공간구문론을 이용한 신·구 신도시 아파트의 평면 구성 비교 분석 (A Study on the Space Analysis of Apartment Floor Plans in New·Old Town Using the Space Syntax)

  • Industrialization and Urbanization caused a great influx of rural population into the cities, which caused housing types to change from detached homes to more apartments homes. The official 2014's Statistics (http://kossir.kr) show that half (49.6%) of the Korean population live in apartment buildings and 37.5% live in detached houses. For this reason, the apartments have become the typical housing in Korea. So, the aim of this study is to compare and analyze the internal apartment space of Budang (New-Town) and Wirye (New-Town), since these Budang apartments are the first new-town housing and Wirye apartments are the last new-town housing in Korea. I have used the Convex Analysis of Space Syntax Program in analyzing the inside space of both of these locations' apartments. The results are as follows : First, the inside space of Wirye apartments have more convex space than that of the Budang apartments. Second, the common inside space of the Budang apartments were planned by integration space, on the other hand the inside space of Wirye apartments were planned by segregation space. Third, the master bedroom in both of the locations' apartments were analyzed for their strong integration space which they may have in common. The K (Kitchen) + D (Dining) space in Budang apartments are classified as integration space, on the other hand L (Living) + K + D space is also classified as integration space. The L+K+D space of the Wirye apartments is classified as integration space. Finally, the inside space of the Wirye apartments were planned more for various spaces than that of Budang apartments. The concept of master bedroom in both new-town was not planed for a couple privacy space but the heart of the family.

국민주택규모 단위세대 평면 분석 연구 - 2005년 이후 대한주택공사 사례를 면적분석 중심으로 - (Analytical Study for the Plan of Unit Household in National Housing Scale - Oriented on the cases of Korea housing corporation since 2005 ; Focused on analysing area)

  • Since collective houses are started to be supplied, the housing market has been transformed from supplier to demander oriented, and various type with same area of unit households have been deigned and started to be distributed. It can be expected that such transfer phenomenon would be continuously sped-up, and unit household will be more subdivided and varied. Thus, we analysed and studied the planes with subject of unit households in national housing scale ($85m^2$) that is treated as supply standard and has biggest volume in construction by Korean housing corporation. The analysing method is investigating the area of each room within unit household, calculating their minimum, maximum, and average values, studying the efficiency of unit household plane according to the structure of each room by comparative analysis these values, and analysing changing matter by investigating any change of each room area. The analysing results of which are followings. At first, number of BAY on face is increasing. Second, allocation of each room has been vary. Third, area ratio among bedroom1, livingroom, diningroom/kitchen become similar. Fourth, the area of diningroom/kitchen become somewhat bigger. Fifth, the space for passage way is efficiently allocated. Sixth, service area is reduced, Seventh, stereotyped phenomenon Is appeared. Based on many studies so far, any improvements of unit householder in national housing scale are followings. First, in terms of forming style, unit householder in national housing scale is unfolded in various way though, the form of each room is not more than typical style. Second, it shows stereotyped phenomenon. Especially, bathroom 1, 2 show stereotyped feature in terms of their type and area across entire research years, also LDK allocation method is stereotyped, as well as stereotyped trend in bedroom 2, 3, allocation for 4 BAY type.

공동주택의 개성화.차별화를 위한 여유실 확보 계획 기법 (Unit Planning Methods of Apartment with Extra Rooms for enhancing Characteristics and Individualities)

  • 현대인의 다양한 삶, 다원화된 욕구, 개성적인 삶의 추구 등은 주택수요의 다원화로 나타나고 주택 수요자의 소득 및 생활수준의 향상, 소비 행태의 고급화와 새로운 주거공간에의 요구 등은 과거와 같은 표준적인 평면형으로부터 보다 개성적이고 다양한 주거공간에 대한 창출을 요구하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 다원화 개성화된 주택 수요자층에 대한 인식을 배경으로 여유있는 생활을 위하여 부가된 여분의 공간임과 동시에 다른 집과 차별화되고 자신만의 개성 창출이 가능한 공간으로서 수요자의 개별적 요구에 대응할 수 있는 여유실(여유공간)을 확보할 수 있는 계획 기법을 다양한 사례 조사를 통해 분석 정리하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 결과 여유실 확보 계획 기법으로는 1)거실-침실 부분 평면선택의 활용, 2)부부 전용공간 평면선택형의 활용, 3)전이공간의 삽입과 여분 공간의 활용, 4)주방과 인접한 주부 전용공간의 삽입, 5)발코니 공간의 적극적 활용 등으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 계획 기법을 다양한 사례를 통해 제시해 주는 것에도 주력하고자 하였다.

공동주택에서 취침 시 실내공기환경 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Assessment of the IAQ during Nightime)

  • Effort has been performed for latest 20 years to improve resident's comfort and indoor environment in building. And interest and effort to improve indoor air environment among various indoor environment elements have continuously increased since 1990s, because it is examined scientifically that various contaminants generated indoor affect human body. Specially, indoor air contaminants generated from apartments are those exhausted from resident's indoor environment, closing materials and household. Indoor air environment in buildings is different according to pollution degree, existence availability of pollution source, ventilation amount, and meteorology. It is known that other contaminants more than about 900 kinds generate according to a kind of work or action in a room. Specially, nowadays buildings are well insulated and confidentiality-centered for environment protection and economical side. So indoor air contaminants are generated from indoor air pollution sauces of unprepared ventilation, human body carbon dioxide emissions, and various building materials. when these are accumulated in long term human body, it is harmful to resident's health, but awareness for this is very insufficient. Because bedroom is space that people inhabit for a long time by unconscious state and indoor environment occupies important part for resident's health and quality of life at sleep, the actual condition of air quality is investigated, improvement countermeasure is considered, and ventilation amount is analyzed. In this study, putting case that the most longest stayed time is sleeping time when people inhabit in the apartment, the air quality according to volume of bedroom space at sleep was measured and analyzed, and the data acquired will be the basis for improvement on this.

서울시 일부 지하철역 내 부유 진균, 입자상 물질, 이산화탄소의 분포 양상 (Distribution of Airborne Fungi, Particulate Matter and Carbon Dioxide in Seoul Metropolitan Subway Stations)

  • Objectives: The aims of this study were to examine the level of airborne fungi and environmental factors in Seoul metropolitan subway stations and to provide fundamental data to protect the health of subway workers and passengers. Methods: The field survey was performed from November in 2004 to February in 2005. A total 22 subway stations located at Seoul subway lines 1-4 were randomly selected. The measurement points were subway workers' activity areas (station office, bedroom, ticket office and driver's seat) and the passengers' activity areas (station precincts, inside train and platform). Air sampling for collecting airborne fungi was carried out using a one-stage cascade impactor. The PM and CO2 were measured using an electronic direct recorder and detecting tube, respectively. Results: In the activity areas of the subway workers and passengers, the mean concentrations of airborne fungi were relatively higher in the workers' bedroom and station precinct whereas the concentration of particulate matter, $PM_{10}\;and\;PM_{2.5}$, were relatively higher in the platform, inside the train and driver's seat than in the other activity areas. There was no significant difference in the concentration of airborne fungi between the underground and ground activity areas of the subway. The mean $PM_{10}\;and\;PM_{2.5}$ concentration in the platform located at underground was significantly higher than that of the ground (p<0.05). Conclusions: The levels of airborne fungi in the Seoul subway line 1-4 were not serious enough to cause respiratory disease in subway workers and passengers. This indicates that there is little correlation between airborne fungi and particulate matter.

현대 아파트 평면도와 한옥표준평면도의 공간배치 특성 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Spatial Layout Characteristics of Modern Apartment Floor Plan and 'Standard Korea Traditional-Houses Floor Plan')

  • 본 연구는 현대의 대표적인 주거양식인 아파트 공간과 우리 전통미를 살린 한옥표준평면도의 공간 배치 등을 비교 분석한 것이다. 연구 방법은 객관적인 분석을 위하여 공간구문론(Space Syntax)을 이용하여 각공간의 특성을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 아파트 공간은 생활의 편리함과 용도의 명확한 구분 때문인지 공간이 세분화된 반면에 전통한옥 평면은 각 실이 다양한 용도로 사용함에 따라 아파트보다 각 실의 공간이 세분되지 않았다. 2)한옥평면도에서 대청이 거실로 변화하였을 뿐 두 평면도 모두 시대의 변화에도 불구하고 거실공간이 통합도가 가장 높았다. 3)한옥공간은 서로 공간이 통하는 통합성 성격이 강하지만 현대화된 한옥표준설계도는 분격성 공간의 성격이 강한 것으로 분석되었다. 4)일반적인 생각과 달리 아파트에서 안방의 통합성이 높았고 한옥평면도에서는 침실과 안방은 분격성이 높았다. 5)한옥평면도에서는 옛날과 달리 툇마루의 기능이 많이 감소한 반면에 사랑방에 부속된 누마루가 분격성 공간으로 분류되었다. 아파트에서는 피난공간이 분격성이 가장 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 즉 한옥표준설계도는 현대의 생활에 적응하면서 변화되어 있었다.

  • 본 연구는 경상북도 홈페이지에서 공개하고 있는 한옥표준설계도 4개 타입 32개 종류의 평면도를 대상으로 하였다. 연구목표는 한옥표준설계도의 타입별 특성을 비교분석하여 한옥을 설계하고자 하는 이용자에게 알림으로써 이용자의 만족도를 높이고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 한옥표준설계도에 현대주택에서 사용하는 현관과 같은 건축구성요소를 포함시켜 현대인의 삶을 수용하려고 노력하였다. 2. 농촌의 다양한 대지조건에도 불구하고 한옥표준설계도에서도 거실과 현관을 남쪽으로 배치하는 것을 선호하였고, 추후 확장을 위한 여분의 공간도 있었다. 3.침실개수는 2개 또는 3개가 가장 많았고 이에 침실의 개수 추가 및 농촌의 다양한 기능을 담을 수 있는 다양한 공간 확보가 필요할 것으로 조사되었다. 4. 공간구문론과 감마맵을 이용한 공간깊이 분석에서 안방의 공간 깊이는 툇마루에서 진입하는 동선보다 현관에서 진입하는 동선이 공간의 깊이가 깊은 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 안방의 공간 깊이는 개인의 프라이버시와 관련되는 만큼 충분한 공간깊이로 확보될 수 있도록 계획하여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

주거공간 에어로 시스템 배치에 관한 화재시뮬레이션 연구 (A Study on Fire Dynamics Simulation on the Arrangement of Aero System in the Residential)

  • 연구목적: '에어로 시스템'이란 제품을 개발하였으며, 화재 특성상 신속한 감지가 무엇보다 중요함으로 개발하고 있는 제품을 주거 공간 어느 지점에 배치를 하였을 때 신속하게 감지를 할 수 있는지 화재 시뮬레이션을 통해 확인하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 18평형의 주거 공간에서 화재시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며, 화재 환경이 빨리 노출되는 지점을 찾고자 침실, 거실 별로 측정점을 높이 0.6m, 1.5m 지점으로 설치하여 빨리 감지 되는 지점을 확인하였다. 연구결과: 대부분 1.5m 지점으로 설정한 온도 및 일산화탄소 센서가 기준 치에 빨리 감지 되는 지점을 확인하였다. 결론: 소화모듈과 AQI모듈이 분리된 제품을 벽에 부착형으로 설치할 경우 화재 감지가 상대적으로 빠른 것으로 확인되었다.

소규모 노인요양시설의 입지 및 공간구성의 실태 고찰 - 경남지역 노인요양시설을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Location and Space Composition of Small Elderly Care Facilities - Focus on the Elderly Care Facilities in Gyeongsangnam-do -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the location and space composition of small elderly care facilities in gyeongsangnam-do and to present a desirable direction for planning small elderly care facilities. As a research method, the location and spatial composition of 82 facilities for elderly care facilities with a capacity of 10 to 29 installed in Gyeongsangnam-do were investigated. In particular, the location, site area, total floor area, and composition of major rooms of small elderly care facilities were analyzed. The results of the survey and analysis are as follows. First, as for location characteristics, 56.1% of the suburban and rural types, 28.1% of the urban area type, and 12.2% of the mountain type were found in order. Second, in the connection between location and spatial composition, stand-alone facilities accounted for 53.7%, and complex types accounted for 46.3%. Third, the average number of admissions was 23.1, and facilities corresponding to the size of 26-29 admissions were the largest at 41.0%. The total floor area per person was 28.3m2. Fourth, in terms of the spatial composition of facilities, stand-alone facilities accounted for 53.7%, and complex types accounted for 46.3%. Fifth, by the number of people in the bedroom, 49.4% were installed in the order of a four-person room, 25.0% in a three-person room, 18.7% in a two-person room, and 3.5% in a one-person room. In addition, in the bedroom lifestyle, 84.1% of the bed type and 15.9% of the bed + sitting type were found.

일반병실을 음압격리병실로 전환 시 병실 전환 방식에 관한 연구 - 국가지정입원치료병상과 긴급치료병상을 중심으로 (A Study on the Room Conversion Type when Converting a Patient Bed-Room into a Negative Pressure Isolation Room - Focused on Nationally designated Isolation Wards and Urgent Isolation Wards)

  • Purpose: The 2015 Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) outbreak and the recent COVID-19 pandemic have highlighted the lack of negative pressure isolation rooms and the fragility of the healthcare system. The need for healthcare facility transformation for respiratory infectious diseases has become more prominent due to COVID-19, and the purpose of this study is to provide a foundation for the rapid, economical, and safe construction of negative pressure isolation wards. Methods: This study analyzes the current status of hospitals that have been converted to negative pressure isolation rooms, and provides architectural plans and examples to provide a reference for bedroom change. Research data of this study have been obtained by analyzing the drawings of negative pressure isolation wards of nationally designated inpatient treatment beds and urgent isolation beds. In addition, the relevant literature of urgent isolation beds has been analyzed to derive bedroom change type. Result: In this study, a total of 21 isolation bed conversion methods have been presented. Implications: In order to change efficiently from a general ward to an isolation ward, it is necessary to consider the actual hospital's infectious disease transmission patterns and facility conditions.
