By rearing private experts to design hazardous facilities, Safety property is obstained. So it is necessary to limit within the designer of hazardous materials facilities who has some degree skill. After permission progress about the inspection of the design ascertain whether it is safety property Mayor/Do governor permits within the laws and their qualification. Accordingly, Korea Fire Equipment Inspection Corporation be come specialization about the design, inspection of construction completion. A inquire purpose of Fire Service Act be considered fitness. Subject by which the Korea Fire Equipment Inspection Corporation is entrusted, subject by which the a non-probit corporation in The Civil Law be possible to entrusted in separate. In this case, because of the level of one's technique and facilities are important, to limit as a nonprobit corporation in The Civil Law give rise to trouble. Consequently; established a business corporation, which the level of one's technique and facilities, in accordance with The Commercial Law can assign inspection of construction completion. The contents of the Fire Services Act is caused by the historic growth of hazardous facilities's safety management. Because we decide on a course about completed inspection of hazardous substance, it is needed that adjust the task performed by a corporation of the exert skill and the duty performed by the task that a authorized corporation on the civil law or the commercial law To adjust the duty, the Fire Service Act, that is suitable to the purpose and principle, should constitute a measure of the duty. With the object of insure the safety of the hazardous substance, when the fire survice act establish a corporation of the expert skill. There is the will of lawmakers that need organization to have the power of the professional technology. The state excise the will that insure the safety of hazardous materials facilities on the basis of the professional technology and facilities, and construct to establish a corporation of the expert skill. Therefore as concentrate on the technology to need to insure the safety of the facilities of hazardous substance to be suitable on the purpose of laws and take responsibility and reports to a corporation of the expert skill. The task to be given to the state will be done.
This research analyzes and evaluates The Korean Security Industry Law(TKSIL) putting the regulation of the present government about the private security industry. It nowadays becomes the important axis of the police services offered in the aspect of 'the national life safety' in connection with 'the materialization of society which is safe from the crime'. TKSIL is one of the national administration strategies which Park Gun-hye government aims on supervision policy. After seeking out the core values of the private security industrial policy which sets up in order to approach the national life safety which Park Gun-hye government aims, we make some assessments of this revised security industry law systematically. Particularly all keynote of policy about the private security of the police tried to be confirmed and the desirable direction of policy tries to be presented as to the security industry law application and real operation. In the site of organized civil complaint, the revised security industry law was revised as the direction which intensifies the administrative regulation as to the partial regulation such as it established the reason of the introduction of the arrangement license system. And grounds for disqualification of security instructor and guard, and rules of punishment is intensified order to intercept previously illegal and violent act of the security company etc. However it has the feature that it accomplishes 'the law principle(principle of statute)' the substantial portion through the effort of them changing a lot the content for the form of the law when being the clauses of the fundamental human rights limit, although it has been prescribed in "the security industry law enforcement ordinance" or "the security industry law enforced regulation". The security industry law revised this time brought from the change of the sharp policy through the revision of 17 clauses or new establishment. It can divide into 4 categorizes. (1) strictness of punishment in the site of organized civil complaint (2) Intensification of throwing out for the violation person in the private security business market time-limitedly (3) Intensification of the legal guide supervision power of police (4) upstream of the capital, name tag attachment under compulsion and the limit about other equipment use etc. Essentially "the security industry law" cannot help regulating the national interference of the private security and regulation with this content. However as to this interference and regulation, the limit has to be possible within reasonable range. As the history proved, excessive regulation by the country is not only due to bring the distortion of the security system of nation but also provoke national social cost. It can't be disregards ever that it premises the harmony which appropriate as well as reasonable in the socio-economic dimension for drawing the best combination that all things which get the compulsory education, it limits the person providing the private security service to the corporation, or it limits to the certificate of qualification holder are the ultimate for 'the safety of the national life'.
In his highly cited book, Innovator's Dilemma (1997), Christensen introduced a notion of disruptive technology that is based on the observations from disk-drive industry and used it as an explanatory variable through which new entrants outperform incumbents in the industry. In explaining his later observations of disruptive innovations in other industries, however, his early theory based on disruptive technology has been applied to all cases without careful distinction between the notions of technology and business model (Markides, 2006). Furthermore, it has been criticized that his model suffers from lack of enough explanatory power and other important factors that are necessary to fully explain the observed phenomena in various cases (Danneels, 2004). Motivated by the critics in literature, the current study carefully distinguishes between innovation of technology and innovation of business model in the process of disruptive innovation, and apply our framework to the case of internet shopping mall business. Our study yields two main results. First, the internet-related business model which Christensen argued as an example of disruptive innovation is accomplished through two distinctive and separable growth phases: a period of technology growth and a period of business model growth. Second, in the process of disruptive innovation, the notion of enabling technology plays an important bridging role that connects core technology and business model. Furthermore, we confirm that the success of business model innovation depends on the degree of maturity of the enabling technologies. In conclusion, Christensen's notion of disruptive innovation can be further detailed in terms of technology innovation and business model innovation, and if there exist enabling technologies, the chance of success of the business model is higher when the enabling technology is matured rather than when the core technology is merely acknowledged as a disruptive technology.
Some effects of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and respiratory inhibitor on growth of rice plant and activity of GOT, GPT and peroxidase for the rice root were investigated. Obtained results were summarized as follows: 1. Growth of rice root and plant applied with $NO_3$-N in culture solution was generally increased in the length and weight compared with that of $NH_4$-N plot. On the other hand, the GOT, GPT and peroxidase activity was more increased in the $NH_4$-N plot than in the $NO_3$-N plot. 2. Oxidative power of ${\alpha}$-naphthylamine in rice root was stronger in the $NO_3$-N plot than in the $NH_4$-N plot. 3. When rice plant was cultured in the medium which did not supplied nitrogen, phosphorus or potassium, respectively, GOT activity was more decreased than GPT activity, while peroxidase activity was increased mostly in the potassium-free plot. 4. When rice plant was cultivated in the culture solution added respiratory inhibitor, NaF, plant height was shortened in the order of nitrogen-free > $NH_4$-H > urea-N > $NO_3$-N plot, and GOT and GPT activity was also decreased in the order of nitrogen-free > $NH_4$-N > urea-N > $NO_3$-N plot.

To design a reliable $CO_2$ marine geological storage system, it is necessary to perform numerical process simulation using thermodynamic equation of state. $CO_2$ capture process from the major point sources such as power plants, transport process from the capture sites to storage sites and storage process to inject $CO_2$ into the deep marine geological structure can be simulate with numerical modeling. The purpose of this paper is to compare and analyse the relevant equations of state including ideal, BWRS, PR, PRBM and SRK equation of state. We also studied the effect of thermodynamic equation of state in designing the compression and transport process. As a results of comparison of numerical calculations, all relevant equation of state excluding ideal equation of state showed similar compression behavior in pure $CO_2$. On the other hand, calculation results of BWRS, PR and PRBM showed totally different behavior in compression and transport process of captured $CO_2$ mixture from the oxy-fuel combustion coal-fired plants. It is recommended to use PR or PRBM in designing of compression and transport process of $CO_2$ mixture containing NO, Ar and $O_2$.
Purpose: Too develop a flexible drill device that can be inserted into the shoulder joint so that arthroscopic transosseous suture repair for Bankart lesion is possible. Materials and Methods: We created a device composed of a flexible drill unit and a guide pipe unit. The flexible drill unit was made of flexible multifilament wires (1.2 mm in diameter) that was twisted into one cord so that it can flex in any direction and a drill bit (1.2 mm in diameter) that is attached onto one end of the flexible wire. The guide pipe unit was a 150 mm long metal pipe (2.0 mm in inner diameter and 3.0 mm in outer diameter), with one end bent to 30 degrees. The flexible drill set was inserted into the shoulder joint through the posterior portal of the joint. The guide pipe component was placed onto the medial wall of the glenoid so that the pipe was placed 5 mm posterior to the margin of the anterior glenoid rim. The flexible drill was driven through the glenoid by the power drill so that holes were made in the glenoid. A non- absorbable suture was passed through the hole. Tying of a sliding knot tying was accomplished over the capsule and labrum after making a stitch through the capsule and labrum with a suture hook loaded with suture passer. The same procedures were done at the 2 and 4 O'Clock positions of the glenoid. Results: Five cases with Bankart lesion received arthroscopic transosseous repair with our flexible drill device. There were no intraoperative problems. Neither redislocation nor subluxation was reported at final follow-up. Conclusion: Arthroscopic transosseous suture repair without suture anchors and easy tying of a sliding knot are possible with a flexible drill set.
This study analyses the avatar service, which is recognized as an alternative strategy of animation industry. The research questions of this study are following: (1) How have the avatar services been developed and what are the present dominant types? (2) Which structural characteristics of e-business environment are needed for the success of avatar services? (3) What is the economic characteristics of avatar business model? To solve these research questions, the basic conditions and the structural characteristics of avatar services have been investigated. In the first place, two forms of avatar service are classified. One is the internet service site whole primary service is to provide chatting service based on avatar service. The other is the portal site in which many kinds of products and services are presented as bundles to meet the needs of internet users. So avatar service is one of bundles which those portal sites are providing with. In this study, the big five internet service sites are selected based on the profits they earned through the sales of avatar service. The result of analysis is that the pricing strategy of those big five sites is very different from those of traditional off-line markets. The pricing mechanism are based on the value which internet users endow with the avatar items, not based on the costs of making the products. Avatar is the representative informative goods. The informative goods have the original cost structures, constant fixed costs and zero marginal costs, so the providers of avatar services make much of the subjective values of consumers. The sayclub, which is the most successful avatar service site and earn the average sales of 3 billing won a month, takes the aggressive strategy of pricing avatar items at highest price in the industry. The avatar service providers which make lots of profits are planning of making differentiate the services, introducing well-known brand items and star-named items. Nevertheless, the fact that the members of the sayclub are not decreasing means that the network effect of the site is so strongly manifest. Moreover, the costs the members have paid for the avatar items are so big not as to switch from one site to the other site, it can be very costly. These switching costs are endemic in high-technology industries and digital contents industries. It can be so large that switching suppliers is virtually unthinkable, a situation known as 'lock-in'. When switching costs are substantial, competition can be intense to attract new customers, since, one they are locked in, they can be a substantial source of profit. The consumers of avatar items have switching costs if they subscribe for the new avatar service site. The switching costs can be subscription costs as well as the costs of giving up the items they already paid for. One common example of switching costs involves specialized supplies, as with inkjet printer cartridges. In this example, the switching cost is the purchase of a new printer. The market is competitive ex ante, but since cartridges are incompatible, it is monopolized dx post. So the providers of printer/cartridges set pricing printer so cheap and cartridges expensive. On the contrary, since the avatar service can be successful with the strong network effect, the providers of avatar services have to compete aggressively for new customers. So they allow the subscription at a low price(almost marginal cost) in the early market. The network effect can be maximized when the members are sufficiently growing. The providers which have the monopoly power with sufficient subscribers. begin to raise the prices over the lifetime of the product and make profits.

Glasshouse heating package technologies to improve energy usage efficiency in winter were developed. Heating package was composed of the ground water source heat pump with heating capacity of 105kW, the aluminum multi-layer thermal curtain with six layers of different materials and the root zone local heater with XL pipes of ${\phi}20mm$. Venlo type glasshouse($461m^2$) with the heating package was compared with the same type and area control glasshouse with the light oil boiler, the usual non-woven fabric thermal curtain with respect to the glasshouse inside temperature, relative humidity, crop growth, and heating energy consumption. The results of test in paprika cultivation glasshouses showed that the air temperature inside glasshouse with aluminum multi-layer thermal curtain was maintained $2.2^{\circ}C$ higher than that of control glasshouse in un-heating night time and the temperature in bed with root zone local heating was $4.7^{\circ}C$ higher than that in bed without local heating. Average heating coefficient of performance(COP) of the ground water source heat pump used in paprika cultivation was 3.7 and the glasshouse inside temperature was maintained at $21^{\circ}C$ of heating set up temperature. The heating energy consumptions per 10a were measured at 14,071L of light oil and 364kWh of electric power for the control glasshouse and 35,082kWh for the glasshouse applied heating package. As results, the heating cost of the glasshouse applied heating package was 87 percent lower than that of control glasshouse. The growths of paprika in glasshouses of control and applied heating package did not show any significant difference.

In this paper, we analyzed the performance of IoT based smart wearable mine detection device. There are various mine detection methods currently used by the military. Still, in the general field, mine detection is performed by visual detection, probe detection, detector detection, and other detection methods. The detection method by the detector is using a GPR sensor on the detector, which is possible to detect metals, but it is difficult to identify non-metals. It is hard to distinguish whether the area where the detection was performed or not. Also, there is a problem that a lot of human resources and time are wasted, and if the user does not move the sensor at a constant speed or moves too fast, it is difficult to detect landmines accurately. Therefore, we studied the smart wearable mine detection device composed of human body antenna, main microprocessor, smart glasses, body-mounted LCD monitor, wireless data transmission, belt type power supply, black box camera, which is to improve the problem of the error of mine detection using unidirectional ultrasonic sensing signal. Based on the results of this study, we will conduct an experiment to confirm the possibility of detecting underground mines based on the Internet of Things (IoT). This paper consists of an introduction, experimental environment composition, simulation analysis, and conclusion. Introduction introduces the research contents such as mines, mine detectors, and research progress. It consists of large anti-personnel mine, M16A1 fragmented anti-mine, M15 and M19 antitank mines, plastic bottles similar to mines and aluminum cans. Simulation analysis is conducted by using MATLAB to analyze the mine detection device implementation performance, generating and transmitting IoT signals, and analyzing each received signal to verify the detection performance of landmines. Then we will measure the performance through the simulation of IoT-based mine detection algorithm so that we will prove the possibility of IoT-based detection landmine.
