This study aims to understand the ornamental space in Art-Nouveau style which was made up the ornamental aspect and spatial aspect. So that It is needed to classify the ornamental space into three categories according to the way of construction; pictorial composition, non-objective composition and organic construction. To find the meaning of these ornamental spaces, works of Art-Nouveau are analyzed into ornament and space, in result we know that process of integration, relativity of ornament as a part and forms of expression in ornamental space have some regulation; use of natural motive, repetition of image and organic combination. Whereas the ornamental space in Art-Nouveau style has comprehensive capacity between antagonistic relations just like tradition and new mechanism, the space could receive a lot of different ideas and express these ideas as ornaments. Although the ornamental space also had weak points which were the lack of transformation and the difficulties of the application of other design due to the perfection itself, we could create new space which meets the requirements of the times, if we develop and make up for the weak points in the ornamental space under the principles of dialectic.

This study analyzed firefighter's actual wearing condition of turnout gear The results are as fellows: 1. When a firefighter is employed, Korea applies only the minimum of firefighters stature and weight but America applies both the minimum and the maximum. The choice of size is highly related with stature more than chest circumference. 2. The satisfaction degree of thermal barrier is very low, 3%. They used rubber gloves rather than heatproof gloves. This is more serious in small country like 'up', 'myun' than in cities. For laundering, they used sprinkling method with firefighting hose. Firefigthers hoped that their clothes could be classified tv the seasons and fire places. 3. frefighter had high unsatisfaction with the movement of hands and leges in the aspect of movement adjustability, air permeability, weight, body temperature regulation, and breathing in the hygenic aspect, fire resistance, thermal resistance property, water proof, chemical reactivity and electrical conductivity. Thev were also unsatisfied with water proof boots and gloves. They were generally satisfied with helmets but firefighters over 90kg of weight were rather unsatisfied. 4. The satisfaction degree for physical fitness was very low and the items with which they were not satisfied depend on physical features. 5. To develop turnout gear, they wanted changes in design, material and size. Reflection tape need to be replaced with high quality products and they wanted the use of velcro and zipper in fastening system.

This study analyzed the digital curation process targeting the foreign 10 university libraries for the efficient utilization of the research data. The analysis was conducted by dividing into 4 parts such as the selection and ingest of data, preservation, access and use, responsibilities and management. The results indicated that research data for selection and ingest include data produced by the faculty members or can be accessible in the university or research institution. The findings also showed that the institutions use Dublin Core, MODS, and PREMIS as a metadata for preservation. In the aspect of approach and use, regulation are decided based on the law and agreement. And in the aspect of responsibility and management, most elements are divided into the management, financial, technical, physical, and personal parts and each audit or sustainability is reviewed.

This study was performed to verify the importance of emotional aspect for hotel employees to derive the organizational commitment and customer orientation. Present study estimated the emotional intelligence as four factors: self emotion, other emotion, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Online survey method was used and distributed the questionnaires to hotel employees who are working for restaurants. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 257 participants were employed for statistical analysis using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 for Windows. As results, two factors(emotional utilization and emotional regulation) were significant antecedents of organizational commitment, and three factors(self emotion, other emotion, and emotional utilization) were critical predictors of customer orientation. In addition, organizational commitment has significantly influenced the customer orientation. According to the results of this study, hotel restaurant managers or hotel company need to understand the importance of the emotional intelligence for providing better service to their customers as well as improving the organizational commitment. These results will contribute to develop advanced marketing strategics for hotel restaurants employees who have many connections with customers in a hotel.

Game industry is certain to change rapidly as its attribute. Therefore, It's not easy that the law response to reflect the technological change of game industry properly, and a new legal issue that is difficult to cover with the existing law. Recently, Court battle or cases about games are socially receiving attention. Nevertheless, Research accumulation about the legal action to response this is rare situation. The legal system that is related games mostly approach in the regulation and punishment of one-sided administration so far. Relatively, Approach from the game industry development and promotion act standpoint is low. Shrinking rapidly the current game industry is not an irrelevance to this. So It is necessary to reconstruct rationally in side that embrace with variety of views of members of the society and interests about current game-related laws, systems and regulation instruments. Access to how will develop competitiveness of the game industry in legal aspects and how will promote the balanced development between game industries are needed. The problems that needs to handle in legal aspect such as game development, game distribution, and game usage which in the part of the game industry are getting more and more in the future. Therefore, there is a need to review consistently in the legal aspect for the game industry promotion.

Recently, regulation on carbon emissions has been strengthened according to the new climate change convention (COP21) held in Paris, and then Korea has decided to reduce CO2 emissions by 37% until 2030. As one of countermeasures, the government has energetically performed demonstration projects of island micro-grid including solar power, wind power and energy storage system. However, in order to smoothly introduce island micro-grid, it is a critical issue to carry out the economic evaluation for power utility aspect and independent power producer aspect. Therefore, this paper proposes economic evaluation algorithms of island micro-grid which are based on the present worth method, considering cost and benefit factors in the aspect of both sides. Firstly, in case of power utility this paper proposes algorithm to estimate a period of return on investment according to the introduction capacity of distributed generators replacing diesel generator. And also, in case of independent power producer, this paper proposes evaluation algorithm to estimate weighting factor of SMP and benefit rate based on break-even point related with cost and benefit. From a case study result on real island micro-grid model, it is confirmed that proposed algorithms are useful and practical for the economic evaluation of island micro-grid.

Growth and development of a higher plant, or any living organism for that matter, could be defined as an orderly expression of the genome in time and space in close interaction with the environment. During differentiation and development of a tissue or organ a group of genes must be selectively turned on or turned off mainly by trans-acting regulators. In this general concept of regulation of regulation of gene expression, a DNA molecule is recognized at a specific nucleotide sequence by DNA-binding factors. Molecular biology of the regulatory factors such as hormones, and their receptors, target DNA sequences and DNA-binding proteins are well advanced. What is not clearly understood is the molecular basis of the interactions between DNA and binding factors, expecially of the usages of the dyad symmetry of the target DNA sequences and the dimeric nature of the DNA-binding proteins. A unique 3-dimensional structure of DNA has been proposed that may play an important role in the orderly expression of the gene. A foldback intercoil (FBI) DNA configuration which was originally found by electron microscopy among mtDNA molecules from pearl millet has some unique features. The FBI configuration of DNA is believed to be formed when a flexible double helix folds back and interwines in the widened major grooves resulting in a four stranded, intercoil DNA whose thickness is the same as that of double stranded DNA. More recently, the FBI structure of DNA has been also induced in vitro by a novel enzyme which was purified from pearl millet mitochondria. It has been proposed that the FBI DNA could be utillized in intramolecular recombination which leads to inversion or deletion, and in intermolecular recombination which can lead to either site-specific recombination, genetic recombination via single strand invasion, or cross strand recombination. The structure and function of DNA in 3-dimensional aspect is emphasized for better understanding orderly expression of genes during growth and development.

The purpose of this study was to research the change of the forest in Myungseo-lee Sanchuk-myun, Chungju where most of the area managed the Swidden Agriculture(Shifting cultivation). The mountainous district should be used and developed the multi-purposing source among the agricultural field, grassland, forest, a recreational area, and an industrial site, and should be presupposed the establishment of synthetic and efficient change system. This study began to pay attention to observe the peculiarity of Swidden Agricultural area in terms of forest aspects and to broaden the outlook of Swidden Agriculture. In the status of Myungseo-lee, prior to the Project to Rehabilitate the Illegal Swidden, from 1973 to 1976, the private forest gets 110.9ha (23ha for Seodae-village, 26ha for Dooduk-village, 6ha for Myungdol-village, 41ha for Chungam-village, 14.9ha for Pangdae-village). In Myungseo-lee. millet and corn were harvested, and they performed the rotation of planting and temporary resting by changing the field. The cultivated acreage per a house of total 5 villages in Myungseo-lee was just 0.4ha in average. The 70ha of the Swidden in Dooduk-village. Myungseo-lee, was sold to the Miwon corp. and the 342ha of that in Myungseo-lee was sold to Seohae-devlp.(SK forest). Those areas afforested. As the regulation plan for the Swidden began, the people in the site got paid for 300,000won as a migration fee. The special feature of the Swidden in Myungseo-lee was that the whole migration village was already established before the regulation plan for the Swidden began, and the yield was harvested by more than other villages the use of chemical fertilizer. And, in the Swidden agriculture, it showed the well-cultivated aspect, and the major harvest was various grains. The regulation Swidden in Myungseo-lee started in 1974.

We analyzed the effects of government intervention on competition structure of telecommunication companies.. Results showed a decrease in market share difference among mobile telecommunication companies due to increased competition caused by the introduction of mobile virtual network operators (MVNO) and mobile number portability. We also found that the introduction of the MVNO caused a relaxed competition structure between network operators. Furthermore, we observed an increased subscriber influx of late adapters after the introduction of the Mobile and Service Retail Regulation Law (MRL). However, we found a gradual decrease in the competitiveness of MVNO following the introduction of MRL. In addition, the introduction of Mobile and Service Retail Regulation Law had a negative impact on customer churn as well as the financial structures of telecommunication companies.

This article examines how the Chinese government blocks the inflow of undesirable information, focusing on the technical aspect of the control mechanism. Unlike Cuba and North Korea, which regulate the whole Internet, China uses both state-of-the-art technological supervision and labor-intensive physical control due to economic reasons in order to prepare for actors who can threaten the Communist party. The Chinese government will not overlook the inflow of information which can be the link between demonstrations and democratization. This is because stronger protests utilizing information technology will trigger the Chinese government's flexible control based on large scale violation and technology. In this article, we first review the concept of universal internet control involved in internet regulation in nations, and then focus on China's internet censorship and its regulatory control from the '90s to the present. Finally, we analyze how the Chinese government actively controls the internet access by utilizing the relationship dynamics between the central and local governments, depending on protest issue. This thesis will assume that it is difficult for China to become democratized due to its information interception, and search how the government manages the internet.
