As a result of the study, it was discovered that there was a statistically significant difference in determinacy and readiness in the sub-areas of career attitude maturity while there was no significant difference in reality. Also, there was a statistically significant difference in exploration and preparatory behavior in sub-areas of the career preparation behavior. Such results indicate that the career group counseling program had a significant influence in the career attitude maturity and their career preparation behavior. Therefore, this study suggests that to enhance the career attitude maturity in female college students and their career preparation behavior, further organized research on career group counseling programs is needed and its utilization should be increased.

By questionnaire items, the knowledge for the defense of radiation was high in general, but for the item. 'the average amount of being bombed with radiation according occupations cannot be over 20mSv in a year for prescribed 5 years'. it was 18.7%: and for the item. 'the longer the length between focus and film. the less the amount of skin exposure', it was 40.6%. showing less knowledge for these two items. 2. The average attitude score for the defense of radiation was 64.24 (full score=75): By the demographic features, the attitude score was higher with respondents who were 31-35 years old. 11-15 years of working. and having radiation education. Method: The data was collected by conducting a survey in parts of Chungcheongbuk provinces from November 1st to the 10th, 2017, with a total of 353 respondents. Frequency analysis, chi-square test and logistic-regression analysis were conducted. Result: A result of logistic-regression analysis, the degree of preventive behavior against cervical cancer of those who were 'conservative' toward sex was 1.866 times greater, significantly. As the attitude toward sex becomes more liberal, the awareness of the necessity for preventive behavior against cervical cancer may possibly become lower. • The purposes of this study were to estimate the effect of related factors such as cultural values and individual characteristics to consumer attitude, and furthermore to estimate the effect of consumer attitude and related factors such as price perception and individual characteristics to consumption behavior(expenditure) of food away from home. To do this, the data was collected from college students and a 2 step approach by using LIMDEP program was applied to estimate the structural equation model. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Consumer attitude toward food away from home was found to be significantly influenced by some cultural values such as health, sensibility, socially responsible consumption and religion, and individual characteristics such as sex and pocket money. If they perceived more positively about the value of health, sensibility and religion, they would be likely to have more positive attitude, while they perceived more negatively about the value of socially responsible consumption, they would be likely to have more negative attitude. In addition, if they were females and had much more pocket money, they would be more likely to have more positive attitude. 2) Expenditure of food away from home was found to be significantly influenced by age and pocket money, while consumer attitude did not have a significant impact on expenditure of food away from home at the second stage in the structural equation model. It might imply that consumption behavior of food away from home for college students would be more constrained by individual characteristics such as sex and economic capital.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control affect nurses' pressure ulcer (PU) prevention behavior among general hospital nurses based on the theory of planned behavior. A total of 111 nurses in four general hospitals in Korea participated in this study and replied to a survey on attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and behavior regarding PU prevention. Data were analyzed with multiple regressions by all participants, education level, working department, and hospital size group. In all participants, the more positive attitude and the higher subjective norm, the more PU prevention behavior. However, in the group of 'more than bachelor degree' and 'tertiary hospital', the more clinical experience, the more behavior. In the group of 'surgical ward & intensive care unit', the higher attitude, the more behavior. In the group of 'more than bachelor degree', the higher subjective norm, the more behavior. Therefore, personalized and tailored intervention for nurses may be provided depending on nurses' education level, work department, and hospital size to enhance PU prevention behavior by means of improving nurses' attitude, subjective norm toward PU prevention.

  • This study empirically examines the effect of the psychological empowerment of airline cabin crews on customer-focused job performance attitude, service behavior by CSM, and service behavior beyond CSM. The research model and associated hypotheses were verified with the structural equation model. The findings of the study reveal that psychological empowerment has a effect on customer-focused job performance attitude and service behavior by CSM, but no effect on service behavior beyond CSM. And it is also shown that customer-focused job performance attitude has an effect on service behavior by CSM but no effect on service behavior beyond CSM. In addition, customer-focused job performance attitude shows a mediating effect between psychological empowerment and service behavior by CSM. On the other hand, it is analyzed that there is no mediating effect between psychological empowerment and service behavior beyond CSM. This study implies that the psychological empowerment and customer-focused job performance attitude of cabin crews are important at point of contact with customers to improve service quality, and psychological empowerment reinforces service behavior by CSM on the premise of customer-focused job performance attitude.
