Purpose: This descriptive investigative study aimed to identify the importance, performance, and educational needs of core nursing skills among nurses working in small-and medium-sized pediatric hospitals. Methods: A survey was conducted among 132 nurses working in eight small-and medium-sized hospitals. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 27.0. Results: The average importance and performance of core nursing skills was 4.71±0.38 and 2.66±0.46 points, respectively, out of 5 points. A t-test on the difference between the IPA and Borich needs assessment showed the highest educational need for "blood transfusion therapy," and "basic CPR and defibrillator application." Additionally, according to the results of deriving the priorities of educational needs using the Borich needs assessment and locus for focus model, the highest priorities were "blood transfusion therapy," and "basic CPR and defibrillator application." Conclusion: These findings can be used as basic data to develop efficient and sequential programs to teach core nursing skills, provide better quality education, and lead the way for the future of nursing education.

Purposes: The aim of this study is to evaluate whether the contents of hospital reservation and reception applications(apps) are qualitatively useful in meeting the needs of medical consumers and improving hospital accessibility and convenience. Methodology: (1) identify consumer needs through social data web mining, (2) describe the status of key contents of mobile apps to improve accessibility and convenience of care, and (3) verify the quality of apps through validated tools Finding: The contents of 'mobile reservation function' and 'waiting time information provision' that can contribute to reduction of delay time of care and efficiency of desk work were supported, but the level of utilization was insufficient. The quality level of the app, including the level of consumers' needs, has shown a wide gap between the apps. Implications: The recent development of mobile apps for hospital accessibility and consumer needs has shown a wide gap in the quality of apps, including information and aesthetic. Therefore, it is necessary to develop apps based on user interface(UI), user experience(UX) based designs that can promote the usefulness and convenience of apps while monitoring needs of consumers continuously.

The purposes of this study is to find middle school student's application of Home Economics course and its related variables. The samples are 323 middles school students in Kangneung. For the statistics analysis of this study, frequency, mean, Cronbach's a coefficient, ANOVQ, t-test, Pearson'correlation and multiple regression were calculated. The results of this study are summarized as follows ; 1. It is appeared that middle school student's application of Home Economics course are the food, human development and family relationship family, resources management and the consuming, the clothing. 2. Variables that affect middle school student's application of Home Economics course are the vocation of father, way of learning about home life skill, agreement with educational goal of Home Economic, evaluation of Home Economic teacher, evaluation of education field, participation in class of Home Economic and needs for Home Economics. 3. The explanation degree of these seven variables is 27.7% and needs for Home Economics is the most domineering variables.

This study aims to identify the effects of teachers' recognition and application of 2015 revised national curriculum on their educational information needs in high schools. Several in-depth interviews and a questionnaire survey with the teachers, who were in charge of teaching common courses, such as Korean language, mathematics, English, social studies, and science, in general public high schools in Incheon, were executed for the purpose. As a result, the teachers' recognition and application affected their educational information needs in part. Especially, new demands on small sized copies and learning information sources were identified which were related to the application of 2015 revised national curriculum. Based on the results, we proposed several improvements of school library operations, such as small sized local consortium for sharing resources and providing referral services, in order to strengthen the gateway role of school libraries.

For most of application, total system cost is first priority to Engineer. Approach for making system cost down can be to reduce cooling cost by selecting low loss item or reducing filter cost by increasing frequency. SiC Mosfet ($CoolSiC^{TM}$) can approach both of case. This paper shows market-needs and reviews each application with SiC.

Recently, the quality of residential space is emphasized much more than ever. This is caused by various changes of social environment. Those users, i.e. the occupants, seemed very sensitive to any changes of their environment. Therefore many producers (construction companies) need to be concentrated on the occupant's needs, and try to apply those needs to their design of products(apartments). This study aims to design the POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation) categorization methodology with QFD application. Therefore QFD performed to produce much tailored occupant's needs as a transformation of technically processed value. For this purpose, categories were experimented for a pilot project of POE. As a result, it showed a possibility and need of accuracy and maturity for the design of POE in its categorization.

Purpose - The aim of this study was to analyze the educational needs of distribution company salespeople in core competencies for convergence and their general perception of convergence education. Furthermore, this study provides basic data on core competencies for convergence needed by them. Research design, data, and methodology - A survey was conducted on 104 distribution company salespeople who worked near Seoul, Korea to analyze the perceptions of their educational needs in core competencies for convergence education, according to their socio-demographic characteristics. The socio-demographic characteristics were gender, age, workplace size, education background, work experience and business category. The questionnaire consisted of demographic factors (7 questions), general perception of convergence education (5 questions), perception of importance of core competency for distribution company salespeople (9 questions), and current perception of distribution company salespeople on core competency of convergence workers (9 questions). Park et al.(2014)'s categorization of convergence core competencies was used: Cognitive convergence (creative thinking, critical thinking and understanding of convergence knowledge), convergence performance (problem solving, communications, collaboration and application of convergence tools) and attitude toward convergence (empathy and responsibility). Data was collected through an independent sample of t-tests and a one-way analysis of variance and the Borich Needs Assessment Model was used to identify the educational needs of distribution company salespeople in the core competencies of convergence education. Results- The results show that the subjects recognized the need for convergence education to be high among the general perceptions. The perception scores for workers of different backgrounds only varied according to the size of the business. Moreover, the results of the educational needs analysis and the ranks of the required core competencies of convergence workers by the subjects were as follows: 1. convergence knowledge understanding competency, 2. creative thinking competency, 3. convergence tool application competency, 3. communications competency, 4. problem solving competency, 5. collaboration competency, 6. critical thinking competency, 7. empathy competency, 8. responsibility competency. Conclusions - This study highlights the necessity of developing university curriculum that can nurture the core competencies of conversion education reflecting distribution company salespeople's requests as well as cultivating qualified convergence workers required by distribution company workers.

The spread of smartphones, many educational applications have been developed. However, the existing educational applications, learning the simple and uniform, due to the way the needs of learners are given feedback after learning did not reflect the present problem is how. In this paper vocabulary learning applications to implement the existing application using the learners' needs, survey analysis, and analysis results to reflect the learner's motivation to continue the learners to self-built learning objectives according to the stages of learning tailored to the training schedule set up and made a systematic feedback learning vocabulary was designed and implemented applications.

Underground passage shopping center which is one of the underground space is a public facility. Therefore, underground passage shopping center needs physical environment that everyone (such as ordinary adults, seniors, disabled and ETC) could use it without any difficulties. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the application of universal design into main entrance space of underground passage shopping center. The scope of this research was adjusted as 8 underground passage shopping centers that are located in Seoul. Spacial scope of the research was set as public space such as main entrance space, slope way, stairway of underground passage shopping center and the content of scope of this research was the application of universal design. The conclusion of this research is as following. First, public space of underground passage shopping center needs physical environmental improvement for the convenient usage for seniors and disabled. Second, the application of universal design is needed for public space for shelter and rescue of underground passage shopping center. Third, Underground passage shopping center needs a plan to minimize the safety infringement of user by commercial activity of stores in it.

The purpose of this study is to establish a crime prevention system through the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED). The research method went through the double diamond process and discovered the user's needs through the persona analysis. The most representative features are the functions that informs users of the safe and optimal route, checks the presence of streetlights or cctvs in real time to update them, and allows people with similar routs to return home together. It is a function to help safe return home with the help of an autonomous method, and a self-defense function to protect themselves. Therefore, the application presented in this study was intended to be of great help when actually returning home by adding these new functions. In particular, we help users to return home most safely by recommending the best safe route. Through the persona analysis, research method which we had chosen, the needs of users were discovered and implemented in a design that reflected those needs and requirements.
