Development of a silencer to Reduce Noise of Cross Talking in Apartment & Stores and air conditioning to fan Composite silencer application a specific of resonant type and expansion type, design possibility at reduction frequency. This silencer test result develop reduce 20dB of specification frequency. Pressure loss 2mmAq. This silencer is special of brief structure and possibility disjoint and joint, simple installation and maintenance.

Total heat recovery type ventilators that are connected to each room with ducts are mainly installed in Korea, but they raise concern over duct pollution. In this study, indoor environments made by thin line type ventilators installed in dwelling units of apartment houses are investigated by CFD. Results show the case that thin line type ventilators installed in each room-including kitchens-make the best indoor environment that maintains air velocity at under 0.25m/s, and evenly distributes the age of air in all areas.

Recently, the flat-plate structure is widely used because it has many advantages such as reduction of story height, long span etc than the RC rahmen structure. Furthermore, application of the flat-plate is on the increase because of flexible plan unlike wall structure. Long span have been at a disadvantage for vibration serviceability evaluation, however studies about vertical direction vibration of flat-plate structure has not been carried out. This study analysis the characteristics according to slab structure to make an experiment on vibration and floor impact noise for the flat-plate structure in construction performance laboratory in Kolon E&C R&D center, the flat-plate structure applied to the post-tension method, and the wall structure in apartment houses.

Defects such as falling and cracking of tiles installed in the bathrooms of apartment houses are frequently occurring. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, the A/S cost of construction companies and consumer complaints are increasing. The causes of tile defects include problems such as the selection of tile adhesive and lack of adhesive strength, the carelessness of the installer, the base surface, and the absorption rate of the tile. Therefore, in this study, an adhesive construction method using tile adhesives with high resistance to deformation of floors and tiles was studied. In addition, the properties and construction methods of tile adhesives were evaluated.

공동주택을 기둥식 구조에서 공간을 구획하는 비내력 벽체로 사용되는 경략벽체에 요구되어지는 다양한 성능조건 중 내화성능 기준을 등급으로 구분하여 제시하고자 한다. 공동주택 경량벽체를 세대간 벽과 세대내 벽으로 구분하여 각각의 내화성능 요구수준에 맞는 성능등급을 설정하였으며, 이를 내화실험을 통하여 성능을 확인하였다.

To improve the quality of dwelling environment of domestic apartment house, it is required to establish the sound insulation standard and the performance evaluation method which is suitable to the domestic residential conditions. In this study, the properties of internal noisy sources of a single unit in apartment houses and the sound insulation performance of party walls are investigated and analyzed, as a primary step to the establishment of sound insulation standard. Based on these data, the differences in sound insulation index of each plane type are investigated along with their causes. Also, the factor which affect and decide the insulation performance are analyzed in an effort to improve the performance of party wall structures.

The purpose of this study is to develop kitchen furniture design for 40-pyung apartment Houses based on stored item of Cooking, Eating and Utility Area. The research data is gotten at a field study of stored items of Cooking, Eating and Utility Area and depth interview. The results of this study were as follows; 1)The kitchen furniture the preparation unit and the sink, the kitchen table, the heating unit and the service table, arranged at the tall storage. 2)The total bulk considered and holding volume ($2.7m^3$) with ground clearance (40%) planned with about $4.21m^3$. 3)Assumed at height and 162cm did a lower part height with 860mm and the upper depth 340mm, did with 700mm where raises. the storage the ceiling which raises will select and considered and with 2200mm did. 4)Arrangement of the kitchen the kitchen form which is an open type (L/DK or L.D.K) arranged many in forms of letter.
