본 연구에서는 지속가능한 콤팩트 도시 개발을 위한 기초연구의 일환으로 콤팩트 시티의 지속가능한 개발에 대해 논의하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 우선, 스프롤 현상의 문제는 오랫동안 인식되어 왔다. 도시 스프롤의 현상은 몇 개의 요인으로부터 초래되는데 도시 교외의 저렴한 토지를 비롯하여 이동수단의 진보, 재원조달의 용이함, 그리고 주택의 대량생산에 따른 부동산 개발업자의 증가 등이다. 이러한 도시 스프롤에 나타나는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 모색되고 있는 콤팩트 시티는 토지의 집약적이고 효율적인 이용에 의해 에너지를 절감할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 자전거이용 범위 확대, 주민 층의 다양화, 사회적 커뮤니티의 활성화 등을 가져올 수 있다. 이밖에 콤팩트 시티는 스프롤 현상의 억제를 지향하는데 많은 에너지의 효율적 사용이 가능하며, 직주근접에 따른 오염 감소, 도보 자전거 또는 대중교통의 이용이 가능하다. 즉, 지속가능한 콤팩트 도시는 주택, 상업, 업무 등의 각종 시설의 집중 개발을 통해 통합된 다양한 기능을 가지고 트래픽 볼륨 감소를 통해 도시의 에너지 효율을 개선한다.

PURPOSES : Seoul introduced public bicycles to reduce environmental pollution and create a healthy society. Because the use of bicycles is highly weather dependent, and bicycles are rented by the people, member characteristics and seasonal influences should be considered. This study analyzed bicycle traffic characteristics considering seasonal and member characteristics and highlighted some implications. METHODS : The Yeouido and Sangam districts, which have multiple business districts, were taken as the areas of interest. In order to reflect seasonal and membership characteristics, the traffic volume, time of use, and characteristics of each zone were categorized by season (spring, summer, autumn, winter) and membership type (season, daily, group). In addition, we analyzed the pattern of traffic volume and usage time according to the traffic purpose after separating rental locations into residential, business, subway, and park, reflecting the land characteristics. RESULTS : The results revealed that seasonal characteristics were high for bicycle traffic, time of use, and occupancy rate for park locations in spring and autumn. In terms of membership characteristics, group and daily users appeared as major visitors for park locations, and the trends of commuter pass users showed that bicycle use meets the purpose of introducing public bicycles. CONCLUSIONS : Traffic characteristics differed according to seasonal and membership characteristics. It is necessary to involve and extend the users of the commuter pass. Situations in which commuter pass users cannot function as a group or in which daily users monopolize bicycles (especially near parks, near subway stations, etc.) must be avoided.

최근에 들어서 운전자에게 이동의 기능 뿐 아니라 주행의 즐거움을 줄 수 있는 차량이 요구되는 추세이다. 기존의 차량은 증가되는 차량대수에 교통시설과 주차시설 확충에 어려움이 있어 사회적 문제가 되기도 한다. 현재의 사륜차량은 80%의 차량이 단지 혼자이거나 두 사람만을 운송하고 있다. 차량의 경량화는 에너지 자원의 경제적 이용과 환경 보존이라는 측면에서 더욱 중요하게 부각되고 있는 과제이다. 이러한 문제의 해결에 대한 한 방법으로, 한 명 내지 두 명이 타는 새로운 개념의 차량을 개발하기로 하였다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 기존의 해외에서 제작된 삼륜차에 대한 정보가 수집되고 분석된 후, 신 개념의 샤시 시스템에 대한 수학적인 모델링과 시뮬레이션과 시험모델 테스트가 병행되고, 이를 바탕으로 차체 디자인의 제작을 의도하고자 하였다. 특히, 주요 관점사항으로는 선회 시 차량이 능동적으로 바퀴와 차체를 회전중심 축으로 기울어지는 경사선회(Tilt) 요소 장착 삼륜 자동차를 제시하고자 하였다.

다르덴 형제의 영화는 사회의 변방으로 밀려난 소수자들의 문제를 다룬다. 특히 오늘날 노동 시장에서 가치를 박탈당한 인간의 삶에 큰 관심을 가진다. 이 글은 칸 영화제 수상작인 다르덴 형제 영화의 근작 <로제타>, <아들>, <더 차일드>, <로나의 침묵>, <자전거 탄 소년>을 대상으로 그러한 다르덴 형제의 사회인식을 살펴본다. 그리고 그들의 사회인식을 적확하게 담아내는 고유한 형식미학적 스타일을 분석해 보고자 한다. 먼저 다르덴 형제 영화의 내용을 보면, 절망적인 생계의 문제에 봉착한 개인이 등장한다. 그들의 고통은 정도 차를 두고 실업 상황과 긴밀하게 연관되어 있으며, 그로 인해 불가항력적인 '불안'과 '소외'의 이미지를 내보인다. 유념할 것은, 다르덴 형제의 영상은 내용을 담는 단순한 플랫폼이 아니라, 본질적인 주제의식을 드러내는 고안된 양식이라는 점이다. 단편적인 예를 들면, 인물을 담아내는 카메라의 위치와 시선, 움직임 모두가 세계 내에서 인물이 처한 상황을 성찰하게 한다. 플롯에 대한 고려도 거의 없고, 극적 장치도 없으며, 평면적이고 직선적이기까지 한 다르덴 형제의 영화가 끊임없이 긴장을 안기는 이유도 그와 같은 독자적인 형식미학의 힘이라고 할 수 있을 것이다.

도로에 설치된 일반적인 재귀반사형 표지병은 우천시나 안개가 끼는 날씨에서는 야간에 운전자의 시인성에 문제를 초래한다. 반면에 LED 표지병은 이러한 조건에서 운전자에게 시인성을 확대시켜준다. 본 논문에서는 태양광을 이용한 LED 도로 표지병에 대하여 30톤급 차량의 하중량에 견디고 국제방수 IP68 규격을 만족하는 구조 설계 결과를 나타낸다. 또한 태양에너지를 충분히 충전하지 못하는 혹설기 등을 고려하여 저 전력을 소모하는 LED 구동회로 설계 기법을 제시한다. 본 LED 표지병은 국내는 물론 해외에서 자동차 전용도로와 자전거 도로에 설치되어 운용되고 있다.

검찰청의 2014년 통계에 의하면 자전거 이용자의 53%가 도난 경험이 있다고 응답하였다. 우리나라의 자전거 도난 율이 높은 이유는 자전거 관리 시스템이 없기 때문이다. 이는 자동차처럼 차대번호를 활용하여 자전거를 관리하지 않기 때문이다. 대부분의 사람들은 자전거에 차대번호가 있는지 모르기 때문이다. 구매자가 자전거 관리 블록체인 시스템에 자전거를 등록하게 된다면 누구나 체인에 등록 된 정보를 조회할 수 있어, 차대 번호만 기입하면 누구의 자전거인지 확인할 수 있다. 또한 사고가 발생하면 블록체인(Blockchain)은 자전거와 관련된 모든 정보를 관리하기 위해 자동차와 같이 어떤 장비가 교체되고 있는지를 기록한다. 이렇게 되면 중고 거래를 할 때 소비자는 사고 이력이 있던 제품인지 조회 할 수 있어 현명한 소비가 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 자전거 차대 번호를 활용하여 자전거 관리 시스템을 구축하는 방법을 제안한다.

본 연구는 전 지구적 문제인 기후변화에 대응하기 위해 하천, 산림 등의 자연 지역과 공원, 녹지 등의 오픈스페이스 등을 녹색기반시설이라는 개념으로 통합하고, 이를 완화와 적응의 관점에서 녹색기반시설이 기후변화에 어떻게 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는지에 대한 연구를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과, 산림, 공원, 녹지, 텃밭, 옥상농장, 자전거로, 보행로 등의 녹색기반시설은 1) 탄소의 저감과 격리, 2) 화석연료 대체, 3) 원자재 대체, 4) 식량 생산, 5) 차량 이동의 감소 등을 통해서 기후변화를 완화시킬 수 있다. 둘째, 하천, 가로수, 저류지, 습지, 사구, 바람길 등의 녹색기반시설은 1) 폭염완화, 2) 물 공급 조절, 3) 강 범람 조절, 4) 해안 범람 조절, 5) 지표수 조절, 6) 토양 침식 감소, 7) 생물종 적응에 도움 등을 통해서 기후변화 적응의 역할을 할 수 있다.

자전거를 타는 운전자가 자전거를 탑승하게 되면 그 프레임에 실리게 되는 위치에 따라서 운전자의 하중이 다르게 나타난다. 자전거 프레임의 접합 부분에서 가장 많은 하중이 작용하게 되며, 프레임의 중간 부분에서 다른 부분 보다 하중이 적게 작용하게 된다. 그래서 자전거 하중이 많이 작용하지 않는 부분을 두께를 얇게 제작함으로서 프레임의 무게를 줄이고, 하중이 크게 작용하는 부분에는 두껍게 제작하여 하중을 잘 버틸수 있게 한다. CATIA 프로그램을 사용하여 일반 프레임, 더블 버티드, 트리플 버티드의 형상으로 모델링하였고, 구조해석 및 피로해석을 진행하여 탑승자의 하중에 의해 각각의 모델의 내구성을 검토하였다. ANSYS 해석 프로그램을 사용하여 확인하여 본 연구 결과로는 일반 프레임의 변형이 가장 많이 일어났고, 트리플 버티드의 변형이 가장 적었다. 이러한 시뮬레이션 해석 데이터를 사용하여 실제 자전거 프레임을 설계 및 제작 시에 가장 효율적인 방법으로 설계할 것으로 사료된다.

At the present time, the number of accidents has enlarged speedily and in country like India per day there are about 204 accidents occurred. Accidents of two-wheeler compose a foremost segment of every accident and it can be true for the reason that two-wheelers like bikes not able to produce as many as security measurements normally incorporated in cars, truks and bus etc. General main rootcost of the two-wheeler accidents happen only when people community not remember to wearing a device helmet and during the driving time feels like sleep condition, alcohol disbursement, many of the drivers doesn't know heavy vehicles like Loory and buses approaching into very closer to their two wheelers, contravention of two wheelers in traffic rules and regulations. Let's overcome the above situations; our important objective is to develop an intelligent system device that can successfully facilitate in avoidance of every kind of problems. Suppose any of the above stated situations occurs, at that moment how system device identify and represents the commanders and community, and finally the stated situation be able to taken care of straight away without any further delay. A smart intelligent helmet system is a defending head covering used by rider for making bike riding safer than earlier. This is finished by incorporating sophisticated features like detecting the usage of helmet by the rider, connected Bluetooth module in helmet. In order to maintain the temperature inside the helmet device we need to include CPU fan module inside the device. RF based helmet prevents road accidents and identify whether people community is not using a component helmet or used. Main responsibility of the system is to detect accidents by vibration sensors, accelerometers and also with the help of modules global positioning system and global system for mobile commnicaiton module. A wireless communication device used to discover the accident area site location and likewise notifying the two-wheeler drived people's relatives and short message text information passed to the positioned hospitals.
