버스전용차로 구간 유형별 버스사고영향요인 분석 기초연구 (A Basic Study on Analysis of Influencing factor of Bus Accidents in Bus Lane Section)

  • Various social problems such as traffic congestion, car accidents and environmental problems(air pollution, noises etc.) have been happening in the Seoul metropolitan area that has the car oriented traffic system providing cars continuously. Along with this, the financial burden caused by current oil price anxiety made paradigm shift from caroriented to public transportation-oriented. Its typical example is an arterial branch bus system changing(bus lane through the center of main road) started in Seoul in July, 2004. But study on safety analysis of bus lane and characteristic of accidents are not sufficient enough to now. The bus lanes are expanded to provide roads for better traffic operation and accidents between buses and pedestrians or ordinary vehicles are considered main problems. This study divided each bus route of median bus lane(bus-only lane through the center of main roads) and bus lane at roadside by intersection and collected and analysed data about influence variables of bus accidents chosen in each section. We constructed a logistic model using collected data. As a result, bus lane at roadside are used by both buses and other kinds of vehicles differently from median bus lane and showed such characteristic in accident influence. Therefore access management to factors causing conflict and improvement of operation management are required. In case of median bus lane, the more buses moving general vehicle lane and traffic volume of section were, the more accidents happened. In case that stop line of center lane is not backward, view blocking of vehicles turning left caused accidents.

주요 항만 및 연안항로의 계절별 해상교통혼잡도 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Seasonal Variation in Marine Traffic Congestion on Major Port and Coastal Routes)

  • 본 연구에서는 계절별 혼잡도 변화를 검토하기 위해 1년 동안의 주요 연안 통항로 및 항만 입출항로를 대상으로 계절별 기상특보가 발효되지 않은 1주일간의 GICOMS Data를 바탕으로 혼잡도 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과 시간당 평균 혼잡도의 계절별 차이는 최대 약 11 %, 평균 약 3.5 %, 피크시간 혼잡도의 계절별 차이는 최대 약 82 %, 평균 약 30 %를 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. 향후 혼잡도 평가시에 이러한 계절별 혼잡도 변화를 감안하여야 하며, 특히 해상교통안전진단에서의 평가 시에는 이러한 계절별 차이가 존재하므로 혼잡여부에 대한 해상교통 안전대책 마련에 더욱 주의를 기울여야 할 것이다.

휘발유 물성조성에 따른 자동차 배출가스 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Vehicle Emission on Gasoline Property)

  • In Korea, the Air Quality Conservation Act and the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act stipulate certain quality standards for fuels distributed in Korea, thereby striving to reduce vehicle performance and emissions. Domestic petroleum products import and produce all the crude oil from each oil refiner so that the quality of the petroleum product is different according to the characteristics of the crude oil. As a result, vehicles have been improved by using the physical properties calculated through the physical property measurement that has tried to improve the accuracy of the measurement of the energy consumption efficiency of the automobile by using standard fuel from abroad. In this study, the same test procedure and method as the test method of domestic gasoline vehicle emission are applied using four samples of gasoline and the latest gasoline vehicle which are actually distributed, and the performance evaluation is performed. The purpose of this study is to contribute to improvement of vehicle technology and fuel quality by collecting necessary basic data and obtaining data on the effect of differences in gasoline property on vehicle emissions. The results of the test showed that the emission of gases (NMOG, CO) from gasoline vehicles was the most influenced by the sulfur content, unlike the previous studies that the vehicles emission had the greatest influence on the distillation characteristics and the specific gravity of aromatic compounds. The catalytic reaction such as the poisoning action of the three-way catalyst which is the abatement device was interfered and the emission was increased. The distillation characteristics and specific gravity of aromatic compounds were found to affect the emission of vehicles. According to the physical properties of the fuel, the emission difference was 28.0% in the urban mode and 17.6 % in the highway mode.

교통사고 정보를 이용한 과실비율 산정 모델 개발 (Development of a Model for Calculating the Negligence Ratio Using Traffic Accident Information)

  • 국내에서 발생하는 교통사고는 손해보험협회에서 작성한 「자동차사고 과실비율 인정기준」에 따라 과실비율을 산정하며, 이를 통해 보험사의 합의나 판결이 내려진다. 하지만, 과실비율 산정에 있어 분쟁이 빈번하게 일어나고 있다. 따라서, 교통사고 발생 시 경찰공무원에 의해 작성되는 교통사고 정보를 이용하여 「자동차사고 과실비율 인정기준」 상의 교통사고 유형을 신속하게 확인할 수 있다면, 보다 효과적인 대응이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 경찰에 의해 작성된 교통사고 정보를 학습시켜 「자동차사고 과실비율 인정기준」 에서 제시하는 교통사고 유형으로 분류하는 모델을 개발하고자 한다. 특히, 데이터마이닝을 통해 경찰청 교통사고 데이터에서 「자동차사고 과실비율 인정기준」 의 교통사고 유형으로 분류하는 데 필요한 핵심어들을 추출하였다. 그리고, 키워드를 의사결정나무 및 랜덤 포레스트 모델을 통해 학습시켜 교통사고 유형을 도출하는 모델을 개발하였다.

  • MARC 포맷을 이용하여 DB를 구축하는 궁극적인 목적은 결국 구축된 데이타를 검색하는 데 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 실제로 검색시 발생하는 문제점과 좀더 검색효율을 향상시키기 위해 서지 및 전거데이타베이스 구축시 반드시 고려해야 할 문제점을 제시하고 이를 근거로 실제 검색시스템의 설계방안을 모색해 보았다.

  • The aim of this study is to supply the basic field data and precautionary measures that was obtained from analys of troubles and failures in the main engine and its accessories of fishing vessels. In this paper, we analyzed the accidents of main engines and their accessories in fishing vessels for five years from 2000 to 2004, according to engine system, type of fishing vessels and engine power. Finally, we propose the methods to reduces the accidents of main engines and rheir accessories in fishing vessels.

  • The paper presents the estimation of power losses in distribution transformer of Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) distribution system at Muang district of Suphanburi province in Thailand. Data of 416 power distribution transformers composed of transformer (kVA), load current, no load loss and full load loss which were used for calculating energy losses. It was found that the total energy loss of all transformers is approximately 1,756,380 kWh/year.

  • The quantity bill writing of organized electrical construction can be an effective to quality and process management in the construction. Therefore, in order to overcome confusion of the construction and doing an effective work, the clearly quantity bill writing is need. This paper is a focused to solve a problem of existing quantity bill as the difference in terms of work section and item information, regulatory information of ordering authority. Therefore, a terms of work section and item information, regulatory information of ordering authority has been normalized. Moreover, basic data of simplification for quantity bill writing and structure has been guaranteed.

돌발상황 검지를 위한 교통 CCTV 기반 통행속도 추정 모델 (A Travel Speed Prediction Model for Incident Detection based on Traffic CCTV)

  • 통행속도는 도로의 교통상황을 측정하고, 교통사고와 같은 돌발상황 발생을 검지하는데 활용되는 중요한 정보이다. 본 논문에서 영상처리 기술을 활용하여 도로구간의 통행속도를 정확하게 측정하는 모델을 제안하였다. 제안 모델은 교통 CCTV 영상에서 차량 객체를 추출하고, 딥러닝 기술 등을 활용하여 차량을 추적하여, 도로구간의 통행속도 및 교통량 등과 같은 교통정보를 수집한다. 또한, 새로운 모델은 데이터 융합기술을 활용하여 정확한 구간통행속도를 수집하여 사용자에게 제공하는 것이 가능하다. 제안 모델을 서울시 오금교에서 현장실험한 결과, 기존 교통정보센터 통행속도 정확도(62.8%)보다 새 모델의 정확도가 높은 것(83.6%)을 확인하였다.

Productivity of Islamic Banks in Indonesia: Social Funds versus Financial Funds

  • Under the Act No. 21 of 2008, Islamic banks in Indonesia as an intermediary institution are obligated to manage the resources simultaneously, the financial funds as well as the social funds, e.g. zakah, infaq, and sadaqah. This study aims to investigate the productivity change of social funds and financial funds of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. Non-parametric tests of Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI) is applied to annual data from period 2012 to 2017, encompassing post-reform of banking authority from Bank Indonesia to The Financial Services Authority (OJK) at 2012. The samples are nine Islamic banks in Indonesia which were able to provide the data during observation period. The results indicate that social funds are more productive than financial funds and productivity change tends to trade off. The productivity of social funds is progressed by 8.2% while the financial funds is regressed by 5.4%. Overall, the productivity change of Islamic banks is influenced by technological aspect rather than the efficiency aspect. Besides, BRI Syariah is the best performer in managing financial funds while BCA Syariah as the best performer in social funds. It implies that the policymakers may strengthen the supervisory and coaching to increase the Islamic banks' productivity in both activities.
