There are few research on the social drinking experience reported by women. Thus, it is necessary to understand the increasing tendency of womens drinking experience in the sociocultural context. This study was aimed to explore and delineate the drinking experience of full-time house wives base don Strauss and Corbin's grounded theory (1998). The subjects of this study were 10 full-time middle-aged house wives who were living in Seoul region. The data were collected through several in-depth interviews and observations until the theoretical saturation was achieved. The data were analyzed using Strauss and Corbin's grounded theory method. The results of this study generated a paradigm that the drinking experience of the full-time middle-aged house wives has a core category of 'free-oneself-from' and is also connected with mingling, anguish, accessibility, reaction of other people, change, personal resources, self-expression and building relationships by drinking. All processes from the occurrence of the central phenomenon to extinction are as follows; 1) Starting the process of the drinking experience for mingling and resolving anguish, and by having an easy accessibility; 2) Perceiving the process of reaction by other people, physical change of herself. and psycho-behavioral change; 3) Experiencing the process of free-oneself from thorough drinking; 4) Acknowledging the process of the resources for free-oneself-from; 5) Selecting the process of self-expression according to the resources; 6) Building the process of the relationship with drinking as a way of self-expression. Based on this paradigm, 4 hypothesis and 4 types are generated. Thus, this study suggests that it is useful to develop nursing interventions to improve the self-esteem of the full-time middle-aged house wives and to provide them various methods of problem solving strategies. This study also proposes that there should be a strategic program for the women so that they could make a route for positive self-expression by achieving a proper relationship with drinking.

본 연구는 간호사를 대상으로 임상적 의사결정능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. G도 병원에 근무하는 156명을 자료수집 하였다. IBM SPSS WIN/25.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple regression을 사용하였다. 대상자의 임상적 의사결정능력에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 간호연구 '매우관심', 비판적 사고성향, '석/박사', 총 임상경력 '20년1개월 이상', 도덕적 행동, 간호연구 '중요하다', '미혼', 총 임상경력 '5년1개월-10년', 부서근무경력 '3년1개월-5년' 순이었다. 설명력은 51.4%이었다. 간호연구에 관심과 중요성, 도덕적 행동과 학력, 경력이 임상적 의사결정능력에 영향을 미치는 변수임을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있었다. 본 연구결과는 프로그램 개발 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 윤리적 딜레마 상황에서 임상적 의사결정능력을 높일 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하고 그 효과를 검증할 것을 제언한다.

The purpose of this study was to explore and describe the experience of caregivers with mentally ill children. The sample consists of 4 participants who care for their children with mentally ill. They were asked open-ended questions in order for them to talk about their experiences. With permission of the subjects, the interviews were recorded and transcribed. The methodology utilized was the Colaizzi's phonomenological approach. The interview data was organized by themes into 5 categories anguish, positive emtion, maturation, acceptance of the disease, and seeking information. These 5 themes were further categorized into 4 main groups : emotional impact, spiritual maturation, adapting to the illness, and seeking support needs. The results of this study have clinical and theoretical implications not only for psychiatric nursing in Korea but also for all clinicians working with the families of the mentally ill.

Purpose: This study was conducted to understand the meaning of the DNR experiences of nurses. Methods: The data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and field records with five nurses from November 2009 to February 2011. The data were analyzed using narrative inquiry methodology. Results: Three fundamental themes were derived from data analysis as following: 'faithfulness to care for comfort,' 'helping for peaceful farewells between the patient and the family,' 'reflecting one's lives with a collision of feeling toward the death.' Conclusion: The results indicate that nurses take a role of an advocate in caring for DNR patients and being concerned about their families' conflict and anguish. In addition, this study indicates the importance of education on living will, advanced directives and preparation for the death tailored to the public including healthcare professionals.

Anecdotal reports indicate that maladaptive patterns of Internet use constitute behavioral addiction. Internet addiction is characterized by unrestrained and awfully controlled engrossment or behaviors regarding internet access that lead to impairment, stress, dimensionally measured depression, indicators of social separation and anguish. By reviewing and analyzing approximately 100 articles we present evidence that are able to provide an overview of the main themes and proclivity covered by existing and relevant studies. The vital detection of this research unveils that many factors related to social, demographic, lifestyle changes related constructs have a bearing on the phenomenon of internet addiction strongly. This study not only reached certain conclusions for both theory and practice, but also defined future lines of research according to the gaps detected by the study's results. The main findings from this literature, though not conclusive, but will help the researcher and policymakers to obtain a better understanding and description of the problem faced by the youth and necessary to develop some remedies to lessen the addiction phenomenon.

The purpose of this study was to discover knowledge about the sources and meanings of the children's living who is under the care of welfare institution. Participants were high school girls in Kwangju who offered unstructured description of their experience through interviews. The research was performed from March 2001 to September 2001. The results, analyzed and interpreted according to Gorgi's method of phenomenology, describe the structure of the phenomenon "living experience of the children under the institution care" with a relational perspective. The analysis revealed seven core themes : (1) anguish of heart against custom of institution, (2) resistance against their livelihood, (3) mortification on the distorted prejudice, (4) desire to escape, (5) fearfulness for the unreliable future, (6) self-pity, (7) challenge to the future. The foregoing argument suggest that children under the institutional care be supported by more mental health intervention and nurses be disciplined by supportive conversation technique.

Which will have a greater impact on life, love or art? We will focus on Hyang-ryun An, a genius singer. There was a genius singer who was recognized by many people in the world of Korean music. It is said that genius is short-lived, and so is the case of Hyang-ryun An. However, it is a pity that her short life was not caused by artistic anguish and conflict, but by her miserable love. For the poor artist, the patron was a force to sustain her artistic career, but for her, love with the person who fit her will was more important. Although poor and troubled, she wanted a fiery love that shared her temperament. Therefore, in the case of Hyang-ryun An, art was long, but love had a terribly short and deadly power. In the end, a love that goes astray drops a genius artist, dangerous love became the triumph of permanent immutable art.

Nursing majors are a combination of theoretical and practical education, and since the advisor cannot participate in all practices in clinical practice, the efficiency and effectiveness of practical education are limited in judging the results according to students' reactions. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze the domestic literature on the efficiency of clinical practice of nursing college students.The analysis target was selected through PRISMA flow, and the results were derived through categorization and questioning based on content analysis. Looking at the results, research related to the adaptation of trainees was mainstream, and specifically, research related to the characteristics, conflicts, clinical practice environment, and interpersonal anguish of trainees was conducted. In addition, it was confirmed that active and systematic intervention of practical guidance professors was required, such as possible safety accidents, emotional labor problems, and dilemmas during the practice period. Through this study, it is suggested that a systematic framework for nursing and clinical practice should be prepared.

The novel literature of the Romantic era was characterized by emotionally charged and imaginatively rich works. During this period, authors brought a new flow to the literary scene by exploring romantic themes in their unique styles. Various themes and genres emerged, diversifying the novel's target audience. It was during this era that Emily Brontë's "Wuthering Heights" was published. In this paper, we aim to explore the theme of alleviating internal turmoil within this novel, focusing on one enigmatic character, Heathcliff, among the main protagonists. We will illuminate Heathcliff's tumultuous past, analyzing the intricate connections of events that led to profound psychological anguish. By scrutinizing his actions and outward expressions, this paper seeks to understand the manifestation of his internal pain in interactions with other characters. We present a more comprehensive understanding of "Wuthering Heights," transcending the conventional boundaries of literary analysis. It not only proposes practical methods for alleviating internal turmoil but also sheds light on the timeless theme of divine love, offering readers a profound framework for interpreting the complexities of human relationships and the pursuit of inner peace.

본 논문은 중국영화 6세대 감독의 삶에서 그들이 기억하는 역사적 시대를 살펴보고, 역사의 고민과 상처들이 영화에서는 어떠한 방법으로 기억되고 표현되는지 살펴보았다. 그들은 기존세대와 다른, 있는 그대로의 현실을 담아내려고 노력했으며, 역사의 시대적 의미를 기억과 망각 사이에서 무엇을 어떤 방식으로 표현 할지 함께 드러난다. 그것은 중국영화 6세대 작품에서 기억의 은유화를 통해 시대의 상처를 담아내었고, 희망과 절망 사이에 기억이 은폐되면서 꿈을 잃은 생존의 현실을 담아내었으며, 담담하게 현실을 받아들이는 일상의 자아를 보여 주었으며, 변할 수 없는 세상의 시선과 기억에 대항하고 있다. 6세대 작품속에 투영된 욕망은 자신의 정체성을 찾아가려는 과정에서 실현되지 못하는 현실, 전통성을 지켜 나가려는 모습, 변해가는 현실, 이 세 가지 사이에 갈등하며 꿈을 펼치지 못하고 순순히 현실을 받아들이는 수동적 모습을 담아내고 있다. 6세대 감독들은 기억이라는 이름으로 역사를 해석하는 과정에서, 사회적 억압은 가족의 억압, 가족의 억압은 한 개인의 억압으로 이어지고, 억압이 욕망으로 바뀌면서 반작용에 의한 삶이 지속되기도 한다. 그리고 현실에서 개인의 욕망이 실현되지 못하지만 판타지로 대신하면서, 슬픔을 극복하고 현실을 담담하게 이겨내는 모습들로 드러난다. 이런 아련한 정서를 통해 6세대 감독이 기억하는 중국인들의 얼굴로 그려낸다.
