고속스핀들의 고무압을 이용한 가변예압장치 실용화를 위한 기초연구 (A Basic Study on the Application of a Variable Preload Device using Rubber Pressure for High Speed Spindle Systems)

  • One of the most important element technologies for achieving high-precision in machine tool spindle systems is preload technology for the bearing of spindle systems. Fixed position preload, constant pressure preload, conversion preload and variable preload methods have been applied for the spindle systems. In this study, a new variable preload method using centrifugal force and rubber pressure is used for reducing installation costs through simplifying its structure. The main objective of the work is the verification of the operability in a preload device using the rubber pressure by the finite element analysis. It is shown that the variable preload device proposed in this study is applicable to high speed machine tool spindles.

  • In the case of conventional soft robots, the basic stiffness is small due to the use of flexible materials. Therefore, there is a limitation that the load that can bear is limited. In order to overcome these limitations, a study on a variable stiffness method has been conducted. And it can be seen that the jamming mechanism is most effective in increasing the stiffness of the soft robot. However, the jamming mechanism as a method in which a large number of variable act together is not even theoretically analyzed, and there is no study on intrinsic principle. In this paper, a study was carried out to increase the stability of the force chain to increase the stiffness due to the jamming transition phenomenon. Particle size variables, backbone mechanisms were used to analyze the stability of the force chains. We choose a jamming mechanism as a variable stiffness method of a soft robot, and improve the effect of stiffness based on theoretical analysis, modeling FEM simulation, prototyping and experiment.

  • This study deals with the motion modeling by the unit motion of robots and the work measurement through classification of robot motions and standardization. The proposed approach is to scrutinize the Predetermined Time Standards(PTS) methods for measurement of manual tasks performed by people and the basic motions for accomplishing that tasks. And then, it constructs the unit motion models as subsets composed with the basic motions. It apply together with movements distance as a time variable, too. These results are used for the work measurements of robots by the unit motion models.

Therefore, Research background sets out that there is no basic guideline for employment management one of the most important elements in Enterprise administration. and I examined employment control's concept and concept about softness of labor market in theoretical background setting. Also, was abreast of employment control effect, case study and literature research about employment control's basis. Finally, In fluctuation change of Enterprise's employee number, I examined which relation is formed in comparison with sales amount, net profit and the employee number of individual Enterprise using investment analysis material of Stock Company focused on Enterprise that stock is listed on the stock exchange.

핵폐기용 모의글라스의 조성변화에 따른 용출특성에 관한 연구 (Study on the Leaching Characteristics of Simulated Nuclear Waste Glass with variable Composition)

  • In order to manufacture an attractive waste glass for the permanent and secure disposal of high-level radioactive waste, the complex composition of the simulated nuclear waste glass PNL-7668 was simplified to a composition of sodium borosilicate glass. The substitutions of $Fe_2O_3$ and $Al_2O_3$ were added to examine on the leaching characteristics of simulated nuclear waste glass with variable composition. The leach tests for these glasses were performed according to 'MCC-1, Static Leach Test Procedure' in acid and basic solution. In this study, for the $Al_2O_3$-containing glasses, Na ion release from these glasses was higher in acid solution than in basic solution. As the content of $Fe_2O_3$ was increased in glasses, Na ion release was increased in acid solution, in spite of decrease of amount of total mass diminution.

Three dimensional transition solid elements for adaptive mesh gradation

  • A new three-dimensional transition solid element was presented for the automated three-dimensional adaptive h-refinement or the local mesh refinement where the steep stress gradient exists. The proposed transition element was established by adding variable nodes(element nodes) to basic 8-node for an effective connection between the refined region and the coarse region with minimum degrees of freedom possible. To be consistent in accuracy with 8-node solid element with nonconforming modes, this transition element was also improved through the addition of the modified nonconforming modes. Numerical examples show that the performance of the element and the applicability to 3D adaptations are satisfactory.

We study the Hajeck-Renyi-type inequality for p..mixing random variable sequences and obtain the strong law of large numbers by using this inequality.   • This paper introduces a new variable valve actuation mechanism with movable second cam center. Valve lift and open duration can be continuously varied according to engine speed and load conditions. A new method to analyze the kinematic relations between the first and second cam profiles and valve motion are also introduced. Because of rocker motion of the second cam, conventional motion conversion program could not be used in this problem. An example shows continuous variations of valve motion and adequate ramp incorporation throughout all valve lift modes. Valve acceleration profile at the high lift mode is similar to that of conventional valvetrains. Contact geometry analysis of the mechanism gives basic information on the load conditions between the components.

  • In this paper, both the generalization of one artificial variable technique to the general bound problem and the efficient implementation of the technique are suggested. When the steepest-edge method is used as a pricing rule in the simplex method, it is easy to update the reduced cost and the simplex multiplier every iteration. Therefore, one artificial variable technique is more efficient than Wolfe's method in which the reduced cost and simplex multiplier must be recalculated in every iteration. When implementing the one artificial variable technique on the LP problems with the general bound restraints on the variables, an arbitrary basic solution which satisfies the bound restraints is sought first, and the artificial column which adjusts the infeasibility is introduced. The phase one of the simplex method minimizes the one artificial variable. The efficient implementation technique includes the splitting, scaling, storage of the artificial column, and the cure of infeasibility problem.
