학습자 참여도 정보기반 가상강좌 출석평가 모델 (Attendance Appraisal for Learner Participation Degree Based Virtual Lecture)

  • 최근 컴퓨터 보급의 대중화와 초고속 통신망 사용의 보편화는 전통적인 교육형식에 많은 변화를 주는 계기가 되었다. 그 중에서도 웹 기반의 다양한 멀티미디어 매체 기술, 컴퓨터 네트워크를 통한 정보의 상호작용 등은 시 공간을 초월한 가상교육 등장에 촉진제 역할을 하고 있다. 이러한 가상교육은 교수자와 학습자간의 상호작용이 가상공간에서 이루어져 학습지도, 학습평가, 피드백 등의 학습수행 측면에서 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 가상강좌의 학습평가요수 중 하나인 출석평가에 대해 학습자 참여도를 기반으로 평가하는 모델을 제안한다. 학습자 참여도란 개설된 가상교육에 학습자의 자발적인 참여 정도를 말한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 학습자 참여도 기반 출석 평가모델은 교수자에게는 자동화된 출석평가 기능을 제공하며, 학습자에게는 가상강좌의 능동적인 참여 동기유발 효과를 기대한다.

Non-contact Palmprint Attendance System on PC Platform

  • In order to overcome the problems of contact palmprint recognition, a non-contact palmprint recognition system is developed on personal computer (PC) platform. Three methods, namely "double-line-single-point" (DLSP), "double-assistant-crosshair" (DAC) and "none-assistant-graphic" (NAG), are implemented for the palmprint localization to solve the severe technical challenges, including the complex background, variant illuminations, uncontrollable locations and gestures of hands. In NAG, hand segmentation and the cropping of region of interest are performed without any assistant graphics. The convex hull contour of hand helps detect the outside contour of little finger as well as the valley bottom between thumb and index finger. The three methods of palmprint localization have good operating efficiency and can meet the performance requirements of real-time system. Furthermore, an attendance system on PC platform is designed and developed based on non-contact palmprint recognition.

컴퓨터 실습 교양강좌에서 출석률과 강의평가의 관계 (The Relation of Attendance Rate and Course Evaluation in Computer Practice Liberal Education)

  • 대부분의 대학에서 실시되고 있는 강의평가는 교과목의 특성에 따라 많은 차이가 있음에도 불구하고 강의평가의 절대점수를 활용하여 교수평가를 하고 있다. 강의평가의 신뢰성 확보는 교육의 질 향상을 위해 학생들의 의견을 교수에게 피드백한다는 점에서 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 신뢰성 있는 강의평가 결과를 얻기 위해 고려해야할 여러 요소 가운데 학생들의 출석률과 강의평가의 관계를 살펴보고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 OpenCV와 머신러닝 기술을 이용하여 교실용 자동 출결 관리 시스템을 제안한다. PC용 범용 카메라를 이용하여 교실 입구에서 얼굴사진을 입력하면 이미 저장된 학생의 얼굴과 유사도를 비교하여 출석이 체크되도록 하는 방식이다. 본 연구에서는 머신러닝 라이브러리 Dlib를 사용하여 사용하여 프로토타입을 구현하였으며 10명의 학생에 대하여 실험한 결과 약 70% 정도의 인식률을 보였다.

  • Objectives : The research which sees collected information about dentistry infection management recognition of the patients and the infection management which the medical treatment consumer does in necessity is what, grasped and satisfaction and became the fundamental data which makes the hospital will be able to trust about dentistry image rise and dentistry environment of the medical treatment consumer who assists a dentistry character executed. Methods : From 2009 April 1st until May 28th 233 people common people who have the experience which visits a Gyeongsangnam-do area dentistry the object with the entry question law which sleeps did and the data analysis SPSS, 12.0 For Window under using produced each question item by frequency and a ratio, the analytical degree of infection management One - Way ANOVA stamps and executed t-test. Results : Information experience experienced about dentistry infection of the investigation object person to be, appeared with 74.7% and the after that dentistry assistance at the time of conduct change which experiences the answer back regarding of Former times attentively observes organization disinfecting' was most with 46.6%. The protective equipments wearing goal of the dentistry medical attendance appeared the dentistry medical attendance and patient protection 77.7%, dentistry medical attendance protection 12.9%, by patient protection 9.4% order. Before medical treatment starting of the dentistry medical attendance the hand Does not confirm' appeared 72.1%, with. The hand washing, is whole and the degree which appears is high with 4.11 points the stamp. Is high there was a possibility of knowing the thing about the recording infection where the educational background will be high and considers statistically the difference which was visible Conclusions : The education which is active and continuous is necessary about infection management and sets the guides which are standardized to the patients and about infection management and about infection prevention and exposes from dentistry practices well to emboss the thing is thought that there is a necessity to plant a trust feeling about the dentistry where the patients assist.

  • 유비쿼터스와 대학의 만남은 U-Campus라는 새로운 서비스 분야로 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 U-Campus의 한 분야인 기자재 관리 및 학생 출석 관리 서비스를 RFID 시스템을 이용하여 새롭게 설계하고 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 기자재 관련 정보가 실시간으로 제공되며 검색을 통한 입고, 출고, 반품, 위치정보 등을 제공한다. 또한 학생 출석 관리에서는 학생들의 입실 및 퇴실, 강의정보를 제공한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 시스템을 사용함으로써 기자재 관리 및 학생 출석 관리에 소요되는 많은 시간과 인력, 비용을 절감 시킬 것으로 기대된다.

인천광역시 도서지역에서 번식하는 저어새(Platalea minor)의 육추 교대에 관한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study of Nest Attendance Patterns of Chick-rearing Black-faced Spoonbills (Platalea minor) in Incheon, South Korea)

  • Our study was conducted to examine the nest attendance of the Black-faced Spoonbill (Platalea minor) from 2015 to 2018 at two Islets located in Incheon, South Korea. We visited study sites in March-April and set up the remote sensor cameras at two breeding sites (Mae-do, Guji-do) to observe chick-rearing behavior. Mean nest bout length at Mae-do (female: 4.2 ± 0.1 hr, male: 4.0 ± 0.1 hr) was shorter than at Guji-do (female: 5.3 ± 0.2, male: 6.0 ± 0.3 hr), and trip duration at Mae-do (female: 4.4 ± 0.1 hr, male: 4.0 ± 0.1) was also shorter than at Guji-do (female: 7.0 ± 0.2 hr, male: 7.0 ± 0.3). Mean nest bout length and trip duration at both study sites decreased as chick rearing progressed. Males attended their nests during the daytime, and females attended their nests during the nighttime. Our results showed that females and males' duties were divided by the diel cycle, but the pattern of nest attendance could change depending on the environment of their breeding sites during the chick-rearing period.

Factors Associated with Attendance in a Nutrition Education Program for Hyperlipidemic Patients

  • This study was conducted to examine factors with attendance in hyperlipidemia nutrition eduction program among 101 hyperlipidemic outpatients (38 males 63 females) at Samsung Medical Center We employed the Health Belief Model (HBM) as the theoretical framework The individual nutrition education and counseling program was scheduled with 4- half hour session sin 2 to 4 weeks intervals. Upon initiation of the program a trained dietitian surveyed HBM constructs and psychosocial factors. The following were included perceived susceptibility to cardiovascular disease(CVD) perceived severity to CVD percieved benefits to diet modification perceived barriers to persistence in maintaining therapy and self efficicacy and social support from family Sociodemographic data health factors stress level nutrition knowledge, and 24-hour dietary recall behavior were also surveyed All these data was analyzed according to the number of nutrition sessions attended The subjects were 55.9$\pm$9.4 year old and 24.6$\pm$kg/㎡ Sociodemographic factors were not associated with the number of nutrition sessions attended HBM constructs and psychosocial factors were significantly associated with the number of nutrition sessions attended. According to Spearman correlation coefficients. From stepwis regression analyses using HBM constructs as independent variables perceive barriers to persistence in maintaining diet therapy (negative) proved to be the strongest predictors for the number of nutrition sessions attended (partial R$^2$= 72.3%) followed by perceived severity to CVD and self efficacy (model R$^2$=76.6% The findings indicate that HBM constructs and psychosocial factors were closely associated with patient attendance It suggests that information and guidance to minimize patients perceived barriers to diet therapy might help to improve patients to scheduled appointments in nutrition education programs.

Web-based University Classroom Attendance System Based on Deep Learning Face Recognition

  • Nowadays, many attendance applications utilise biometric techniques such as the face, fingerprint, and iris recognition. Biometrics has become ubiquitous in many sectors. Due to the advancement of deep learning algorithms, the accuracy rate of biometric techniques has been improved tremendously. This paper proposes a web-based attendance system that adopts facial recognition using open-source deep learning pre-trained models. Face recognition procedural steps using web technology and database were explained. The methodology used the required pre-trained weight files embedded in the procedure of face recognition. The face recognition method includes two important processes: registration of face datasets and face matching. The extracted feature vectors were implemented and stored in an online database to create a more dynamic face recognition process. Finally, user testing was conducted, whereby users were asked to perform a series of biometric verification. The testing consists of facial scans from the front, right (30 - 45 degrees) and left (30 - 45 degrees). Reported face recognition results showed an accuracy of 92% with a precision of 100% and recall of 90%.
