The work is devoted to the problem of modernization of the higher education system of Ukraine through the integration of higher education institutions into the European Higher Education Area. Based on the analysis of statistical data, a conclusion was made about the collapse of the higher education system of Ukraine due to a number of problems, which negatively affects the formation of human capital. The importance of international cooperation with the EU in the field of education for the modernization of higher education is substantiated. The institutional principles of formation are investigated, the main priorities of its development at the present stage are determined. The legal bases of European integration of higher education in Ukraine are analyzed. An analysis of the development of international cooperation of Ukrainian universities and their participation in European educational programs. There is a positive tendency to increase the activity of Ukrainian universities in international cooperation, which increases their position in international rankings. Weaknesses of integration processes are revealed and directions of improvement of higher education are offered.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the work value factors regarded as important by the culinary-related graduates in their 20s, and also to analyze the effects of work value factors on the life satisfaction. To achieve this purpose, this study analyzed the data of 155 graduates from departments including 'culinary arts', 'foodservice', and 'confectionery' among the college graduates in their 20s who participated in GOMS 2018. The results of analysis are as follows. First, the new generation majors in culinary arts showed the high importance of their aptitude and interest, employment stability, earned income. Second, in relation to the major field, the male graduates majored in culinary arts more highly perceived the importance than the female graduates majored in culinary arts. On the other hand, regarding the social reputation of job and work duty, the female graduates majored in culinary arts more highly perceived the importance than the male graduates majored in culinary arts. Third, the developmental value factor of work value had positive effects on the life satisfaction. Thus, the career-related staffs or professors of college should provide the career guidance by considering gender when the majors in culinary arts transit to the labor market after graduation.

The study is to analyze the success strategies of the Cooperative Integrated Arts Activities in Seoul and to explore ways to implement it to the local public school. According to research, Cooperative Integrated Arts Activities fulfill the purpose of providing universal arts education by being implemented in the school curriculum. They are also characterized by active administrative and financial support and interactive participatory arts education with assured diversity. Therefore, when applying to a local public school, it is necessary to consider factors such as active administrative support, sustainable allocation of human and material resources, customized arts education that engages the all students and reflects their unique characteristics, social distribution through sharing, and continuous monitoring.

This study conducted a fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis study on culture and arts information portals to ensure practical and universal use and activation of culture and arts information portals. The capabilities and influence of affordances and system literacy according to user experience regarding accessibility to cultural arts information portals are as follows. First, physical affordances in the culture and arts information portal were key conditions for the culture and arts information portal user experience regarding system accessibility, system understandability, system usability, system usability, and system literacy. Second, the functional affordance of the user experience in the cultural arts information portal was relatively low and unimportant, and when the functional affordance was low, the user's system accessibility, system understanding, system usefulness, system usability, and system literacy were increased. Third, if the user's functional affordance and sensory affordance are low in the culture and arts information portal, the system accessibility, system understanding, system usability, and system literacy of the culture and arts information portal users are increased. Fourth, cultural arts information portals must build an innovative system with a systematic approach appropriate for the user base by linking system literacy capabilities with a focus on physical affordances.

In the article, in connection with the goal and the hypothesis put forward, the following tasks were formulated: Based on the analysis of literature and existing pedagogical experience, the possibilities, features and pedagogical conditions for the use of educational telecommunication projects were specified. The selection of topics and content of educational telecommunication projects for use has been carried out. Research methods: theoretical analysis of psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature, projects of educational standards in computer science and information technology, study of the state of the problem in teaching practice, questioning.

라디오 방송은 무선 통신 매체로써 가장 오래된 방송 역사를 가지고 있다. 최근에는 다매체의 등장과 인터넷의 발달로 위상이 과거에 비해 추락하였다. 하지만 다양한 매체 속에서도 라디오가 가지는 특수성이 있음은 분명한 사실이다. 따라서 이에 대한 청취자들의 수요가 꾸준히 존재하기에 본 논문에서는 라디오만이 갖는 오디오의 특성을 살려 청취자들의 흥미를 유발할 수 있는 멀티 채널 오디오 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 통해서 기존의 라디오 시스템에서 탈피하여, 청취자들이 선택적으로 오디오를 청취하는 시스템을 구축하고자 한다.

코로나(COVID-19)로 인해 언택트(Untact) 방송이 활성화된 현 시점에서 기존 방송의 형태는 나날이 변화하고 있다. 특히 1인 미디어 대한 관심이 급증하게 되면서 1인 방송 체제가 전통적 미디어뿐만 아니라 대중에게까지 많은 영향을 미치며 하나의 트렌드로 자리 매김하게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 1인 방송의 특성과 시스템 설계를 바탕으로 최소한의 장비를 사용하여 양질의 스트리밍 서비스를 제공하기 위한 1인 방송 시스템을 구축하고자 한다.

COVID-19로 인해 많은 사람들이 다양한 오프라인 활동을 즐기지 못하고 있다. 따라서 포터블 중계 시스템을 이용하여 온택트 시대에 맞는 소통 콘텐츠 제작이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 방송 송출 프로그램을 이해하고 그를 이용한 CG사용과 크기가 작은 포터블 중계 시스템의 장점을 살려 장소에 제약이 없는 실시간 유튜브 스트리밍 구현을 설계하였다.

Arts is the expression of reasoning and conscious life of human and arouse human the concept of existence, utmost emotion and excellent thoughts. Also it makes humans life very abundant. I make it come first to get rid of the art thirst on the opposite sight of technical one for hair as on part of humans body. Next purpose is that to confirm the esthetic value of 'hair arts' by solidify the academic ground of beauty arts through creating 'hair arts' works and learning and make the direction for the beauty industry and education of the next generation. In this study I investigated the Greek myth and the hair styles of ancient Greek Goddesses. On the basis of that symbols I elaborated hair formative works made of metal and studied, analyzed and displayed that. Work No.1 'aphne' pictures the second of changing into a laurel tree avoiding the love. Secondly 'Muse Erato' was exhibited the peaceful figure that have enough the fine melodies. 'Leda' brings out the feature of Leda resembling a swan and the fourth piece, 'Eos' conveys the brilliant and mystery of dawn. So this study conducted based on the concept of practical hair and have made efforts to be close to theoretical manufacturing research needed at making hair arts works and academic one needed at organic design composition for pioneering new field, 'art hair.' I hope these 'hair arts' works make creativity of the practise hair alive. It will be very thankful to me if this study can help even though slightly for splendid beauty arts to make its status firm as a one part of arts, and there are following studies.

The 21st century of the 4th industrial revolution demands 'competency' as a new educational concept that is different from that required in the industrialization era. In accordance with these changes and demands of society, universities are being called for key competency-based education and innovation in education through this by breaking away from the existing methods in liberal arts and major education. At this point, universities are presenting a comprehensive reform of liberal arts education for various financial support projects. This study presents the case of University C regarding the reform of the liberal arts curriculum for the innovation of liberal arts education in universities. According to the research results, each university is reorganizing the liberal arts curriculum in a way that can suggest various key competencies according to the university's founding philosophy and induce key competencies in the aspect of liberal arts education. For the key competency-based liberal arts curriculum of University C, we proposed various subjects for insufficient key competency subjects, various micro-degrees were proposed to specialize liberal arts education, and meta-learning-related liberal arts subjects were presented to improve basic learning ability of the students.
