According to my research about Janlgu(絶句) and Sijo(時調), they have not used the same methods to make the phrases (句) within of Sika(詩歌). In this thesis I shown that Ullsi(律詩) and Sijo have used a similar methods to make the phrases. However. the main assertion of this thesis is to show the fact that Sijo has changed into Kasa(歌辭) the same way Ullsi has changed into Baeull(排律). I have found that Ullsi and Baeull are different from Sijo and Kasa. Jaulgu and Sijo don't have any similarities except the use of their short sentences. Ullsi is similar to a poem with three lines in each verse. To separate the poem with three lines in each verse to three parts of the first stanza. the last stanza(結聯). and how the middle stanza contrasts (related to the phrase or stanza of poems which have a pair.). I have found out how the poem with three lines in verse is made. The middle phrase of Sijo is made up of complete opposites. I think that Sijo has the same relation. with Ullsi. Also. Kasa is made up opposites. Antithesis is a kind of way to make Ullsi by phrase and clause. I have found the antithesis in the middle phrase of Sijo. Kasa is made up antithesis and is the relativity of Ullsi and Baeull and the relativity of Sijo and Kasa are explained by antithesis. As Ullsi changed to BaeulL Sijo has changed to Kasa. They have the same method of making phrases. Some have insisted that Sijo was not from Hansi. I don't agree with that. Even if Ullsi is not from Sijo. this thesis has proven that the method of making phrases of Ullsi and the method of making phrases of Sijo are very similar. In this thesis. I have found out that Ullsi and Baeull are very similar with Sijo and Kasa. I think that these old types of Chinese poems have affected Korean Culture. So. in this thesis. I have tried to show just a little fact about this old type of Chinese poems and how it has affected Korean Culture.

This paper complements the work of Courtney et al. in viewing learning organizations as inquiring systems. Hegelian inquiring systems are based on the dialectic. Dialectic can not exist without dialogue. The guarantor of this system is conflict. Hegelian inquiring systems would facilitate multiple and contradictory interpretations of reality. Hegelian synthesis of two opposing models-thesis and antithesis-is the epitome of open systems and double-loop learning. Knowledge gained from the Hegelian inquiring systems may result in an entirely new strategic direction to organizations. This paper reviews some guidelines and principles of Hegelian learning organizations and IT support of it. Also it proposes the immediate deployment of Hegelian learning organizations in the wicked business environments and finally suggests the development of new, flexible information technologies and systems for Hegelian organizations.

The purpose of this study is to promote understanding of the book selection theory by researching dialectically of its development process centering on the BSTv(value theory) and BSTd(demand theory). The results of this study are summarized as follows 1. In the period of enlightenment and education, the book selection theory of public libraries was the thesis state of BSTv(d). 2. Antithesis state of BSTv(d), that is, BSTd was raised to real central theory of book selection in the early 20th century. 3. In the 1930-40's, BSTv and BSTd were transformed into balance state or coexistence relations(BSTb $[v(d){\cdot}d(v)$]. 4. After World War II, BSTn(library needs theory) and BSTo(library objective theory) were evoked, and opposed to the existing selection theories. Now, they are developing into BSTbl$[n(d)\cdot\;o(v)\;or\;n(d){\cdot}v(o)]$.

Hyperion, as hyperspectral data, is carried on NASA’s EO-1 satellite, can be used in more subtle discrimination on forest cover, with 224 band in 360 ?2580 nm (10nm interval). In this study, Hyperion image is used to investigate the effects of topography on the classification of forest cover, and to assess whether the topographic correction improves the discrimination of species units for practical forest mapping. A publicly available Digital Elevation Model (DEM), at a scale of 1:25,000, is used to model the radiance variation on forest, considering MSR(Mean Spectral Ratio) on antithesis aspects. Hyperion, as hyperspectral data, is corrected on a pixel-by-pixel basis to normalize the scene to a uniform solar illumination and viewing geometry. As a result, the approach on topographic effect normalization in hyperspectral data can effectively reduce the variation in detected radiance due to changes in forest illumination, progress the classification of forest cover.

Soot generation by combustion process has been investigated with objective of understanding of chemical reaction responsible for its formation in a coaxial laminar propane jet diffusion flame. For the direct photos, as the coflowing air flow rate is reduced, the area of soot luminous zone increases at first, then becomes smaller and smaller, and even disappears. The aspects of soot deposition can be acquired by using nine $15{\mu}m$ thin SiC fibers are positioned horizontally across the flame. Deposited soots on SiC fibers show the soot inception point and growth and soot oxidation zone in a typical propane diffusion. Soot is not generated anymore in a oxidizer deficient conditions of near-extinction and flame is fully occupied by transparent blue flame. It suggests that nonsooting pyroligneous blue reaction is being dominant in a oxidizer deficient ambience. In comparison with luminosities of SiC fibers and flame itself, indirect evidence is found that the process of soot nucleation and growth is endothermic reaction. It is remarkable that there exists two adjacent regions to have antithesis characteristics; one is exothermic reaction of blue flame and another endothermic reaction zone of soot formation.

Mickey Mousing perfect match between animation sound and image was an aesthetic in the field of animation, but since the 2000s, works such as and released by producers such as DreamWorks and Pixar have expanded the perfection of synchronization to irony. It also influenced the identification system of sentiment. It is time to view the directing attempt of these elements as a factor that changed the new paradigm of narrative, and related research is needed. In this study, the scene of was analyzed as a case study for the synchronization of animation sound and image components and the boundary direction on the recognition of identification between reality and fiction. Aesthetic recognition of the research work is based on the premise of real time and space perception, and the audience can recognize in the conceptual world as an integrated art by playfully producing fictional time and space. The direct antithesis of synchronization and identification was drawn to maintain the curiosity of the next scene by repeating selective concealment and disclosure of information in the direction of conveying an unfamiliar and heterogeneous feeling to the audience.

Tomas Gutiérrez Alea, internationally famous cuban director, made the film Up to a certain point with a purpose of criticizing the existence of the extreme male chauvinism as 'machismo' in cuban society of 80's despite of many changes of cultural and social paradigms through 60's and 70's. The director gathered the themes and topics of the films like Lucia, One way or another, and Teresa's portrait and analyzed them to present alternatives. The way of approaching to solve that kind of social problems that Alea proposed to the spectator is taking time to think of the problems with a way of "The Viewer's Dialectic". Identification with the protagonist of the film(thesis) and alienation from him(antithesis) could make the audience generalize the diverse aspects of the problem and then one might get an insight(synthesis) to live the life with more satisfaction that is supposed to be a social function of the film as arts according to the director of the film Up to a certain point.

The purpose of this paper is to report a newly discovered book whose title is Ikkam (翼鑑) and prepare for a full-scale study. The book, Ikkam, has a variety of contexts in which it seems to be written by Park Ji-won. First, 'Sanin' in 'Yeonam-Sanin' is consistent with the behaviors of Yeonam Park Ji-won who lived in hiding in the Yeonam valley in 1777. In addition, many statements written in the introduction, such as "as we stick to the old things, we do not know a makeshift", "we are well versed in changes" and "many soldiers are not always good" remind us of other writings of Park Ji-won. Moreover, he writes the statements using antithesis. It is the force of writing style of a literary person who is not engaged in medical service. In addition, he puts six qi in the introduction, but it is not as sophisticated as Jejungsinpyeon (濟衆新編). It suggests that this book may be published earlier than Jejungsinpyeon. When comparing Ikkam with Euimunbogam (醫門寶鑑) and Jejungsinpyeon, it seems common to place six qi in the introduction at the time. In addition, through this book, we find that Park Ji-won known as a writer of Geumryosocho (金蓼小抄) has fairly much knowledge in the medicine. We can estimate his passion and depth about the medicine through a longing for a new medical book shown in the introduction of Geumryosocho. However, various approaches to similar disease symptoms shown in the introduction help us to recognize his true qualities in the medicine. In addition, like other experience prescriptions, this book excludes prescriptions using medicinal herbs with toxicity or rare medicinal herbs in the situation with a limited supply of them in remote areas but includes prescriptions which are widely used. It shows that experience prescriptions in the Joseon Dynasty are effective to specifically identify medicinal herbs and prescriptions which are widely used in Korea. These values cannot be compensated by Donguibogam (東醫寶鑑) which has an infinite value.
