로컬푸드에 대한 전문가 인식 조사 (A Study of Experts' Perceptions on Local Food)

  • 본 연구는 학교급식서비스의 활성화를 위한 로컬푸드의 사용 확대를 위해 우선적으로 로컬푸드에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위한 것이었다. 이를 위해서 로컬푸드의 개념이 한국에서 활용되면서 한국적인 정의와 한국에서의 로컬 푸드의 활용에 관해 전문가 인식조사를 실시하였다. 전문가 집단은 학교 급식관련 운영자 또는 로컬푸드 운영자, 소비자, 생산자 등으로 구성되었다. 따라서 본 연구 결과는 로컬푸드의 한국적인 정의와 도출하고, 로컬푸드에 대한 일반 소비자의 인식조사를 위한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있었다.

예술조형에 따른 여성 구두디자인의 현대적 특성에 관한 연구 (The Study of the Modern Character of Women's Shoes Design According to the Formative Arts)

  • The purpose of this paper is to understand some methods to provide women's shoes and their design images from the 1920s to the 1940s, and to benefit from the new methods for creative design and new materials in the future. It also examined the features with the academic background of women's shoes. To target on analysis items and shoes design factors, moreover, it made reference to the paper by former research. As a result, 28 shoes (30.04%) in the 1920s, 47 shoes(51.09%) in the 1930s, and 17 shoes (18.47%) in the 1940s have been collected. The strap shoes, combination color, bright texture, and buckle trimmings are first on the list. The most popular shoes were pumps and strap, in terms of design and shape. In particular, black was one of the common and popular colors. Most of the shoes had buckles. Texture also was brilliant. This study was meaningful to provide understanding and information about a variety of women's shoes designs from the 1920s to the 1930s.

  • Even in the best of economic environments, restaurants menu pricing is a serious concern to those in the food service industry. During times of rapid inflation, closer government regulation of compensation practices, and limited gains in worker productivity, the decisions regarding the proper charge for menu items become increasingly important. In addition to many operational and managerial factors, an important ingredient in the food service enterprise's success is its ability to meet the market by providing the value expected. The contribution-margin approach to pricing described above is familiar to cost accountants, who will also recognize that it admits of much elaboration before it can become a tool for day-to-day decisions. But the system probably has the greatest promise for multi-unit companies, where the cost benefit ratio of additional refinements improves in proportion to the number of operations. For example, the analysis required to specify the demand function better becomes less expensive if the findings can be applied to the pricing structure of numerous units. In any of its many adaptations, the essence of the integrated menu pricing system remains its ability to bring together the relevant revenues and costs with the operator's sense of the market and competitive environment to suggest prices that maximize profits.

Subsidy Rationalisation for General Purpose Flour: Market and Economics Implications

  • Subsidies are an instrumental policy making tool for many governments, but their importance depends on the market situation of the national economy. Efficient subsidy implementation would allow the government to correct market failure thereby aligning social and private costs and benefit. The general objective of this study is to justify the need to rationalise subsidies for food items such as flour. This study assessed the structure and conducts of the general purpose flour market in Malaysia; and analysed the impact of subsidies on market performance to recommend policies to increase market efficiency under the subsidy rationalisation program. To accomplish these objectives, the study adopted a microeconomics market analysis as well as the standard structure and performance analysis method. These two approaches showed the characteristics of an industry's consumer behaviour, competition, as well as the efficiency associated with government regulatory policies on the flour industry. One of the biggest influences on the domestic market is related to the food consumption behaviour of the general population. Food consumption behaviour reflects global trends. As income rises, food trends tend to be consumed in processed form or in such a way that adds value in another manner such as the preparation of food products.

패밀리 레스토랑의 아웃소싱 도입 현황과 만족도 분석 (The Introduction and Satisfaction in Outsourcing for Family Restaurants)

  • There have not been the best method for improving the management system of an enterprise. Its management system must be changed according to new environment. Therefore, the food service industry had to accept outsourcing strategies to reduce cost and construct the core-capability of enterprise. In this respect, we studied the introduction and the satisfaction in outsourcing strategies for family restaurants, including a post of enterprise, decision on the supply-enterprises, contract preparation, cost of outsourcing, recontract items and outsourcing result estimation. The results of this study were as follows; First, 90.5% of managers for 7 family restaurants felt that outsourcing is needed. Second, the post of the outsourcing for 7 family restaurants was from 1 to 8; supply for raw food material, cleaning and equipment repair. The introduction of outsourcing for 7 family restaurants started in 1995 and it had constantly made progress up to 2003. Thirdly, the advantages of the outsourcing for 7 family restaurants were increase of benefit, improvement of controllable-power for family restaurants and improvement of employees' satisfaction. Fourthly, 42.9% of managers were satisfied and 4.8% of them were not satisfied. 36 to 40 year old vice-managers were very satisfied with the result of the outsourcing. Fifth, 90.5% of family restaurant managers found the outsourcing to be needed and especially managers in their late thirties realized the outsourcing.

Therefore, will have to be knowing well place of origin decision standard and creation trick of certificate of origin to receive exactly preferential tariff benefit. Also, because it can be difficult that all registered customs brokers who is acting for certificate of origin issuance booking get acquainted in place of origin problem, it is expected to can become confrontation plan train FTA and place of origin professional registered customs brokers.

구전행동에 따른 소비자 유형과 특성 (Consumer Type and Characteristics According to Word-of-Mouth Behavior)

  • Word-of-mouth (WOM) communication (traditionally important in consumption) is expanding its influence into cyber space and is playing an important role in online shopping. Consumers who use online shopping might not readily make purchasing decisions due to information overload, lack of accurate product recognition, and the distrust of commercial information. Subsequently, people use WOM communication for a mutual interchange with others who share common concerns, interests, and purposes. This study examines the consumer characteristics, perceived risk on online shopping and benefits of online shopping according to WOM behavior that may significantly affect consumer actions. Factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, cluster analysis, and Chi-square analysis were used for statistical analysis to identify the differences in consumer characteristics. Online WOM behavior consumers purchased more various items than offline WOM behavior consumers; however, the most influential purchasing factor was price regardless of WOM behavior. Offline WOM behavior consumers have shown higher perceived online shopping risks and benefits.

건강보험 관리운영비 추이 분석 (An Analysis of the Trends of Korean National Health Insurance Administrative Cost)

  • Social solidarity, equity in financing, and efficiency in administration have been core issues in the development of Korean health insurance reformation since 1988. This study is to investigate the trend of administrative cost in Korean National Health Insurance from various aspects. For the analysis of administrative cost, the expenditures of each insurance society and the National Health Insurance Corporation are divided into 4 items of (1) insurance benefit, (2) administrative cost, (3) an agency provision accounts, (4) other expenses, and then they are reorganized. The analyses based on 5 types of the health insurance administrative cost showed that efficiency in administration has been improved generally. We, however, should consider qualitative aspects such as customer's satisfaction with health insurance administration, prompt service, control of unjust expenditure (unjust claims), and provision of medical service including health consultation in assessing efficiency of administration. And, in order to connect the administrative costs of health insurance with efficiency, we need to give a fundamentally new definition, which can contain elaborateness of expenditure in details including the structure and evaluation method of administrative costs. It may be necessary to develop new indicators or analyzing methods hereafter.

터널 시공 중 보강공법 선전용 퍼지 전문가 시스템 개발 (Development of the Fuzzy Expert System for the Reinforcement of Tunels during Construction)

  • In the study, an expert system was developed to predict the safety of tunnel and select proper tunnel reinforcement system using fuzzy quantification theory and fuzzy inference rule based on tunnel information database, For this development, many tunnelling sites were investigated and the applied countermeasures were studied after building tunnel database. There will be benefit for the deciding tunnel reinforcement method in the case of poor ground condition. The expert system developed in the study has two main parts, pre-module and post-module. Pre-module is used to decide input items of tunnel information based on the tunnel face mapping information which can be easily obtained in in-situ site. Then, using fuzzy quantification theory II, fuzzy membership function is composed and tunnel safety level is inferred through this membership function. Post-module is used to infer the applicability of each reinforcement methods according to the face level. The result of the predicted reinforcement system level was similar to measured ones. In-situ data were obtained in three tunnel sites including subway tunnel under Han River. Therefore, this system will be helpful to make the mose of in-situ data available and suggest proper applicability of tunnel reinforcement system to development more resonable tunnel support method without dependance of some experienced experts opinions.

조립식 가설기자재의 완성품에 대한 안전인증 타당성 연구 (A Feasibility Study of Safety Cetification for Finished Product of Febricated Temporary)

  • Recently, the using of prefabricated temporary equipments is increasing in the industrial field because it can reduce the installation and dismantling period. The various types of prefabricated temporary equipments are manufacturing with various materials in domestic and overseas countries. However, those equipments should win the safety certificate according to the "Governmental Notification about Safety Certification" which regulate the member-based safety certification. It tends to cause over performance of temporary equipments because it couldn't consider structural benefit of the prefabricated products. As the result of this study, it is concluded that the establishment of new safety certification standard for the prefabricated temporary equipments is resonable and the movable scaffold is appropriate for those prefabricated temporary equipment. The movable scaffolds are using as single structure and cannot be expands horizontally. Other types of temporary equipments are using as complex structure which can freely expand horizontally according to the main structure. From the results of the study, the standard of vertical compression performance of prefabricated movable scaffolds should be more than double the performance of single main frame. Other test items of safety certification standard should be fixed when the Notification is amended. The prefabricated temporary equipments which are adopted for the safety standard on assembled structure should be used, moved and kept in assembled state and not separated discretionally. The establishment of new standard for the assembled structure based on this study leads to the development of various types of temporary equipments using structural efficiency of prefabricated structure.
