국가지정입원격리병상의 시설별 면적구성에 관한 연구 - 2016년 국가지정입원격리병상 확충사업대상을 중심으로 (A Study on the Area Composition Analysis of the National Designated Isolation Unit Wards(NDIUs) - Focused on the NDIU wards issued in 2016)

  • Purpose: Since the facility guidelines for National Designated Isolation Unit wards(NDIUs) had been edited since 2016, all hospital who want to expand or install NDIU should adapt the new guidelines. Instead of providing area requirement, by the way, only essential or optional facility requirements are suggested except patient bedroom in the guidelines. So, as analyze area and area composition of the NDIUs, it could be expected that this study has a role as an area planing reference for not only NDIU but also another airborne infection isolation room. Methods: For the area analysis, 18 sample hospitals are selected among 2016 year applicants. All rooms in NDIUs are grouped as zones whether those are negative air pressurized or not and programed room or not. At the end, area of the zones are summarized and analysed a relationship between area increase and bed number by both correlation analysis and regression analysis. In addition, department usable and gross area per bed, N/G ratio, G/N ratio, and average area ratio of each zone is calculated. Results: First of all, rooms in none negative air pressurized zone of the NDIUs haven't shown a regular installation so that only those in negative air pressurized zone are targeted for the area analysis. Second of all, patient room unit(0.92) and support area(0.79), by correlation analysis, are correlated with total net area. Patient room unit(0.94) and total net area(0.79) are also shown a correlation with bed number. Department usable area($R^2=0.63$, y=36.278x + 102) and patient room unit area($R^2=0.89$, y= 27.993x - 0.8924) has a relationship with bed number by regression analysis. Average N/G is shown as 0.85 and G/N 1.36. Average area ratio of circulation, doffing area, patient room unit, and support area are 25.4%, 9.1%, 50.9%, and 14.6% in order. Implications: This study is a basic research for exploring the NDIUs guidelines to find resonable evidence to develop it for its practical use. Still, it is possibly expected that the guideline is to be developed by post occupancy evaluation in the area of where minimum requirement or facility grade needs to be defined, and by further studies with various perspectives.

도시 영세지역의 가계 의료비지출 (Medical Care Expenditure of Residents in Urban Poor Area)

  • 도시영세지역의 가계의료비 지출 정도를 파악하고자 1992년 3월 1일부터 5월 31일까지 3개월간 대구직할시 남구 대명8동의 영세지역의 85가구(대상군)와 임의로 선정한 96가구(대조군)를 대상으로 자기기업방법에 의한 의료비지출 조사를 실시하였다. 조사대상 가구원의 전체 가구원은 819명으로 대상군 377명, 대조군이 442명 이었으며, 평균연령은 대상군 31.1세, 대조군 37.1세였다. 가구당 평균 가구원수는 대상군과 대조군 모두 4.5명이었다. 가구당 평균 월수입은 대상군이 848,600원, 대조군이 1,752,300원이었다. 월평균가계지출은 대상군 635,300원, 대조군 1,414,600원이었으며, 월평균소비지출은 각각 568,800원, 1,238,400원이었다. 월평균 의료비지출은 대상군이 34,500원, 대조군이 58,400원이었다. 월평균 의료보험료는 대상군이 12,900원, 대조군 26,800원으로써 두 군 모두 소득의 1.5% 수준이었다. 월수입에서 보건의료비가 차지하는 비율은 대상군이 4.1%, 대조군이 3.3%였고, 가계지출에서 차지하는 비율은 대상군이 5.4%, 대조군이 4.1%였으며, 가계소비지출에서 보건의료가 차지하는 비율은 대상군이 6.1%, 대조군이 4.7%였다. 월평균 의료보험료를 포함 시켰을 때 가계소비지출에서 보건의료비가 차지하는 비율은 대상군과 대조군이 각각 8.3%와 6.9%를 차지하였다. 보건의료비지출을 의약품, 보건의료용품기구, 보건의료서비스 항목으로 나누어 보았을 때, 대상군은 의약품이 차지하는 비율이 57.4%, 보건의료서비스 41.4%였으며, 대조군에서는 의약품이 52.4%, 보건의료서비스가 45.7%를 차지하였다. 대상군에서는 한방의료비 지출이 전체 의료비 지출의 36.9%, 그리고 대조군에서는 병 의원 의료비 지출이 37.8%로 가장 많았다. 방문당, 이용일당 의료비지출은 대상군에서는 한방의료가 58,100원으로 가장 많았고, 다음이 민속의료로 19,900원이었으며, 대조군은 민속의료가 112,800원으로 가장 많았고, 다음이 한방의료로 66,000원이었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 대상군의 월수입, 가계지출, 소비지출에 대한 의료비의 지출이 대조군에 비하여 그 절대액수는 적으나, 상대적 비율은 높은 것으로 나타나 대상군이 대조군에 비해 의료비 부담이 과중한 것으로 생각된다. 향후 조사표본이 크고, 조사기간을 1년으로 한 의료비지출에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

대축척 정사보정영상 생성을 위한 폐색지역 탐지 및 복원 (Detecting and Restoring the Occlusion Area for Generating Digital Orthophoto)

  • During the past, digital orthophoto is generated for rural area or low resolution image, because the accurate extraction of DEM is difficult for urban area. But, nowadays, high resolution DEM by ALS system starts to become available for urban area, so the importance of large scale digital orthophoto generation becomes increasing. In this paper, we propose and describe effective algorithm for detecting occlusion area and not only restoring occlusion area but also processing null pixels by occlusion area for minimizing the heterogeneity of digital orthophoto. With proposed algorithm, we detected occlusion area due to height of structures such as buildings, bridges, etc, and restored occlusion area using reference image. Also, The homogeneity of generated digital orthophoto was improved by using brightness correction.

  • This paper alms to describe the indoor-outdoor air quality in school environment through the analyses of heavy metal concentration by inductively Coupled Plasma(ICPI, which were observed at some school environment, such as traffic area, industrial area seme-industrial area, and residence area. The results are as follows : (1) Regardless Indoor and outdoor, the area with the highest concentration of heavy metal is industrial area followed by traffic area, residence area and semi-industrial area in descending order of magnitude. And the heavy metal concentration of indoor is higher than that of outdoor. (2) The main heavy metal components with more high level concentration of Indoor than those of outdoor are Zn, Al, Ca and these heavy metal concentrations are higher in class than In corridor and outdoor.

도심 근무자의 도심주거 선호성향 (Preference for Urban Residence of People working in the CBD Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the preferences for urban residence. Data was collected from the people who are working in the CBD area. The results of this study are as following; 1) The 40.3% of people working in CBD area prefer living in the CBD area. It contains 5.6% of people who are working in the CBD area. It can be interpreted that there are some potential residential preference in the CBA area. 2) People who prefer living in the CBD area are shown that they have been working in the CBD area for a long time with their living status of the middle class and their ages over 50. 3) The favorable area for CBD workers is located within 10 minutes by bus or within working distance. 4) Their favorable housing types are respectively apartments, mixed, and single housing. It means that they prefer the mixed functioning type of housing to the apartment. It tells that it is necessary to develop the new types of housing.

  • The Purposes of this study are to analyze fashion trading area's conditions of Busan area to establish fashion marketing strategies for the conditions of location in choosing the new retailers and to propose the most efficient, optimum fashion trading area(FTA) under the management mind of low cost and high efficiency according to the changes of 21C management paradigm. The subjects of investigation for this study were 1083 women visited FTA in Busan. The data were analyzed by using MANOVA, ANOVA, frequency and trend analysis, and the Cronabach $\alpha$ and Turkey HSD were also applied. The results of this study were summarized as follows. 1 The characteristics of consumer spatial behavior according to fashion trading area show significant difference in starling position, movement means, movement time, visit purpose and visit frequency. 2 The buying behavior of fashion items according to fashion trading area shows difference in fashion trading area shows difference in fashion trading area, store and buying behavior.

  • Recently, information-oriented whole domain and scientific management method for nation-wide territory is widly being used due to the remarkable development such as GIS and RS. In addition to this, request for analyzing forest spatial information has been increasing to manage forest resources efficiently. Although forest information using satellite image and GIS has been built to analyze a large amount of forest information scientifically, there are many difficulties to gather information because normally forest area is large and difficult to access.. This research uses high resolution satellite and digital aerial photograph around Kyungju city area to classify forest area, and stratifies forest area through a spot survey and a comparison of sample area. It will be possible for us to draw a more detailed map of forest area than 1/25000 map of forest area through these works.
