Purpose: It suggests that making a policy and strategies in a way of AI and its impact of commercialization on economic efficiency, social custom ethics. Research design, data, and methodology: The paper has analyzed the data based on the proposed model when derived as AI vs. FI job, etc. It is very different for each professional evaluation, which is artificial intelligence or robot job. One concept case was selected as a substitute job, with a relatively low level of occupation ability, such as direct labors, easily replaced. By the induction data has resulted in modeling. Results: The paper suggests that AI at high level become something how to make real decisions on ethical value modeling. Through physical simulation with the deduction data, it can be tuned to design and control what has not been solved, from human senses to climate. Conclusion: For the exploiting of new AI decision-making jobs in markets, the deduction data is possible to prove to AI's Decision-making that the percentage who can easily have different leadership as is different for each person. what is generated by some information silos may be applied to occupation societies. The empirical results indicate the deduction data that if AI determines ethical decisions (VC) for that modifications, it may replace future jobs.

With the announcement of the AI national strategy, various policies for AI education are being proposed, and AI convergence education for teachers is actively being promoted. In addition, AI speakers are being sold and distributed to each home, and field studies of educational use of AI speakers have just started. This study examines the controversial problems that AI speakers may cause in AI ethics, and attempts to derive an ethical dilemma that may arise when AI speakers are used at home or at school. This dilemma can be used in the moral competence test (MCT), which measures the level of moral judgment for each group of artificial intelligence speakers.

Because of the development and spread of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, new security threats and adverse AI functions have emerged as a real problem in the process of diversifying areas of use and introducing AI-based products and services to users. In response, it is necessary to develop new AI-based technologies in the field of information protection and security. This paper reviews topics such as domestic and international trends on false information detection technology, cyber security technology, and trust distribution platform technology, and it establishes the direction of the promotion of technology development. In addition, the development of international trends in ethical AI guidelines to ensure the human-centered ethical validity of AI development processes and final systems in parallel with technology development are analyzed and discussed. ETRI has developed AI policing technology, information protection, and security technologies as well as derived tasks and implementation strategies to prepare ethical AI development guidelines to ensure the reliability of AI based on its capabilities.

The controversy over Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot "Iruda," which suspended its service 20 days after its launch, can be seen as the first case to inform the public of AI ethics issues. Based on this context, this study examines the controversy and social semantic formation of "Iruda" service cases using news topic modeling techniques. 963-news articles were used for the analysis, and the event's duration was analyzed based on major events, such as service start, controversy, and suspension, to understand the progress. From the analyses results, we obtain major keywords and a total of 16 topics (5, 4, 7) from the period. Finally, the implications for the development and utilization of AI services obtained through this controversy were discussed based on the analysis results.

In this thesis, we examine the development status of autonomous mobility services using various artificial intelligence algorithms and propose a solution by combining edge and cloud computing to overcome technical difficulties. A fully autonomous vehicle with enhanced safety and ethics can be implemented using the proposed solution. In addition, for the future of 2035, we present a new concept that enables two- and three-dimensional movement via cooperation between ecofriendly, low-noise, and modular fully autonomous vehicles. The zero-error autonomous driving system will safely and conveniently transport people, goods, and services without time and space constraints and contribute to the autonomous mobility services that are free from movement in connection with various mobility.

This study aims to analyze the perceptions and educational needs of pre-service teachers for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education. To this end, we collected survey data from 25 undergraduate students who were enrolled in a teacher education college in Seoul. The purpose of the survey was to measure the importance and current performance for instructional AI use based on the technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge (TPACK) framework, and to explore the priority of educational needs using Borich's needs analysis and the Locus for Focus model. The results of the study confirmed that Ethics and TPK competencies are prioritized. Additionally, the results indicated a high demand for practical knowledge that can be implemented in the practice of education. Based on the results, it is necessary to develop a teacher education program that focuses on ethical aspects and teaching strategy competencies in AI-based education.

The aim of this study is to explore the paradigm shifts in culture and system related to life in terms of AI and the present point of view in which creating human values together are important. An approach that focuses on how AI-related phenomena work in modern society forms the basis of this research. Therefore, to clarify the meaning of "AI phenomenon" converging it as a part of social culture, this study was intended to find out the value incorporated in the social system such as ethics and equality together with the literature review. Inferring the technical culture that are combined with the AI that the members of society can do together is as important as technical understanding in the functional aspect. Therefore, this study was intended to suggest new culture that the cultural imagination and the social system create harmonizing each other, that is, the possibility of "AI culture". So, this article has a characteristic of a preliminary study, too.

Although the importance of literacy in Artificial Intelligence (AI) education is increasing, there is a lack of testing tools for measuring such competency. To address this gap, this study developed a testing tool that measures AI literacy among middle school students. This goal was achieved through the establishment of an expert group that was enlisted to determine the relevant factors and items covered by the proposed tool. To verify the reliability and validity of the developed tool, a field review, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. These procedures resulted in a testing tool comprising six domains that encompass 30 items. The domains are the social impact of AI (eight items), the understanding of AI (six items), AI execution plans (five items), problem solving with AI (five items), data literacy (four items), and AI ethics (two questions). The items are to be rated using a five-point Likert scale. The internal consistency of the tool was .970 (total), while that of the domains ranged from .861 to .939. This study can serve as reference for developing the analysis of AI literacy, teaching and learning, and evaluation in AI education.

This study aimed to analyze recent research trends in Artificial Intelligence (AI) education within South Korea with the overarching objective of exploring the future direction of AI education. For this purpose, an analysis of 697 papers related to AI education published in Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) from 2016 to November 2023 were analyzed using word cloud and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling technique. As a result of the analysis, six major topics were identified: generative AI utilization education, AI ethics education, AI convergence education, teacher perceptions and roles in AI utilization, AI literacy development in university education, and AI-based education and research directions. Based on these findings, I proposed several suggestions, (1) including expanding the use of generative AI in various subjects, (2) establishing ethical guidelines for AI use, (3) evaluating the long-term impact of AI education, (4) enhancing teachers' ability to use AI in higher education, (5) diversifying the curriculum of AI education in universities, (6) analyzing the trend of AI research, and developing an educational platform.

This paper examines the necessity and direction of digital literacy education as university education in the AI era. Digital literacy can be considered universal education about everyday culture in a digital environment, and its scope is expanding to cultivate the competencies necessary for citizens of a digital society, rather than simply the ability to use digital devices. In this paper, the university liberal arts curriculum has strengthened the information literacy area to reflect the changes of the times, but it is presented as a problem that it is still focused on the technical aspects of learning how to use digital devices and specific programs. It was suggested that the direction of digital literacy education in universities should not be limited to the technical and instrumental aspects of using digital devices, but that it would be desirable to focus on digital ethics considering the social impacts that may arise from the use of digital devices.
