In order to obtain the most favourable classification system for fishing gears, the problems in the existing systems were investigated and a new system in which the fishing method was adopted as the criterion of classification and the kinds of fishing gears were obtained by exchanging the word method into gear in the fishing methods classified newly for eliminating the problems was established. 동영상에서의 관심 객체를 추출하는 것은 비디오 내용 분석과 비디오 검색 및 압축의 성능을 개선시키는데 큰 역할을 한다. 관심 객체는 단순히 사람 눈의 시선을 끄는 대상물이 아니라 내용전개의 중심이 되거나 제작자가 표현하려고 하는 핵심 객체를 의미한다. 이러한 관심 객체는 움직이는 객체뿐만 아니라 정지해 있는 객체도 될 수 있으나, 사람의 관심을 절차적으로 표현하는 것이 어렵기 때문에 관심 객체를 명확하게 정의하기가 곤란하다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 동영상 샷에서의 움직이는 객체의 위치, 크기, 움직임 패턴의 변화에 대한 조건을 정의하여 필터링에 의해 사람의 관심을 끄는 움직임 관심 객체를 추출하는 방법을 제시하고, 아울러 동영상 샷에서 정지되어 있는 객체에 대해서도 컬러/텍스처 특이성, 위치, 크기, 출현 빈도 등에 대한 조건을 정의하여 정지 관심 객체도 추출할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법을 50개의 동영상 샷에 대하여 실험한 결과, 사람이 선정한 움직임 및 정지 관심 객체를 84% 정도 추출할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

최근 Flickr, Facebook, Cyworld 처럼 사진 공유를 기반으로 하는 소셜 웹 서비스의 성공과 발달로 얼굴 검출/인식 기술을 이러한 서비스에 접목하려는 다양한 시도가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 인식률 향상에만 초점을 맞춘 기존의 일관처리 기반의 연구들은 수백만의 이용자가 수시로 접근하는 서비스에 적용하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 시간에 따라 증가하는 거대한 얼굴 영상 데이터베이스를 효과적으로 분류하기 위해 랜덤 사상(Random Projectio, RP) 비선형 회귀(Non-linear Regression) 그리고 REST(REpresen tational State Transfer) 규약을 사용해 새로운 증가적 얼굴 어노테이션 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 다양한 비교실험 결과에서 제안된 방법은 향상된 인식률과 낮은 계산 복잡도 기록했다. 따라서 제안된 방법은 대규모 웹서비스에 적합한 열굴 어노테이션 알고리즘이다.

The methodology to visualize the shape of blood vessel and its blood flow have been attracting as a very interesting problem to forecast and examinate a disease in thrombus precursor protein. May previous visualization researches have been appeared for designing the blood vessel and also modeling the blood flow using a doppler imaging technique which is one of nondestructive testing techniques. General visualization methods are to depict the blood flow obtained from doppler effects with fragmentary stream lines and also visualize the blood flow model using volume rendering. However, these visualizeation techniques have the disadvantage which a set of small line segments does not give the overall observation of blood flows. Therefore, we propose a visualization system which reconstruct the continuity of the blood flow obtained from doppler effects and also visualize the blood flow with the vector field of blood particles. This system will use doppler phase difference from medical equipments such as OCT with low penetration and reconstruct the blood flow by the curvature estimation from vector field of each blood particle.

In recent years, measurement in a smart-phone environment is attracting attention in various fields due to its easy set-up process, various functions, convenience and expandability. Even in the field of safety evaluation and maintenance of large-scale infra-structures, the appropriate application of these effective and convenient measurement techniques can be of great help. In this paper, an experimental study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness, problems and complementary methods of applying smart-phone accelerometers to the measurement in infra-structure such as bridges. In model bridge subjected to impact and moving loads, the measured accelerations using a smart-phone and a professional accelerometer were directly compared in time domain. And the statistical and frequency characteristics of the measured signal and transfer function were also examined in frequency domain. The results show that the accuracy of measurement using smart-phone sensor is primarily affected by its incomplete sampling performance. In conclusion, smart-phone sensors cannot be considered suitable for precise assessment, where measurements must be accurate over a wide frequency range, but we can say that the technique is still useful and fairly accurate for some purpose over a limited frequency range, such as the low pass frequency range, which is a major concern for civil structures.

This study aims to investigate strategies for attracting consumers in Urban Entertainment Centers and understand the relationship between user satisfaction and intention of revisiting. To accomplish this, the strategic attraction factors were set as functional, experiential, episodic, and semantic. The relationships between these factors and revisiting intentions were studied experimentally. The result of the study can be summarized to 3 points. First, the 4 strategic factors that were selected all had a significant influence on revisiting intention. Therefore the more these factors have an influence, the higher the satisfaction and revisiting intentions. Secondly, out of the attraction factors the one with the biggest influence to customer satisfaction turned out to be 'functional factors' which is related to convenience, accessibility and availability. The factor that had the biggest influence on revisiting intentions turned out to be 'semantic factors' which is related to events, unusualness and temporality. Through this result we can see that to enhance satisfaction 'functional factors' should be considered first and to increase revisiting intentions 'episodic factors' should be considered first. Thirdly, it could be assumed that satisfaction of the visitors could boost intentions of revisiting.

The purpose of this study was to business cases of setting up a shopping mall for Hanbok and other successful marketing cases were investigated to seek easy ways of establishing a internet shopping mall and to provide information on the structure of e-market and online shopping malls. In our country, online market has overtaken offline one, and the former has made sustained progress. Many domestic Hanbok manufacturers set up their homepages as part of efforts for online marketing or P.R. However, online shopping malls are run just by a small number of companies, and traditional Hanbok manufacturers are in worst situations. To be steadily competitive enough to keep on attracting customers, they should try to make their way through e-market from diverse angels. The purpose of this study was to delve into the establishment of an online shopping mall for Hanbok products and relevant marketing in an attempt to lay the groundwork for solidifying the position of Hanbok products in apparel e-market.

국내 문화와 예술 지원정책에서 융합이 중요한 안건으로 상정되고, 기술이 문화산업에 있어서 중요한 경쟁적 요소가 될 수 있다는 것에 주목한 것은 1990년대 중반 이후부터였다. 현 정부는 문화기술 정책을 문화정부의 핵심영역으로 설정하고 연계를 확장해 나갈 수 있는 지원 사업을 지속적으로 확대하고 있다. 문화와 예술 분야의 융복합은 개념의 등장 이래 지속적으로 화제가 되었고 다양한 정책적 지원이 확장되었지만 여전히 산적한 문제와 해결해야 하는 논의들을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 문화예술 융복합 지원정책의 현황을 정리하고, 경향 및 사례들을 살펴본 후 향후 정책 및 지원 사업의 개발을 위한 제언에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

Foreign factors play an important role in the socio-economic development of each country, in which foreign direct investment (FDI), foreign aid and exports of goods and services are always given top priority in undeveloped countries as well as developing countries. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the various factors such as FDI, foreign aid, exports and economic growth in Vietnam. The empirical method employed secondary time-series data set during the period 1997-2018 to determine the impact of FDI, foreign aid and exports on economic growth in Vietnam by using a linear approach. For this study, data is collected from the World Bank and relevant agencies in Vietnam. An empirical model is built with a correlation and regression analysis between economic growth (GDP, current) and three independent variables (FDI, aid, exports of goods and services). The results show that the relationship between FDI (net inflows), aid, exports and GDP (current) has a positive effect at a 1% significance level. Based on these findings, the article recommends that Vietnam continues to seek effective solutions to maintain high economic growth rates by attracting FDI inflows, official development assistance (ODA), and increasing exports of goods and services.

Ammonium dinitramide (ADN) 저독성 단일 추진제 기반의 1N 급 추력기 및 시험장치 개발을 수행하였다. ADN은 기존에 인공위성용 추력기에 사용되고 있는 하이드라진 대비 취급이 용이하고 밀도, 비추력과 같은 물리적 특성이 우수한 물질이다. 이러한 특성으로 인해 ADN은 친환경 추진제로 주목받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ADN 단일 추진제의 성능시험을 위한 1 N급 추력기 및 측정설비를 설계하였다. 설계 및 실험을 위한 추진제의 조성은 Methanol:$H_2O$:ADN 각각을 11.2:25.4:63.4로 설정하여 진행하였다.
