대형 할인점에서 식품 선택 속성이 소비자의 구매 후 행동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Food Selection Attribute on Post-purchase Consumer Behavior in Big Discount Stores)

  • 본 연구는 대형 할인점의 선택 속성이 소비자 구매 후 행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 대형 할인점들의 고객 만족 전략 수립에 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과 다음과 같은 사실이 밝혀졌다. 첫째, 상품 관련 요인은 구매 후 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스 관련 요인은 구매 후 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 매장 관련 요인은 구매 후 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 결과를 볼 때, 대형 할인점은 다양하고 개별화된 서비스를 제공함으로써 소비자로부터 신뢰를 얻고, 이용자가 주변에게 소개하는 효과를 얻을 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

할인점의 패션제품 유통현황과 발전방향 (The Present Status and Future Directions of Fashion Distribution in Discount Stores)

  • The purposes of this study are as follows. First, it is to review the features of discount stores that are expected to grow rapidly and continuously due to their low price, low cost, bulk purchase, and multiple shops, and to pinpoint problems arising from the establishment and position of the stores. Second, it is to analyze relevant issues in regard to the present status of fashion good distribution in discount stores by studying the situation, structure and problems of domestic fashion distribution along with the present status of the distribution in discount stores, and to suggest directions for the development of fashion distribution and discount stores. A positive study was carried out on the buyers of big domestic discount stores through one-to-one interviews focusing on the distribution of fashion products within Seoul and the Metropolitan area. The following is the directions for the development of clothing distribution and discount stores ; 1. The relative importance of fashion goods in a discount store will be increased with the tendency of fashionable and differentiated shops ; 2. The GMS or category killers will be established from around 2003 when the market is expected to become saturated with a great deal of discount stores. 4. Discount stores will change and reform without being restricted to a certain existing industry or business condition, and distribution channels will diversify over the border. The demand and supply system will be balanced based on a global marketing which will be adjusted on the international level.

  • LG-mart, E-mart 같은 대형할인점의 중소도시에의 진입은 백화점 또는 소형규모의 할인점 같은 다른 유통형태의 진입때 보다 중소소매상점, 재래시장등에 커다란 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히 자금력, 판매력, 구매력, 수요기반 등이 훨씬 열악한 중소도시의 상인들에게는 생존의 문제이다. 이들이 지역경제에 미치는 영향을 고려하여 법적인, 행정적인 규제와 보호만 하는 것은 근본적인 문제를 해결하는 방법이 아닐 수 도 있다. 소비자들은 그들의 욕구를, 충족시키기 위해 구매하지, 중소소매상점, 재래시장 등의 어려움 때문에 구매하지 않기 때문이다. 고객의 욕구와 필요를 만족시키지 못하는 소매업태는 장기적으로 생존할 수 가 없다. 대형할인점의 진입에 따른 재래시장에 미치는 영향을 고찰하기 위해서는 전체적인 유통구조에서, 소비자의 입장에서 제품과 구매장소와의 연관성, 경쟁관계 등을 조사함으로써 유통시장의 현주소를 파악하고, 장기적인 측면에서 재래상가의 활성화방안을 논의하는 것이 중요하다. 이 연구에서는 최종소비자 입장에서 유통구조의 현황을 분석해보고, 이에 관련된 정책의 정당성을 소비자 입장에서 분석해본다.

푸드 코트 서비스의 고객만족 영향요인에 관한 연구 (Analysis of Customers' Satisfaction Factors Regarding Large Food Court Service)

  • The purposes of the study was to identify customers' satisfaction factors regarding foods and services in food courts in big department stores and discount stores in Seoul and Cheonan. A survey of 235 customers was conducted regarding customer satisfaction levels and factors of food and services. Customers' perceived level of attributes were identified into eight underlying dimensions by factor analysis as follows: factor 1 was "cleanliness": factor 2 "service quality": factor 3 "accuracy": factor 4 "atomosphere": factor 5 "food quality": factor 6 "menu information": factor 7 "price" and the eighth factor was "food result". Regression analysis indicated that "cleanliness" was found to be the most important factor contributing to customers' overall satisfaction. There were significant differences in customers' perceived satisfaction level of "food quality"(p<0.01), "accuracy", and "price" factors(p<0.05) between department stores and discount store. The customers' perceived satisfaction levels of "accuracy", "food quality" and "price" factor at a large store food court are higher than those of department store food court. Comparing location of food court, there were significant differences in customers' perceived satisfaction level of "accuracy" and "price" factors between in Seoul and Cheonan(p<0.001). The customers' perceived satisfaction levels of "accuracy" and "price" at the discount store in Seoul are lower than those of food court at Cheonan. It is suggested that the management should pay attention to the sanitation of their dinning halls, kitchens, hygienic dishes, hygienic water fountain, employee hygiene, and a proper place to put used dishes to increase the customers' satisfaction.

  • 본 연구는 대형할인점 부설주차장들의 주차수급현황을 정량적 정성적으로 분석하고, 합리적 설치기준의 재검토와 기설 주차장의 효율적 활용방안을 살펴보았다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다; 첫째, 모든 연구대상 할인점 주차장들은 실제 주차수요에 비해 여유가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 할인점의 입지유형에 따라 부설주차장 이용률에 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 주차장 설치기준은 현재기준 대비 최소 20% 감축하여도 주차수급에 무리가 없을 것으로 판단되며, 할인점 입지여건에 따라 감축률에 차이를 두어야 할 것이다. 넷째, 기설 주차장의 여유 공간을 활용하기 위해 쇼핑외 목적 차량의 주차허용에 대해 적극 검토해볼 필요가 있을 것으로 파악되었다.

  • 본 연구는 빅데이터를 활용하여 편의점 간편식에 대한 소비자들의 인식과 의미를 알아보기 위한 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 위하여 네이버(NAVER)와 다음(Daum)에서 뉴스, 지식인, 블로그, 카페, 지식인(팁), 웹 문서를 대상으로 분석하였고 자료 검색을 위한 키워드로는 '편의점 간편식'을 사용하였다. 자료 분석 기간은 2019년 1월1일부터 2021년 12월 31일까지 3년으로 선정하였다. 자료수집 및 분석을 위해서는 텍스톰(TEXTOM)을 사용하여 빈도 및 매트릭스 데이터를 추출하였고 UCINET 6 프로그램의 NetDraw 기능을 이용해 네트워크 분석과 시각화 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 편의점 간편식을 소비자들의 선택속성에 따라 건강성, 다양성, 간편성, 경제성으로 군집화 하였다. 직접 조리한 음식에 뒤떨어지지 않고 한 끼 식사로 그 종류가 다양하며, 적절한 가격, 할인 쿠폰, 이벤트 등 편의점 간편식에 대한 소비자들의 의미와 선택속성을 바탕으로 간편성과 편의성을 추구하는 변화된 생활방식에 맞는 새로운 간편식 메뉴 개발에 기초 자료가 되기를 기대한다.

The Negative Impact Study on the Information of the Large Discount Retailers

  • Purpose - This study aims to find out what impacts large retailers' behaviors appearing when they promote the strengthening of their market dominating power in the trade relations with small and medium suppliers or in the market can have on consumers. Research design, data, methodology - This study analyzed negative information (news) on large retailers (Lotte Mart, E-Mart and Homeplus) based on the monthly data over the past five years from 2008 to 2012 and also analyzed the correlation between dependent variables that are likely to affect sales through large retailer economic index, Results - This study conducted a correlation analysis on the time lag of the factors that have an impact on the negative information and sales of large retailers in order to analyze how consumers respond to the choice of large retailers' store (store sales) when they perceived negative information about the un- ethical behaviors of large retailers. Conclusions - Unfair and negative information on large retailers appeared significant for the hypothesis that sales will be affected by the image of large retailers and change of consumer attitudes.

지각된 서비스 품질과 관계효익이 패션점포와 고객간의 관계발달 과정에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Perceived Service Quality and Relational Benefits on Relationship Development Process between Fashion Retail Stores and Customers)

  • The purpose of this study were to extract and empirically examine the effect variables on phase performance of relationship development process by identifying relationship development process between apparel store and customer. The questionnaires was asministered to 333 women frequency use of a department store, big shopping mall, discount store in Gwang-ju city during March 4-11, 2003. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, correlation analysis, and Structural Equation Model using LISREL 8.30 program. As the results, the perceived service quality with attractive factor of relationship explration phase direct positively influenced customer satisfaction among relationship expansion phases. However, relational benefit directly influenced customer satisfaction with the primary phase of relationship maintain as well as trust, customer commiment and long-term orientation. Also, customer satisfaction direct positively influenced trust, and customer' trust direct positively influenced customer commitment. Finally, the customer commitment direct positively influenced long-term orientation.

빅 데이터를 활용한 코로나19 이전과 이후의 남성 패션에 대한 인식 비교 (Comparative Analysis in Perception on Men's Fashion Using Big Data : Focused on Influence of COVID-19)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the perception of men's fashion before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. TEXTOM allowed the collection of Big Data based on the term 'men's fashion'. As for the data collection periods, Jan. 1, 2018 to Dec. 31, 2019 was set as the pre-COVID-19 era, while Jan. 1, 2020 to Dec. 31, 2021 was set as the post-COVID-19 era. The top 50 words in terms of appearance frequency were extracted from the data. The extracted words were processed using network centrality analysis and CONCOR analysis using Ucinet 6. Research findings were as follows. 1) In the pre-COVID-19 era, the appearance frequency of 'men' was the highest, followed by 'fashion', 'men's fashion', 'brand', 'daily look', 'suit', and 'department store'. These words came up with a high TF-IDF values. Network centrality analysis discovered that 'men', 'fashion', 'men's fashion', 'brand', and 'suit' had a high level of connectivity with other words. CONCOR analysis showed four significant groups: 'fashion item and styles', 'fashion show', 'purchase', and 'collection'. 2) In the post-COVID-19 era, the appearance frequency of 'men' was the highest, followed by 'fashion', 'brand', 'men's fashion', 'discount', 'women', and 'luxury'. These words also displayed high TF-IDF values. Network centrality analysis found that 'fashion', 'men', 'brand', 'men's fashion', and 'discount' had a high level of connectivity with other words. CONCOR analysis showed four significant groups: 'fashion item and style', 'fashion show', 'purchase', and 'situation'. 3) Before the outbreak of the pandemic, men were interested in suits to wear to the office, daily look, and fashion shows in Milan and Paris. They often purchased menswear in multi-brand and open stores. However, they were more interested in sneakers, casual styles, and online fashion shows as social distancing and working from home became common. Most purchased menswear through online platforms.

사과의 이용실태, 기호도 및 인식에 대한 조사연구 (A Survey on Uses, Preference and Recognition of Apple)

  • This study was focused on the analysis of questionnaire that surveyed the uses, preference and recognition on apple. The subjects of this study consisted of 452 female(married 238, unmarried 214) in Daegu area. Among those respondents, 49.1% answered that they ate apple after dinner. Respondents preferred as purchase place fruits store(34.5%), traditional market(22.6%), and big discount store(21.7%), in order. Taste(46.0%) was the most important as purchase criterion. 49.1% of respondents preferred small amount below 2-3kg every one purchase. In preference survey on apples, 80.5% of total subjects responded 'like' or 'very like', and 73.6% of those subjects who favorably responded liked the 'taste' of apples. The preference survey study on apple foods revealed that respondents preferred the most apple juice(M=3.47), fellowed by apple jam(M=3.35) and apple vinegar(M=3.21). On the other hand, apple bab(M=2.29) and apple jook(M=2.23) had the most low preference score. The recognition survey study on apple revealed that respondents knew relatively well the followings: apple is natural food(M=4.25), apple is good for body and apple is good for beauty(M=4.20). Respondents required apple to be fresher(41.0%) and taster(37.4%). 89.4% of respondents expected that consumption of apples would be increased or maintain at the present level.
