  • Ball type automatic balancer is used to reduce the vibration caused by unbalance of rotor. In this study, A analytic modeling of a front loaded washing machine with ball type automatic balancer has been suggested theoretically and ADAMS has been used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of automatic balancer. It is found from simulation and experimental results that the automatic balancer suppress the steady state vibration of the washing machine effectively. The test results match well with the simulation results of ADAMS, thereby the dynamic model of ADAMS can be used as virtual prototype to predict the vibration characteristics which could be changed by the modification of design variable and can reduce the design cycle sharply. To maximize the balancing effect of automatic balancer, the friction between balls and race and the deviation between geometric center and rotation center of drum need to be minimized and the optimum design for the stiffness of flange shaft and the angular acceleration of drum should be achieved.

Korean automatic spacing using pretrained transformer encoder and analysis

  • Automatic spacing in Korean is used to correct spacing units in a given input sentence. The demand for automatic spacing has been increasing owing to frequent incorrect spacing in recent media, such as the Internet and mobile networks. Therefore, herein, we propose a transformer encoder that reads a sentence bidirectionally and can be pretrained using an out-of-task corpus. Notably, our model exhibited the highest character accuracy (98.42%) among the existing automatic spacing models for Korean. We experimentally validated the effectiveness of bidirectional encoding and pretraining for automatic spacing in Korean. Moreover, we conclude that pretraining is more important than fine-tuning and data size.

공작기계용 공작물 자동 적재장치의 제어장치 설계 및 제작 (Design and Manufacture of a Machine Tool Control System for Workpiece Automatic Loading System)

  • In this paper, we describe the design and manufacture of a control system for an automatic loading system that inserts and removes workpieces after machining. The control system was manufactured using DSP for high speed and consists of a power unit, a control unit, a communication unit, and a display unit. We connected the control system to the mechanical system of the automatic workpiece loader to test the characteristics, which allowed us to raise and lower the automatic workpiece loading system to the desired position. The successful test demonstrates that we can use the control system to control the workpiece automatic loading system.

인공지능 기반 영상 콘텐츠 생성 기술 동향 (Artificial Intelligence-Based Video Content Generation)

  • This study introduces artificial intelligence (AI) techniques for video generation. For an effective illustration, techniques for video generation are classified as either semi-automatic or automatic. First, we discuss some recent achievements in semi-automatic video generation, and explain which types of AI techniques can be applied to produce films and improve film quality. Additionally, we provide an example of video content that has been generated by using AI techniques. Then, two automatic video-generation techniques are introduced with technical details. As there is currently no feasible automatic video-generation technique that can generate commercial videos, in this study, we explain their technical details, and suggest the future direction for researchers. Finally, we discuss several considerations for more practical automatic video-generation techniques.

Electrical Engineering Design Method Based on Neural Network and Application of Automatic Control System

  • The existing electrical engineering design method and the dynamic objective function in the application process of automatic control system fail to meet the unbounded condition, which affects the control tracking accuracy. In order to improve the tracking control accuracy, this paper studies the electrical engineering design method based on neural network and the application of automatic control system. This paper analyzes the structure and working mechanism of electrical engineering automation control system by an automation control model with main control objectives. Following the analysis, an optimal solution of controllability design and fault-tolerant control is figured out. The automatic control power coefficient is distributed based on an ideal control effect of system. According to the distribution results, an automatic control algorithm is based on neural network for accurate control. The experimental results show that the electrical automation control method based on neural network can significantly reduce the control following error to 3.62%, improve the accuracy of the electrical automation tracking control, thus meeting the actual production needs of electrical engineering automation control system.

  • 많은나라에서 온라인교육및 오프라인교육 장점을 결합한 혼합형학습을 개설하고 운영하는 중이다. 그러나, 온라인 윈격 강의 기반 Mooc 강좌는 졸업율이 5~10%미만으로, 매우 낮은 수준이다. 그러므로, Web 기반에서 언제, 어디서나, 누구나 간편하게 강의를 수강할 수 있는 온라인 Mooc 원격 교육 강의를 수강하는 학생들의 졸업율을 높이기 위해서는, 반드시 학생들의 강의 이해도 자동분석 및 자동 학사 경고 시스템을 도입 해야만 한다. 특히, 우리나라가 교육 선진국으로 진입하기 위해서는 오답율 자동판단 SW개발, 강의 자동요약 SW, 혼합형 학습 수준별 강의 기반 취약과목 자동분석 SW 교육을 개발해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해서, 강의내용 자동요약 시스템, 오답 자동 경고 시스템, 취약과목 자동판단 알고리즘을 제안 하고 모의실험 하였다.

  • 지반의 전단파 속도 주상도를 도출하는데 있어 다운홀 기법은 하나의 시추공을 이용하고 간단한 지표면 가진원을 사용하므로 매우 경제적이다. 현장 실험을 더욱 용이하게 하고 양질의 신호를 획득하기 위해 자동 가진원을 개발하였다. 모터-스프링 타입으로 저렴하며 현장에서 다루기 매우 용이하다. 자동 가진원은 수동 가진원에 비하여 육체적 부담을 줄여주고 실험 소요 시간을 단축시킨다. 양질의 반복성이 있는 신호를 발생시켜 결과 해석에 유리하다. 자동 가진원과 더불어 적절한 감지기 시스템, 노트북 기반 신호 획득 장비 및 운용 프로그램과의 조합을 통해 반자동 다운홀 수행 시스템을 구축하였다. 수동 가진원과의 비교 검증 실험을 통해 제작된 자동 가진원의 장점들을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 구축된 수행 시스템의 현장 적용을 통해 용이하고 신뢰성 있는 기법 수행을 위해서 시스템을 자동화하는 것이 유리함을 알 수 있었다.

신뢰성 기반 강건 최적화를 이용한 자동채염기의 확률론적 구조설계 (Probabilistic Structure Design of Automatic Salt Collector Using Reliability Based Robust Optimization)

  • This paper deals with identification of probabilistic design using reliability based robust optimization in structure design of automatic salt collector. The thickness sizing variables of main structure member in the automatic salt collector were considered the random design variables including the uncertainty of corrosion that would be an inevitable hazardousness in the saltern work environment. The probabilistic constraint functions were selected from the strength performances of the automatic salt collector. The reliability based robust optimum design problem was formulated such that the random design variables were determined by minimizing the weight of the automatic salt collector subject to the probabilistic strength performance constraints evaluating from reliability analysis. Mean value reliability method and adaptive importance sampling method were applied to the reliability evaluation in the reliability based robust optimization. The three sigma level quality was considered robustness in side constraints. The probabilistic optimum design results according to the reliability analysis methods were compared to deterministic optimum design results. The reliability based robust optimization using the mean value reliability method showed the most rational results for the probabilistic optimum structure design of the automatic salt collector.

주제분석기법으로서의 자동색인 (Automatic indexing as a subject analysis technique)

  • The human subject analysis of a document has some critical problems. The method results in the inconsistency in analysis process and the contradiction of two objects of the subject analysis (one is the identification of the content for the retrieval of specific items and the other is to identify the content for the grouping of related materials). Since the subject analysis by mechanized has been recognized to be the possible way to aggregate the problems of manual analysis, various a n.0, pproaches of automatic indexing have been studied and experimented. This study is to examine the automatic indexing as one of the promising subject analysis techniques by statistical, syntactical and semantic a n.0, pproaches. In conclusion, the reasonable a n.0, pplication time of the automatic indexing should be made a decision based on the through investigation on the cost verse effectiveness, and automatic indexing system should be developed in the close relationship with the on-line search which is a good retrieval system for information explosion society. From now on, since the machine-readable document-text will be envisaged to be more and more available due to the rapid development of computer technology, the more substantial research on the automatic indexing will be also possible, which can bring about the increasing of practical automatic indexing systems.
