Application of AI based Chatbot Technology in the Industry

  • Based on the successful use of chatbot technology, this study examined what business values each company is creating. The chatbot service contributes to improving the productivity of the company by helping to answer or respond to the questions of employees inside the company or customers. And in the field of education, Instead of instructor, AI technology responds the questions and feedback of the students to reduce the work of the instructor. In the field of commerce, offline stores provide convenient and new purchasing experiences to customers by providing product purchasing services through artificial intelligence speakers and personalization service. Although chatbot service is creating business value in some business cases, it is still limited to the process of a specific company, and the spread rate is still slowing because the service scope, convenience, and usefulness are not greater than expected. Therefore, some chatbot development service providers is providing an integrated development platform to improve usability, Chatbots have the features and advantages of providing convenience instead of answering human questions. However, there is a disadvantage that the level of communication can be lowered by reducing various human subjective views and giving mainly objective answers. Through this study, we will discuss the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of chatbot services by comparing them.

  • Google, Yahoo, Daum and Naver has the POI(point of interest) service. And POI on the map is expending to social commerce, SNS, social game and social shopping. At the same time the uses's position on the map is the starting point of the Humanities Story. That means our current position is the place for stories of tales, children's song, fictional characters, the film background, lyrics and the birth of great people. This study points out that service has the limited to cafe, restaurant and hospital, and suggests the Humanities fusion Map Service which is combined with the POI information.

  • This study analyzes the construction status of digital employment services in Korea and presents the direction of continuous advancement and development of digital employment services based on overseas cases and the latest digital technology development trends. Find out the specific digitalization promotion strategies and current status of major countries such as Belgium, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and the United States. In addition, in order to present a plan for the development of digital employment services in Korea, we will propose a plan to expand digital employment services to online employment centers through individual and customized employment services, data openness, and expansion of public-private collaboration through digital employment services using AI and big data.

Correlation between Internet Search Query Data and the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service Data for Seasonality of Plantar Fasciitis (족저 근막염의 계절성에 대한 인터넷 검색어 데이터와 건강보험심사평가원 자료의 연관성)

  • Purpose: This study examined whether there are seasonal variations in the number of plantar fasciitis cases from the database of the Korean Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service and an internet search of the volume data related to plantar fasciitis and whether there are correlations between variations. Materials and Methods: The number of plantar fasciitis cases per month was acquired from the Korean Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service from January 2016 to December 2019. The monthly internet relative search volumes for the keywords "plantar fasciitis" and "heel pain" were collected during the same period from DataLab, an internet search query trend service provided by the Korean portal website, Naver. Cosinor analysis was performed to confirm the seasonality of the monthly number of cases and relative search volumes, and Pearson and Spearman correlation analysis was conducted to assess the correlation between them. Results: The number of cases with plantar fasciitis and the relative search volume for the keywords "plantar fasciitis" and "heel pain" all showed significant seasonality (p<0.001), with the highest in the summer and the lowest in the winter. The number of cases with plantar fasciitis was correlated significantly with the relative search volumes of the keywords "plantar fasciitis" (r=0.632; p<0.001) and "heel pain" (r=0.791; p<0.001), respectively. Conclusion: Both the number of cases with plantar fasciitis and the internet search data for related keywords showed seasonality, which was the highest in summer. The number of cases showed a significant correlation with the internet search data for the seasonality of plantar fasciitis. Internet big data could be a complementary resource for researching and monitoring plantar fasciitis.

Personalized Book Curation System based on Integrated Mining of Book Details and Body Texts (도서 정보 및 본문 텍스트 통합 마이닝 기반 사용자 맞춤형 도서 큐레이션 시스템)

  • The content curation service through big data analysis is receiving great attention in various content fields, such as film, game, music, and book. This service recommends personalized contents to the corresponding user based on user's preferences. The existing book curation systems recommended books to users by using bibliographic citation, user profile or user log data. However, these systems are difficult to recommend books related to character names or spatio-temporal information in text contents. Therefore, in this paper, we suggest a personalized book curation system based on integrated mining of a book. The proposed system consists of mining system, recommendation system, and visualization system. The mining system analyzes book text, user information or profile, and SNS data. The recommendation system recommends personalized books for users based on the analysed data in the mining system. This system can recommend related books using based on book keywords even if there is no user information like new customer. The visualization system visualizes book bibliographic information, mining data such as keyword, characters, character relations, and book recommendation results. In addition, this paper also includes the design and implementation of the proposed mining and recommendation module in the system. The proposed system is expected to broaden users' selection of books and encourage balanced consumption of book contents.

Design and Evaluation Security Control Iconology for Big Data Processing (빅데이터 처리를 위한 보안관제 시각화 구현과 평가)

  • This study describes how to build a security control system using an open source big data solution so that private companies can build an overall security control infrastructure. In particular, the infrastructure was built using the Elastic Stack, one of the free open source big data analysis solutions, as a way to shorten the cost and development time when building a security control system. A comparative experiment was conducted. In addition, as a result of comparing and analyzing the functions, convenience, service and technical support of the two solution, it was found that the Elastic Stack has advantages in the security control of Big Data in terms of community and open solution. Using the Elastic Stack, security logs were collected, analyzed, and visualized step by step to create a dashboard, input large logs, and measure the search speed. Through this, we discovered the possibility of the Elastic Stack as a big data analysis solution that could replace Splunk.

  • 본 연구는 중국 식당평가사이트인 디엔핑닷컴(dianping.com)을 이용하여 정량데이터 형태인 식당의 음식품질, 서비스품질, 분위기품질을 평가한 값을 수집하고, 비정량데이터인 현지고객들이 작성한 리뷰를 이용하여 텍스트마이닝과 콘텐츠분석을 통해 식당의 브랜드개성을 정의하고, 도출된 식당의 브랜드개성과 지각된 서비스 품질과의 영향력을 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 중국의 경우는 브랜드개성요소 중 세련은 품질에 있어서 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 지각된 서비스 품질 요소와 브랜드 개성과의 영향력을 파악하는 것은 현지진출 전략수립 뿐만 아니라 한국에 방문하는 중국인들 대상으로 관광유치전략 수립시에도 보다 나은 시사점을 제시할 수 있다.

  • 최근 스마트 폰 출현에 따른 모바일 환경의 발달과 지속적인 IT 발달로 인해 새롭게 창출, 유통되는 정보가 기하급수적으로 증가하여 실시간으로 소비자의 니즈를 파악할 수 있는 가장 효율적인 방법은 블로그나 SNS 등과 같은 빅 데이터를 이용하는 것이다. 따라서 기업이 효율적인 고객관계관리(CRM:Customer Relationship Management)를 실행하기 위해서 빅 데이터는 매우 필요한 자원이다. 그러나 고객에 대한 서비스와 관리가 매우 중요한 호텔기업에 있어 현재 우리나라에서는 빅 데이터를 이용한 CRM 은 매우 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 빅 데이터를 이용한 CRM에 대한 고찰을 하고 빅 데이터를 이용한 호텔 CRM을 제안한다.

  • 최근 스마트 기기의 발달과 정보통신기술의 발전은 트위터, 페이스북, 인스타그램 등의 소셜네트워크(social network service) 상에서 유통되는 정보량이 폭발적 증가하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 데이터화가 가속화되고 있는 현대사회에서 데이터의 가치는 점점 높아질 것으로 예상되며, 데이터로부터 가치 있는 정보와 통찰력을 효과적으로 이끌어내는 기업이 경쟁력 확보를 위한 핵심가치가 되었다. 글로벌 리서치 기관들은 빅 데이터를 2011년 이래로 최근 가장 주목받는 신기술로 지목해오고 있다. 따라서 대부분의 산업에서 기업들은 빅 데이터의 적용을 통해 가치 창출을 위한 노력을 기하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다음 커뮤니케이션의 빅 데이터 분석도구인 소셜 매트릭스를 활용하여 키워드 분석을 통해 안드로이드와 애플 키워드 의미를 분석하고자 한다. 또한, 분석결과를 바탕으로 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 네이버 영화평을 학습데이터로 사용하여 영화평 감성분류에 필요한 감성사전을 자동으로 구축하는 방법에 대해 제안한다. 이 때 학습데이터의 분량과 긍정/부정 영화평의 비율을 달리하여 네 가지의 학습데이터를 마련하고, 각 경우에 대하여 감성사전과 나이브베이즈(이하, NB) 분류기를 구축한 후, 이 둘의 성능을 비교했다. 네 종류의 학습데이터로 구축한 감성사전과 NB 분류기를 이용하여 영화평 감성 자동분류 성능을 비교한 결과, 네 경우의 평균 균형정확도는 감성사전이 78.2%, NB 분류기가 66.1%였다.
