자동차 냉각 시스템에 사용되는 thermostat용 wax의 제조 및 분석에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Manufacturing and Analysis of Wax for Thermostat for use in Cooling System of Automobile)

  • 자동차 엔진용 thermostat에서 냉각수 온도제어를 위해 사용되는 wax의 제조 및 성분 분석을 실시하였다. 제조된 시료에 대해 lift 실험을 실시해 본 결과, 용제 추출법에 의해 제조된 시료가 자동차 엔진용 thermostat으로 사용 가능한 범위내에 있게 됨을 볼 수 있었다. 또한, 원유의 pitch를 용제 추출한 후 감압 증류 및 산처리를 하면 보다 정밀한 wax를 제조 할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • In this paper an assessment has been proceeded about component technology that stamping car panel can be designed and manufactured efficiently. Also this study investigate standard model of CAD/CAM system in production process of automobile dies, Recently, motor companies are doing their best to increase productivity and to reduce production time. So to develop user-friendly and effective standard model of CAD/CAM system is very important. The cbtained results will lead to the reductions in lead time and man-hour required for the design and manufacture of the automobile dies.

압출성 향상을 위한 고강도 7000계 알루미늄 합금의 제조 및 압출한계선도 (Manufacture of 7000 Al Alloy with Superior Extrudability and Its Extrusion Limit Diagram)

  • 7000 series Al alloy with good mechanical properties has been focused with tendency to reduce the components weight of aircraft and automobile. However, it is difficult to manufacture a sound extruded product because of segregation, grain growth, casting defect, surface defect, decreasing extrudability and so on. The objective of this study is to manufacture a new 7000 al alloy more than the extrudability of A7N01 and A7003 through controlling the weight (%) Mg, Zn, Si. Hot extrusion experiments on the axisymmetric rod are performed in 500℃ and also performed analysis of the same process using unmerical analysis method, a coupled rigid-thermoviscoplastic finite element method. Extrusion limit diagram was obtained for the developed alloy by FE-simulation in order to define the relationship of extrusion speed and initial billet temperature.

자동차산업에서의 조직시민행동과 혁신행동에 대한 감성지능의 영향과 진정성리더십의 조절효과 (The Effect of Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Innovative Behavior in Manufacture of Automobile industry)

  • 2000년대 이후, 직장 동료, 상사들과 소통할 때 나타나는 감정들은 조직의 생존과 성공에 중요한 역할을 한다는 연구들이 제시되고 있다. 본 연구는 감성지능이 높은 경영자(CEO)의 조직이 낮은 경영자의 조직보다 더 높은 경영성과를 창출한다는 연구를 기초로, 자동차 산업에서의 감성지능과 조직시민행동 및 혁신행동에 대한 관계를 검증하고자 하였다. 또한 최근 진정성리더십이 조직시민행동과 혁신행동에 중요한 영향력을 미치고 있다는 연구를 토대로 이들 변수들의 관계에 진정성리더십의 조절효과가 있는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 특히 지금까지는 유연한 조직구조를 가진 서비스업 중심의 연구들이 주로 이루어져 왔으나, 본 연구에서는 다소 관료적이고 보수적인 전통적 제조업인 자동차 산업을 대상으로 연구모형을 설계, 분석하였다. 2016년 12월 26일부터 1월 15일까지 부산 경남지역의 자동차 산업(부품 및 완성차) 종업원 200명을 대상으로 감성지능이 조직시민행동과 혁신행동에 미치는 영향과 진정성리더십의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과 감성지능은 일반관리 기획부서, 생산 기술부서 모두 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을, 혁신행동도 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 감성지능과 조직시민행동 및 혁신행동의 관계에서 진정성리더십의 조절효과에서는 차이가 발생하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 리더의 핵심역량인 감성지능과 진정성리더십의 관계를 새롭게 조명하고, 감성지능과 진정성리더십의 인과관계에 대한 이해를 높이는 등 감성지능의 연구 범위를 확대하였다. 추후 연구에서는 다양한 변수들의 관계와 시계열적인 종단연구와 같은 연구방법의 시도가 필요하다 하겠다.

웨지 와이어를 이용한 선박용 필터 스크린 제작을 위한 최적 지지 위치 및 안정성 판단 (Determination of Optimal Support Position and Stability for Manufacturing Filter Screen for Ships Using Wedge Wires)

  • In this study, the optimal support position determination and stability determination of the wedge wire screen were performed for the production of the wedge wire filter screen with improved mesh screen. In order to manufacture a filter screen using a wedge wire, the support rod wedge wire is first installed according to the filtering capacity, and then spot welding is performed while rotating the profile wire. In the existing manufacturing method, it was manufactured using a 3m rod wedge wire and then cut according to dimensions, but it required the manufacture of a 6m cylindrical screen. Due to the increase in wedge wire length, it is difficult to manufacture stress concentration at sagging and fixed positions. In order to shorten the time of analysis, a single wedge wire was applied instead of a plurality of wedge wires. The reliability and validity of the interpretation were presented and the results were derived. After selecting the support point at the 2m position, structural analysis was performed on the entire filter screen to confirm stability.The purpose of this study is to identify the maximum deflection of the wire for the production of a 6m wedge wire screen and secure design basic data so that it can work safely through optimal support.

자동차 제조 사업장 근로자들의 석면 취급 이력 추정 (Estimation of the Asbestos Handling History of Workers in the Automobile Manufacturing Industry in Korea)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to evaluate asbestos handling history of workers at automobile manufacturing plants in Korea. Methods: National regulations on asbestos and Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency(KOSHA) database on the information of asbestos containing products were reviewed. We investigated asbestos related materials from one automobile manufacturing plant. Material safety data sheets(MSDS) collected in 2010, work environment monitoring results reported from 2000 to 2013, trade union reports and asbestos survey reports were reviewed. We also interviewed workers with long career and did walk-through survey. Results: The Ministry of Labor in Korea has permitted asbestos manufacturing since 1990. In 1997, the use of crocidolite and amosite asbestos were banned. In 2007, the Korean government announced a total ban on the manufacturing, importation and use of all kinds of asbestos, which took full effect in 2009. A total of 174 asbestos products information from KOSHA database was analyzed. Extruded cement panel for building, special brake for crane farm machinery, gasket, joint sheet and thermal insulator were produced until 2007. From automobile manufacturing plant survey, we confirmed that asbestos containing materials(ACM) such as gasket, heating induction materials have been used until 2011. Asbestos containing building materials(ACBM) such as bamlites, slate and ceiling tex were reported at 122 asbestos dismantling projects in 2014. Conclusion: Although the use of all kinds of asbestos were banned from 2009, ACMs and ACBMs installed before 2009 were still found at automobile manufacturing plant until 2011 and 2014 respectively. In particular, asbestos slates should be managed because most of slates had not been removed until 2014.

유한요소법에 의한 자동차 로어암의 하이드로포밍 성형 해석 및 제작 (Manufacture and Analysis of Hydroforming Process for an Automobile Lower Arm by FEM)

  • An automobile lower arm has been fabricated in a prototype form by hydroforming with the aids of numerical analysis and experiments. For the numerical process design, a program called HydroFORM-3D developed here on the basis of a rigid-plastic model, has been applied to the lower arm hydroforming. The friction calculation between die and workpiece has been dealt carefully by introducing a new scheme in three-dimensional surface integration. To accomplish successful hydroforming process design, thorough investigation on proper combination of process parameters such as internal hydraulic pressure, axial feeding, and tool geometry has been performed. Results obtained from numerical simulation for a lower arm in hydroforming process are compared with a series of experiments. The comparison shows that the numerical analysis successfully provides the manufacturing information on the lower arm hydroforming, and it predicts the geometrical deformation and the thinning.

  • This study investigates EAD/EAM system & component technology in die making for automobile, An assessment has been proceeded so that stamping car panel can be designed and manufactured efficiently. Also a method of measuring surface strains in a deformed three dimensional part has been analyzed which computes surface strains for the entire area under the view instead of determining surface strains from deformed circles one a time. For the technicians sutomated strain measurement system has the potential to become a powerful tool for successful press-die design and making. The obtained results will lead to the reductions in lead time and man-hour required for the design and manufacture of the stamping dies.

시작 차량의 실내 감성 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Enhancement of Human Sensitivity for Interior of Prototype Vehicles)

  • As the new model development lead time becoming shorter and the market requirements becoming more strict, automobile manufacturer begins to utilize 3-dimensional CAD system based techniques such as DMU (Digital Mock-up), Rf (Rapid Prototyping), VE (Virtual Engineering) to meet the market trends. But, no satisfactory utilities have been developed yet, to represent emotional properties such as embossment on the surface of interior parts, touch originated from material characteristics in virtual environment, so it is inevitable to manufacture prototype parts to verify actual feeling which passengers feel in automobile. This paper suggests a methodology to enhance the human sensitivity via embodying embossment on the surface of prototype car interior trim without deterioration of dimensional accuracy using RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) and thermoforming method.

  • In this paper, we introduce an ubiWarehouse system for the management of automobile parts. Because automotive parts are very various in kinds according to companies, models and manufacture year, it's hard to find exactly the desired parts and to control goods in stock. To solve this problem, we propose the model of context recognizer in which context data are expressed in a systematic type of 5W1H. And initial context data are grouped and integrated, and some conflict context information is solved. Finally user's intention is interpreted and served. As a result, the proposed system can be used to enhance conveniency and correctness of the management of various kinds of part's.
