중국 상업은행의 서비스품질이 고객만족도와 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 은행 이미지의 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Influence of Service Quality in Commercial Bank of China on Customer Satisfaction and Intent of Use: Focused on the Mediated Effect of Bank Image)

  • The purpose of this study is to find specific service quality factors of enterprises that can maximize the perception of banks' services to users of commercial banks in China, and to establish empirically how these quality factors affect the bank's image. They also want to verify the impact of the positive image of the bank on the user's satisfaction and the willingness to use the bank's services. For empirical verification of this study, questionnaires will be used to customers who have used the services of each of the four commercial banks in China, and the survey was conducted. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS using statistical techniques such as Cronbach' ${\alpha}$, Investigative Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Regression and Difference Verification. The results of the verification were summarized below. First, the quality of service of commercial banks has a partial positive effect on the bank's image. Second, the image of a commercial bank has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Third, the image of a commercial bank has a positive effect on the purpose of use. Fourth, the image of commercial banks has a partial mediated effect between service quality and customer satisfaction. Fifth, the image of a commercial bank has a partial mediated effect between the quality of service and its intended use.

영상 부호화를 위한 LPPU M 대역 필터군의 설계와 성능 분석 (Design and performance analysis of the linear phase para-unitary M bandfilter bank with application to image coding)

  • The para-unitary (PU) M band filter bank, which can beused for M band decomposition, has many useful properties. In this ppaer, attempts have been made to design and and analyze the linear phase para-unitary (LPPU) M band filter bank, which is appropriate to the image coding application. First, we derive a unified coding gain in terms of the correlation in the band, as well as the energy compaction. And M band filter bank has been designed, maximizing the new coding gain. Then, we analyze the image coding performance of the LPPU M band filter bank, such as the energy compaction, the correlation in the band and the entropy. From the analysis, it is shown that the coding gain for LPPU M band filter bank improves, and the coding gain for the LPPU 4 band filter bank approaches very closely to that for LPPU 8 band filter bank, as the length of the filter increases. This fact is also verified by the coding results on the real images.

The Effects of Image, Brand and Quality on Customer Loyalty of Sharia Banking

  • This study aimed to design a strategy in encouraging the loyalty level of priority customers of Sharia banks in Indonesia. The strategy was outlined in a series of alternative applicative programs priority. The use of ANP intended to simplify the existing problems so that the offered solution was easier to apply. Each item was scored on a 5-point Likert scale. The expected outcome was to give priority scales to the offered solutions. The findings of this study are service quality, brand image, bank image which could build customer loyalty in Sharia banks. Priority customer gathering could strengthen the bonds between customers and also between customers and their banks. The excellence of Sharia banks in terms of service quality, brand image, and bank image, when combined with priority customer gathering activities, would become a powerful formula in increasing priority customer loyalty to banks that lead to increased revenue from banks. Originality of this research was the formulation process of a new approach in search of ways to increase the customer loyalty, as well as giving concrete proposals for the banking world in designing customer loyalty improvement programs. This paper shows the updated strategy in Customer Loyalty, Bank image, Brand image, Banking service quality.

웨이블렛 필터 뱅크를 이용한 영상복원 (Image restoration based on wavelet filter bank)

  • In this paper we propose a novel way to restore degraded image using wavelet transform & filterbank. First, we devide a degraded image into 4-suband images using UDWT(Undecimated Wavelet Transform), and then use a proper CLS (Constrained Least Square) filter in each subband. Using a proper CLS filter ineach subband, we can save high grequency components of original image. We reconstruct a restored image from the downsampled subband images using wavelet tansform. Even though there is a trade-off between ISNR and calculation loads, we reduce the calculation loads by using wavelet transform in reconstruction with a negligible degradatiion in ISNR.

  • In this paper, we propose an image reconstruction method utilizing an optimized adaptive interpolation kernel along with a 2D M-channel perfect reconstruction filter bank (M-ch PR-FB) structure. In particular, the proposed approach leads to construction of a sharper image than a direct conversion, still preserving high frequency components of the original image through the subband processing of the 2D M-ch PR-FB. Finally, the image quality of the proposed approach is demonstrated by comparing with those of the direct methods using conventional interpolation kernels.

  • 본 논문에서는 방향성필터뱅크(Directional Filter Bank; DFB)에 기반하여 지문영상을 해석하여 처리하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 지문에서 융선의 방향성는 방향성지도를 구성하고, 이로부터 방향성 필터링을 통한 영상 향상을 행하는 등 지문 영상을 해석하는 전처리과정에서 매우 중요한 요소이다. DFB는 입력영상을 방향성대역영상으로 분해한 다음 이로부터 원영상을 완전하게 복원하는 필터이다. 본 논문에서는 DFB를 이용하여 지문영상을 여러 개의 방향성대역영상으로 분해하고, 이로부터 국부 방향성 에너지를 정의한 다음, 이를 기반으로 방향성지도의 제작, 영상분할, 특이점추출 및 영상개선의 처리과정들을 일관되게 수행하는 알고리듬을 제안한다.

Factors Affecting the Choice of Banks: Do Bank's Interest Rate, Employee Image and Brand Matter?

  • The banking system provides a number of important functions for the economy and is also the lifeblood and financier of the economy in each country. Large amounts of idle money have not been exploited by banks; however, banks still depend on loans, including loans from foreign banks, to meet the growing demand, as such, for banks, the cost of capital is high, the stability and business efficiency are low and banks have not promoted their internal resources to grow steadily. To achieve the goal, this research analyzes the factors affecting the choice of bank for the deposit decisions of customers in Vietnam. The study used a sample data of 250 individuals and SPSS software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that customer policy has a positive effect on customers' deposit decisions in a bank, and this is new evidence regarding behavioral theory in the case of Vietnam. Results further demonstrated that other factors such as employee image, brand, interest rate, relative influencing, and transaction time positively impact the choice of bank for the deposit decisions of customers. However, the bank's promotion strategies had no impact on the choice of bank for the deposit decisions of customers. Besides, employee image is the most influential factor in the deposit decisions, followed by the bank's brand and interest rate.

Gabor Filter Bank를 이용한 보행자 검출 알고리즘 (Pedestrian Detection Algorithm using a Gabor Filter Bank)

  • A Gabor filter is a linear filter used for edge detectionas frequency and orientation representations of Gabor filters are similar to those of the human visual system. In this thesis, we propose a pedestrian detection algorithm using a Gabor filter bank. In order to extract the features of the pedestrian, we use various image processing algorithms and data structure algorithms. First, color image segmentation is performed to consider the information of the RGB color space. Second, histogram equalization is performed to enhance the brightness of the input images. Third, convolution is performed between a Gabor filter bank and the enhanced images. Fourth, statistical values are calculated by using the integral image (summed area table) method. The calculated statistical values are used for the feature matrix of the pedestrian area. To evaluate the proposed algorithm, the INRIA pedestrian database and SVM (Support Vector Machine) are used, and we compare the proposed algorithm and the HOG (Histogram of Oriented Gradient) pedestrian detector, presentlyreferred to as the methodology of pedestrian detection algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is more accurate compared to the HOG pedestrian detector.

방향성 필터 뱅크에 기반한 지문영상의 향상 (Fingerprint Image Enhancement Based on a Directional Filter)

  • 본 논문에서는 지문영상의 향상을 위한 방향성 필터링의 새로운 기법을 제안한다. 지문영상은 융선의 규칙적인 열의 방향성 맵으로 구성되어 있으며, 융선의 주방향성은 지문영상의 주요 특징점을 추출하기 위한 융선의 연결이나 잡음의 제거 등 지문영상의 전처리과정에 매우 중요하다. 방향성대역 통과 필터뱅크(Directional Filter Bank ; FB)는 입력영상을 주파수의 성분이 아닌 방향성 성분으로 분해한 다음, 이 대역영상으로부터 원영상을 완전하게 복원하는 필터이다. 본 논문은 DFB를 이용하여 지문영상을 방향성 대역 영상으로 분해하여 이를 처리한 후 복원함으로써 지문영상을 향상시키는 알고리듬을 제안한다.

여현변환 계수를 이용한 이미지 탐색 알고리즘 (A Image Search Algorithm using Coefficients of The Cosine Transform)

  • 내용기반 영상검색은 영상 내의 정보인 색상, 질감, 형태 등의 특징 값을 추출하여 검색에 이용한다. 본 논문에서는 $8{\times}8$ 이산여현변환, 즉 $8{\times}8$ DCT(Discrete Cosine Transform) 후 얻어지는 DC, AC계수를 이용하여 필터뱅크(filter-bank)를 생성하고, 이를 영상의 내용기반 검색에 이용하는 검색방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 생성된 DCT 필터뱅크에서 DC성분과 주요한 AC성분인 AC01, AC10, AC11 만을 이용하며, DC성분에 대한 양자화를 수행하여 계산량을 최소화한다. 그리고 양자화된 DC성분에 대한 히스토그램 정보를 기반으로 영상 검색에 필요한 특징 값을 산출한다. AC성분에 대해서는 Otsu 이진화를 통하여 개괄적인 형태정보를 취득한 다음 이에 대한 수평/수직 방향으로의 투영 히스토그램을 계산하여 특징 값을 취득한다. 추출된 AC성분의 특징 값은 DC성분의 특징 값과 함께, 특징벡터 빈(feature vector bins)을 구성하여 검색을 수행한다. 실험은 1000장의 데이터베이스를 이용하여 수행 되었으며, 기존의 색상정보를 이용한 검색방법보다 우수한 성능을 보임을 확인하였다.
