밭토양의 물리성(物理性)과 수분문제(水分問題) (Soil Physical Properties of Upland Soil in relation to Soil Moisture)

  • Analysis of data in the Official Soil Series Description showed the dominant texture of upland soils is SiL, of which available water range is 21.1% highest among textures. Analyses of data in the N, P, K Trials on Barley in 1964/65-1968/69, and N, P, K and Soil Improvement Trials on upland Crops in 1961-1969 were made to relate fertilizer response to the amount of rainfalls during the growing season. Correlation between nitrogen response and the amount of rainfalls was observed but not between P and K and the amount of rainfalls. Some of physical properties were discussed to seek feasible means for increasing available water.

  • 일정 수준의 시스템 성능을 제공하기 위해 다수의 서버를 클러스터로 연결하여 동시에 가동할 경우, 서버의 가동 대수가 증가함으로 인해 발생하는 가용도 저하 문제를 해결해야 하며, 이를 위해서는 시스템의 성능 변화를 반영할 수 있는 가용 성능에 대한 명확한 정의가 요구된다. 기존의 가용도에 관한 연구들은 시스템의 성능(대기시간, 응답시간 등)을 고려하지 않는 가용도 계산 모델이 주를 이루고 있으며, 또한 클러스터 시스템을 구성하는 주 서버의 결함 발생을 허용하기 위한 방안에 대한 연구가 부족하였다. 본 논문에서는 위와 같은 문제점들에 대한 해결 방안의 일환으로, 비용 효율적인 결함허용을 위해 n 대의 주 서버와 k 대의 여분서버로 구성된 클러스터 시스템에서 대기시간을 일정 수준이하로 만족시키는지에 근거한 새로운 가용도 척도를 제시하였으며, 다양한 시스템 운영 상태에 대한 실험을 통하여, 시스템의 대기 시간 데드라인 성능이 포함된 보다 현실적인 가용도 및 downtime을 계산하였다.

Self-Consistent Subband Calculations of AlGaN/GaN Single Heterojunctions

  • We present a self-consistent numerical method for calculating the conduction-band profile and subband structure of AlGaN/GaN single heterojunctions. The subband calculations take into account the piezoelectric and spontaneous polarization effect and the Hartree and exchange-correlation interaction. We calculate the dependence of electron sheet concentration and subband energies on various structural parameters, such as the width and Al mole fraction of AlGaN, the density of donor impurities in AlGaN, and the density of acceptor impurities in GaN, as well as the electron temperature. The electron sheet concentration was sensitively dependent on the Al mole fraction and width of the AlGaN layer and the doping density of donor impurities in the AlGaN. The calculated results of electron sheet concentration as a function of the Al mole fraction are in excellent agreement with some experimental data available in the literature.

아디픽산 제조공정으로부터 발생되는 N2O에 대한 배출제어기술 (Emission Control Technologies for N2O from Adipic Acid Production Plants)

  • Nitrous oxide ($N_2O$) is one of six greenhouse gases listed up in the Kyoto Protocol, and it effects a strong global warming because of its much greater global warming potential (GWP), by 310 times over a 100-year time horizon, than $CO_2$. Although such $N_2O$ emissions from both natural and anthropogenic sources occur, the latter can be controlled using suitable abatement technologies, depending on them, to reduce $N_2O$ below acceptable or feasible levels. This paper has extensively reviewed the anthropogenic $N_2O$ emission sources and their related compositions, and the state-of-the-art non-catalytic and catalytic technologies of the emissions controls available currently to representative, large $N_2O$ emission sources, such as adipic acid production plants. Challengeable approaches to this source are discussed to promote establishment of advanced $N_2O$ emission control technologies.

코팅공정 개선에 의한 TiN코팅 고속도강 공구의 내마모특성 향상 (Enhancenent of Wear Resistance of TiN Coated High Speed Steel Tools through Improving some Coating Processes)

  • Using the are ion plating(AIP) process, TiN coating was deposited onto high speed steel substrates. The effects of coating thickness, titanisum interlayer and shield on wear resisting capability of the coated tools were investigated. In order to promote good adhesion between the substrate and the TiN coating a thin Ti interlayer was deposited. A shield was set up also between Ti target and high speed steel substrates to prevent molten droplets from reaching the substrate. Three series of varying thickness of TiN coated layer were prepared with or without the Ti interlayer, and with or without the shield. The tools with the Ti layer and the shield showed longer tool lifes than those of other series of tools and the commercially available TiN coated HSS tools, by up to 70%.

A study on (n, α) reaction cross sections using a new empirical systematic

  • In this article, we report a new empirical formula for quick calculation of cross sections of (n, α) reactions with 14-15 MeV neutrons. Cross sections are analysed in terms of the compound nucleus model. A systematic trend for 14-15 MeV neutrons is found in the variation of (n, α) reaction cross sections with the parameters (N - Z + 1), (En + Q)0.5 and N/Z. The empirical relation between the cross sections and these parameters has been obtained, which give fairly good fits with the experimental data. We have also investigated the odd-even effects on (n, α) cross sections considering binding energy systematic of the shell model. The present formula is very useful in predicting of the (n, α) cross sections, where the measurements are not available as well as in testing new experimental data.

건조(乾燥) 갯장어의 저장중(貯藏中) 지방(脂肪)의 산화(酸化)와 유효성(有效性) Lysine의 변화(變化) (Changes in Available Lysine and Lipid Oxidized Products during the Storage of Dried Sea Eel, Muraesox cinereus)

  • 수산제품(水産製品)의 품질(品質) 보존(保存)에서 문제점(問題點)으로 되고 있는 지질(脂質)의 산화생성물(酸化生成物)이 단백질(蛋白質)의 영양학적(營養學的) 변화(變化)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 검토(檢討)하였다. 건조(乾燥)갯장어를 재료(材料)로 하였을 때. 저장중(貯藏中)에 생성(生成)되는 지방(脂肪)의 산화생성물(酸化生成物) 즉(卽) malonaldehyde를 포함(包含)하는 carbonyl화물(化物)과 건조육중(乾燥肉中)의 유리(遊離)아미노산(酸) 및 유효성 lysine간(間)의 반응(反應) 및 갈변반응(褐變反應)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 실험(實驗) 검토(檢討)하여 다음의 결론(結論)을 얻었다. 갯장어를 $55^{\circ}C$에서 15시간(時間) 열풍건조(熱風乾燥)하였을 때 TBA가(價)와 carbonyl가(價)는 급격(急激)히 증가(增加)하고 유리(遊離)아미노산(酸) 및 유효성 lysine은 반대(反對)로 감소(減少)하여 열풍건조중(熱風乾燥中)에는 지방(脂肪)의 산화(酸化)에 따라 아미노산(酸)이 상당량(相當量) 불용화(不用化)하는 것으로 판단(判斷)할 수 있었다. 건조(乾燥)갯장어의 저장중(貯藏中)에는 TBA가(價)와 carbonyl가(價)의 증가(增加)에 따라 지방(脂肪)의 산화적(酸化的) 갈변색소(褐變色素)의 양(量)도 계속(繼續)증가(增加)하였으며, 아미노태질소(態窒素)와 유효성 lysine의 양(量)은 역(逆)으로 감소(減少)하였다. 그리고 유효성 lysine의 불용화(不用化)는 포화(飽和) carbonyl 화합물(化合物)보다는 주(主)로 불포화(不飽和) carbonyl 화합물(化合物)에 의하여 영향(影響)을 받는 것으로 보였다. 항산화제(抗酸化劑)의 처리(處理)는 저장중(貯藏中)의 건조(乾燥) 갯장어의 총(總) 유리(遊離) 아미노산(酸)과 유효성 lysine의 손실(損失)을 어느 정도(程度) 막을수 있었다. 이로 미루어 유효성 lysine의 손실(損失)은 지방(脂肪)의 산화반응(酸化反應)과 밀접(密接)한 관계(關係)가 있는 것으로 판단(判斷)되었다.

Protein Binding of Disopyramide -Displacement by Mono-N-Dealkyl-Disopyramide and Variation with Commerial Source of Alpha-1-Acid Glycoprotein-

  • Previous studies show that the free (unbound) fraction of disopyramide in human serum is drug concentration dependent~ at corresponding serum disopyramide concentrations that are achieved clinically. $^1^{\sim}^3^)\;Moreover$, disopyramide free fraction values vary several fold at any given drug concentration in human serum and tend to decrease as serum cocentrations of alpha-I-acid glycoprotein(AAG) incrase.$^4^)$ A recent $study^5^)$ demonstrates that the free fraction of disopyramide inhuman serum increases almost 2-fold following the addition of $14.4{\mu}M/L$ mono-N-dealkyldisopyramide. These studies and others. $^6^),\;^7^)$ prompted the present investigation to characterize the protein binding of disopyramide in human serum and solutions of AAG in the presence of mono-N-dealkyldisopyramide (a major metabolite of, disopyramide) and to determine the utility of using commercially available alpha-I-acid glycoprotein for drug protein binding displacement studies. Because many basic and acidic compounds are known to bind to alpha-I-acid $glycoprotein^8^)$ the present study. was performed to determine whteher commercially available AAG would provide a convenient protein source for such binding studies.

An Investigation of Characteristics of Chinese Bellflower (Platycodon grandiflorum A.) Cultivated Soil

  • In order to understand the characteristics of soil according to the cultivation environment of Chinese bellflower (Platycodon grandiflorum A.), soil chemical properties of 12 collected soil samples from 6 cultivated fields in Okcheon, Chungbuk province in August. 2017 were analyzed. The soil pH was distributed within the range of 4.61 to 5.25 at all cultivation years and E.C (Electric Conductivity) and T-N (Total Nitrogen) of the cultivation year were not significant. Available $P_2O_5$ was higher than the average for medicinal crops and P. grandiflorum in Korea and C.E.C (Cation Exchange Capacity) was inconsistent for each cultivation year. In particularly, it was validated that the content of exchangeable cations K, Ca, Ma, and Na in this experiment was similar to that of C.E.C according to the cultivation years, because C.E.C had a high correlation with the exchangeable cations. For the available $P_2O_5$, as affected by trans-planting, 5Y-NT-H (cultivated 5 years and non-transplanted) had 58 mg/kg, while 5Y-T-H (cultivated 5 years and transplanted) had 246 mg/kg. The soil pH was found to be lower (acidic) in diseased soils than healthy soils. E.C was confirmed to be was higher in diseased soils than healthy soils except for the one cultivated for 2 years. The contents of T-N and available $P_2O_5$ were higher in diseased soil except for the one cultivated for 5 years and 11 years. The exchangeable cation K and Na tended to be higher in diseased soils rather than that in healthy soils, and the exchangeable cation Ca and Mg contents were higher in healthy soils than in diseased soils. The C.E.C of the soil was lower than that of healthy soils in all of the years except for the one which was cultivated for 5 years (transplanted).

  • Michael Reaction을 이용하여 상업적으로 이용 가능한 APS(3-aminopropyltrime thoxysilane)과 AEAPS(N-[3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl]ethylenediamine)을 다수의 Michael acceptor(ethyl acrylate, acrylonitrile, acrylamide, 2-cyanoethyl acrylate, 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate 그리고 3-(trimethoxysilyl) propylmethacrylate)와 반응시켜 10 종류의 aminosilane[3-(N-2-carboethoxyethyl)aminopropyl]triethoxysilane, [3-(N-2-cyanoethyl)aminopropyl]triethoxysilane, [3-(N-di-2-carboethoxyethyl)aminop-ropyl]triethoxysilane, [3-(N-2-cyanoethyl)aminopropyl]triethoxysilane, [3-(N-2-cyanoethoxypropionyl)aminopropyl]triethoxysilane, [3-(N-di-2-cyanoethoxypropi-onyl) aminopropyl] triethoxysilane, [3-(N-di-2-hydroxyethoxypropionyl)aminoprop-yl]-triethoxysilane, [3-(N-2-amidoethyl)aminopropyl]triethoxysilane, {3-[N-(N-di-2-cyanoethyl)ethyl] aminopropyl}triethoxysilane, {3-[N-(3-trimethoxy-silylpropyl)-2-methylpropionyl]aminopropyl}triethoxysilane 등을 35-70% 수율로 제조하였으며, 이들의 구조는 $^1{H}$-NMR과 FT-IR spectroscopy를 이용하여 확인하였다.
