is hacked with new hacking technologies different from existing ones. And then we implemented proposed authentication system and experimented with about 10,000 average internal application payments per an hour. It shows that proposed system has defensive techniques that counter attacks against in-app billing but it takes more than 0.8916 seconds than no-certification system that is considered as relatively short time.

본 논문에서는 이동통신 3사의 무선인터넷 서비스 시스템의 패킷 과금방식에 대하여 과금체계 검증시험을 실시하여 측정용 파일크기와 사업자의 과금데이터를 비교 분석하였다. 검증시험 결과에 나타난 바와 같이 이동통신사의 무선환경에 영향을 받는 망 품질에 따라서 과금데이터가 전송 오버헤드들로 인하여 차이가 발생되고 있어, 이동통신사간의 통일된 패킷의 과금적용을 위해 패킷 분석시스템을 제안하였다. 과금시스템에 패킷 분석시스템을 추가하여 보완하면, 서비스별 프로토콜 분석을 통해 패킷 데이터를 추출하고 트래픽 데이터를 분석하여 콘텐츠 유형별 분류할 수 있어 이동통신사간의 패킷별 과금적용 및 콘텐츠 가치에 기반한 차등과금이 가능하고, 사용 내역의 상세한 정보를 요구하는 고객의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있으며, 비과금 패킷 처리에 대한 과금요건을 수용하는 둥 보다 유연하고 다양한 과금정책을 지원할 수 있다. 이는 향후 이용자들의 요금에 대한 민원들이 줄게 되어 무선인터넷 서비스의 활성화에 크게 기여할 것이다

First introduced in 1977, Korean health care system reached to national coverage in short period of time never seen before in any other countries, and rated as successful system protecting the health of the public at relatively low price. However, despite those positive evaluations, some of fraudulent medical organizations or pharmacies are hindering the sound development of the national health care system with meticulous false billing exaggerating the number of patients or the days of their treatment. To prevent aforementioned nursing home fraud and false billing, the misconduct should be punished as subject to the criminal law and severally punished for fines and payments which far exceed the expected amount of illicit gains as it is basically violation of criminal fraud, other than the forced return of illicit gains based on civil laws. Furthermore, the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service should strengthen and complement the fraud investigators, the review process, and the professional training to raise the detection rates. It might also want to review ways to implement whistleblower rewarding system and rewards for evidences of healthcare fraud to overcome the limits of external review.

게임 내에서 과금 시스템으로 승리에 영향을 미치는 Pay-to-Win(P2W) 방식은 정당한 노력에 대한 반칙행위로 이용자들에게 비난을 받고 있다. 그러나, 청소년의 심리적 요인과 P2W이 실제 과금에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 부족하다. 이에 본 연구는 게임과금과 관련해 영향을 줄 수 있는 심리적 요인인 자존감을 축으로 P2W 및 비P2W에서 나타나는 게임과금 정도를 비교하였다. 분석 결과, 과금시스템은 청소년 자존감과 함께 게임과금 정도에 상호작용 효과를 나타냈는데, 비P2W 방식에서는 자존감이 높으면 과금이 증가하는 반면, P2W 방식에서는 자존감이 낮을수록 과금이 급격히 증가하고 있었다.

온라인게임 마케팅의 가격정책은 정액선불제와 PC방의 종량제가 대표적이다. 이 두 모델은 대부분의 온라인게임기업 및 MMORPG의 기본 과금방식으로 인식되어 왔으나 점차 선두기업만의 수익구조로 정착되고 있다. 선두기업들의 시장 점유율이 80%를 넘어선 상황에서 후발기업들이 동일한 과금방식을 적용할 경우 경쟁은 불가능해진다. 시험평가에서 호평을 받은 후발 MMORPG 들이 상용화의 벽을 넘지 못하고 도산하고 있는 예가 이를 증명해준다. 후발업체들은 생존과 고객확보차원에서 먼저 무료게임을 선언하고, 이후 아이템의 판매와 경험치, 게임 머니의 배수 서비스로 유도하기도 한다. 그러나 유무료 고객 간의 분쟁을 낳고, 정액제를 기반으로 제작한 게임 콘텐츠의 밸런스가 붕괴되어 게임의 생명을 단축하는 결과로 이어지고 있다. 후발업체의 안정된 수익과 시장진입을 위해서는 기획 단계부터 콘텐츠에 맞는 과금 방식을 설계해야 하며 또 선두업체들과는 차별화된 과금방식을 확보해야한다. 본 연구에서는 단순 아이템 판매와 배수 서비스가 아닌 게임 콘텐츠를 기반으로 하는 다양한 콘텐츠 서비스를 분류하였다. 그리고 이들 콘텐츠를 저가로 책정함으로써 이용고객들의 소액결재를 유도하는 콘텐츠 프리미엄 서비스를 제안하였다. 이는 현재 게임 시장에서 후발 MMORPG 게임 업체의 새로운 과금방식으로 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

무선 이동통신 관련서비스가 활성화되면서 유료 컨텐츠 서비스에 대한 지불을 어떻게 처리할 것인가가 중요한 사안으로 대두되고 있다. 컨텐츠 사업자들은 현재 일부 서비스부터 컨텐츠 유료화를 시작하려 하고 있지만 사용자로부터 결재 금액을 지불 받을 수 있는 시스템을 갖추고 있지 않아 유료화를 시작하는데 어려움이 있다. 또한 사용자와 사업자간의 인증 및 사용자에 대한 개인 프라이버시 보호와 거래에서 발생할 수 있는 보안상의 고려 사항들을 어떻게 해 결할 것인가에 대한 문제가 있을 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 상거래 시장 변화에 맞추어 무선 인터넷에서 과금 시스템의 개념을 알아보고, 데이터 전송시 필요한 키 분배와 통신 상호간의 인증을 어떠한 방법으로 처리 할 것인가 설명한다. 이를 바탕으로 신뢰할 수 있는 과금 시스템 을 제안한다.
