Environment standards can be used as a foundation of environment administration (specific expression of political goals or quantitative evaluation standards of political effects). When environment adminstration improves severe air or water pollution rapidly, the environment standard can work effectively to show the goals specifically and clearly. The environment index which is designed to evaluate environment systems, should be established to express the environment system generally. To realize sustainable development, the sustainable indexes usually consisting of these three areas in that harmony of environment, economy and society are required. In this research, sustainable environmental indicators to understand the characteristics and to compare likes theme of environmental conditions in international and national level indicators, regional environmental management plan to promote the management by objectives are to provide the basic data. It is desirable for the environmental policies to work harmoniously with direct control, use of economic means and voluntary methods. Regarding the evaluation of environmental index, the action results of civilian's or individual's activities are needed to be reflected into the evaluation.
Purpose: This qualitative study aimed to explore the lived and true meaning of experiences of middle-aged patients with complex regional pain syndrome. Methods: The participants were 10 men and women aged 40 to 60 years who received outpatient treatment at a university hospital, could communicate, and agreed to participate in the study. Data were collected through individual interviews using open and semi-structured questions from September 2019 to July 2021 and were analyzed using the content analysis method suggested by Hsieh and Shannon (2005). Results: As a result of this study, 42 summarized semantic units related to life experience, 15 subthemes, and seven themes were derived. The seven themes were "pressed by severe pain," "frustrated because I cannot be part of the community," "distressed because people do not recognize my disease," "sad about conflicts with family," "unmotivated because of desperate life," "appreciating for support," and "putting oneself together and living daily life." Conclusion: The vivid experiences of the participants derived in this study are the basic data for developing treatment guidelines. In the future, we propose a study on life and family care experiences according to the developmental characteristics of the life cycle of patients with complex regional pain syndrome and develop and apply programs to support patients and their families.
This study is to investigate the effects of demographic characteristics and lifestyles on obesity in the community. The nurse measured the obesity level of 143 residents living in one apartment in Seoul, Korea. Demographics and lifestyles were analyzed by frequency and percentage and obesity level was analyzed by logistic regression analysis. In particular, as the age increases, the probability of obesity increases by 1.109 times. These results show that the development and application of community health promotion programs for obesity are important. Through this study, we discovered that obesity is significantly related to the demographic characteristics and lifestyles of the individual. And also, it is expected that these findings will be used as the basic information to plan a tailored obesity program taking into account local community environment and personal characteristics.

This study was conducted in order to provide basic study material for children's garment design. The subjects of this study are fifth and sixth grade elementary school girls, who demonstrate rapid growth and the differences among individual somatic types are apparent. Their bodies are studied, categorized into patterns and the characteristics are examined. 1 The increase of height and length measurements according to age increase are much larger than that of breadth, depth and girth menasurments. 2. Eight factors are drawn upon factor analysis and the rate of factors comprisedare 78.68%. 3. The shapes of lower body of higher grades girls in elementary school are classified into three categories. The first type is slender in lower body and the second type is more contoured around waist area with longer length and higher height than the average elementary school girls. The third type is heavy in the lower body. 4. Eighteen items important for somatic categorization are selected through stepwise discriminant analysis and the exactitude rate of these items is 93.3%.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review the literature on paternity leave and family health over the last 10 years. Methods: Nine studies that met the criteria were selected from sixty-four studies. General characteristics, study design, and major findings about paternity leave were analyzed using an established analysis framework. Results: From the integrative review, paternity leave was found to affect the health of fathers, mothers, and children, as well as family health and gender equality. The father's paternity leave resulted in an increase in mothers' breast feeding rate, a decrease in maternal depression, a reduction in parenting stress, a reduction in all-cause mortality of men, feelings of instinctive paternal love, increased parenting, skills, and positive parent-child relationships. It was interpreted that paternity leave had a positive effect on the mental and physical health of individual members of the family. Conclusion: This study provides the basic data on the health effects of father's parental leave on the family system in a holistic view. Adolescence is a transitional stage of physical development which occurs during the period from puberty to adulthood. Going through this period, various parts of an adolescent's body grow at different rates, leading to different body shapes and proportions when compared to adults. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the body sizes and shapes of junior high school boys from ages 13-15 based on body measurement items that are used as the basis for school uniform designs including jackets, shirts, and pants. For this, the study sought the basic data needed to develop body shapes and school uniform patterns for junior high school boys using the data from the 6th Size Korea Survey (2010). Specifically, it provided basic data for the development of school uniform patterns that fit well through the classification of bodies into particular types. After extracting body shape componen a cluster analysis using ANOVA was performed. According to the factor analysis conducted to determine body shape components, 5 factors were obtained as follows: Factor 1: bulk and horizontal size, Factor 2: body height and length, Factor 3: shoulder shape and length, Factor 4: characteristics of horizontal size, Factor 5: shape of the upper body with a variance of 82.62%. To classify junior high school boys' body shape was determined using various characteristics, and a cluster analysis was performed with the variables obtained by the factor analysis. For this, body shapes were classified into 3 different types: Type 1 accounted for 33.4%, with a total of 463 subjects. This type was a tall, long body individual with the smallest bulk and size. Type 2 accounted for 22.7%, with a total of 315 subjects. This type was large in bulk and horizontal size, but the lowest in height and length. Type 3 accounted for 43.9%, with a total of 610 subjects. This type was close to average in terms of horizontal size, length, and height. To develop well-fitting school uniforms for junior high school students, there should be further studies on changes in body shape and their associated causes. The study results will be available as basic data for comparing branded school uniform patterns for junior high school boys and developing school uniform patterns based on body shape, using 3D virtual clothing simulations.
