Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a clinical practice nursing students' microbiology program based on the mastery learning model, and to evaluate the effects of the program on nursing students' knowledge, self-efficacy, performance, and satisfaction related to the nursing students' microbiology program. Methods: The program was developed by using the processes of the mastery learning model. The pre-experimental research design involved a one group pretest-posttest design. The setting was a university located in Incheon, Korea. A total of 130 nursing students participated in the program including a theoretical lecture, clinical practice, and formative and summative evaluation. Results: Using the program that was designed and developed, results for the total score of self-efficacy, knowledge, and performance in the post-test application were significantly higher than in the pre-test application (p<.05). The satisfaction of hand hygiene and disinfection/contaminated hand microbial culture and disinfection test received the highest ratings. Conclusion: The application of a clinical practice nursing students' microbiology program was effective, and can be expanded to other nursing students. Future research with other study designs was warranted in order to prove the effect of a microbiology program based on the mastery learning model.

The purpose of this research is to apply and evaluate the Water Environmental Education Program Using Streams(WEES) to pre-service teachers. WEES is developed to help the teachers increase their professionalism of incorporating a local environment into their inquiry teaching. The subjects of the study include the juniors of the Environmental Education Major at the Korea National University of Education. For the purpose this study, educational criticism about WEES was performed. The subject students were observed throughout the program application, after which a survey and in-depth interviews were carried out. As a result, the implementation elements and content organization of the WEES were found to be implemented in the application process in a satisfying level. In the content organization of the program, the preliminary preparation, visual assessment, and inquiry planning were organically connected with each other for inquiry purposes. The Intrinsic value of environmental education was also demonstrated in the implementation elements and content organization. Overall, the stream turned out to have a great value of environmental education and a potential as a place and material for environmental education. The great significance of the study can be found in that WEES took into account not only the characteristics of the ENVISION based on the watershed concept, but also the situations of Korea's environmental education and exploration from the perspective of environmental studies.

The issue of using information system to ensure competitive power in the market is rising. The outsourcing methods that entrust activities of information system of companies to other expert agencies are increasing as the enterprises make a lot of efforts to put their resources to their heart of business in the process of adopting information system. Recently, ASP(Application Service Provider) as a new information technology outsourcing method appears due to the development of network technology and spreading of peculating software. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop a certification program to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. This paper provides the safe and reliable certification program for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and then evaluation methodology for the ASP certification program is proposed. This paper presents service provider(service environment) certification as the part of the ASP certification program.

For designing the model of the web program, the demand survey for the technology and information has been performed for the students of the related departments, industrialists and researchers. And, the survey, such as advantages and disadvantages, for the current situations has been examined through comparison and analysis by the establishment type and operational process for the present operating web programs having the similar functions in Korea. The contents and web program for the technology and information system have been also developed by the question investigation and the expert opinions. This system for RI-Biomics has been developed by focusing the convenience for the information provision and the information search as the first constructing direction. Information has been collected by the operator in our institute and making contract with Global Trend Briefing of KISTI in Korea. The information collection in the web program has been designed as the direction regularly provided with RSS. Information has been then analyzed by constructing the expert pool provided from the advisory committee for the technology and information, and using them. The publicity for this web program has been performed by webzines and then it is noted that the publicity programs such as some events should be regularly developed when expanded and advanced to a community in future.

This paper presents a developing method of smart fingerprint recognition system. First, we design a hardware configuration circuit using a 32bit Risc CPU, a fingerprint sensor, a LCD, and a WiFi communication chip to realize the smart fingerprint recognition systems. It is necessary to develop a JNI (Java Native Interface) library and a device drive program of fingerprint sense to develop application program of fingerprint recognition system with Android platform. Thus second, we develop a device drive and a JNI program. And we also develop an application program of fingerprint recognition systems using developed JNI library. Finally test results are presented to illustrate the performance of the developed smart fingerprint recognition system.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception about STEAM education of primary teachers who have developed and applied STEAM education to their students through teacher training program. For this study, 101 among 172 attendance are responded to questionnaire of three categories consisting of development and application teaching material for STEAM instruction, and spreading STEAM education. The major findings are as follows: First, when primary teachers develop materials for STEAM education, they consider applicabilities in real classes. Second, they feel the burden of time when they develop STEAM material. Third, they think that their own program has significant educational effectiveness and that students enjoyed the program. Especially, they think that STEAM education program can raise students' interest about learning. Fourth, primary teachers point out the constraints for application of STEAM education program, which are lack of expertise and difficulty acquiring class time. Fifth, primary teachers evaluate the effect of STEAM education program on primary education is positive, and they answer that we need many teaching materials for STEAM education, operating as a regular curriculum, and securing budget. In order to spread STEAM education in field of primary education successfully, administrators have to consider and reflect the voice of teachers.

In this paper development of an automatic grid generation program for flow field calculation around 3D wing is described and its application is also introduced. The program is developed by using JAVA programming language and a graphic library, JOGL, and it can be usee either as an application program on a local computer or as a applet in the network environment. Currently, The program provides NACA series 4-digit airfoils as the wing cross-section shape and it offers a non-complicated GUI program which can easily generate structured grids for wings based on user's parameter input. Grid generated by the program can be selected as one of two types; O-type and C-type. In this research advancing layer method(ALM) augmented by elliptic smoothing method is used for the FLUENT. It is shown that by using current program high-quality structured grids around 3D wings can be easily generated, and typical grid generation results and flow solutions are demonstrated. Study on effects of geometric parameters on flow field is also tried by changing major wing parameters such as incidence angle type of wing-tip and sweepback angle.

Background: This study has conducted an experiment on 14 disabled hemiplegia (female) introduced from D rehabilitation welfare center, sorted out subjects who will enthusiastically and sincerely follow the experiment for 8 weeks (before-after), and grouped them into control group (7 people), and aquatic exercise program group (7 people). After researching the effect of application of exercise program to hemiplegia on physical function and length of lower limb, we have come to the following conclusion. In case of hemiplegia, we have concluded that aquatic exercise program can aid muscle strengthening and lower limb since aquatic exercise program activates physical function and deep muscle, showing a positive influence on muscular strength and flexibility, and a significant influence on balance of lower limb. This result is considered to make people recognize the importance of rehabilitation exercise when making a program for daily life activity, injury prevention, and treatment for hemiplegia, and we believe that such reference will be proposed as a theoretical basis for application of aquatic exercise program to hemiplegia, and further be a great aid to similar studies.

전자인식 시스템에서 택의 고유정보는 호스트 컴퓨터 내의 응용 프로그램에 의해 처리된다. 응용 프로그램의 예는 주차관리 프로그램, 도서관리 프로그램 등이 있다. 리더에서 인식된 Tag의 ID는 호스트 컴퓨터로 입력된다. 컴퓨터의 응용 프로그램은 컴퓨터의 DB 내에 Tag ID 같은 데이터를 찾는다. 같은 ID를 찾은 후, 응용 프로그램의 운영 목적에 따라 호스트 컴퓨터는 제어 명령을 해당 H/W에 전달한다. 이러한 과정은 호스트 컴퓨터에 있는 프로그램의 진행이 된다. 그러나 수행과정이 정상적으로 동작이 되는지를 원거리에서 확인할 필요가 있다. 원거리에서 진행과정을 감시할 때에는 2가지의 매체를 사용한다. 일반적으로 유선감시 시스템과 무선 감시 스템이다. 유선방법 중에 유용한 것은 인터넷 통신망이다. 무선을 이용하는 것은 블루투스 통신망이다. 이 두 매개체는 간단히 그리고 에러없이 수행과정을 모니터를 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 우선 RFID 시스템을 제작한다. 125KHz를 반송파로 하고 있는 EM4095 칩을 사용하여 RFID 시스템을 구현한다. Tag의 고유 ID는 W3100A 칩을 사용한 모듈을 통하여 원격지에 보내어 진다. 이러한 시스템을 제작하고, 데이터 송수신을 간단한 응용 프로그램을 이용하여 확인하였다. 결과로는 수신율 확인하고, 전체 시스템 및 각 부분을 사진으로 보여 준다. 그리고 각 부분의 제어 프로그램을 설명하였다.

The objective of this paper is to develop a finite element structural analysis program using VB(Visual Basic) which has been recently getting popular as development tools of application program for Windows. VB provides several functions to develop an application program easily by supporting event-driven programming method and graphic object as control data type. This system is an integrated processor including preprocessor, solver and postprocessor. Automatic mesh generation is available at preprocess stage, and graphic presentation of deformation and stress is also represented at postprocess one.
