  • China and Korea are good neighbors and partners. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992, the two countries have made promising achievements in political, economic, and humanistic exchanges for over three decades. In particular, bilateral economic and trade relations have yielded fruitful results, attracting worldwide attention. There are also unavoidable issues in the rapid development of bilateral trade and economic cooperation. And it is of great significance to look back on the past and look forward to the future on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and the Korea. With the upgrading of China's industrial structure and technological level, the bilateral trade relationship has gradually shifted from a complementary one to a competitive one. It is essential that both countries keep in mind the mutually beneficial nature of their relationship and make due contribution to the development of the Northeast Asian region and the world economy.

  • Bi-layer Mo films were deposited on soda-lime glass substrates using DC magnetron supttering. Increasing gas pressure, the resistivity varied from $1\times10^{-5}\; to\; 8.3\times10^{-3}\; \Omega.cm$. Furthermore, stress direction yielded compressive-to-tensile transition stress curves. The micro-structure of the compressively-stressed film which had poor adhesion consists of tightly packed columns, but of the tensile-stressed films had less dense structure. Under all gas pressure conditions, Mo films exhibited distinctly increasing optical reflection with decreasing gas pressure. The expansion of (110) peak width with the gas pressure meant the worse crystalline growth. The impurity levels in the Mo film exhibited highly concentrated Na, Se and O elements due to less dense micro-structure. The degree of Na diffusion depends on the type of the glass substrate used and the nature of the Mo film.

  • In this paper the effect of instability and chaos in optical fiber networks based on the Internet is described. Nonlinear optical fiber effect especially Brillouin scattering in networks has emerged as the essential means for the construction of active optical devices used for all-optic in-line switching, channel selection, amplification, oscillation in optical communications and a host of other applications. The inherent optical feedback by the back-scattered Stokes wave in optical networks also leads to instabilities in the form of optical chaos. This paradigm of optical chaos in fiber Internet serves as a test for fundamental study of chaos and its suppression and exploitation in practical application in optical fiber communication. This paper attempts to present a survey and some of our research findings on the nature of Brillouin chaotic effect on Internet based optical communication.

  • This interdisciplinary study explores G$\ddot{o}$del's hermeneutics of the relationship between relativity theory and idealistic philosophy in terms of time. For G$\ddot{o}$del, Einstein's contribution to the physical realization of idealistic philosophy would be remarkable. We start with a historical background around G$\ddot{o}$del's paper for Einstein(1949a). From the perspective of G$\ddot{o}$del's cosmology, the second part addresses the relative nature of time, and the next then investigates the rotating model of universes. G$\ddot{o}$del's own results show that the temporal conditions of relativity and idealistic philosophy are satisfiable in the mathematical model of rotating universes. Thus, it could be asserted to travel into any region of the past, present or future, and back again.

  • Neural Oscillator can be applied to oscillatory systems such as the image recognition, the voice recognition, estimate of the weather fluctuation and analysis of geological fluctuation etc in nature and principally, it is used often to pattern recoglition of image information. Conventional BPL(Back-Propagation Learning) and MLNN(Multi Layer Neural Network) are not proper for oscillatory systems because these algorithm complicate Learning structure, have tedious procedures and sluggish convergence problem. However, these problems can be easily solved by using a synchrony characteristic of neural oscillator with PLL(phase-Locked Loop) function and by using a simple Hebbian learning rule. And also, Recognition velocity of Korean Character can be improved by using a Neural Oscillator's learning accelerator factor η$\_$ij/

  • Voltammetric deposition and differential pulse anodic stripping (DPASV) of Ge(IV)at a gold electrode was investigated. Germanium (IV) exhibits two stripping peaks by DPASV in sodium borate solution, the first peak at about -1.1v. vs SCE and the second one, in the range of -0.6 to -0.2v. vs SCE. Factors affecting the sensitivity and precision included the nature of working electrode, supporting electrolytes, deposition potential, deposition time, pH, pulse height, voltage scan rate. The relative standard deviation of the measurements of the peak currents, for 100ng/ml Ge(IV), was less than ${\pm}3%$. The detection limit of Ge(IV) was 0.01ng/ml. Percent recovery in the extraction procedure of Ge(IV) from matrices by benzene in c-HCl, followed by back extraction with saturated borax solution, ranged from 96 to 104%.

  • The present study aimed to monitor changes in the amount of PEG free-flowing back from PEG-treated woods and compressive strength changes with change in relative humidity from 90% to 30%. The change in the relative humidity was done 3 times. For the current study, water-logged wood (Prinus group) was used and the wooden blocks cut out of it were subjected to 3 different impregnation methods combined with different drying conditions as follows: 1) impregnating with 80% PEG#4000 followed by drying in nature (hereafter PEG80), 2) impregnating with 40% PEG#4000 and then drying in vacuum freeze drying equipment (hereafter PEG40), and 3) impregnating with 40% PEG#4000 in t-butanol, followed by drying in the vacuum freeze drying equipment (hereafter TB40). It was verified that most of the PEG was free-flowing back from the PEG-treated woods; however, a small amount of left PEG was observed on the lumen surface. The amount of PEG free-flowing back from the PEG-treated woods increased whenever the relative humidity changes from 90% to 30%. The compressive strengths of PEG80 and TB40 were increased whenever the relative humidity changed from 90% to 30%, whereas PEG40 decreased. The current study showed how to control the relative humidity to effectively manage PEG-treated waterlogged woods.

  • In this paper, I investigate on the human nature in philosophy of Wang Yang-Ming and Buddhism from a Kantian point of view. The core argument of the philosophy of Wang Yang-Ming, Buddhism and Kant is that all human beings have the pure abilities a priori to overcome themselves, to realize their own potentialities. This is called immanent transcendence. At this time human beings can be free. Kant, Wang Yang-Ming and Buddhism claim that all human beings themselves will overcome their desires from their mind and body through the immanent transcendence, reflection and contemplation on their own. When we give up the external knowledges, throw away obsessions with the selfish desires and go back to our inside, we can see our original nature. To have an insight into this inner nature, to respect the moral law a priori, this is to overcome the ourselves, and to be a Grate Man(聖人) and a Buddha. This way is the only way to be a Grate Man and a Buddha. The main proposition of Wang Yang-Ming's philosophy is expressed 'There are no things without mind.'(心外無物) The core of Kant's transcendental philosophy is called the Copernican Revolution by himself. Copernican Revolution means the transition from the object-centered epistemology to the subject-centered epistemology. 'Innate Knowing'(良知) and 'Perform Innate Knowing'(致良知), 'All human beings have the mind of Buddha'(一切衆生悉有佛性) contain the apriority, immanence of Moral Law. In this respect, the theory of Innate Knowing in Wang Yang-Ming and mind of Buddha in Buddhism, pure Moral Law in Kant has the same structure grounded in subjectivity. Even if we have the mind of Buddha, innate Knowing, moral law a priori, the reason why we don't know our original nature is that we fall into the obsessions with selfish desires, and that we have inclination to external interests. So the moment you see our original nature, ordinary people themselves turn into a Buddha. These changes and transitions are immanent transcendence. All human beings have the ability to do this changes and transitions. Buddha does not exist outside of us, but it exists with our reflections on our human nature. Buddha can not existed without our insight into the our innate Ego. Where there is our original nature, there is a Buddha. So Buddha is called the another name of the original figure of human beings.
