An employee employment of Enterprise must consider efficiency, balance attribute and effectiveness as important variable. but Our country's Enterprise reduce the personnel without basic guide line about employee employment. because Our country's Enterprise thinks of personnel expenses or sales amount decrease as important variable. Therefore, Research background sets out that there is no basic guideline for employment management one of the most important elements in Enterprise administration. and I examined employment control's concept and concept about softness of labor market in theoretical background setting. Also, was abreast of employment control effect, case study and literature research about employment control's basis. Finally, In fluctuation change of Enterprise's employee number, I examined which relation is formed in comparison with sales amount, net profit and the employee number of individual Enterprise using investment analysis material of Stock Company focused on Enterprise that stock is listed on the stock exchange.

Many hand gesture recognition systems using advanced computer vision techniques to eliminate the need for a TV remote controller have been proposed. Nevertheless, some issues still remain, such as high computational complexity and insufficient information on the target object and background. Moreover, none of the proposed techniques consider how to enter the control mode of the system. This means that they may need a TV remote controller to enter the control mode. This paper proposes a hand mouse system using a pre-defined gesture with high background adaptability. By doing so, a remote controller to enter the control mode of the IPTV system can be eliminated.

With the 130 patients who were diagnosed as functional articulation disorders with no physical problems, a statistical study was performed to investigate their background information and phonological processes of errors. The results are as follows: (1) Males showed higher prevalence than females, and 5-year-old-patients showed the highest in age. (2) Most patients showed errors of 2~5 phonemes (3) The most frequent errors were found in plosives and alveolar sounds, and the most frequent phonological process of errors in the aspects of manner and place of articulation were stop-assimilations and alveolar assimilations, respectively.

본 논문에서는 HMM(Hidden Markov Model)방법에 기초하여 전경과 배경영역 뿐만 아니라 그림자 까지도 분할 할 수 있는 교통모니터링 방법을 제안하였다. 움직이는 물체의 그림자는 시각적 추적을 방해하기 때문에 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방법으로 각 화소나 영역을 3개의 카테고리 즉, 그림자, 전경, 배경물체로 분할하였다. 교통 모니터링 영상의 경우, 실험결과를 통해 제안된 방법의 효율성을 입증 할 수 있었다.

The change of the global environment, especially the development of the communication and transportation and the decrease of the trade barrier promotes the progress of globalization. Under this background, the globalization progress of Chinese electronic firms is also pushed forward, compared with the early firms, which is being quickly shortened. This study has some purposes. First, this tries to investigate the growth process of the Chinese electronics firms, by which reveals the progress of the global competition ability and the background of promoting their rapid globalization. Second, this study estimates and analyzes the implemented process of Haier's globalization strategy, which is the Chinese most representative global Firm. Finally, this article elaborates the globalization of Chinese firms and the apocalypse of the Korean firms and also shows the corresponding projects for them.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between CIO's characteristics and CIO's role. The CIO's characteristics include CEO/CIO relationship, CIO's power in his/her organization, hire type of CIO, and career background of CIO. The results of this study are as follows: part of the CIO's characteristics has a positive relationship with the CIO's role. In other words, the CIO's role is influenced by the CEO/CIO relationship, the CIO's power, and the hire type of CIO. However, the relationship between the career background of the CIO and the CIO's role is not statistically significant.

본 논문에서는 윤곽선 검출을 위한 적응적 임계치 결정 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 먼저 이동 물체가 없는 배경 영상과 이동 물체가 있는 영상에 대한 각각의 히스토그램을 구한 후 배경 영상의 히스토그램과 이동물체가 존재하는 히스토그램의 차히스토그램을 구한다. 얻어진 차히스토그램에서 최고점과 최저점의 기울기를 이용하여 임계치를 정한다. 실험은 도로에서 주행 중인 자동차를 대상으로 수행하였다. 실험 결과 최고점과 최저점의 기울기를 이용한 방법은 조도의 변화에 민감하지 않으면서 윤곽선이 잘 검출되었다.

This paper proposes a speech processing system based on a model of the human auditory system and a noise reduction neural network with fast Fourier transform (FFT) amplitude and phase spectrums for noise reduction under background noise environments. The proposed system reduces noise signals by using the proposed neural network based on FFT amplitude spectrums and phase spectrums, then implements auditory processing frame by frame after detecting voiced and transitional sections for each frame. The results of the proposed system are compared with the results of a conventional spectral subtraction method and minimum mean-square error log-spectral amplitude estimator at different noise levels. The effectiveness of the proposed system is experimentally confirmed based on measuring the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). In this experiment, the maximal improvement in the output SNR values with the proposed method is approximately 11.5 dB better for car noise, and 11.0 dB better for street noise, when compared with a conventional spectral subtraction method.

스트리밍 기술이란 전송되는 데이터를 마치 끊임없고 지속적인 물 흐름처럼 처리할 수 있는 기술을 의미한다. 멀티미디어 데이터의 각 블록이 원격 서버로부터 네트워크를 통해 클라이언트에 도착하는 즉시 재생을 시작하는 방식이다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 스트리밍 기술을 이용한 배경음악 전송시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 하나의 서버에서 여러 개의 음악 채널을 인터넷을 통하여 전송하고 다수의 클라이언트에서 각각 원하는 음악 채널을 선택하여 음악을 들을 수 있도록 한 것이다. 인터넷을 통하여 사용자가 원하는 최신 음악과 장르, 세대, 날씨 등에 맞는 음악을 선택할 수 있고 끊이지 않는 음악을 제공함으로서 사용자의 만족도를 높이고 불필요한 매체 구입비용도 절약할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 카메라로부터 입력된 해상 또는 항만 영상에 대하여 배경추정을 이용한 영상기반의 선박검출과 해당 선박의 AIS 신호를 연동하여 모니터 상에 표출하는 AIS 연동 선박검출시스템을 제안한다. 해상 또는 항만에서 실시간 입력되는 영상에 대하여 선박 검출 실험을 하였다. 시뮬레이션 및 실 환경에서의 실험결과 제안하는 알고리즘이 선박 관제에 효과적인 것을 확인하였다.
